The classification of jade grade has always been a very critical part of the jade industry, and improving the accuracy of jade grade classification is of great significance to the sustainable development of the jade industry. The study constructs a mineral identification classification model based on Raman spectroscopy + PCA through Raman spectroscopy and PCA principal component analysis and analyzes the data of jade grades and constituents. The actual performance of this paper’s model is explored by comparing its effectiveness with other algorithmic models in jade classification and the accuracy of classification parameters. The model in this paper is feasible in classifying the four grades of Hetian jade (seed material, gobi material, shanliushui material, and shanmu material). Green dense jade’s main minerals are -quartz and a few other minerals, including albite, hematite, graphite, and tourmaline. The main compositions of the sample jade are SiO2, Al2O3, and K2O. The overall accuracy of this paper’s model in classifying Xinjiang Hotan jade grades is 97.9%, which is significantly higher than that of the KNN classification algorithm and SVM classification algorithm. The total accuracy of this paper’s model on each parameter of jade grade is 85, which is higher than the 60 of the KNN algorithm and the 62 of the SVM algorithm, and the classification accuracy grade is high.

We report a case of postoperative urinary leakage after bilateral laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal (TEP) herniorrhaphy. A man in his upper 80s with a healed cystostomy and appendectomy underwent bilateral TEP herniorrhaphy. Urinary leakage was noted by ultrasound examination 4 days after bilateral TEP. Cystography and computed tomography conclusively confirmed a 6-mm extraperitoneal fistula at the site of the previous cystostomy. The fistula involved the anterior bladder wall and was associated with an extended urinoma. The patient was treated by indwelling catheterization using a Foley catheter and repeated ultrasound-guided puncture and aspiration of the inguinal effusion at the bedside. The patient was completely healed 69 days after the operation with no mesh infection or bladder dysfunction. We believe that urinary leakage is possible after TEP herniorrhaphy in patients with a healed suprapubic cystostomy. Therefore, indwelling catheterization using a Foley catheter should be implemented before surgery, and the Foley catheter can be removed within 1 week after surgery if no postoperative urinary leakage is observed. A history of suprapubic cystotomy should not be regarded as a contraindication for TEP surgery. This is the first report of urinary leakage after bilateral TEP herniorrhaphy in a patient with a healed cystostomy and appendectomy.

Regular moderate physical exercise is beneficial for the cardiovascular system. Our prior study has demonstrated a long-term moderate exercise (4-week of 60-min 74.0% V̇O2max treadmill running) is optimal in protecting from exhaustive exercise-induced cardiac ischemic injury. This study is aimed to investigate the effect of long-term moderate exercise on myocardial metabolome in rats. Thirteen male Sprague–Dawley rats were randomly assigned into the control group (C) and the long-term moderate exercise group (E). The targeted metabolomics of the myocardium was analyzed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) system. Results showed that the metabolites categories of bile acids (BAs), fatty acids (FAs), and phenylpropanoic acids were significantly decreased. The biosynthesis of unsaturated FAs pathway was significantly downregulated. The altered metabolites in the E Group included decreased FAs (pentadecanoic acid, 10Z-heptadecenoic acid, dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, docosapentaenoic acid, and 10Z-nonadecenoic acid), decreased BAs (chenodeoxycholic acid and beta-muricholic acid), decreased organic acids (glycolic acid and 2-hydroxyglutaric acid), decreased carbohydrate (N-acetylneuraminic acid, Neu5Ac), decreased amino acids (α-aminobutyric acid and norvaline), decreased phenylpropanoic acids (hydroxyphenyllactic acid), and benzoic acids (4-hydroxybenzoic acid and phthalic acid). The results indicated that long-term moderate exercise has promoted lipids utilization in myocardium while exerted little influence on carbohydrate metabolism and diminished many detrimental metabolites. Notably, decrease of myocardial carbohydrate Neu5Ac after long-term moderate exercise might predict a prospective metabolomics biomarker for cardioprotection. This research has displayed the effect of long-term moderate exercise on myocardial metabolomic profiling in rats and indicated some promising metabolites which can be applied for exercise benefits in future.

Abstract Background Escherichia fergusonii is a rare opportunistic pathogen in humans and animals, especially with biofilm. Methods In one case, E. fergusonii with biofilm was detected in the bile, and silver staining was used to prove it had biofilm. The clinical characteristics and drug susceptibility of eight cases of E. fergusonii retrieved from the literature were also summarized. Results This is a case of E. fergusonii with biofilm, which has not been reported in China. The 8 cases retrieved from the literature did not specify whether they had biofilm, but we analyzed their clinical characteristics and drug susceptibility. All patients were treated with antimicrobial drugs. 8 cases showed sensitivity to piperacillin/tazobactam and imipenem in 6 cases (75%), but poor sensitivity to levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin. Conclusion The silver staining method proved biofilm in this case, which is the first case of E. fergusonii with biofilm in China.
