In order to ensure the security of information assets and standardize the risk assessment and inspection workflow of information assets. This paper has designed and developed a risk assessment system for information and communication equipment with simple operation, offline assessment, and diversified external interfaces. The process of risk assessment can be realized, which effectively improves the efficiency of risk assessment.

Aiming at the problem that the pattern matching efficiency of BM algorithm is not high, an improved BM algorithm is proposed, an intrusion detection system based on Snort was designed and built, and its pattern matching function was tested to verify the effectiveness of the improved BM algorithm to increase the pattern matching rate.

To solve the stress shielding problem in the orthopaedic implants applications, lightweight lattice structures were designed to optimize the internal of the implants. The variation of truss size of lattices can affect the mechanical performances of implants. Also the printed dimension of the shell is closely related to the fitting of implants, and its thickness will again affect the mechanical property of the printed implants. Lightweight structures (LWS) or cellular structures have been widely applied in product designs for the aerospace and biomedical industries. Using the advanced additive manufacturing technology, orthopaedic implants can be designed using LWS to achieve low young’s modulus and good bending stiffness, with additional benefits of cell ingrowth if open lattices were designed. In this study, seven patterns of LWS were printed using selective laser melting method. Pneumonia is a major cause of morbidity and mortality of infectious diseases, especially in children. Ripasudil (K-115), a selective ROCK inhibitor, is a promising emerging drug against glaucoma, and reported to have anti-inflammatory activity. However, the anti-inflammatory effect of ripasudil still remains unclear in pneumonia. The goal of this study is to investigate the role and the underlying mechanism of ripasudil in pneumonia. BALB/c mice were used to establish an acute pneumonia model of mice by injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) intraperitoneally. Ripasudil (0.5 mg, 1 mg, 2 mg) was administrated 1 h before the induction of LPS. The histoligical change of lung tissue was evaluated by hematoxylin-eosin staining and lung wet/dry ratio. Inflammatory cytokines secretion, oxidant-antioxidant factors levels were measured. Cell apoptosis was examined using TNUEL assay. Western blot and qRT-PCR was used to determine gene expressions. Results showed that ripasudil significantly attenuated LPS-induced histological changes, reduced the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and alleviated LPS-induced oxidative stress in mice. LPS-induced cell apoptosis and associated protein expression changes were attenuated by ripasudil. Besides, ripasudil reduced the expression of RhoA, and decreased the activity of RhoA/ROCK signaling. Finally, the level of RhoA and eNOS from pneumonia patients exhibited negatively correlated, whereas the level of RhoA was higher while eNOS level was lower than that in the healthy control. The results of the present study indicate that ripasudil attenuate LPS-induced pneumonia in BALB/c mice by ameliorating inflammation, oxidative stress and apoptosis through inhibiting RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway. Ripasudil might be a novel and effective drug for the treatment of pneumonia.

Background: The dramatic increase of the popularity of social media has affected in a large extent how SMEs reach and engage with their target customers to promote their products or services and to brand their firms. How SMEs incorporate social media for better business growth has gained huge attention from both academic and industrial sectors. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the aspects that are incorporated by SMEs when implementing social media in order to gain knowledge how SMEs could incorporate those factors when implementing social media. Research questions: What are those aspects that SMEs are incorporating to implement social media? Methodology: This study adopts six semi-structured interviews with six case organizations to identify and evaluate the aspects that are incorporated by SMEs to implement social media in the context of Sweden. Three small size and three medium-size firms in Växjö, Sweden who use social media for business purposes have been selected. Conclusion: The findings of this research identified and evaluated several aspects that are incorporated by all SMEs to implement social media in the context of Sweden: decision making about platform(s) and their deploying; governance responsibility; value metrics; accessibility; risk management; online community followers growing; content creation and updating; incentive strategy; monitoring social media sites; comments utilizing for future development; message processing rules; customer feedback timelines and report creating and sharing. The result shows the new approach of social media implementation which brought by Culnan, McHugh, and Zubillaga (2010) can help the researchers to identify and evaluate the aspects that SMEs are incorporating to implement social media, and chose to acquire knowledge that they can take advantage of from those aspects to incorporate and reinforce their social media implementation. Equally by putting into practice these aspects SMEs foster their growth in a number of ways such as customer relations, external and internal communication and several other ways.
