Highlights: The laser of 1275 nm exhibited excellent ablation of tumors with 5-mm porcine muscle tissue blocking, while 808 nm laser failed. Polyethylene glycol-stabilized copper sulfide nanoparticles with similar absorption efficiency at wavelength of 808 and 1275 nm were employed to compare the potential of these two lasers in deep-tissue photothermal therapy. Photothermal therapy (PTT) using near-infrared (NIR) light for tumor treatment has triggered extensive attentions because of its advantages of noninvasion and convenience. The current research on PTT usually uses lasers in the first NIR window (NIR-I; 700–900 nm) as irradiation source. However, the second NIR window (NIR-II; 1000–1700 nm) especially NIR-IIa window (1300–1400 nm) is considered much more promising in diagnosis and treatment as its superiority in penetration depth and maximum permissible exposure over NIR-I window. Hereby, we propose the use of laser excitation at 1275 nm, which is approved by Food and Drug Administration for physical therapy, as an attractive technique for PTT to balance of tissue absorption and scattering with water absorption. Specifically, CuS-PEG nanoparticles with similar absorption values at 1275 and 808 nm, a conventional NIR-I window for PTT, were synthesized as PTT agents and a comparison platform, to explore the potential of 1275 and 808 nm lasers for PTT, especially in deep-tissue settings. The results showed that 1275 nm laser was practicable in PTT. It exhibited much more desirable outcomes in cell ablation in vitro and deep-tissue antitumor capabilities in vivo compared to that of 808 nm laser. Background Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) has been indicated to be an independent predictor for all-cause mortality or adverse events in a variety of diseases. However, no consistent conclusions regarding it's relevance to patients with heart failure have been made. This meta-analysis was conducted to assess the significance of NLR in patients with heart failure. Methods Pubmed and Embase databases were searched for eligible studies that reported the association between NLR and heart failure through September 2017. The overall hazard ratio (HR) and corresponding 95% confidence interval (CI) were used to assess the associations. Results Ten studies met the eligibility criteria and a total of 5979 heart failure patients were included in the meta-analysis. The overall hazard ratio (HR) for all-cause mortality was 1.28 (95% CI 1.14–1.43) and the HR of renal dysfunction was 1.23 (95% CI 1.07–1.41) comparing the highest with the lowest category of NLR. However, the total pooled adjusted HR for in-hospital mortality (HR = 1.18, 95% CI 0.88–1.59) and rehospitalization (HR = 2.19, 95% CI 0.94–5.09) were not statistically significant. A subgroup analysis showed that sample size with moderate heterogeneity may be the origin of heterogeneity in all-cause mortality. Sensitivity analysis proved the stability of results of our meta-analysis. Conclusions The meta-analysis demonstrates that NLR is a predictor of all-cause mortality in patients with heart failure. Intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) is one of the most fatal types of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), especially when the third and the fourth ventricles are involved. The use of external ventricular drainage is limited for evacuation of hemorrhage in the lateral ventricles. Endoscopic surgery can provide visualized evacuation of the hemorrhage in the lateral and third ventricles. However, it is usually challenging to access the fourth ventricle using a routine endoscopic approach. We have reported 3 cases of severe IVH with cast fourth ventricles treated using an endoscopic-assisted trans-lateral ventricular transchoroidal fissure trans-aqueductal approach. The average preoperative Graeb score was 11, and the average IVH volume was 75.12 mL. The IVH evacuation rate was 97.5%–100%. The average Glasgow coma scale score had increased to 12 at discharge from 6.6 at admission. At 3 months after surgery, the average modified Rankin scale score was 3. No cerebrospinal fluid shunt had been required and no surgery-related complication had occurred in any patient. Our results have shown that the endoscopic-assisted trans-lateral ventricular transchoroidal fissure trans-aqueductal approach is a feasible and safe endoscopic option that can achieve one-off complete removal of clots in all 4 ventricles in patients with severe IVH. Left ventricular non-compaction cardiomyopathy (LVNC) is one of the most common inherited cardiovascular diseases. The genetic backgrounds of most LVNC patients are not fully understood. We collected clinical data, family histories, and blood samples and performed genetic analysis using next-generation sequencing (NGS) from a Chinese family of 15 subjects. Clinically LVNC affected subjects showed marked cardiac phenotype heterogeneity. We found that these subjects with LVNC carried a missense heterozygous genetic mutation c.905G>A (p.R302Q) in γ2 subunit of AMP-activated protein kinase (PRKAG2) gene through NGS. Individuals without this mutation showed no symptoms or cardiac structural abnormalities related to LVNC. One subject was the victim of sudden cardiac death. To sum up, PRKAG2 mutation c.905G>A (p.R302Q) caused familial LVNC. Our results described a potentially pathogenic mutation associated with LVNC, which may further extend the spectrum of LVNC phenotypes related to PRKAG2 gene mutations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Surgeries for intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) remain controversial. Our previous study found that postoperative cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) outflow was associated with high hematoma evacuation efficiency in ICH cases with intraventricular involvement (ICHV) treated with minimally invasive craniopuncture (MIC). This study was designed to identify factors that predict postoperative CSF outflow and the specific subtype of ICHV that may benefit from MIC. Methods: A total of 189 MIC needles applied to 125 ICHV patients were retrospectively analyzed. Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to identify independent predictive factors of postoperative CSF outflow. Results: A density of the whole hematoma of ≤ 59 HU [odds ratio (OR) = 8.572, 95% confidence interval (CI) 3.235–22.714, P < 0.001, standardization regression coefficients B′ = 0.576] and a distance between the needle tip and the ventricular tear (tip-tear distance) of 21.79–34.15 mm (OR = 25.566, 95% CI 8.707–75.074, P < 0.001, B′ = 0.883) were identified as independent predictive factors of postoperative CSF outflow. The density of the hematoma within 34.15 mm of the tear (clot 3.4) showed no statistical difference from that of the whole hematoma (P = 0.571). A density of clot 3.4 ≤ 60 HU was also a predictive factor of postoperative CSF outflow (area under curve: 0.771). Conclusions: ICHV patients who meet the following conditions may benefit from MIC: (1) The MIC needle tip can be placed in the hematoma 21.79–34.15 mm from the ventricular tear; (2) the density of the whole hematoma is low (≤ 59 HU); and (3) the density of clot 3.4 is also low (≤ 60 HU). Aim: Exendin-4, a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) analog, has been used for treating diabetes mellitus (DM). However, its effects on improving the dysfunction of high glucose (HG)-induced endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) remain unclear. The present study explored the effects of Exendin-4 on improving dysfunction of EPCs and the underlying mechanism. Methods: EPCs were isolated from SD rats and identified by flow cytometry. Next, the EPCs were treated by HG and high or low concentration of Exendin-4, and cell viability, migration and tube formation were, respectively, examined by performing MTT assay, wound-healing assay and tube formation assay. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) secretion was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The protein expressions of relative stromal-derived growth factor-1β (SDF-1β), C-X-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CXCR7), AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), p38 and expressions of CXCR7 and IL-6 in EPCs were measured by Western blot. The cell behaviors of EPCs treated by HG and Exendin-4 with or without silencing of CXCR7 and IL-6 were detected. Results: Exendin-4 reversed the inhibitory effects of HG on viability, migration and tube formation of EPCs and on SDF-1β/CXCR7–AMPK pathway in EPCs in a dose-dependent manner. Moreover, Exendin-4 promoted the effects of HG on IL-6 level in EPCs through the promotion of p38-MAPK phosphorylation and reduction of cleaved caspase-3 protein expressions in EPCs. However, silencing of CXCR7 and IL-6 reversed the effects of Exendin-4 on cell behaviors, inactivated SDF-1β/CXCR7–AMPK pathway and increased cleaved caspase-3 expression in EPCs. Background: Numerous circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been recognized as vital modulators of human malignancies, including glioma. Whereas, the functional role of circRNA Pituitary Homeo Box 1 (circPITX1) in the radioresistance of glioma cells remains largely uncertain. Methods: Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) or western blot analysis was employed to examine the expression of circPITX1, microRNA (miR)-329-3p and NIMA-related kinase 2 (NEK2). 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-y1)-2, 5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was used to determine cell viability. Glycolysis was assessed by commercial kits and western blot analysis. Colony formation assay was conducted to analyze cell survival and clonogenicity capacity. The relationship among circPITX1, miR-329-3p and NEK2 was confirmed via dual-luciferase reporter assay. The in vivo function of circPITX1 was evaluated by tumor xenograft assay. Results: Expression of circPITX1 and NEK2 was up-regulated in glioma tissues and cells, while miR-329-3p exhibited reverse trend. CircPITX1 knockdown repressed viability, glycolysis and colony formation, but promoted radiosensitivity of glioma cells, as well as inhibited tumor growth in vivo. MiR-329-3p was a target miRNA of circPITX1 and miR-329-3p deficiency reversed knockdown of circPITX1-mediated glycolysis inhibition and radioresistance reduction. MiR-329-3p exerted inhibitory effects on glycolysis and radioresistance of glioma cells by targeting NEK2. CircPITX1 facilitated NEK2 expression by sponging miR-329-3p. Glycolytic inhibitor 2-deoxy-d-glucose (2-DG) disposition weakened the promoted impact on glycolysis caused by circPITX1. Conclusion: CircPITX1 knockdown reduced glycolysis to contribute to radiosensitivity in glioma through miR-329-3p/NEK2 axis, providing a possible mechanism of circPITX1 in the development of glioma. Atherosclerosis (AS) is a chronic progressive disease related to inflammatory reaction. Baicalin is a flavonoid isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis georgi (Huang-qin) and exerts anti-inflammation effects in various diseases. Here, we investigated the protective effects of baicalin treatment and the potential mechanism in AS progression on AS mouse model. After ApoE-/- mice with high-lipid diets had received 12 weeks’ of baicalin treatment at different concentrations, plasma lipids levels and atherosclerotic plaque areas in aorta were measured and there exhibited a prominent improvement in the baicalin treated mice compared with mice in AS model group. The expression of lipolysis related proteins (PPARα, CPT-1) was increased while the expression of adipogenesis related proteins (SREBP-1c, ACS) was decreased by baicalin treatment, indicating the anti-adipogenic effect of baicalin. Moreover, baicalin up-regulated the activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT and GSH-Px) and down-regulated the activity of oxidative parameter MDA compared with AS model group, indicating the anti-oxidant effect of baicalin. The increased levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, TNF-α, sVE-cadherin) induced by AS were also decreased by baicalin treatment, indicating that baicalin acted as an anti-inflammation regulator in AS. In addition, we further explored the potential mechanism of baicalin treatment on AS, and found that baicalin treatment attenuated the high phosphorylation levels of JNK, p65, p-38 and ERK1/2 induced by AS, indicating that baicalin treatment inhibited the NF-κB and p38 MAPK signaling pathways in AS. In conclusion, baicalin treatment inhibited the NF-κB and p38 MAPK signaling pathways, thereby achieved its anti-adipogenic effect, anti-oxidant effect and anti-inflammation effect in a dose-dependent manner in AS. Background: Peripheral blood lymphocytes exhibit changes that parallel those in failing cardiomyocytes. We hypothesised that mitochondrial transmembrane potential (MTP) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels of lymphocytes are associated with serum NT-proBNP and short-term prognosis in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods: Fifty-four CHF patients and 30 controls were enrolled in this prospective study. Mitochondrial transmembrane potential and ROS levels of lymphocytes were evaluated by flow cytometry and reported as the JC-1 fluorescence ratio and DCF fluorescence intensity, respectively. Serum NT-proBNP levels and biochemical parameters were also examined. All the participants received follow-up to evaluate clinical end-points after eight months.Results: Chronic heart failure patients had higher levels of DCF fluorescence intensity of lymphocytes and serum NT-proBNP, as well as lower levels of JC-1 fluorescence ratios compared with those of controls (all P<0.05). A closer relationship was found between Lg(DCF fluorescence intensity of lymphocytes) or JC-1 fluorescence ratio of lymphocytes and Lg(NT-proBNP) (both P<0.05) in CHF patients. During the eight-month follow-up period, 14 CHF patients (25.9%) were readmitted for severe HF, but none died. A logistic regression analysis showed that both ROS level and MTP of the lymphocytes were independent predictors (B=7.03, P=0.006; B= - 0.32, P=0.029, respectively) of readmission of CHF patients.Conclusions: In CHF patients at low risk, MTP and ROS levels of the lymphocytes showed a significant change that is associated with serum NT-proBNP and patient readmission. The human ether-a-go-go-related gene (hERG) encodes the Kv11.1 (or hERG) channel that conducts the rapidly activating delayed rectifier potassium current (I Kr ). Naturally occurring mutations in hERG impair the channel function and cause long QT syndrome type 2. Many missense hERG mutations lead to a lack of channel expression on the cell surface, representing a major mechanism for the loss-of-function of mutant channels. While it is generally thought that a trafficking defect underlies the lack of channel expression on the cell surface, in the present study, we demonstrate that the trafficking defective mutant hERG G601S can reach the plasma membrane but is unstable and quickly degrades, which is akin to WT hERG channels under low K + conditions. We previously showed that serine (S) residue at 624 in the innermost position of the selectivity filter of hERG is involved in hERG membrane stability such that substitution of serine 624 with threonine (S624T) enhances hERG stability and renders hERG insensitive to low K + culture. Here, we report that the intragenic addition of S624T substitution to trafficking defective hERG mutants G601S, N470D, and P596R led to a complete rescue of the function of these otherwise loss-of-function mutant channels to a level similar to the WT channel, representing the most effective rescue means for the function of mutant hERG channels. The voltage-gated Kv1.5 potassium channel, conducting the ultra-rapid delayed rectifier K + current (I Kur ) in human cells, plays important roles in the repolarization of atrial action potentials and regulation of the vascular tone. We previously reported that activation of protein kinase C (PKC) by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) induces endocytic degradation of cell-surface Kv1.5 channels, and a point mutation removing the phosphorylation site, T15A, in the N terminus of Kv1.5 abolished the PMA-effect. In the present study, using mutagenesis, patch clamp recording, Western blot analysis, and immunocytochemical staining, we demonstrate that ubiquitination is involved in the PMA-mediated degradation of mature Kv1.5 channels. Since the expression of the Kv1.4 channel is unaffected by PMA treatment, we swapped the N- and/or C-termini between Kv1.5 and Kv1.4. We found that the N-terminus alone did not but both N- and C-termini of Kv1.5 did confer PMA sensitivity to mature Kv1.4 channels, suggesting the involvement of Kv1.5 C-terminus in the channel ubiquitination. Removal of each of the potential ubiquitination residue Lysine at position 536, 565, and 591 by Arginine substitution (K536R, K565R, and K591R) had little effect, but removal of all three Lysine residues with Arginine substitution (3K-R) partially reduced PMA-mediated Kv1.5 degradation. Furthermore, removing the cysteine residue at position 604 by Serine substitution (C604S) drastically reduced PMA-induced channel degradation. Removal of the three Lysines and Cys604 with a quadruple mutation (3K-R/C604S) or a truncation mutation (Δ536) completely abolished the PKC activation-mediated degradation of Kv1.5 channels. Objective: Approximately 50% of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients have multivessel coronary artery disease (MVD). The management strategy for these patients remains controversial. This study aimed to develop predictive models and nomogram of outcomes in STEMI patients with MVD for better identification and classification., Methods: The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) method was used to select the features most significantly associated with the outcomes. A Cox regression model was built using the selected variables. One nomogram was computed from each model, and individual risk scores were obtained by applying the nomograms to the cohort. After regrouping patients based on nomogram risk scores into low- and high-risk groups, we used the Kaplan-Meier method to perform survival analysis., Results: The C-index of the major adverse cardiovascular event (MACE)-free survival model was 0·68 (95% CI 0·62-0·74) and 0·65 [0·62-0·68]) at internal validation, and that of the overall survival model was 0·75 (95% CI 0·66-0·84) and (0·73 [0·65-0·81]). The predictions of both models correlated with the observed outcomes. Low-risk patients had significantly lower probabilities of 1-year or 3-year MACEs (4% versus 11%, P = 0.003; 7% versus 15%, P =0.01, respectively) and 1-year or 3-year all-cause death (1% versus 3%, P =0.048; 2% versus 7%, respectively, P =0.001) than high-risk patients., Conclusion: Our nomograms can be used to predict STEMI and MVD outcomes in a simple and practical way for patients who undergo primary PCI for culprit vessels and staged PCI for non-culprit vessels., Competing Interests: The authors report no conflicts of interest in this work., (© 2024 Wang et al.)

Background: Metabolic disorders are the most important risk factors for cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). The purpose of this study was to systematically analyze and summarize the most recent data by age, sex, region, and time, and to forecast the future burden of diseases., Methods: Data on the burden of CVDs associated with metabolic risk factors were obtained from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) Study 2019; and then the burden of disease was assessed using the numbers and age-standardized rates (ASR) of deaths, years of life lost (YLLs), years of life lived with disability (YLDs), and disability-adjusted life-years (DALYs) and analyzed for temporal changes, differences in age, region, sex, and socioeconomic aspects; finally, the burden of disease was predicted using an autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model., Results: From 1990 to 2019, the numbers of deaths, DALYs, YLDs, and YLLs attributed to metabolic risk factors increased by 59.3%, 51.0%, 104.6%, and 47.8%, respectively. The ASR decreased significantly. The burden of metabolic risk factor-associated CVDs was closely related to socioeconomic position and there were major geographical variations; additionally, men had a significantly greater disease burden than women, and the peak shifted later based on the age group. Clinical indicators do not adequately predict the long-term prognosis of patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The low-density lipoprotein (LDL)/high-density lipoprotein (HDL) ratio is expected to be a reliable predictor of the long-term prognosis of these patients. This study aimed to explore the correlation between the LDL/HDL ratio and long-term prognosis in STEMI patients undergoing PCI. Patients with confirmed STEMI who underwent PCI in 7 hospitals in China from January 2009 to December 2011 were enrolled. Information about clinical endpoints, including all-cause death and major adverse cardiovascular events, was collected. Overall, 915 patients were included for analysis, the average follow-up time was 112.2 months. Background: Hypertension grows into a serious public health problem among young adults, linking to a set of life-threatening cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Young adults are not well represented in current knowledge about the CVDs burden attributable to hypertension., Methods: In this analysis of data from the GBD (Global Burden of Disease) study 2019, we focus on young adults and provide the first comprehensive and comparative assessment of the hypertension attributable CVDs burden, in terms of its mortality and years of living with disability (YLD) from 1990 to 2019, stratified by location, sex, and development status., Results: Globally in 2019, the death and YLD numbers caused by hypertension-related CVDs were 640 239 and 2 717 474 in young adults, marking a 43.0 and 86.6% increase from 1990, respectively. The corresponding mortality rate dropped by 10.5%, whereas the YLD rate increased by 16.8% during the same period. V-shaped association between CVDs burden and social development status was observed. The largest burden and the most pronounced increase were borne by middle-income countries, while high-income countries had the lowest death/YLD rate with a quicker annual decline. Men largely outpaced women in hypertension attributable CVDs mortality. Ischemic heart disease and stroke were the leading cause for death and YLD burden, correspondingly., Conclusions: Hypertension attributable CVDs burden in young adults has greatly increased from 1990 to 2019, with considerably spatiotemporal and sexual heterogeneity. Background: Dense exudate during the calcification of cerebral cysticercosis in basal subarachnoid space was easy to be misdiagnosed as subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH); clinical evaluation and MRI can help differentiate SAH from pseudo-SAH., Case Presentation: A case of ventricular expansion accompanied by high-density shadows in cisterna circinata cerebri was taken to the hospital for treatment due to sudden faint. This patient was diagnosed as subarachnoid hemorrhage according to computed tomography (CT) in another hospital. We believe that the high density in cisterna circinata cerebri was misdiagnosed as subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) 1 year ago. The main etiology of SAH is aneurysm; non-aneurysmal SAH associated with cerebral cysticercosis is extremely rare. Objectives: Clinically, patients with chronic heart failure arising from different etiologies receive the same treatment. However, the prognoses of these patients differ. The purpose of this study was to elucidate whether the pathogenesis of heart failure arising from different etiologies differs., Methods: Heart failure-related dataset GSE1145 was obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus database. Differentially expressed genes were identified using R. A protein-protein interaction network of the differentially expressed genes was constructed using Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes. The modules in each network were analyzed by Molecular Complex Detection of Cytoscape. The Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery was used to obtain the functions of the modules., Results: Samples contained in GSE1145 were myocardial tissues from patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, familial cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, ischemic cardiomyopathy, and post-partum cardiomyopathy. The differentially expressed genes, modules, and functions of the modules associated with different etiologies varied. Abnormal formation of extracellular matrix was overlapping among five etiologies. The change in cytoskeleton organization was specifically detected in dilated cardiomyopathy. The activation of the Wnt receptor signaling pathway was limited to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The change in nucleosome and chromatin assembly was associated with only familial cardiomyopathy. Germ cell migration and disrupted cellular calcium ion homeostasis were solely detected in ischemic cardiomyopathy. The change in the metabolic process of glucose and triglyceride was detected in only post-partum cardiomyopathy., Conclusion: These results indicate that the pathogenesis of heart failure arising from different etiologies varies, which may provide molecular evidence supporting etiology-based treatment for heart failure patients.

Intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring based on flash visual evoked potentials (F-VEP) is a noninvasive method of monitoring ICP. The early diagnosis of traumatic optic neuropathy (TON) in unconscious patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a challenge. The aim of this study was to evaluate the function of F-VEP ICP monitoring in predicting TON and detecting contusion enlargement (CE) in unconscious TBI patients using a modified approach. A series of F-VEP ICP-monitored unconscious TBI patients were included in the study. The interocular differences in N2 wave latency (DL) and amplitude (DA) were obtained through monocular flash stimulation. The increases in ICP (dxP) and interchannel difference (dxDC) across various time points were obtained through binocular flash stimulation. The predictive power of DL and DA on TON, as well as of dxP and dxDC on CE, was assessed by logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Patients with TON had a longer DL and a higher DA than those without TON. The dxP and dxDC of patients with CE were both higher than those of patients without CE. The differences were statistically significant. The logistic regression showed that both DL and DA were predictors of TON, whereas only dxDC was a predictor of CE. However, the ROC curve analysis showed that DL had greater predictive power for TON, and dxDC had greater predictive power for CE. An F-VEP ICP monitoring system with a modified approach is beneficial for early diagnosis of TON and prediction of CE in unconscious TBI patients., (Copyright © 2015 Elsevier Ltd. Aim: To study the clinical value and efficacy of computerized tomography (CT)-monitored microinvasive craniopuncture for traumatic epidural hematoma., Material and Methods: Thirty-three cases of traumatic epidural hematoma patients were selected at our hospital. YL-1-type disposable intracranial hematoma smash needle puncture and drainage of hematoma were used under CT monitoring and urokinase was used for intermittent flushing, and the residual blood clot was then drained. The improvement rate, cure rate, precision and accuracy of the puncture, incidence of bleeding, puncture infection rate, average length of stay, clinical efficacy, and long-term follow-up were evaluated., Results: The improvement rate was 100%, the cure rate was 100% accurate, the precise puncture rate was 100%, the re-bleeding rate was 0%, the local infection rate was 0%, the average length of stay was 7.5 days, and the average medical cost was two thousand U.S. dollars., Conclusion: Under CT surveillance, the YL-1-type disposable intracranial hematoma smash puncture needle aspiration in the treatment of traumatic epidural hematoma is a simple, fast, and accurate positioning procedure. Without craniotomy and blood transfusion, the YL-1-type disposable intracranial hematoma smash puncture needle aspiration is a safe and effective operation, but close attention is needed during the operation.
