Bakalářská práce se zabývá zvyšováním konkurenceschopnosti firmy s využitím moderních komunikačních technologií a informační společností. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole jsou popsány moderní komunikační technologie a informační společnost. Dále se věnuje zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti firmy pomocí zavedení práce na dálku. Druhá kapitola je věnována podpoře informační společnosti v Evropské unii. Třetí kapitola se prakticky zabývá prací na dálku. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití finančních prostředků Operačního programu přeshraniční spolupráce a realizaci projektů. Cílem práce je ukázat strukturu mikroprojektů jako celku a na konkrétních příkladech ukázat jak jsou finanční prostředky využívány a jejich přínos. První kapitola je zaměřena na historii Euroregionů jak v Evropě tak i v České republice, financování přeshraniční spolupráce v období před vstupem do EU po vstupu až dodnes. Dále pak je popisován Operační program přeshraninčí spolupráce Česká republika Polská republika. Druhá kapitola se věnuje historickému vývoji území Euroregionu Silesia, organizační struktuře a jednotlivým orgánům a roli Euroregionu v přeshraninčí spolupráci se zaměřením na něj jako na správce Fondu Mikroprojektů. The aim is to show micro-projects structure as a whole and on specific examples show how the funds are used and thein benefits. The first chapter is focused on the history of Euroregions in Europe as well as in the Czech Republic, finance cross-border cooperation in the period before and after the entry to the European Union until now. Furthermore, it is described Operational Programme Cross – Border Cooperation Czech Republic – Republic of Poland. Diplomová práce se zabývá investičními potřebami NUTS II Severovýchod. V práci je zpracován pouze jeden ze tří krajů NUTS II Severovýchod, a to Pardubický kraj. Pozornost je věnována potřebám kraje jako celku, potřebám jednotlivých obcí v kraji, zejména však investičním potřebám menších obcí. Na příkladu vybraných obcí je poté provedena analýza konkrétních investičních potřeb. V závěru je uvedeno celkové zhodnocení., This Master´s Thesis deals with investment needs NUTS II North-East. The Thesis pursues only one of the NUTS II North-East regions - the region of Pardubice. The focus is on the needs of the region as a whole, mainly on investment needs of smaller municipalities. Chosen municipalities were used as a sample to carry out an analysis of specific investment needs. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickou efektivností veřejného investičního projektu, která je hodnocena pomocí analýzy užitků a nákladů. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se dané problematiky a popsán postup hodnocení veřejného projektu použity v případové studii. Ve studii je hodnocen projekt novostavby rozhledny na Velké Deštné v Orlických horách. Finanční a ekonomická analýza byla provedena na základě zjištěných vstupních hodnot. Dalším prvkem byla citlivostní analýza s cílem odhalit rizikové faktory projektu., This bachelor thesis focuses at the economic efficiency of a public investment project, which is evaluated by a cost-benefit analysis. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the issue and describes the process of evaluating a public project used in a case study. The case study evaluates a construction project of a new lookout tower on Velká Deštná in the Orlické hory. The financial and economic analysis was performed based on the identified input values. Another element was the sensitivity analysis in order to reveal the risk factors of the project.

For these funds are defined large financial resources and that is why as many subjects as possible are trying to reach them. The main objective is to evaluate possibilities of drawing and utilization EU funds for the company Kupson Co. A partial objective is the creation of project which will finance the purchase of new manufacturing technologies for the company. The theoretical part analyzes the European Union structural funds, from which is selected the appropriate operating program for the company project. The following is evaluation of the benefits and risks of the project due to financing by the Structural Funds and the suggested solution.

The theoretical part deals with the origins of European Union and formation of regional policy of EU. Afterwords it is focused on the formation of regional policy in the Czech Republic and the project cycle. In practical part the project cycle is applied on a particular project Enlargement of nursery schools in Jihlava – Nursery school Nad Plovárnou 5, Jihlava from setting the targets, applying for the grant and up to the realization of the project itself.

The caracteristics of its organizational structure are discussed as well, followed by a summary of the developement of the structural policy of the EU and its effects on regions within EU member states. A description of how the structural policy of Czech Republic developed, both before and after admission to the EU, will conclude the theoretical portion of this thesis. Dále se zaměřuje na instituce, které tyto záruky realizují a hlídají, aby nebyly zneužity a byly vypláceny firmám, které dobře hospodaří a potřebují to. Praktická část v sobě zahrnuje analýzu jedné firmy z mého okolí a posouzení, zda by ji byla udělena jedna z vybraných záruk., The intention of my finale bachelor work is to explain and solve different forms of grants for small and medium businesses within building industry. Those grants work as a guarantee for the business to get loans from the bank. Those businesses are obviously carefully pick by the institution. Those establishments have given criteria to avoid the misuse of those grants. The practical part of my work includes the breakdown of one local company and its chances to get the grant.

Diplomová práce v první části se zaměřuje na teoretický popis regionální politiky Evropské unie, způsob, jaký se vyvýjela a na popis cílů, které měla v jednotlivých programovacích obdobích. V této časti práce je také popsáno, z kterých fondů Evropské unie čerpají prostředky jednotlivé cíle. Dále zde vymezuji všechny operační programy, na základě kterých lze čerpat finanční prostředky pro poskytování dotací z těchto fondů. U konkrétního projektu spolufinancovaného ze zdrojů Evropské unie uvádím ekonomický rozbor projektu a za pomoci dotazníkového šetření také provádím zhodnocení kvalitativního přínosu projektu pro rozvoj regionu., The first part of my work focuses on the theoretical description of EU regional policy, its evolution and the description and the objectives of the different programming periods. In this part of the work is also described which EU funds are being used for co-financing of different goals. Furthermore I define all operational programs which can be used to draw funds to provide grants. These information are necessarry to choose the right operational program to use. For the particular project co-financed from the European Union, I present an economic analysis of the project and a questionnaire survey which I use to do a qualitative assessment of the project and its help for the development of the region.

For these funds are defined large financial resources and that is why as many subjects as possible are trying to reach them. The main objective is to evaluate possibilities of drawing and utilization EU funds for the company Kupson Co. A partial objective is the creation of project which will finance the purchase of new manufacturing technologies for the company. The theoretical part analyzes the European Union structural funds, from which is selected the appropriate operating program for the company project. The following is evaluation of the benefits and risks of the project due to financing by the Structural Funds and the suggested solution.

Those grants work as a guarantee for the business to get loans from the bank. Those businesses are obviously carefully pick by the institution. Those establishments have given criteria to avoid the misuse of those grants. The practical part of my work includes the breakdown of one local company and its chances to get the grant.

The theoretical part focusses on the explanation of basic terms from the field of public investments. Next it is describing assessment methods of the public investment projects and then it is analysing projects in the transport infrastructure in detail. The practical part is dealing with the assessment of the public project concerning the reconstruction of the road II/422 Podivín-Lednice based on price normatives which set the basic price including real costs for the realization of the buildings of the project given. Next this price is set higher according to building risks presumed. The second part of the thesis is dealing with financial and economic assessment of the project based on the analysis of costs and benefits realized in the electronic system MS2014+, which is used for filling and submitting electronic applications to support projects from structural funds of the European Community and from National resources between the years of 2014 and 2020.

Dalším cílem je příprava konkrétní projektové žádosti o dotace, tedy struktura projektové žádosti a obsahy jednotlivých částí., The main goal of this diploma work is to clear the possibility of financing human resources development in the company Lemon, s.r.o., operational programmes introduction in the frame of programming period of 2007 – 2013, with the aim to programmes, which are determined for human resources development financing. Main source is European social fund and above all operational programme Human resources and employment. Partial objective of the work is to introduce how to set plan of the human resources development in the company Lemon, s.r.o. on the basis of the question-form and workshop, therefore to educate employees in a complex and sytematic way. Further objective of the work is also identification of proposals preparation, above all proposal structure and contents of particular sections.

Diplomová práce v první části se zaměřuje na teoretický popis regionální politiky Evropské unie, způsob, jaký se vyvýjela a na popis cílů, které měla v jednotlivých programovacích obdobích. V této časti práce je také popsáno, z kterých fondů Evropské unie čerpají prostředky jednotlivé cíle. Dále zde vymezuji všechny operační programy, na základě kterých lze čerpat finanční prostředky pro poskytování dotací z těchto fondů. U konkrétního projektu spolufinancovaného ze zdrojů Evropské unie uvádím ekonomický rozbor projektu a za pomoci dotazníkového šetření také provádím zhodnocení kvalitativního přínosu projektu pro rozvoj regionu., The first part of my work focuses on the theoretical description of EU regional policy, its evolution and the description and the objectives of the different programming periods. In this part of the work is also described which EU funds are being used for co-financing of different goals. Furthermore I define all operational programs which can be used to draw funds to provide grants. These information are necessarry to choose the right operational program to use. For the particular project co-financed from the European Union, I present an economic analysis of the project and a questionnaire survey which I use to do a qualitative assessment of the project and its help for the development of the region.
