Background: Cancer is a global health problem, the mortality rate of breast cancer especially due to not being detected until an advanced stage, because of reluctance for undergoing early detection of breast cancer. Diagnosis of breast cancer at an early stage affords good opportunity for long-term survival. Effort has been made to decrease the number of deaths from breast cancer and the aim of this research for understanding factors related to the practice of breast self-examination (BSE). Method: This study was cross-sectional study and respondents in research were women work at Martapura Public Health Centre, with number of respondents being 168. Cluster sampling was used and the independent variables were age, job, education, experience, awareness of breast cancer, acquaintances ever having suffered from breast cancer, knowledge and BSE attitude, whereas the variable dependent in the research is BSE practice. Data were collected using questionnaire to obtain data on demographic, knowledge, attitude and practice. Results: Statistical results of the tests showed no significant relationship between age, job, education, experience, awareness of breast cancer, acquaintances ever having suffered from breast cancer and BSE practice; however, there was significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.047), attitude of BSE (p = 0.004) and BSE practice. Conclusion: Factors that have a relationship with the BSE practice in women are knowledge and attitude toward BSE. Increased knowledge and attitudes are expected to increase one's desire to do beneficial things such as practising BSE on time, in the right direction and in the right position. Acute pain and anxiety at the severe level because of postoperative orthopedic fractures of nonpathological causes high analgesic demand in patients. It causes a high risk of side effects of drugs such as pruritus, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, dry mouth, weak feelings, visual disturbances, and so on. The side effects will lead to prolonged recovery time, delayed ambulation, and discharge planning. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of a combination of spiritual deep breathing exercise therapy on pain and anxiety in postoperative orthopedic patients with nonpathological fractures. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental study design with a pre-post test control group design. The sample in this study were postoperative orthopedic patients with nonpathological fractures with a sample of 28 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The variable in this study was spiritual deep breathing exercise therapy for pain and anxiety. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that there was an effect of a combination of deep breathing exercise spiritual therapy on pain levels (p=0.000) and anxiety levels (p=0.001) in post-operation nonpathological orthopedic fracture patients. Spiritual deep breathing exercise therapy has proven to be effective in reducing the level of pain and anxiety in postoperative orthopedic patients so that it can be recommended as a complementary therapy option in the management of postoperative pain that is cheap, easy, and safe. Background: Reproductive health, crucial for public health and sustainable development, encompasses family planning and contraceptive use. However, global disparities persist in the adoption of family planning, highlighting the need for a comprehensive understanding of the complex factors shaping these reproductive health choices., Materials and Methods: Following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses guidelines, we conducted a systematic search of the Scopus, ScienceDirect, PubMed, Web of Science, and ProQuest databases from July to August 2023. Inclusive criteria covered various study designs and populations, ranging from individuals to communities, and encompassed sociocultural factors. The review included open access articles published between 2018 and 2023, utilizing a combination of the keywords: Family planning determinants, Contraceptive use factors, Sociocultural factors in family planning, Individual-level influences on family planning, and Factors affecting contraceptive choices., Results: Data from 25 selected studies underscore the critical influence of determinants at both individual and community levels in shaping family planning behaviors. Key drivers at the individual level included education, age, knowledge, and attitudes. At the community level, factors such as geographical disparities and healthcare accessibility played pivotal roles. Sociocultural determinants, including media exposure, gender norms, and spousal dynamics, highlighted the need for culturally sensitive strategies., Conclusions: Advancing equitable family planning requires education, improved access, peer influence, and the active participation of husbands and male partners. Comprehensive programs should bridge the gap between knowledge and action, reduce disparities, and ensure equal access to contraception. Background: Nurses have to work different and often irregular shifts to provide care. This puts nurses at health risks, such as sleep impairment., Design and Methods: The aim of this study was to test the comprehensive conceptual framework for predicting shift work sleep disorder of female nurses, we used a structural equation model analysis based on shift worker's coping and transactional stress coping theory. This study used a cross-sectional design. We collected the data from three public hospitals and three private hospitals in South Kalimantan, Indonesia, with a total sample of 201 female shift work nurses. Data were collected from February to April 2020. We were also granted permission by the director and the head nurse of these hospitals. After obtaining the informed consent forms, we distributed the online self-report questionnaire using Google Forms. Demographic data were evaluated using descriptive statistical analysis. We used a structural equation model analysis to test the comprehensive conceptual framework for predicting shift work sleep disorder of female shift work nurses., Results: The model's effectiveness in predicting factors contributing to shift work sleep disorder was confirmed by the good statistical fit indicated by the comparative fit index, root-mean-square error of approximation, incremental fit index, and Tucker Lewis Index., Conclusions: This study provides evidences that workload and interpersonal conflict contribute to occupational stress. Objectives: To analyse the factors associated with the behaviour of teenage girls in terms of preventing a sexual assault., Method: The descriptive, cross-sectional, correlational study was conducted in April 2021 at a senior high school in Cibitung, Bekasi, Indonesia, after approval from the ethics review committee of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga. The sample comprised class X-XII students aged 15- 19 years. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data was analysed with logistic regression test using SPSS 20., Results: Of the 139 subjects, 52 (37.4%) were aged 16 years, 58 (41.7%) were in class XII. Significant relationship of behaviour to prevent sexual assault was found with knowledge (p=0.008), attitude (p=0.010) and peer interaction (p=0.007)., Conclusions: Preventing sexual assault behaviour among girls was found to be related to knowledge, attitude and peer interaction.

Objectives: To assess the correlation among social media use, peer influence and sexual risk behaviour among school going adolescents., Method: The cross-sectional study was conducted from April to July 2022 after approval from the ethics review board of Stikes, Hang Tuah, Surabaya, Indonesia, and comprised grade 11 students of either gender at the Senior High School 1, Hang Tuah, Surabaya. Data was collected using social media and peer influence questionnaires. Data was analysed using SPSS version 23., Results: Of the 134 participants, 79(59%) were males, and 91(67.9%) were aged 17 years. Highly frequent social media usage was reported by 81(60.4%) subjects, getting influenced by peers by 82(61.2%) and sexual risk behaviour by 88(65.7%). Social media usage and peer influence were significantly associated with sexual behaviour (p<0.05)., Conclusions: A significant relationship was noted of sexual behaviour with social media usage and peer influence.
