In the current study, we concentrated on the influence of annealing on the magnetic behavior of Co
2 MnSi-based Heusler microwires. We set the annealing temperature at 1023 K for 2 h, as the sample did not show any significant changes in the magnetic properties at lower temperatures, while annealing at temperatures above 1023 K damages the glass coating. Strong in-plane magnetocrystalline anisotropy parallel to the microwire axis was evident in the magnetic behavior at room temperature for as-prepared and annealed samples. The coercivity of the annealed sample was four times higher than that of the as-prepared sample across a wide range of measuring temperatures. Both annealed and as-prepared samples exhibit quite stable coercivity behavior with temperature, which may have interesting applications. The an nealed sample did not exhibit magnetic saturation for M-H loops measured below 50 K. Sharp irreversible magnetic behavior has been detected for annealed samples at a blocking temperature of 220 K; at the same time, the blocking temperature for the as-prepared sample was 150 K. The strong internal mechanical stress induced during the fabrication of Co2 MnSi microwires in addition to the internal stress relaxation caused by the annealing induced the onset of magnetic phases resulting in unusual and irreversible magnetic behavior. We study the effect of annealing and the applied magnetic field from 50 Oe to 20 kOe on the magneto-structural behavior of Ni
2 FeSi-based Heusler microwires fabricated by using Taylor-Ulitovsky technique. Using the XRD analysis, a strong effect of annealing, manifested as the development of the crystallization process, was observed. The average grain size and crystalline phase content of annealed sample increase from 21.3 nm and 34% to 32.8 nm and 79%, respectively, as-compared to the as-prepared one. In addition, upon annealing, phase transforms into a monoclinic martensitic structure with a modulation of 10 M, which cannot be found in the as-prepared sample. Concerning the magnetic properties, both samples show ferromagnetic behavior below and above the room temperature, where the Curie temperature of Ni2 FeSi is higher than the room temperature. The induced secondary phases have a noticeable effect on the magnetic behavior of the annealed sample, where a high normalized saturation magnetization (NMs ) and low normalized reduced remenance (Mr = M/M5K ), compared to the as-prepared have been detected. Additionally, the coercivity of annealed sample shows one flipping point at 155 K where its behavior changes with temperature. Meanwhile, the as-prepared sample show two flipped point at 205 K and 55 K. A mismatch between field cooling (FC) and field heating (FH) magnetization curves with temperature has been detected for annealed sample at low applied magnetic field. The difference in magnetic and structure behavior of Ni2 FeSi microwires sample is discussed considering the effect of induced internal stresses by the presence of a glass coating and the recrystallization and stresses relaxation upon annealing. Presentation at the International Conference on Construction Grammar (ICCG11) 18.08.21 - 20.08.21, arranged by University of Antwerpen. https://www.uantwerpen.be/en/conferences/construction-grammars/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhbtLPdF0rk In this study we explore the relationships of constructions in families and clusters. We examine fifty-seven multi-word Russian grammatical constructions that encode prohibitive semantics and model them as a radial category network that consists of two distinct clusters formed by eleven families of constructions. We show that each cluster of families is centered around a local prototype. The data is collected from the Russian Constructicon (Janda et al. 2020), an open-access electronic database of over 2200 Russian constructions accompanied with descriptions of their properties and corpus-based examples (https://constructicon.github.io/russian/). We focus on “partially schematic” constructions (Ehrlemark et al. 2016) that lie between the two extremes of fully idiomatic expressions and fully compositional syntactic sequences. Partially schematic constructions have both open slots and constraints on the fillers, as in the construction nečego Cop VP-Ipfv.Inf! (as in Nečego balovat’ detej! ‘It’s no good to spoil children!’), where nečego ‘lit. nothing-Gen’ is the fixed part, whereas VP-Inf is a slot that can be filled with certain types of verbal predicates. In order to identify families of prohibitive constructions, we employ a combination of semantic and syntactic tags elaborated in the Russian Constructicon. We define a family of constructions as a relatively small and arguably homogeneous group of about two to nine constructions that exhibit family resemblance and share some semantic, syntactic (function in a clause and structure of the fixed part), and structural properties (e.g. reduplication, negation, inversion, etc.). Having family resemblance means that the constructions in a family share not necessarily all properties but various subsets of these properties. Constructions in Cluster 1 prohibit a future action. We find that the core prohibitive semantics is expressed by three families of constructions that contain negated imperatives (1), predicative phrases (2) and purpose clauses (3). Two peripheral families contain constructions that combine the semantics of prohibition and intensity and constructions that express attenuated prohibition. Even more peripheral is a family transitional from Prohibition to Warning. Constructions in Cluster 2 lack the marker of negation and express prohibition of an on-going activity, as in (4) (termed continuative prohibition in Rakhilina 2013). (1) ne smet’-Imp VP-Ipfv.Inf ‘Don’t you dare X’ (2) NP-Dat Cop nel’zja VP-Inf ‘For someone it is not allowed to do X’ (3) čtoby (nikakoj-Gen) NP-Gen PP/Adv (ne bylo)! ‘No X-es! [lit. in order to (none) X (not was)]!’ (4) budet PronPers-Dat (VP-Ipfv.Inf)! ‘Stop [lit. will] X-ing for a while!’ References Rakhilina, Ekaterina. 2013. Konduktor, nažmi na tormoza... We have studied the effect of glass coating on the magnetic domain structure and magnetic properties of amorphous glass-coated [Fe.sub.77.5-x][Ni.sub.x][Si.sub.7.5][B.sub.15] (x = 0 - 40) microwires. The existence of the radial domain structure is confirmed by the Bitter technique. The stresses introduced by the glass coating increase, when the temperature decreases, changing the domain structure of amorphous microwires. The radial domain structure calculated from the magnetization measurements has a thickness from 5 to 750 nm. Finally, the temperature dependence of the switching field shows the increase of the switching field at low temperatures as a result of the stresses introduced by the glass coating. Index Terms--Domain structure, magnetic microwires, magnetization processes.

Pumpkin vegetables have many functional properties. However, deep processing really supports the lost vitamins and degradation results of phytonutrients. Candied pumpkins suggest minimum processing of a primary produce and represent useful alternative to other types of confectionery. The aim of the work was to improve the technology of production of candied pumpkins with balanced flavor characteristics and higher content of carotenoids. Two types and cultivars of pumpkins were used for production of candied fruit: Muscat De Provence (Cucurbita moschata Duch) and Zhdana (Cucurbita maxima Duch). Candied fruits were made according to a traditional recipe and enriched with flavoring components. Orange and cinnamon which stand out for their valuable chemical composition were also used for improvement of flavor characteristics of the produce. The process flow included the following operations: preparing and chopping pumpkins into pieces; mixing with sugar with simultaneous addition of enriched flavor components; soaking for 8…10 hours; separating the resulted syrup; heating the syrup (t=102±1°С); pouring the hot syrup onto the pieces of pumpkins; cooling (t =35±5°С); separating the syrup; repeated heating and pouring the hot syrup onto the pieces of pumpkins; cooling and separating the syrup; drying the candied fruit (t=45±5°С); adding powdered sugar. In the process of the research with conventional methods the authors determined the general dry solids content, the content of dry soluble substance, pectin substance and sugars, titrated acidity, the content of carotenoids and ascorbic acid. The pumpkin cultivar Muscat De Provence was at a considerable disadvantage with the Zhdana cultivar in the quantity of dry solids and dry soluble substance, though it was remarkable with high content of carotenoids, which is important for the functional purpose of the produce. It is established that the applied technology of making pumpkin candied fruits allows obtaining a high quality product with balanced taste and aromatic characteristics with a high amount of carotenoids and ascorbic acid. The content of dry substance in the finished candied fruit was at 80.02...83.96%. The derived product, depending on a pumpkin cultivar and a recipe, contained from 8.05 to 16.55 mg/100 g carotenoids and up to 10.47...14.86 mg/100 g ascorbic acid.,

- Abstract
Applications in security and electronic surveillance require a combination of excellent magnetic softness with good mechanical and anticorrosive properties and low dimensionality. We overviewed the feasibility of using glass-coated microwires for electronic article surveillance and security applications, as well as different routes of tuning the magnetic properties of individual microwires or microwire arrays, making them quite attractive for electronic article surveillance and security applications. We provide the routes for tuning the hysteresis loops’ nonlinearity by the magnetostatic interaction between the microwires in the arrays of different types of amorphous microwires. The presence of neighboring microwire (either Fe- or Co-based) significantly affects the hysteresis loop of the whole microwires array. In a microwires array containing magnetically bistable microwires, we observed splitting of the initially rectangular hysteresis loop with a number of Barkhausen jumps correlated with the number of magnetically bistable microwires. Essentially, nonlinear and irregular hysteresis loops have been observed in mixed arrays containing Fe- and Co-rich microwires. The obtained nonlinearity in hysteresis loops allowed to increase the harmonics and tune their magnetic field dependencies. On the other hand, several routes allowing to tune the switching field by either postprocessing or modifying the magnetoelastic anisotropy have been reviewed. Nonlinear hysteresis loops have been also observed upon devitrification of amorphous microwires. Semihard magnetic microwires have been obtained by annealing of Fe–Pt–Si microwires. The observed unique combination of magnetic properties together with thin dimensions and excellent mechanical and anticorrosive properties provide excellent perspectives for the use of glass-coated microwires for security and electronic surveillance applications.

- Abstract
Cu100−xCox thin films have been obtained by sputtering (x = 3, 9) and sputter gas aggregation (x = 2.5, 7.5) and subsequent annealing at 400 °C for 1 h. We have studied their structural, magnetic, and magnetotransport properties, both for the as-deposited and annealed samples, confirming the important role of the fabrication method in the properties. The magnetic measurements and the fitting of the hysteresis loops evidence that as-deposited samples consist of superparamagnetic (SPM) and/or ferromagnetic clusters, but in the samples obtained by gas aggregation the clusters are greater (with ferromagnetic behavior at room temperature) whereas in the samples obtained by sputtering, the clusters are smaller and there are also diluted Co atoms in the Cu matrix. The annealing affects negligibly the samples obtained by gas aggregation, but the ones obtained by sputtering are more affected, appearing greater clusters. This behavior is also reflected in the magnetoresistance (MR) measurements of the samples, with different shapes of the MR curves depending on the preparation method: more lineal in the whole range for sputtering, saturation at low fields (about 10 kOe) for gas aggregation. Finally, a Kondo-like minimum in the resistance versus temperature is found in the samples obtained by sputtering, affected by the magnetic field and the annealing. The observed Kondo-like behavior and the influence of annealing on a Kondo-like minimum in sputtered thin films have been attributed to the presence of diluted Co atoms in the Cu matrix and the Co precipitations from the Co–Cu solid solution upon annealing respectively.

- Abstract
In this paper, a gradual change in the hysteresis loop of Co-rich glass-coated microwire stress-annealed at variable temperature is observed. Such microwires annealed with a temperature gradient also present a variable squareness ratio and magnetic anisotropy field along the microwire’s length. The obtained graded anisotropy has been attributed to a gradual modification of the domain structure along the microwire originated by a counterbalance between shape, magnetoelastic, and induced magnetic anisotropies. Accordingly, we propose a rather simple route to design graded magnetic anisotropy in a magnetic microwire.

- Abstract
glass-coated microwires are provided. As-prepared microwire presents linear hysteresis loops, moderate GMI ratio with double-peak magnetic field dependence and low coercivity (4 A m(-1)), typically observed for wires with transverse magnetic anisotropy. However, after conventional annealing magnetic hardening and transformation of linear hysteresis loop into rectangular with coercivity about 90 A m(-1) is surprisingly observed. It is shown that stress annealing allows preventing magnetic hardening and remarkably improving GMI ratio. Properly stress-annealed samples present better magnetic softness: almost unhysteretic loops with coercivity about 2 A m(-1) and magnetic anisotropy field about 35 A m(-1). Observed stress-annealing-induced anisotropy is affected by the tensile stresses, applied during annealing and by the annealing temperature. From the frequency dependence of the maximum GMI ratio, the optimum frequency ranges for as-prepared and stress-annealed samples are determined. The observed stress-annealing-induced magnetic anisotropy and associated changes in magnetic properties and GMI effect are discussed in terms of internal stresses relaxation and related modification of the magnetostriction coefficient, "back stresses," structural anisotropy, redistribution of internal stresses, and change of spatial distribution of magnetic anisotropy.

This low cost and single step fabrication process allowed the preparation of up to kilometers long glass-coated microwires starting from a few grams of high purity inexpensive elements (Co, Fe and Si), for a wide range of applications. From the X-ray diffraction, XRD, analysis of the metallic nucleus, it was shown that the structure consists of a mixture of crystalline and amorphous phases. The single and wide crystalline peak was attributed to a L21 crystalline structure (5.640 Å), with a possible B2 disorder. In addition, nanocrystalline structure with an average grain size, Dg = 17.8 nm, and crystalline phase content of about 52% was obtained. The magnetic measurements indicated a well-defined magnetic anisotropy for all ranges of temperature. Moreover, soft magnetic behavior was observed for the temperature measuring range of 5–1000 K. Strong dependence of the magnetic properties on the applied magnetic field and temperature was observed. Zero field cooling and field cooling magnetization curves showed large irreversibility magnetic behavior with a blocking temperature (TB = 205 K). The in-plane magnetization remanence and coercivity showed quite different behavior with temperature, due to the existence of different magnetic phases induced from the internal stress created by the glass-coated layer. Moreover, a high Curie temperature was reported (Tc ≈ 1059 K), which predisposes this material to being a suitable candidate for high temperature spintronic applications. It is shown that the combination of heat treatment and the antioxidant composition Chl+I+A makes it possible to avoid chilling injury until the end of storage.Cucumbers with heat treatment with antioxidants for the entire storage time demonstrate deviations from the background value of malonic dialdehyde by no more than 13.5 %, which reflects the stable functioning of the antioxidant system. Heat treatment with biologically active substances can slow the rate of decrease in activity of superoxide dismutase, which contributes to its activity at 60 % of the initial value after 28 days of storage. The use of this treatment induces catalase activity in cucumbers, which grows according to the degree of their cold tolerance. Heat treatment with antioxidants regulates the activity of peroxidase in cucumbers, which is evidence of the slowing down of aging processes.

Source at http://www.dialog-21.ru/media/4987/endresenaaplusetal-091.pdf. We present a new open-access electronic resource named the Russian Constructicon that offers a searchable database of Russian constructions accompanied by descriptions of their properties and illustrated with corpus examples. The project was carried out over the period 2016-2020 and at present contains an inventory of over 2200 multi-word constructions of Contemporary Standard Russian. We prioritize “partially schematic” constructions that lie between the two extremes of fully compositional syntactic sequences on the one hand and fully idiomatic (phraseological) expressions on the other hand. Constructions of this type are difficult to account for in terms of either lexicon or grammar alone, and are often underrepresented in reference works of Russian. A typical construction in our database contains a fixed part (anchor words) and an open slot that can be filled with a restricted set of lexemes. In this paper we first focus on key characteristics of this resource that make it different from existing constructicons of other languages. Second, we describe how the new interface will be designed and how it will serve the needs of both linguists and L2 learners of Russian. In particular, we discuss various search possibilities relevant for different users and those parameters that are available for specifying the retrieval output. An example of an entry is given to show how the information about each construction is structured and presented. Third, we provide an overview of our multi-level semantic classification of constructions. We argue that our system of semantic and syntactic tags subdivides our items into meaningful classes and smaller groups and eventually facilitates the identification of constructional families and clusters. This methodology works well in turning the initial list of constructions as unrelated units into a structured network and makes it possible to refine and expand the collected inventory of constructions in a systematic way.

The article investigates the influence of exogenous antioxidant substances (chlorophyllipt, ionol and lecithin) on the duration of storage and the quality of zucchini fruit (Kavili F1 and Tarmino F1). It has been established that the use of compositions of the listed antioxidants allows for lengthening of the storage of zucchini for 6 ... 12 days, depending on the type of treatment. It has been shown that in an antioxidant composition, the optimum concentration for ionol is 0.048% and 0.75% for chlorophyllipt. It has been found out that for creating a delamination-resistant preparative form of the antioxidants the required concentration of lecithin amounts to 4%. The joint effect of optimum concentrations of ionol and chlorophyllipt, as well as of the three-component composition, which includes 0.75% chlorophyllipt; 0.048% ionol and 4% lecithin, has been investigated. It has been shown that during the application of the complex antioxidant composition, the average daily weight loss is 2.73 ... 3.14 times reduced as compared with control variants and 1.36 ... 1.86 times reduced as compared with other types of treatment depending on the hybrid of the zucchini. It has been established that the use of such a composition allows for lengthening the storage time of zucchini up to 24 days, which is twice as long as compared with the group of control. Thus the output of standard products of processed zucchini after storage is 91,88 ... 91,95%, taking into account natural mass losses.,

- Abstract
There is a pressing demand to improve the performance of cost-effective soft magnetic materials for use in high performance sensors and devices. Giant Magneto-impedance effect (GMI), or fast single domain wall (DW) propagation can be observed in properly processed magnetic microwires. In this paper we have identified the routes to obtain microwires with unique combination of magnetic properties allowing observation of fast and single DW propagation and GMI effect in the same microwire. By modifying the annealing conditions, we have found the appropriate regimes allowing achievement of the highest GMI ratio and the fastest DW dynamics. The observed experimental results are discussed considering the radial distribution of magnetic anisotropy and the correlation of GMI effect, and DW dynamics with bulk and surface magnetization processes. Studies of both Fe- and Co-rich microwires, using the magneto-optical Kerr effect, MOKE, provide information on the magnetic structure in the outer shell of microwires. We have demonstrated the existence of the spiral helical structure in both studied microwires. At the same time, torsion mechanical stresses induce helical bistability in the same microwires, which allow us to consider these microwires as materials suitable for sensors based on the large Barkhausen jump.

- Abstract
The influence of magnetic anisotropy, post-processing conditions, and defects on the domain wall (DW) dynamics of amorphous and nanocrystalline Fe-, Ni-, and Co-rich microwires with spontaneous and annealing-induced magnetic bistability has been thoroughly analyzed, with an emphasis placed on the influence of magnetoelastic, induced and magnetocrystalline anisotropies. Minimizing magnetoelastic anisotropy, either by the selection of a chemical composition with a low magnetostriction coefficient or by heat treatment, is an appropriate route for DW dynamics optimization in magnetic microwires. Stress-annealing allows further improvement of DW velocity and hence is a promising method for optimization of DW dynamics in magnetic microwires. The origin of current-driven DW propagation in annealing-induced magnetic bistability is attributed to magnetostatic interaction of outer domain shell with transverse magnetization orientation and inner axially magnetized core. The beneficial influence of the stress-annealing on DW dynamics has been explained considering that it allows increasing of the volume of outer domain shell with transverse magnetization orientation at the expense of decreasing the radius of inner axially magnetized core. Such transverse magnetic anisotropy can similarly affect the DW dynamics as the applied transverse magnetic field and hence is beneficial for DW dynamics optimization. Stress-annealing allows designing the magnetic anisotropy distribution more favorable for the DW dynamics improvement. Results on DW dynamics in various families of nanocrystalline microwires are provided. The role of saturation magnetization on DW mobility improvement is discussed. The DW shape, its correlation with the magnetic anisotropy constant and the microwire diameter, as well as manipulation of the DW shape by induced magnetic anisotropy are discussed. The engineering of DW propagation through local stress-annealing and DW collision is demonstrated.

- Abstract
The influence of post-processing conditions on the magnetic properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline microwires has been thoroughly analyzed, paying attention to the influence of magnetoelastic, induced and magnetocrystalline anisotropies on the hysteresis loops of Fe-, Ni-, and Co-rich microwires. We showed that magnetic properties of glass-coated microwires can be tuned by the selection of appropriate chemical composition and geometry in as-prepared state or further considerably modified by appropriate post-processing, which consists of either annealing or glass-coated removal. Furthermore, stress-annealing or Joule heating can further effectively modify the magnetic properties of amorphous magnetic microwires owing to induced magnetic anisotropy. Devitrification of microwires can be useful for either magnetic softening or magnetic hardening of the microwires. Depending on the chemical composition of the metallic nucleus and on structural features (grain size, precipitating phases), nanocrystalline microwires can exhibit either soft magnetic properties or semi-hard magnetic properties. We demonstrated that the microwires with coercivities from 1 A/m to 40 kA/m can be prepared.

- Abstract
We provide an overview of the tools directed to reversible and irreversible transformations of the magnetic structure of glass-covered microwires. The irreversible tools are the selection of the chemical composition, geometric ratio, and the stress-annealing. For reversible tuning we use the combination of magnetic fields and mechanical stresses. The studies were focused on the giant magnetoimpedance effect and the velocity of the domain walls propagation important for the technological applications. The essential increase of the giant magnetoimpedance effect and the control of the domain wall velocity were achieved as a result of the use of two types of control tools. The performed simulations reflect the real transformation of the helical domain structures experimentally found.

- Abstract
Magnetic microwires can present excellent soft magnetic properties and a giant magnetoimpedance effect. In this paper, we present our last results on the effect of postprocessing allowing optimization of the magnetoimpedance effect in Co-rich microwires suitable for magnetic microsensor applications. Giant magnetoimpedance effect improvement was achieved either by annealing or stress-annealing. Annealed Co-rich presents rectangular hysteresis loops. However, an improvement in magnetoimpedance ratio is observed at fairly high annealing temperatures over a wide frequency range. Application of stress during annealing at moderate values of annealing temperatures and stress allows for a remarkable decrease in coercivity and increase in squareness ratio and further giant magnetoimpedance effect improvement. Stress-annealing, carried out at sufficiently high temperatures and/or stress allowed induction of transverse magnetic anisotropy, as well as magnetoimpedance effect improvement. Enhanced magnetoimpedance ratio values for annealed and stress-annealed samples and frequency dependence of the magnetoimpedance are discussed in terms of the radial distribution of the magnetic anisotropy. Accordingly, we demonstrated that the giant magnetoimpedance effect of Co-rich microwires can be tailored by controlling the magnetic anisotropy of Co-rich microwires, using appropriate thermal treatment.
