Aiming at the large error of traditional reliability prediction method, and the defects of BP neural network prediction method, a new method of optimized cascade feedforward neural network was proposed based on Adam algorithm to predict the reliability of CNC machine tool spindles. A three-layer optimized cascade feedforward neural network model for reliability prediction was established based on the first nth reliability value and the mean time between failure corresponding to the ( n+1) th reliability value as the input variables of the neural network. Besides, error comparison analysis was performed on the test set data using the existing relevant reliability data for simulation training. As per the research results, the absolute value of the maximum relative error of the reliability prediction value obtained by this method is 2.53% which is less than 3%, and the prediction method shows high accuracy. Compared with BP neural network, it has the advantages of faster learning speed and better nonlinear fitting ability. Therefore, this method is feasible to be utilized for the prediction of the reliability of CNC machine tool spindles, and provides a reference for improving the accuracy of CNC machine tool reliability prediction.

The endogenous electric fields at the wound site had been found since 18th century, while its biological significance in wound healing, organ regeneration and development was unveiled until recent year. Here we summarized the mechanisms of the generation of endogenous electric fields and its significance in different biological events. Moreover, the ion flux behind the endogenous electric fields was introduced as well.

Objective To analyze the effect of hepatitis B virus X protein on the expression of DKK2 in different hepatoma cell lines and its possible mechanism. Methods HepG2 and SMMC7721 cells were infected by Ad-HBx, and X gene expression was detected by immunofluorescence and PCR, and protein level of DKK2 was detected by Western blot. The hepatoma cell lines were incubated with methylated transferase inhibitor (DAC), the expressions of DKK2, Dnmt1, Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b were detected by Western blot. By silencing the methyltransferase, the expression of DKK2 was detected by Western blot. Results After HepG2 and SMMC7721 being infected with Ad-HBx, the relative expression of HBx mRNA was up-regulated by 61.12 times and 50.24 times respectively (P＜0.05), the protein expression of DKK2 was down-regulated by 1.61 times (P＜0.05) and 3.33 times (P＜0.05), and the protein expression of Dnmt1 and Dnmt3a was significantly increased. Compared with the Ad-HBx infection group, DKK2 protein expression was up-regulated by 2.27 times(P＜0.05), Dnmt3a protein expression was significantly down-regulated, Dnmt1 and Dnmt3b protein level was not significantly changed after DAC treatment. By silencing Dnmt1 and Dnmt3a, DKK2 protein expression was significantly up-regulated. Conclusions HBx inhibits the expression of DKK2 by up-regulation of Dnmt3a and Dnmt1, and then activates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, which is involved in the occurrence of HBV related liver cancer.

Objectives: This study aims to examine the association between audiobook use and the mental health of older adults. Methods: Data were from the 2018 China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey(CLASS 2018). The study utilized multiple linear regression to examine the association between audiobook use and the mental health of older adults. Robustness and heterogeneity analyses were conducted to validate the findings. Mediation analysis was employed to assess the mediating role of social adaptation in the relationship between audiobook use and mental health. Results: The study revealed a significant positive association between audiobook use and the mental health of older adults. Further mediation analysis indicated that social adaptation played a mediating role in this relationship. Conclusion: These findings underscore the potential of audiobooks as a valuable tool for promoting the mental health of older individuals. Herein, a meta‐analysis was conducted to systematically evaluate the effect of humanised care on maternal postoperative wound infections in patients who underwent caesarean section. A computerised search of Embase, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang database was performed, supplemented by a manual search from database inception to September 2023, to collate randomised controlled trials (RCTs) regarding the application of humanised care during the perioperative period of caesarean section. Two researchers screened and selected studies identified according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the included literature was evaluated for quality, extracted information and required data. Data analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software. Twenty RCTs comprising 2408 patients were included. The results revealed the humanised care group had a lower incidence of postoperative wound infections (0.83% vs. 4.32%, odds ratio [OR]: 0.26, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.15–0.46, p < 0.00001) and fewer postoperative complications than the conventional care group (4.32% vs. 16.35%, OR: 0.23, 95% CI: 0.16–0.31, p < 0.00001), with lower anxiety scores (standardised mean difference [SMD]: −3.15, 95% CI: −3.90 to −2.40, p < 0.00001) and depression scores (SMD: −3.68, 95% CI: −4.49 to −2.88, p < 0.00001). The application of humanised care during the perioperative period of caesarean section can prevent postoperative wound infection, reduce postoperative complications and help alleviate maternal anxiety and depression, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. High-Curie-temperature ferromagnets are promising candidates for designing new spintronic devices. Here we have successfully synthesized the single crystal of the itinerant ferromagnet Mn5Ge3 using flux method. Its critical properties were investigated by means of bulk dc magnetization at the boundary of the paramagnetic (PM) and ferromagnetic (FM) phase to determine intrinsic magnetic interactions. Critical exponents with a critical temperature K and with K are acquired by the modified Arrott plot, whereas is deduced by a critical isotherm analysis at K. The self-consistency and reliability of these critical exponents are verified by the Widom scaling law and the scaling equations. Further analysis reveals that the spin interaction in Mn5Ge3 exhibits three-dimensional Ising-like behavior. The magnetic exchange interaction is found to decay as , meaning that the spin interactions exceed the nearest neighbors, which may be related to the different Mn-Mn interactions with inequal exchange strengths. The tropical areas in southern and south-western Yunnan are rich in fungal diversity. Additionally, the diversity of seed flora in Yunnan Province is higher than in other regions in China and the abundant endemic species of woody plants provide favourable substrates for fungi. Rubber plantations in Yunnan Province are distributed over a large area, especially in Xishuangbanna. During a survey of rubber-associated fungi in Yunnan Province, China, dead rubber branches with fungal fruiting bodies were collected. Morphological characteristics and multigene phylogenetic analyses (ITS, LSU, SSU, rpb2 and tef1-α) revealed four distinct new species, described herein as Melomastia puerensis, Nigrograna lincangensis, Pseudochaetosphaeronema lincangensis and Pseudochaetosphaeronema xishuangbannaensis. The research of liver metastasis is a developing field. The ability of tumor cells to invade the liver depends on the complicated interactions between metastatic cells and local subpopulations in the liver (including Kupffer cells, hepatic stellate cells, liver sinusoidal endothelial cells, and immune‐related cells). These interactions are mainly mediated by intercellular adhesion and the release of cytokines. Cell populations in the liver microenvironment can play a dual role in the progression of liver metastasis through different mechanisms. At the same time, we can see the participation of liver parenchymal cells and nonparenchymal cells in the process of liver metastasis of different tumors. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to summarize the relationship between cellular components of liver microenvironment and metastasis and emphasize the importance of different cells in the occurrence or potential regression of liver metastasis. Significance statement: In this work, we summarized the role of different cells in the liver microenvironment in liver metastasis of digestive system tumors. Different resident cells and recruitment cells in the liver can play a dual role in the process of metastasis. The balance of these effects ultimately determines whether tumor cells proliferate, colonize in new sites, enter dormancy, or even die. This review summarizes the different mechanisms of these cells, thus providing some possible therapeutic targets for the occurrence of liver metastasis of digestive system tumors. BACKGROUND Chloroanisoles (CAs) are odorous substances and can easily be found in surface waters. The CAs have been found in water environments worldwide. In the food chain, CAs are easily enriched and amplified. The toxicity increases with the number of chlorine atoms substituted. CAs in waters are trace substances which need to be preconcentrated before determination. Previous studies focused on the detection of individual substances. OBJECTIVES To establish a method which combines headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry together, to simultaneously measure 12 CAs in waters. METHODS The conditions of extraction fiber, temperature, ionic strength, extraction time and stirring rate were compared and optimized in headspace solid phase microextraction. The optimal extraction conditions were confirmed by the results. Extraction temperature was 80℃, ionic strength was 0.35g/mL, extraction time was 40 minutes, stirring rate was 1150r/min, and sample volume was 10mL (15mL extraction bottle). RESULTS Quantitative analysis was performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with selective ion scanning. The linear ranges of the method were 1-50ng/L, and the recoveries were 95.5%-115.1%. The detection limits were 0.045-0.185ng/L and the relative standard deviation was less than 13.02%. CONCLUSIONS Compared with the solid phase extraction and the purge with trap method, this method has a lower detection limit and higher sensitivity of the sample concentration. Also, the precision of the experimental instrument is relatively better than other methods.
