Abstract

At present ship to air missile is the main force of anti-missile. The warhead damage element’ impact and penetration effect are the main factors for damaging supersonic anti-ship missile (SAM). In this paper, the damage mechanism of the anti-ship missile is studied. Dynamic initial velocity of damage elements is modeled and simulated. The four important parts of SAM with typical material are modeled and simulated based on finite element analysis (FEA). It’s useful to the study of the further model of vulnerability analysis of whole anti-ship missiles.

Abstract

The sonic nozzle method gas flow standard device is used in the field of flow metering and is widely used by domestic and foreign testing organizations. The gas flow device based on the sonic nozzle usually uses the atmosphere as the gas source. The flow state of the gas is unstable during the transmission process, in order to reduce the influence on the measurement, To improve the measurement accuracy of the flow meter, it is necessary to stabilize the airflow. For the moment, steady flow structure using a combination of pipe, there are still deficiencies. Thus, a new steady flow structure of honeycomb combined straight pipe is proposed., through simulation and comparison of various velocity maps and distribution maps of the two model flow fields, the honeycomb combined straight pipe shows better results.

130. Comparison of tobacco grading methods based on hyperspectral information.

Abstract

To avoid the impact of subjective factors associated with traditional tobacco grading, the influences of three preprocessing methods, including MSC (Multivariate Scattering Correction), SNV (Standard Normal Variate transformation) and SG (Savitzky-Golay convolution smoothing) and four classification models, including RF (Random Forest), ELM (Extreme Learning Machine), GBDT (Gradient Boosting Decision Tree) and SVM (Support Vector Machine) on tobacco classification accuracy were analyzed based on the hyperspectral datasets A and B of tobacco leaves of different grades. Further, the hyperspectral data were preprocessed by MSC, from which the characteristic bands were selected by F-Score algorithm, and the variations of classification accuracy in the case of different number of characteristic bands were investigated. The results showed that: 1) The MSC preprocessing based on all bands combined with ELM or SVM models showed a better tobacco recognition effect, and their classification accuracies for datasets A and B reached 84%, 80% and 96%, 95% respectively. 2) When the number of characteristic bands selected by F-Score algorithm accounted for 70% of all bands, the classification accuracies of the four models based on MSC preprocessing were close to those based on all bands, and the classification accuracy of SVM for dataset B reached 96%. These research results provide a support for promoting the recognition accuracy and intelligent level of tobacco grading. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

In the antiaircraft weapon-target assignment, fire resources are easy to be wasted, and damage time could be delayed under the condition of relatively sufficient fire resources. To solve these problems, by combining the damage probability threshold, flying time from target to weapon and the threat degree, the weapon-target assignment model is established under multi constraints. Under the premise of meeting the damage threshold, This model can use as little as possible fire resources to give priority to intercept targets of which flying time is short and threat degree is great. On this basis, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem of antiaircraft weapon-target optimal assignment. Aiming at the slow convergence rate of genetic algorithm(GA), the individual and group extremum updating in particle swarm optimization(PSO) is used as the best individual preserving strategy in genetic algorithm, so as to improve the convergence speed of genetic algorithm. Simulation results show the advantages of the new model, as well as the effectiveness and superiority of the improved genetic algorithm.

Abstract

Abstract Background Tumor cell expression of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) can promote inflammation and cell survival in the tumor microenvironment. Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) signaling in tumor cells can mediate tumor cell immune escape and tumor progression, and it is regarded as one of the mechanisms for chronic inflammation in tumorigenesis and progression. The expression of TLR4 in human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 and its biological function in the development and progression of breast cancer have not been investigated. We sought to characterize the expression of TLR1-TLR10 in the established human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231, and to investigate the biological roles of TLR4 in breast cancer cells growth, survival, and its potential as a target for breast cancer therapy. Methods TLRs mRNA and protein expressions were detected in human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 by RT-PCR, real-time PCR and flow cytometry (FCM). RNA interference was used to knockdown the expression of TLR4 in MDA-MB-231. MDA-MB-231 transfected with the vector pGenesil-1 and the vector containing a scrambled siRNA were as controls. Recombinant plasmids named TLR4AsiRNA, TLR4BsiRNA and TLR4CsiRNA specific to TLR4 were transfected into human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 with Lipfectamine™2000 reagent. TLR4 mRNA and protein expressions were investigated by RT-PCR, real-time PCR, FCM and immunofluorescence after silence. MTT analysis was performed to detect cell proliferation and FCM was used to detect the secretion of inflammatory cytokines in supernatant of transfected cells. Results The human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 was found to express TLR1-TLR10 at both the mRNA and protein levels. TLR4 was found to be the highest expressed TLR in MDA-MB-231. TLR4AsiRNA, TLR4BsiRNA and TLR4CsiRNA were found to significantly inhibit TLR4 expression in MDA-MB-231 at both mRNA and protein levels as compared to vector control(vector transfected cells). TLR4AsiRNA mediated the strongest effect. Knockdown of TLR4 gene in MDA-MB-231 resulted in a dramatic reduction of breast cancer cell viability. The cytokines which were secreted by the TLR4 silenced cells, such as IL-6 and IL-8, also decreased significantly as compared with vector control. No significant difference was observed in siRNA control (Recombinant plasmid named ScrambledsiRNA transfected cells) compared to vector control. Conclusions These studies identified the expression levels of multiple TLRs in human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 and demonstrated that knockdown of TLR4 could actively inhibit proliferation and survival of breast cancer cells. Taken together, our results suggest RNAi-directed targeting of TLR4 may be a beneficial strategy for breast cancer therapy.

Abstract

Patchouli alcohol (PA), a tricyclic sesquiterpene, is one of the critical bioactive ingredients and is mainly isolated from aerial part of Pogostemon cablin (known as guanghuoxiang in China) belonging to Labiatae. So far, PA has been widely applied in perfume industries. This review was written with the use of reliable information published between 1974 and 2016 from libraries and electronic researches including NCKI, PubMed, Reaxys, ACS, ScienceDirect, Springer, and Wiley-Blackwell, aiming at presenting comprehensive outline of security, pharmacokinetics, and bioactivities of PA and at further providing a potential guide in exploring the PA and its use in various medical fields. We found that PA maybe was a low toxic drug that was acquired numerously through vegetable oil isolation and chemical synthesis and its stability and low water dissolution were improved in pharmaceutics. It also possessed specific pharmacokinetic characteristics, such as two-compartment open model, first-order kinetic elimination, and certain biometabolism and biotransformation process, and was shown to have multiple biological activities, that is, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antioxidative, antitumor, antimicrobial, insecticidal, antiatherogenic, antiemetic, whitening, and sedative activity. However, the systematic evaluations of preparation, pharmaceutics, toxicology, pharmacokinetics, and bioactivities underlying molecular mechanisms of action also required further investigation prior to practices of PA in clinic.
