The exchange rate between the US dollar and the RMB has been changing over the past year. Through the analysis of daily changing data, the direct calculation of linear regression will lead to the overall upward trend of the data, but not the rise and fall of the exchange rate. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce a more accurate ARIMA model to predict the possible development and change of data in a short period of time and analyze what policy causes the sharp fluctuations of data in a short period of time. In the process of applying the ARIMA model, this paper analyzed the shortcomings of ordinary linear regression and therefore proposed how to select the appropriate model for different data processing. The research results of this article provide more beginners in statistics with ideas for solving problems: prediction problems that cannot be solved by simple linear regression and existing elementary models can be analyzed using certain time series models, and reasonable explanations for data changes can be given based on existing policy reasons, Including irresistible inflation and the United States' own adjustment to the Federal Reserve's interest rate hike.

BackgroundRegnase-1 (MCPIP) has been identified as an anti-inflammatory agent, but little is known about its influence on liver ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. Macrophages can evolve biphasic responses and differentiate into remarkable polarizations, contributing greatly to the uncontrolled inflammatory cascades during liver I/R injury. Therefore, the aim of this study was to explore whether regnase-1 participated in liver I/R via manipulating macrophage polarization.Materials and methodsC57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into five groups: Sham, I/R, Clodronate, Clo + BMDM, and Clo + LV MCPIP BMDM. A liver I/R model was established, and histopathological and immunostaining examinations were performed for the liver specimens; double immunofluorescence staining was used to localize MCPIP in the liver. Primary hepatocytes were isolated to simulate a hypoxia and reoxygenation (H/R) model in vitro. Bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDM) were extracted and subjected to lentiviral transduction to knockdown MCPIP expression. BMDM with or without MCPIP deletion were exposed to H/R supernatants, and the polarized states were measured by flow cytometry. RT-PCR analysis and Western blot were also conducted.ResultsCompared to those in the Sham group, liver functions and Suzuki’s scores were deteriorated in the I/R group, which were reversed in the Clodronate group. The increased expression of regnase-1 in the I/R group diminished with pretreatment of clodronate liposomes. Subsequent double immunofluorescence staining established the localization of regnase-1 in macrophages in the liver. The insulted lesions in the Clodronate group became progressively aggravated with adoptive transfer of BMDM in the Clo + BMDM group, and they were further exacerbated with the transfusion of BMDM with MCPIP knockdown in the Clo + LV MCPIP BMDM group. Gene expressions of M1 and M2 markers were detected by RT-PCR, suggesting that MCPIP knockdown tended to favor the M1 transformation. Subsequently, ex vivo flow cytometrical detection showed that, upon stimulation by H/R supernatants, LV-MCPIP BMDM posed a higher ratio of M1/M2 than BMDM. Finally, we found that MCPIP participated in macrophage M1/M2 polarization through the NF-κB, C/EBPβ, and PPARγ signaling pathways during liver I/R.ConclusionOur study confirms that regnase-1 plays a critical role in liver I/R via regulation of macrophage polarization and, thus, might offer a potential therapeutic target.

For bulk SmCo3 system hard-soft magnetic nanocomposites, it remains a challenge to fabricate an anisotropic magnet by forming a strong texture for the nanocrystalline SmCo3 phase. In this paper, we report the fabrication of a bulk anisotropic SmCo3/Fe(Co) nanocomposite magnet with a strong (00 l) texture for the SmCo3 phase and a small grain size of 21 nm for the Fe(Co) phase. Good results were achieved by controlling the nucleation and growth of the nanocrystals from the amorphous matrix using large stress and strain. The synthesized magnet exhibited a high-energy product of 17.0 MGOe, which was 26% larger than the reported highest value of 13.5 MGOe for SmCo3-based nanocomposites and 314% higher than 4.1 MGOe for the corresponding pure SmCo3 magnets. Moreover, these magnets possessed small remanence and coercivity temperature coefficients of α = −0.018%/°C and β = −0.24%/°C, which were much lower than those α = −0.14%/°C and β = −0.31%/°C for pure SmCo3 magnets and α = −0.073%/°C and β = −0.30%/°C for SmCo3/Fe(Co) isotropic nanocomposite. To realize the green and efficient construction of pedestrian passages in the underground transportation network in the urban core area, the feasibility of standardizing the construction technology of the existing underground pedestrian passages with various cross-section forms and complex construction technology is discussed. In this study, a case study is conducted on the large cross-section mined Jing' an Temple station of Shanghai metro line 14 constructed by rectangular pipe jacking method in soft soils in China, and a full-section quasi-rectangular tunnel boring machine is developed on the premise of determining the cross-section design of the pedestrian passage on the station hall floor. The specific design of the cutting, shell, rectifying relay, main jacking, driving, and screw excavating systems of the quasi-rectangular pipe jacking machine suitable for tunnel excavation of this section is introduced in detail. The construction technology suitable for this equipment is developed, and the main construction control measures such as foundation reinforcement, water sealing of tunnel door, construction parameter control, anti-friction mud of pipe joint, control construction technology, and soil improvement are studied. The analytical results of in-situ measured deformation data show that the tunnel axis should be controlled within ± 50 mm, and the surface settlement should be controlled within -15.49-5.03 mm, which meets the engineering requirements and provides a standardized solution for the realization of full-section mechanical excavation of pedestrian passages in urban rail transit construction.
