The purpose of this activity is to improve information that is known by the community in relation to patterns, ways, mechanisms of Exclusive breastfeeding. Method of implementation in the form of counseling and socialization with material about Exclusive breastfeeding, the method is coupled with simulation activities and counseling process. Success in this activity is measured by the Focus Group Discussion process aimed at identifying obstacles to exclusive breastfeeding and how problem solving does not leave local wisdom. The results of the activities are the dissemination of information to health volunteers, which are expected to assist in disseminating information on the location of each residence and in the core family of the socialization participants. Internet service provider used in today's rapidly growing with a wide selection of advantages and disadvantages. Because it was so many criteria - criteria that can be used as a basic internet service providers the most suitable to be applied in the agency in Pangkalpinang. In this study, the authors raise some of the network providers are XL, Telkomsel, Indosat, Three and Smartfren. To select an Internet service provider with a six-level criteria. The level 1 criteria: ease of users, ease of use, speed of data transfer, type of service, access restrictions internrt / quota, network level, and the type of card, level 2 criteria consists of 20 criteria derived from special advantages to the internet service provider. As for the level 3 there are five alternatives are XL, Telkomsel, Indosat, Three and Smartfren. The results of this election result as an internet service provider XL is best as compared with Telkomsel, Indosat, Three, and Smaertfren. XL reliability levels reached 31.7%. And the most influential factor in the selection process is the data transfer speed factor reached 32.5%.

Purpose: Ergonomics usually reciprocate the study about people fitness toward working environment. In addition, financial distress refers a condition of organizations incompetency in generating sufficient revenues or incomes, which thereby refrain them to pay their financial obligations. This study aims to evaluate two independent organizational fields named as ergonomics in first phase and financial distress in manufacturing organization behavior in the second phase. The study presented a resiliency framework for operations and strategic management in the third phase based on various facts received from the distress organizations. Design/methodology/approach: A questionnaire survey based on plant-visit is presented. The study embedded two segments to explicate its novelty. In the first segment, the plant-visit case study is presented and in the second segment, an exploratory data related to financial distress is presented. The study tried to communicate observations related to multiple decision-making fields in single umbrella, where multiple concepts like ergonomics and financial distress of organizations as well as employees are presented. DEMATEL-ANP integrated approach is used to represent the critical financial distress dimensions of employees and their ranking. Findings: The study provided insights toward connecting two independent fields named as ergonomics and financial distress in single umbrella. The study can benefit practitioners in designing policies and procedures in their planning model to effectively achieve organizational goals. The study presented 14 financial distress drivers of employees and advocated the aggregation of ergonomics and financial distress toward developing a holistic framework for attaining organization goals for sustainability. Originality/value: The study presented a comprehensive understanding about multiple organization decision-making fields toward developing a holistic approach from different aspects for attaining organizational sustainability. The study can be fruitful in stimulating cross-pollination of ideas between researchers and provides a good understandability of ergonomics and financial distress in single roof.

PENDEKATAN COGNITIVE MORAL SEBAGAI KERANGKA PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR PPKN DI SEKOLAH DASAR Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran PPKn sebagai wahana pendidikan moral dan relevansi pendekatan cognitive moral sebagai kerangka pengembangan bahan ajar PPKn untuk membelajarkan nilai-nilai moral. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 122 siswa kelas V sekolah dasar dan 4 guru pengampu Mata Pelajaran PPKn pada empat kecamatan di Kota Salatiga. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Temuan hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis interaktif model Miles dan Huberman kemudian disajikan melalui teks narasi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran PPKn belum merepresentasikan pendidikan moral. Kedua, guru tidak melaksanakan pembelajaran moral yang terencana dan sistematis dalam pembelajaran PPKn. Ketiga, pengetahuan siswa tentang moral rendah. Keempat, siswa mengalami miskonsepsi terhadap substansi dan tujuan PPKn. Kelima, muatan PPKn pada buku tematik Kurikulum 2013 tidak menguraikan materi tentang moral. Keenam, pendekatan cognitive moral melalui cerita dilema relevan sebagai solusi pengembangan bahan ajar PPKn untuk membelajarkan moral di sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: cognitive moral, PPKn, sekolah dasar Abstract The study was aimed at describing the implementation of the civics education subject as a means of moral education and the relevance of cognitive moral approach as a framework for developingcivics education instructional materials. The study was descriptive analytical research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were 122 fourth-grade students of elementary school and 4 teachers of civics education in four districts in Salatiga City. The data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documents. The data were analyzed using interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman model and presented through descriptive narrative texts. The results show that first, civic education learning has not yet represented moral education. Second, teachers do not carry out planned and systematic moral learning in civics education learning. Third, students’ moral comprehension is still low. Fourth, students have misconceptions about the substance and the purpose of civics educationlearning. Fifth, the content of civics education in the thematic book of Curriculum 2013 does not include the material related to moral learning. Sixth, the cognitive moral approach through the dilemma story is relevant as a solution for the development of civics education instructional materials to teach morals in the elementary school. This study investigates the effect of economics learning outcomes, parents' income, and students' origin on financial literacy among Indonesian high school students. Using random sampling, this research involved 206 students as respondents. The data was collected by providing tests to the students and documentation techniques. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression with a dummy variable of students' origin. The analysis indicates that economics learning outcomes and parents' income have a positive effect on financial literacy. However, the students' origin does not have any impact on their financial literacy among Indonesian. The implications of these findings show an essential role of good economics learning in school. The better Economics learning students acquire in school will promote students' greater knowledge that can be proxied in financial literacy. Therefore, it can encourage a better formation of financial behaviors.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence academic stress had on pre-service teachers' learning motivation. Mixed methods with a sequential explanatory design were the methods used in the study, while the sample used in this study amounted to 155 pre-service teachers obtained using random sampling from the Department of Sports Coaching Education in 2019-2020 from Padang State University. The instruments in this study include a pre-service teacher motivation questionnaire and academic stress observation sheets and semi-open interviews. The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential. The results of academic stress and motivation obtained good results. This is reinforced by the relationship between academic stress and motivation and there is an influence between the two, with a contribution of 53.2%. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that pre-services need to be given more motivation from stakeholders related to sports to reduce pre-service academic stress.

Health insurance is a type of insurance product that specifically guarantees for health care or treatment. Individual and collective health insurance are the two categories of health insurance. Estimated premiums are determined according to death rate, sex, age, level of interest and administration costs. The interest rate relied on may vary between insurers. This study used three different interest rates for the calculation of annual net premium on individual health insurance based on RP-2000 Male & Female Combined Healthy Table and the Indonesian Mortality Table (TMI) 1999. The results indicated that an increase in interest rate causes a decrease in the premium, and vice versa. This study concludes that changes in interest rate affect the calculation of annual net premium on individual health insurance which are either renewed or not renewed.

Purpose To determine the association between type of surgery (wide resection versus curettage with adjuvant therapy) and outcome in patients with giant cell tumour (GCT) of bone. Methods Records of 30 male and 52 female consecutive patients aged 10 to 62 years who underwent wide resection (n=57) or curettage with adjuvant therapy (n=25) for primary GCT of bone were reviewed. The surgical decision was based on patient age, tumour location, functional demand, and patient preference. The median tumour size was 8.5 cm. Tumours were classified as stage 1 (n=4), stage 2 (n=60), and stage 3 (n=18), and 25%, 68.3%, and 83.3% of them were treated with wide resection, respectively. Functional outcome was assessed using the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society (MSTS) score; the maximum score was 30. Results The wide resection and curettage with adjuvant therapy groups were comparable in terms of patient age, gender, tumour size, location, symptoms, tumour stage, type of biopsy, and MSTS score. The MSTS score was excellent in 50.2% of patients, good in 38.7% of patients, and fair and poor in the remaining patients. The MSTS score was not associated with tumour stage or type of surgery. Four patients in the wide resection group had metastasis to the lung. They also had lower haemoglobin level (10.6 vs. 12.7 g/dl, p=0.020) and higher percentage of stage-3 tumour (100% vs. 17.9%, p=0.001) but had no recurrence (0% vs. 6.4%, p=0.774), compared with those without metastatsis. All died from massive haemoptysis and respiratory failure. Eight patients died; their haemoglobin level was lower than that of patients who were still living (11.2 vs. 12.7 g/dl, p=0.032). Objective To evaluate the presence of developmental disorders, behavioral disorders, and depression in children after the earthquake at Padang and Pariaman on September 30th, 2009. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat efektivitas antara penerapan pembelajaran berbasis kognitif moral melalui model VCT dengan pembelajaran konvensional ceramah bervariasi terhadap hasil belajar PKn dengan mempertimbangkan moral judgement. Jenis penelitiannya adalah Experimen Research tipe Quasi Exsperimental Research serta menggunakan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 5 SDN Karangduren 01 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas 5 SDN Karangduren 02 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis kognitif moral melalui model VCT efektif terhadap hasil belajar PKn dengan mempertimbangkan moral judgement siswa kelas 5 SD N Karangduren 01 Kecamatan Tengaran Kabupaten Semarang semester II tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Simpulan tersebut didukung oleh hasil uji-t dengan hasil t hitung > t tabel (2,085>2,00488), signifikansi < 0,05 (0,04268,5).

Purpose: At the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic affected many aspects of life, including education. In response, the Indonesian government mandated all educational institutions, including universities, to implement online learning. Through online learning, many university students experienced considerable changes in the way they regulated their knowledge-seeking process. This research examined the level of EFL university students' self-regulated learning during their online learning activities for an English academic writing course, as well as the difficulties encountered and strategies developed in the online learning context. Methodology: This research employed a convergent mixed-method research design by adapting the Online Self-Regulated Learning Questionnaire (Barnard et al., 2009) and an open-ended questionnaire to discover the students' difficulties and strategies during online learning. The study involved 307 students of the English 3 (Academic Writing) course at President University, Indonesia. Descriptive statistics were employed to analyse the quantitative data sets, while the qualitative data sets were systematically coded and thematically analysed. Findings: The statistical analysis indicated that the students had a medium level of self-regulated learning skills. The qualitative analysis revealed that in the context of online self-regulated learning, the issues they faced included technical, material, time management, study space, and motivation issues. At the same time, the students attempted to alleviate these issues by improving collaboration and time management, and adopting technical, academic, and affective strategies. Significance: By exploring the level of students' self-regulated learning skills, this study provides insights for universities and lecturers into students' ability to regulate their learning in an online learning context. Additionally, this study has identified the difficulties students face in the online learning process and their strategies to overcome these issues, which can practically inform educational institutions about the necessary support that should be provided to facilitate students' self-regulated learning skills in the online learning context.

Providing teaching and learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic has been a global challenge, and the government has responded to this issue by conducting distance learning using technology. This study introduces and evaluates gamification learning in economics employing to enhance the students' achievements. This study elaborates on a new learning model, "ecrowdwar mobile game," that can be used for distance learning activities. This research adopted classroom action research to gain an understanding of the implementation of this new model for students' achievement. The work involved senior high school students in several regions in East Java of Indonesia. Accordingly, the data were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The findings indicate that the implementation of gamification learning faces some difficulties in both teachers and students. However, this new model outperforms the conventional learning model with the teacher-centered approach, and it can be considered an alternative learning model for distance learning using technology.

Motor skills during early childhood play a significant role in child development. We used the bioecological model to determine the bioecological factors associated with preschool children's gross motor skills (GMS). The GMS of randomly sampled 280 children were tested using a standardized checklist. The background variables theoretically framed in process, person and context characteristics were applied for multilevel logistic regression models. The children whose parents engaged daily in child-stimulating activities and who had family income above the mean were 2.3 times more likely to have normal GMS. Moreover, the children from the schools equipped with toys were 2.7 times more likely to be normal. Interestingly, the children who had teachers with higher degrees and more extended experience were less likely to be normal in GMS, demanding further exploration. Therefore, national child development policies and programmes should ensure parental support and the provision of motivated teachers.

The purpose of this study is to look into the importance of educational processes, practices, and research activities in predicting knowledge skills and competences (KSC) and employability in Indonesian higher education. A survey was used in the quantitative research approach. Respondents to this study selected 500 instructors and students from 31 universities in Indonesia that offer outstanding approved study programs. The Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology oversees all universities. Scoring and structural equation modeling were used to evaluate the data. The educational process is significantly influenced by facilities. Significant relationships have been discovered between facilities and practicum activities, facilities and research activities, practical activities and employability, research activities and employability, research activities and KSC, and practical activities to KSC. There is no significant relationship between the educational process and employability, nor between the educational process and KSC. This study's findings also show that the educational process does not mediate the effect of facilities on employability but does mediate the effect of facilities on KSC, that the effect of facilities on employability was mediated by the practical activity variable, that practical activity variables mediated the effect of facilities on KSC, and that research activity variables mediated the effect of facilities on employability. Variables related to research activity influenced the effect of facilities on KSC. This research's contribution can become literature for future research and can be used by education stakeholders to identify applicable policies to assist KSC and its graduates' employability.
