Due to having the potential structure advantage in interfacial compatibility, the 2D MOFs nanosheets were worthy of being expected to improve the dispersion and stability of other 2D inorganic nanomaterials as additive in oil. In this work, the dispersion behavior of 2D ZnBDC nanosheets in oil was studied. Under two kinds of tribological modes (reciprocating ball-on-slider mode and ball-on-ball mode), for the first time we comprehensively studied the tribological behaviors of 2D MOFs based on ZnBDC (BDC = 1,4-benzene dicarboxylate) with the thickness of ca. 3.32 nm. Finally, we intensively investigated the effects of the adding content, load and friction speed to the tribological behavior. The results indicated that there was an evident difference in tribological behavior of 2D ZnBDC nanosheets in oil under two modes. Transparent conductive oxides have attracted extensive attentions as a promising candidate for next-generation display materials. As a substitute for indium tin oxide, BaSnO3-based materials have been widely investigated with the improvement of electrical resistivity and optical transparency. Here, the effects of diverse rare-earth ions (R = La, Nd, Sm, Er) doping on the structural, electrical, and optical properties of RxBa1−xSnO3 films are systematically studied. The rare-earth ion doping improves the crystallinity of epitaxial RxBa1−xSnO3 films. And a rule for electrical performance optimization is revealed that the resistivity and metal-semiconductor transition temperature increase with increased atomic number of rare-earth ions. Further optimized composition for LaxBa1−xSnO3 is realized at x = 5% with the minimum resistivity of 0.31 mΩ cm. Moreover, all RxBa1−xSnO3 films exhibit a high transparency of greater than 90% in the visible region. This work demonstrates that among these four rare-earth ion doping, La-doping is the most effective approach to optimize the comprehensive properties of BaSnO3-based transparent conductive films. LBD gene family is a plant specific transcription factor family, which plays an important role in regulating plant development and nitrogen metabolism. Micro-synteny analysis showed that barley HvLBD19 was an orthologous of maize RTCS and rice ARL1 gene. Temporal and spatial expression analysis revealed that this gene was most abundant in adventitious roots and was induced by exogenous auxin treatment, which encoded a protein located in the nucleus. Transgenic results indicated that the adventitious root length increased by nearly one time, and the number of adventitious roots increased by 40%. It was preliminarily confirmed that HvLBD19 gene controlled adventitious root development in barley and provided a foundation for further research on the molecular mechanism of HvLBD19 gene in regulating adventitious root development in barley. The thickness of pod reticulation is not only an important criterion of peanut taxonomy, but also an agronomy trait related to peanut mechanical harvesting. To explore the genetic mechanism of reticulation thickness of peanut pods, a novel phenotyping method was developed to determine the reticulation thickness through reconstructing three dimensional (3D) models of pods. Meanwhile, a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population (181 lines) was derived from a cross between Huayu 36 and 6-13 and planted in three environments from 2019 to 2020, including Qingdao, Dongying, and Weihai of Shandong province. Phenotypic data of the RIL population were collected from these three environments. Two related traits, thicknesses of latitudinal and longitudinal protuberant veins (reticulations), had continuous and transgressive distributions in the RIL population, with broad-sense heritablities of 0.92 and 0.91, respectively. Based on a previous high density genetic map, a total of 11 additive QTLs were identified explaining phenotypic variations of 5.21%-11.06%, among which six QTLs were related to thickness of latitudinal protuberant vein and five related to thickness of longitudinal protuberant vein. Two major loci, qLA2 and qLO9 could be detected in more than one environments, with contributing alleles coming from Huayu 36 and 6-13, respectively. A total of 22 pairs of epistatic QTLs involving 34 loci were identified explaining phenotypic variations of 0.55%-4.37%, among which 10 pairs of interactions were related to thickness of latitudinal protuberant vein and 12 pairs were related to thickness of longitudinal protuberant vein. Background: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a very common type of cardiac arrhythmia that threatens public health. Aging is an independent AF risk factor. However, the mechanism of age‐related AF remains unclear. Methods: A total of 36 Beagle dogs were selected and divided into three groups (12 in each group): two groups were 9‐year‐old aged dogs, and one group was 4‐year‐old adult dogs. Electrophysiological testing was employed to determine if modeling is successful. Patch‐clamp technique was employed to measure the If current. The expression of protein and mRNA related to If current were also tested. Collagen deposition was observed with the use of Masson staining. Results: Aging resulted in a higher collagen deposition percentage in the left atrium. The hyperpolarization‐activated cyclic nucleotide‐gated (HCN)2 and HCN4 expressions were increased in the atria and pulmonary veins but decreased in the sinus node of the aged group. Moreover, in the aged group, the left atrium mRNA expressions of Kcnd2 (Potassium voltage‐gated channel subfamily D member 2), Kcnh2, Kcnq1, Kcnj2, Kcnj11, and CACNA1H were significantly downregulated. The aged AF group also demonstrated sustained AF and significant changes in electrophysiological characteristics. The If current demonstrated an increased amplitude and was easier to activate in the aged AF group than in younger group. Finally, AF occurrence exacerbated aging‐induced cardiac fibrosis, thereby aggravating the above‐listed symptoms. Conclusion: With age, the increase in atrial fibrosis affected the expression of the ion channels, thereby modulating the If current. Purpose: We aimed to assess the diagnostic performance of radiomics using machine learning algorithms to predict the methylation status of the O6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) promoter in glioma patients.Methods: A comprehensive literature search of PubMed, EMBASE, and Web of Science until 27 July 2021 was performed to identify eligible studies. Stata SE 15.0 and Meta-Disc 1.4 were used for data analysis.Results: A total of fifteen studies with 1663 patients were included: five studies with training and validation cohorts and ten with only training cohorts. The pooled sensitivity and specificity of machine learning for predicting MGMT promoter methylation in gliomas were 85% (95% CI 79%-90%) and 84% (95% CI 78%-88%) in the training cohort (n=15) and 84% (95% CI 70%-92%) and 78% (95% CI 63%-88%) in the validation cohort (n=5). The AUC was 0.91 (95% CI 0.88-0.93) in the training cohort and 0.88 (95% CI 0.85-0.91) in the validation cohort. The meta-regression demonstrated that magnetic resonance imaging sequences were related to heterogeneity. The sensitivity analysis showed that heterogeneity was reduced by excluding one study with the lowest diagnostic performance.Conclusion: This meta-analysis demonstrated that machine learning is a promising, reliable and repeatable candidate method for predicting MGMT promoter methylation status in glioma and showed a higher performance than non-machine learning methods. The efficacy of the extract of red clover in sebum control was studied. A total of 7 volunteers were chosen via self-assessment and grease test. Then, they accepted a four-week half-face test. Grease test, moisture test and pictures of coproporphyrin and protoporphyrin were performed before and after using the extract. The results show that the red clover extract can inhibit oil secretion and improve the moisture of skin. In addition, the area and count of porphyrins are obviously reduced. For the purpose of saving the resources of wireless sensor networks, it is necessary to fuse the existing data in wireless sensor networks. When using the current method to fuse data in wireless sensor networks, the fusing time is too long to remove the noise signal in wireless sensor networks effectively. In the process of fusing, data packet loss is easy to occur. There are some problems such as low fusion efficiency, poor denoising performance and high packet loss rate. A multi-path data hierarchical fusion method based on routing algorithm is proposed in this paper. The redundant node decision method based on mesh partitioning is combined with the grid algorithm and EECRS protocol to establish a routing protocol based on redundant node elimination, and the redundant data existing in the redundant nodes of the wireless sensor network is removed. Based on the statistical data of the data, the probability density function is deduced and analyzed, and the noise filtering matrix is constructed to optimize the measurement matrix and remove the noise existing in the wireless sensor network. The multi-path scheduling technology is used to synthesize the pheromone table and the data forwarding flow table, and the ant is used to actively monitor the link QOS real-time information in the path finding process to update the pheromone table and the flow table, and calculate the link idle rate according to the update result. According to the calculation result, the data transmission path is selected, and the multi-path data layer fusion is completed.
