Publisher's version (útgefin grein), Aim: To compare the prevalence and trends of antipsychotic drug use during pregnancy between countries across four continents. Methods: Individually linked health data in Denmark (2000−2012), Finland (2005–2014), Iceland (2004–2017), Norway (2005–2015), Sweden (2006–2015), Germany (2006–2015), Australia (New South Wales, 2004–2012), Hong Kong (2001–2015), UK (2006–2016), and the US (Medicaid, 2000–2013, and IBM MarketScan, 2012–2015) were used. Using a uniformed approach, we estimated the prevalence of antipsychotic use as the proportion of pregnancies where a woman filled at least one antipsychotic prescription within three months before pregnancy until birth. For the Nordic countries, data were meta-analyzed to investigate maternal characteristics associated with the use of antipsychotics. Results: We included 8,394,343 pregnancies. Typical antipsychotic use was highest in the UK (4.4%) whereas atypical antipsychotic use was highest in the US Medicaid (1.5%). Atypical antipsychotic use increased over time in most populations, reaching 2% in Australia (2012) and US Medicaid (2013). In most countries, prochlorperazine was the most commonly used typical antipsychotic and quetiapine the most commonly used atypical antipsychotic. Use of antipsychotics decreased across the trimesters of pregnancy in all populations except Finland. Antipsychotic use was elevated among smokers and those with parity ≥4 in the Nordic countries. Conclusion: Antipsychotic use during pregnancy varied considerably between populations, partly explained by varying use of the typical antipsychotic prochlorperazine, which is often used for nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy. For some electrostatic precipitators, profiled steel sheets are used as casing wall which is subjected to both bending and vertical compression. By nonlinear finite element method, the influences of structural parameters on load bearing capacity of profiled steel sheet wall were investigated. For the loading path, the uniform transversal pressure was applied firstly, and then the vertical compression was applied until the wall failed. The results indicate that the vertical compression resistance of profiled sheet decreases with the transversal load or the increasing sheet span. For certain sheet shape, the vertical compression resistance of profiled sheet decreases with the wall width increasing. The vertical resistance of the profiled sheet whose tensioned flanges are connected with the side columns is more than that whose compressed flanges are connected with the side columns. When the vertical compression resistance is calculated according to the buckling evaluation method of cold-form thin-walled steel member, the value is usually less than the solution from finite element method. Consequently, the load bearing capacity based on the related method of cold-form thin-walled steel member can be taken as a reference solution for the profiled steel sheet subjected to combined bending and vertical compression.

BACKGROUND: An increasing number of studies have been conducted on the use of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided needle sampling for upper gastrointestinal subepithelial lesions (SEL). However, reported diagnostic efficacy varies greatly.OBJECTIVE: To summarize up current evidences on the diagnostic efficacy of EUS-guided needle sampling for upper GI SEL.METHOD: A reproducible strategy was used to search four databases. Search results were evaluated for eligibility, and the quality of eligible studies was assessed by QUADAS-2. Pooled efficacy of EUS-guided needle sampling in upper GI SEL was calculated. Procedure-related complications, diagnostic errors, and independent factors related to a higher success rate were also recorded and analyzed.RESULTS: Seventeen studies, comprising 978 attempts of EUS-guided needle sampling, were included in a meta-analysis. Pooled diagnostic rate of EUS-guided needle sampling was 59.9 %, with a heterogeneity I (2) of 55.2 %. Subgroup analysis showed no difference in diagnostic rate among fine needle aspiration (FNA), trucut needle biopsy (TCB), and fine needle biopsy (FNB), or among 19-, 22-, and 25-G needles. Subgroup analysis and meta-regression suggested that the cell block method might be correlated with a higher diagnostic rate. Few severe complications were reported. Diagnosis errors were rare.CONCLUSION: EUS-guided needle sampling is a safe, but only moderately effective method for pathology diagnosis of upper GI SEL. Choice of FNA/TCB/FNB, or 19 G/22 G/25 G does not seem to alter the overall diagnostic rate.

Al−Mn-pillared montmorillonite (AMPM) was prepared by using the artificial Na-montmorillonite from the Qingfengshan bentonite mine as starting materials mixed with Al−Mn pillaring solutions at different Al/Mn molar ratios (R). The basal spacing and specific surface area of the materials were increased significantly compared with untreated clays. When R=0.5, the d(001) value and specific surface area of pillared montmorillonite were 1.8987 nm and 146.01 m2 g−1, respectively. The thermal stability was determined using calcined tests, X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, thermal gravimetry and differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA). The materials formed at initial R=0.5 exhibited a high stability, the basal interlayer spacing was stabilized at 1.7859 nm after calcined for 2 h at 300°C. The adsorption behavior of the materials was studied by adsorption experiments. The results show the AMPM and calcined Al−Mn-pillared montmorillonite(CAMPM) exhibit a strong capacity of adsorbing the Zn(II) in aqueous solution at pH 10.0.

The bentonite was modified using Cabentonite as a matrix and octadecyl/hexadecyl ammonium chloride as the cover agent, based on hydrothermal process. The organic gel with 5.0 Pa · s viscosity was synthesized by dispersing it into the dimethyl benzene-methyl alcohol system fully. The optimum process conditions for organic modification were that the coating agent dosage is 22 g/L, reaction time is 90 minutes and the pH value of pulp is 10. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis indicates that the d (001) value of the modified bentonite is 20. 532 A. The influence of gel temperature on its viscosity characteristic was studied. By analyzing the transmssion electron microscopy (TEM) images and observing the dispersed gel, the nanometer effect of the organic gel was discussed.

According to the theory of the stochastic trajectory model of particle in the gas-solid two-phase flows, the two-phase turbulence model between the blades in the inner cavity of the FW-Φ150 horizontal turbo classifier was established, and the commonly-used PHOENICS code was adopted to carried out the numerical simulation. It was achieved the flow characteristics under a certain condition as well as the motion trace of particles with different diamenters entering from certain initial location and passing through the flow field between the blades under the correspondent condition. This research method quite directly demonstrates the motion of particles. An experiment was executed to prove the accuracy of the results of numerical simulation.
