通过下乡调研，总结并分析福建省山区茶园成功的经验与面临的挑战；主要针对山地茶园存在水土流失与茶园经营单一及生产质量有待提高等突出问题，结合红壤山地生态复合茶园的研究成果，提出了新时期发展山区'生产-生态-生活'耦合茶园（简称'三生'）的总体思路，阐述了'三生'耦合茶园的理论内涵，其是按照生态经济学的原理，通过茶园系统内部各结构要素的优化组合，促进其在时序有效链接、空间合理布局和生产生态匹配中产生正向联系和优势叠加作用，实现山区茶园生产、生态、生活功能的影响挖掘与充分利用，形成山区茶园整体性的耗散结构与有序性耦合链接的特定农业开发系统。从科学开垦与水肥调控工程、水土保持与立体种养工程、生态恢复与地力保育工程、水分涵养与茶园景观工程、绿化环节与茶旅结合工程、多样发展与康悦养生工程等6个方面总结提出了'三生'耦合茶园模式构建要素与技术实施要点。通过定位试验的能值分析表明，'三生'茶园能值自给率比常规茶园提高36.31%，可持续发展指数是传统茶园的2.68倍，说明在生产效率和和可持续发展方面'三生'茶园模式均优于常规茶园。结合福建茶业绿色振兴实际，提出了发展'三生'耦合茶园的技术与管理对策，以期为茶业企业与家庭农场在绿色发展过程提供参考及其借鉴。

Effect of different cultivation periods on soil stable organic carbon pools and fractions in citrus orchard was investigated to provide scientific basis on the study of orchard soil carbon sequestration by the temporal-spatial substitution method and physical and chemical fractionation method. The results showed that the citrus orchard planted in 1954 compared with the citrus orchard planted in 1980, the content of total organic carbon increased by 27.16%, organic carbon content in macro-aggregates increased by 13.59%, organic carbon content in micro-aggregates increased by 80.19%, organic carbon content of heavy fraction increased by 29.25%, resistant organic carbon content increased by 32.00%, black carbon content increased by 4.01%. Organic carbon which combined with micro-aggregates was protected, and resistant organic carbon and black carbon were recalcitrant organic carbon in soil, this indicated that the stable organic carbon fractions gradually enriched in soil with the increase of growing periods, which was conducive to improve carbon sink in citrus orchard soil.

Introduction: End-to-side neurotization is currently used to treat brachial plexus injury, but it is not clear which donor nerve yields the best outcome. We performed experiments to determine the optimal donor nerve. Methods: A total of 66 male Sprague-Dawley rats were assigned to 1 of 3 groups. Group A was the control group. In Group B, the phrenic nerve was used as the donor, while the ipsilateral C7 nerve root served as the donor in Group C. The epineurial window was used in end-to-side neurorrhaphy. Behavioral observations, histology, electrophysiology, and fluorescence retrotracing were performed postoperatively. Results: Fluorescence retrotracing confirmed nerve regeneration in both Groups B and C upon end-to-side neurotization. The outcome of Group B was superior to that of Group C. Conclusions: Use of the phrenic nerve as the donor nerve yielded a better outcome than use of the ipsilateral C7 nerve root. Muscle Nerve 50: 67–72, 2014

Soil is not only an important foundation for agricultural production, but also is the safeguard of human survival. Soil quality is close-ly related with food safety and argo-ecological environment. Soil fertility is the support of modern agricultural development. Multiple disci-plines and specialties are involved in researches of soil cultivating process. Nowadays, the understanding of soil fertility has changed from a-gricultural production to environmental security and resource exploitation, even larger scales to ecological health and global soil change. In this review, the characteristics and inherent link between soil and agriculture were comprehensive expounded from the aspects of long-term fertilization trials, soil cultivation techniques, and modern agriculture development. The challenge and prospect faced in soil science research field were also analyzed. Finally, several suggestions and countermeasures were proposed to the researches of soil science in future.

To examine the effects of androgen on implantation and decidualization in the mouse delayed-implantation model.Experimental animal study.University research laboratory.Sexually mature female mice (Kunming White strain).Delayed and activated implantation; pseudopregnancy; embryo transfer (ET); E(2) assay; inhibitor.Effects of androgen on embryo implantation were determined by treating the mice under delayed implantation with different doses of testosterone propionate (TP); the effects of androgen on the expression of implantation-related genes were examined by in situ hybridization.Delayed implantation could be initiated by TP. Dihydrotestosterone was also able to initiate implantation in the delayed-implantation model. The implantation window could be maintained for at least 48 hours by 5 mg TP per mouse. Prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase 2 (Ptgs2) and microsomal prostaglandin E synthase (mPtges) were aberrantly expressed in mouse uterus at implantation sites after delayed implantation was activated by high doses of TP.A low dose of TP led to a delay in embryo implantation, but a high dose caused aberrant expression of both Ptgs2 and mPtges at the implantation site. It is possible that high doses of TP may disturb peri-implantation development or may be involved in early pregnancy loss by disturbing the uterine prostaglandin system.

The effect of different Se on Agaricus blazei Murrill,s agronomic traits by principal component analysis was studied.It can simplify into three effect principle components from the eight traits:cover thickness,cover weight,cover diameter,shank length,shank diameter,shank weight,flower weight,and yield.The results showed that the first principal component of agronomic traits and morphological effects factor can reflect the goal of the effects on the growth of Agaricus bazei Murrill in the concentration selenium.It was the expected effect and was the main referenced traits of the increased of Agaricus bazei Murrill.Based on the results,the training material after adding 30 mg/kg exogenous Se could produce the best effect.
