Intrinsic immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (ITM) and insufficient tumor infiltration of T cells severely impede the progress of glioblastoma (GBM) immunotherapy. In this study, it is identify that inhibiting the expression of glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1) can facilitate the prevention of lactate excretion from tumor glycolysis, which significantly alleviates the lactate‐driven ITM by reducing immunosuppressive tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) and regulatory T cells (Tregs). Simultaneously, the findings show that the generated inflammatory cytokine IFN‐γ during immune activation aggravates the immune escape by upregulating immune checkpoint programmed death‐ligand 1 (PD‐L1) in tumor cells and TAMs. Therefore, an injectable thermogel loaded with a GLUT1 inhibitor BAY‐876 and a PD‐1/PD‐L1 blocker BMS‐1 (Gel@B‐B) for dual‐regulation of metabolism and immunity of GBM is developed. Consequently, in situ injection of Gel@B‐B significantly delays tumor growth and prolongs the survival of the orthotopic GBM mouse model. By actively exposing tumor antigens to antigen‐presenting cells, the GBM vaccine combined with Gel@B‐B is found to significantly increase the fraction of effector T cells (Th1/CTLs) in the tumor microenvironment, thereby remarkably mitigating tumor recurrence long‐term. Background: Carotid stenosis, even in the clinically asymptomatic stage, causes cognitive impairment, silent lesions, and hemispheric changes. The corpus callosum (CC) is crucial for hemispheric cortical integration and specialization. Purpose: To examine if CC morphology and connectivity relate to cognitive decline and lesion burden in asymptomatic carotid stenosis (ACS). Study Type: Retrospective, cross‐sectional. Population: 33 patients with unilaterally severe (70%) ACS and 28 demographically and comorbidity‐matched controls. A publicly available healthy adult lifespan (ages between 18 and 80; n = 483) MRI dataset was also included. Field Strength/Sequence: A 3.0 T; T1 MPRAGE and diffusion weighted gradient echo‐planar imaging sequences. Assessment: Structural MRI and multidomain cognitive data were obtained. Midsagittal CC area, circularity, thickness, integrity, and probabilistic tractography were calculated and correlated with cognitive tests and white matter hyperintensity. Fractional anisotropy, mean diffusivity (MD), and radial diffusivity were determined from DTI. Statistical Tests: Independent two‐sample t‐tests, χ2 tests, Mann–Whitney U, locally weighted scatterplot smoothing (LOWESS) curve fit, and Pearson correlation. A P value < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Patients with ACS demonstrated significant reductions in callosal area, circularity, and thickness compared to controls. The callosal atrophy was significantly correlated with white matter hyperintensity size (r = −0.629, P < 0.001). Voxel‐wise analysis of diffusion measures in the volumetric CC showed that ACS patients exhibited significantly lower fractional anisotropy and higher MD and radial diffusivity in the genu and splenium of the CC than controls. Further lifespan trajectory analysis showed that although the midsagittal callosal area, circularity, and thickness exhibited age‐related decreases, the values in the ACS patients were significantly lower in all age groups. Data Conclusion: Midsagittal callosal atrophy and connectivity reflect the load of silent lesions and the severity of cognitive decline, respectively, suggesting that CC degeneration has potential to serve as an early marker in ACS. Hard magnetic materials based on SmCo5, known for their high coercivity, have found extensive applications in advanced technologies. To further enhance their magnetic performance, it is advantageous to reduce the particle size slightly below the single-domain limit and modify the shape to a one-dimensional (1D) structure. Here, two strategies were introduced with the aim to synthesize the anisotropic SmCo5 nanostructured magnetic powder. The first approach involving electrospinning and reduction-diffusion failed to generate the desired one-dimensional structure, resulting in zero-dimensional (0D) SmCo5 spherical particles with a coercivity of 34.5 kOe and a maximum magnetic energy product of 14 MGOe. In contrast, the second approach, which combines the modified polyol process with reduction-diffusion, yielded a SmCo5 magnetic powder with two distinct morphologies: zero-dimensional spherical particles and one-dimensional nanofibers. The SmCo5 magnetic powder synthesized by the second method exhibits a coercivity of 47.2 kOe and a maximum magnetic energy product of 17 MGOe, significantly exceeding those reported for zero-dimensional spherical SmCo5 nanoparticles. This high-performance SmCo5 magnetic powder holds considerable promise for high-density data storage and permanent magnet applications. Moreover, it provides avenues for developing exchange-coupled nanocomposite magnets with a high energy density. The findings of this study may serve as the foundation for exploiting anisotropic SmCo5 nanomagnets and hold significant implications for the design of advanced magnetic materials using the reduction-diffusion method. Flexible sensors have attracted extensive research interest due to their great application potential in biodetection, flexible display, and wearable devices. However, they still have a lot of room for improvement in terms of luminous color, flexibility, and self‐powered systems. A wearable, antifreeze, and discoloration sensing system based on electroluminescence, mechanoluminescence, and tribo‐power generation is developed in this paper. Triboelectric nanogenerator systems can harvest biomechanical energy from hand clapping and knee/elbow bending to generate real‐time electrical signals. The use of dielectric materials reduces the initial voltage and frequency of light‐emitting devices, enabling them to be driven by Triboelectric nanogenerators. At the same time, the device can produce red, blue, white, and other multicolor light. In addition, the system can produce an optical signal output due to external mechanical stimulation. As a result, the sensor system is simple to manufacture and unique to operate, proving its potential applications in areas such as cold‐resistant displays, wearable optoelectronics, soft robotics, and electronic skin. Epimedium (EM) and Psoraleae Fructus (PF) are a traditional herb combination often used as a fixed form to treat osteoporosis disease in the clinic. However, the intricate interactions of this pair remain unknown. In our study, we undertook a comprehensive examination of their compatibility behaviors. Concurrently, a precise and sensitive quantitation method was successfully developed and validated using liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry for the determination of 12 components. This method was applied in analyzing herbal extracts and biological samples (both in the portal vein and systemic plasma), which was also used to study the pharmacokinetics of the herb pair. The results indicated that the combination of EM and PF enhanced the dissolution of chemical components from PF in extracts, but it had a negligible influence on the contents of the components from EM. On the contrary, the in vivo exposure of the lowly exposed EM flavonoids significantly increased following the combination of EM and PF, whereas the highly exposed psoralen and isopsoralen were greatly reduced. These interactions might be crucial for the synergy and toxicity reduction of the herbal pair in disease treatment, which pave the way for further exploration into the clinical application and pharmacological mechanisms of EM and PF. In order to improve the short-circuit breaking capacity of solid-state circuit breaker (SSCB) in DC system, a multi-objective optimization method that explores component parameters to achieve optimal breaking characteristics was proposed. A detailed analysis of the breaking process of the SSCB during a short-circuit fault was performed, and the influence of the current limiting inductor LB and the voltage limiting capacity factor γ of the metal oxide varistor (MOV) on the breaking characteristics was investigated by theoretical analysis and simulation. Based on the breaking characteristics, three optimization objective functions of breaking impact performance, breaking time and energy absorption were established. The objective functions were optimized by the multi-objective particle swarm algorithm, and a method which combines technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution and decision maker preferences, was used to make decisions. The results show that under different decision maker preferences, the component parameters Ls and γ after the optimization can significantly improve the breaking performance of the SSCB.
