Background Health education and health promotion are at the top of the list of population health promotion strategies. It is essential to provide community-dwelling residents with health education to improve their health literacy. However, few studies focus on the needs of health education (including the contents, acquisition methods and forms) in community-dwelling residents. Objective To investigate the perceived needs of health education and associated factors in community-dwelling residents, providing a scientific basis for meeting their health education needs and improving their health literacy level. Methods From January 19 to March 12, 2020, 2 846 residents aged >12 years were selected from 10 cities of China using multistage sampling to attend a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire used contains two parts: the first part is socio-demographic characteristics. And the second part is the perceived health education needs of community-dwelling residents, with 5-point Likert scale items belonging to three dimensions (contents, forms, and acquisition methods) . The total score for each dimension was obtained by summing the score of items in the dimension. Residents' needs of the contents, forms or acquisition methods were graded as "low", "moderate", or "high" by the average total score of each dimension. Univariate and multivariate ordinal Logistic regression were used to explore the associated factors of level of health education needs in community-dwelling residents. Results Altogether, 2 679 cases (94.13%) who handed in responsive questionnaires were finally included. The average total score for dimensions of contents, acquisition methods and forms were (21.49±5.91) , (15.11±5.48) and (13.61±4.41) , respectively. Among the content items of health education, the top three relatively strongly needed/strongly needed were food safety〔2 081 (77.68%) 〕, disease prevention and control〔2 020 (75.44%) 〕, and rational medication〔1 963 (73.28%) 〕. Among the acquisition methods of health education, the top two relatively strongly needed/strongly needed were health education columns in the community built using digital media technologies〔1 519 (56.70%) 〕 and interactive health education〔1 518 (56.66%) 〕. In terms of the health education form, the proportions of residents who needed various forms of health education were similar. Specifically, the proportion of residents who relatively strongly needed/strongly needed video-based health education was the highest〔64.91% (1 739/2 679) 〕, while that of residents who relatively strongly needed/strongly needed written health educational materials was the lowest〔50.84% (1 362/2 679) 〕. As one of the core technologies of future autonomous vehicles,Cellular-V2X(C-V2X) faces a series of developing pain points related to network connectivity,such as mobility,coverage and spectrum,while rapidly popularizing its application.The connectivity of C-V2X based cooperative vehicle-infrastructure system directly reflects the overall performance of C-V2X network connected vehicles,which is of great significance to ensure information can achieve long-distance,adaptive,low latency and high reliable transmission.Different from the traditional cellular mobile communication network,C-V2X networking vehicles have the characteristics of high moving speed,short link duration between nodes,strong predictability of wireless communication environment,and mobility model limited by road topology.To make efficient use of spectrum for communication,C-V2X networking vehicles also have the characteristics of no center and self-organization of ad hoc network.Firstly,the advantages and characteristics of C-V2X are briefly introduced,including the progress and structure of C-V2X.On this basis,research on connectivity of C-V2X network are summarized and classified based on transportation scenarios,communication mode selection,road side unit(RSU) location deployment,power control and model driven.Finally,the development trends of connectivity for C-V2X are discussed and its future application is prospected.

In this work, mesoporous HZSM-5 (M-HZSM-5) was synthesized with [gamma]-(2,3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane as poreexpanding agent through one-pot method and was studied for its catalytic activity and stability in ethanol dehydration. The resultant samples were characterized by various techniques, including Brunauer-Emmett-Teller, Scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, the temperature-programmed desorption of N[H.sub.3], and Thermogravimetric. Based on the analysis of the results, M-HZSM-5 with the typical MFI structure displays a specific surface area of 450 [m.sup.2] [g.sup.-1]. Furthermore, the improvement of the activity and anti-coking ability of the catalyst for ethanol dehydration to ethylene is attributed to the existence of mesopores in HZSM-5, which can provide the reaction space and acid sites. AimsWe aimed to explore the role of personality traits between fall and loneliness.MethodsA questionnaire survey was used to investigate falls, the big five personality traits, and loneliness among older people (≥ 60 years old) in China mainland.ResultsA total of 4,289 older people participated in the survey. There are significant differences in age, marital status, education level, residence, solitariness, and fall in relation to loneliness among older people. Falls, especially when they occurred one time increase the loneliness of older people. Agreeableness, conscientiousness, and neuroticism were significant mediating effects between falls and loneliness.ConclusionThis study implied that agreeableness, conscientiousness, and neuroticism were meditating factors between falls and loneliness. In the future, we should consider the big five personality traits more to understand loneliness and offer older people interventions for reducing their loneliness. The study design was cross-sectional, so the temporal precedence of mediators and causality could not be tested. Because the data were collected retrospectively, current loneliness is likely to have confounding effects on retrospective recall.

In this study, a piezoelectric nanogenerator (PENG) based on multilayer composite fiber had good and stable piezoelectric output performance, which could realize biomechanical energy collection and human movement monitoring. The polyvinylidene fluoride‐hexafluoryl propylene (P(VDF‐HFP)) composite fiber doped with MXene was used as a promising piezoelectric functional layer (MPFP). By electrospinning, P(VDF‐HFP) composite fiber was constructed by alternating electrospinning with polyurethane (TPU) nanofibers layer by layer. The adoption of MXene as a functional filler promoted the transformation of P(VDF‐HFP) from α to piezoelectric β‐crystal, the piezoelectric β‐crystal content of P(VDF‐HFP) increased, and the dielectric properties and polarization levels were enhanced. At the same time, the multi‐layer structure design improved the piezoelectric sensitivity and mechanical properties of the composite fiber, and the composite fiber was more flexible and had longer tensile strain. With excellent dielectric and mechanical properties, 3MPFP/TPU/3MPFP/TPU multilayer composite fibers showed piezoelectric sensitivity of 10.88 V/kPa. Under the action of palm pressing, the PENG generated an open circuit voltage of 25 V, and the voltage signal of the device under different motion forms had specific characteristics such as peak value, frequency, and shape, which could be used to realize the analysis of human motion forms. Objective: The study aims to evaluate personality characteristics, self-efficacy, and medication adherence in Chinese patients with hypertension, while also investigating how self-efficacy mediates the relationship between personality traits and medication adherence. Methods: This investigation included 787 Chinese patients diagnosed with hypertension, as reported in the "2021 China Family Health Index Survey Report." The study employed several assessment tools such as a General Information Questionnaire, the Brief Big Five Inventory (BFI-10), the New General Self-Efficacy Scale (NGSES), and the Medication Adherence Rating Scale (MARS). Statistical analyses encompassed the Mann–Whitney U test, chi-square test, multiple logistic regression, Spearman's rank correlation, standardized regression coefficients, and Bootstrap techniques. Results: (1) Individuals with debt, who also possess high levels of self-efficacy, tend to adhere more consistently to their medication regimens. (2) An analysis of personality traits indicated that Extroversion,Conscientiousness and Openness positively influences self-efficacy,while Agreeableness and Neuroticism negatively impacts it. (3) Self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the indirect relationship between personality traits such as Extroversion and neuroticism and medication adherence. Conclusion: In the context of Chinese adults, both self-efficacy and Extroversion positively influence medication adherence, whereas high levels of neuroticism adversely impact it. Efficient communication and regulation are crucial for advancing brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), with the steady-state visual-evoked potential (SSVEP) paradigm demonstrating high accuracy and information transfer rates. However, the conventional SSVEP paradigm encounters challenges related to visual occlusion and fatigue. In this study, we propose an improved SSVEP paradigm that addresses these issues by lowering the contrast of visual stimulation. The improved paradigms outperform the traditional paradigm in the experiments, significantly reducing the visual stimulation of the SSVEP paradigm. Furthermore, we apply this enhanced paradigm to a BCI navigation system, enabling two-dimensional navigation of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) through a first-person perspective. Experimental results indicate the enhanced SSVEP-based BCI system's accuracy in performing navigation and search tasks. Our findings highlight the feasibility of the enhanced SSVEP paradigm in mitigating visual occlusion and fatigue issues, presenting a more intuitive and natural approach for BCIs to control external equipment. NEW & NOTEWORTHY: In this article, we proposed an improved steady-state visual-evoked potential (SSVEP) paradigm and constructed an SSVEP-based brain-computer interface (BCI) system to navigate the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in two-dimensional (2-D) physical space. We proposed a modified method for evaluating visual fatigue including subjective score and objective indices.
