Using amphiphilic molecular brushes to stabilize emulsions usually requires the synthesis of specific side chains, which can be a time-consuming and difficult challenge to meet. By taking advantage of the electrostatic interactions between water-soluble molecular brushes and oil-soluble oligomeric ligands, the in situ formation, assembly and jamming of molecular brush surfactants (MBSs) at the oil-water interface is described. With MBSs, stable emulsions including o/w, w/o and o/w/o can be easily prepared by varying the molar ratios of the molecular brushes to the ligands. Moreover, when jammed, the binding energy of MBSs at the interface is sufficiently strong to allow the stabilization of liquids in nonequilibrium shapes, i.e., structuring liquids, producing an elastic film at the interface with exceptional mechanical properties. These structured liquids have numerous potential applications, including chemical biphasic reactions, liquid electronics, and all-liquid biomimetic system.

With the increasing prosperity of the cultural market, the dance culture industry is also developing rapidly. In the face of opportunities and challenges brought by dance industrialization, dance professionals trained by the traditional and single-skill training system of art colleges and universities expose the contradiction between supply and demand. In this paper, the SAA-training model is taken as the calculation tool, and the OBE and Kinect motion capture technology are combined to explore the construction and practice of the training system for dance professionals. The research shows that the training system of dance professionals can finally obtain three types of dance professionals. The first type is compound dance talents, accounting for about 33%. The second category consists of dancers with rich market experience, accounting for up to 46 percent. The third category is dance talent with innovative consciousness, limited by the existing training mode, its proportion is only 21 percent.

With the development of economic globalization, the influence produced by cultural soft power has an irreplaceable role in the comprehensive strength of a country. In this paper, principal component analysis is used to classify the main factors affecting the effect of cultural communication, and factor analysis is combined to construct the effect dimensions of Chinese cultural communication. Pearson’s correlation is used to test the correlation between the effect of cultural communication and the four communication factors: degree of cultural satisfaction, degree of cultural cognition, development prospect and degree of publicity. From the perspective of social media information dissemination, a cultural communication model is constructed by combining social networks and used to analyze the effects of cultural communication. Combined with the effect of Chinese culture’s communication with the outside world, a communication path to optimize communication media to improve media influence rates is proposed. The results show that the correlation coefficient between the communication effect and the satisfaction degree factor is 0.348**, and the correlation with the publicity factor is 0.317**, of which the most relevant to the communication effect is the cultural cognition factor, with a correlation of 0.412**. The number of cultural communicators first shows an increasing trend and reaches the maximum value at the moment of t=7, then gradually decreases from the maximum value and finally decreases to 0 at t=15. The influence of cultural communication in the network increases as the media influence rate increases.

BackgroundIt is known that patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) have reduced numbers of short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) producing bacteria and reduced SCFA concentration in feces. There is also evidence that Hispanic patients have increased incidence of UC and increased likelihood of developing disease at a younger age. To understand why this might be, we compared fiber intake and fecal SCFA concentrations in Hispanic children with UC and non-Hispanic children with UC.MethodsIn this cross-sectional study conducted at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, stool was collected from 22 Hispanic and 31 non-Hispanic children with UC. SCFAs in the stool were quantified using mass spectrometry. Host–guest molecular recognition at the liquid–liquid interface endows the interface with unique properties, including stimuli-responsiveness and self-regulation, due to the dynamic and reversible nature of non-covalent interactions. Increasing research efforts have been put into the preparation of supramolecular interfacial systems such as films and microcapsules by integrating functional components (e.g., colloidal particles, polymers) at the interface, providing tremendous opportunities in the areas of encapsulation, delivery vehicles, and biphasic reaction systems. In this review, we summarize recent progress in supramolecular interfacial systems assembled by host–guest chemistry, and provide an overview of the fabrication process, functions, and promising applications of the resultant constructs.
