Abstract

Online shopping has become an important part of people's life, but the current academic circles still lack attention to online shopping service recovery. Based on the online shopping service recovery scenario, this study takes the scenario experiment as the research method, discusses the influence mechanism of consumer continuous trust from the perspective of compensation and consumer forgiveness, and tests the moderating effect of online store reputation. Through empirical research, this paper obtains the following research findings: Both utilitarian compensation and spiritual compensation have a positive impact on consumer forgiveness, but spiritual compensation has a greater positive impact on consumer forgiveness; consumer forgiveness has a positive impact on consumer continuous trust, and consumer forgiveness plays a mediating effect between utilitarian compensation, spiritual compensation and consumer continuous trust; online store reputation plays a positive moderating effect in the impact of consumer forgiveness on consumer continuous trust. The research results of this paper are conducive to deepen the research on the relationship between compensation methods and consumer forgiveness, better explain the role of consumer forgiveness, consumer continuous trust and online store reputation in the impact mechanism of online shopping service recovery, and promote the healthy development of online shopping business model. Abstract

The final outcome of diabetes is chronic complications, of which vascular complications are the most serious, which is the main cause of death for diabetic patients and the direct cause of the increase in the cost of diabetes. Type 1 and type 2 diabetes are the main types of diabetes, and their pathogenesis is completely different. Type 1 diabetes is caused by genetics and immunity to destroy a large number of β cells, and insulin secretion is absolutely insufficient, which is more prone to microvascular complications. Type 2 diabetes is dominated by insulin resistance, leading to atherosclerosis, which is more likely to progress to macrovascular complications. This article explores the pathogenesis of two types of diabetes, analyzes the pathogenesis of different vascular complications, and tries to explain the different trends in the progression of different types of diabetes to vascular complications, in order to better prevent diabetes and its vascular complications.

130. Reconstructing the distribution of the paleobiome types in the Three-River Headwaters Region in China from the middle Holocene

Abstract

This study examined the spatial and temporal patterns of the paleobiome types in the Three-River Headwaters Region (TRHR, Sanjiangyuan) in China from the middle Holocene (i.e. 6000 BP). Existing studies explored the patterns of paleobiome types by identifying the type of biomes in pollen sites, based on the taxonomical assemblage of pollen samples. This site-wise identification, however, is not suited for the analysis of the TRHR because pollen sites in the region-level are discrete and low-resolution. In this study – to solve the lack of the pollen sites – climate data, which are easy to interpolate, were extracted from the pollen data by pollen transfer functions. Next, the extracted climate data were calibrated and interpolated over the TRHR and study period. Then, a physiological biome model based on climate was used to produce the chronology of the distribution of the biome types. Consequently, the chronology was reconstructed with a time interval of 50 years and a spatial cell size of 0.5 ° × 0.5 °. From the results, the variations in the distribution of the paleobiome types were mainly dominated by 36 patterns over 10 biome types. In detail, tundra and semidesert were the main types, and the alternation of these two types was the main pattern. Further, the long-term evolution was from tundra to semi-desert, and the precipitation was the main driving force for changes in biomes, while temperature also had some influence. © The Author(s) 2020.

Abstract

With the development of Internet technology, online retailing has become a part of people's life, but there is still a lack of research on the service recovery of online retail. This study adopts the scenario experiment method to conduct an empirical study. The service recovery scenario is designed as 2 × 2, the subjects are required to choose a most similar scene and fill in the questionnaire according to their own service recovery experience of online shopping service. This study discusses the influence mechanism of compensation methods and customer sentiment on service recovery effect in online retail service recovery situation. The results show as follows: compared with utilitarian compensation, spiritual compensation has a greater positive impact on customer positive emotions, and spiritual compensation is more effective in reducing negative emotions; positive and negative emotions of customers have positive and negative effects on customer satisfaction after service recovery, and customer satisfaction after service recovery is the preparation and prelude to the formation of customer loyalty. The research results can provide a reference for online retailers to formulate feasible and effective service recovery strategies, improve the effect of service recovery, and promote the healthy development of online retail business model.
