The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs and customer satisfaction in service advertising and design an attractive site customer satisfaction, user friendly and dynamic. Ways to do research using analytical method, data collection method, and design method. The collection of data and information were done through a field research. The results obtained from this research is the design of e-CRM applications (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) which aims to produce an interactive Internet-based applications for any strategy to enhance relationships with existing customers, increase new customers and increase profits from the sale. In addition, companies can thrive in providing quality service to our customers, which in turn can increase its profit. The conclusion of this research is to create a dynamic website, which is useful for providing better services to consumers, thus increasing profits for customers and companies.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the project management and make suggestions to the problems being faced by the company. Many companies or individuals working on a project basis (project based), but many of those who do not manage the project well, even with no management at all and let the project flow as it is. Therefore, it needs a proper guidance and methods to support a project management information system. The research method used is the method of data collection, covering literature from books, articles from the internet, and study the documentation to PT ACM through direct interviews with the parties concerned with the project. The data analysis technique used is based on the 9 knowledge areas and 5 stages in project management. The results are the company’s project is proposed to be closed (closing) so as not to increase corporate spending on the project. The research purpose is to analyze and design the Accounting Information Systems sales and inventory system that runs as well as identifying the needs and requirements of the new system that is made to fix the weaknesses in systems and sales. The research method used is the method of analysis and design methods. Methods of analysis by analyzing the problems in the current system, identify information needs and system requirements. The design method used is the database design, form and appearance of the screen. The results to be achieved is to produce a draft of Accounting Information Systems sales and inventory system that can find solutions to existing systems with computerized systems that can help the company deal with the problems in the system is running. Conclusions obtained are that the Information System Accounting Information and the sale of inventories, which were given suggestions and solutions for computerized systems can assist company management in the decision making process because it can generate reports more accurate and faster than less efficient systems. Investor uses strategy and a certain technique to analyze different situation and condition happened between one and other exchange companies. The strategy is developed based on experiences, research result, analysis, and market surveys in a certain period. Articel is the first part of three series which presents, evaluate, examine of the strategy, and consider tactics in sharing share on the market. It is concluded that the investor should use money as loan that should be payed as soon as possible for the sake of its interests.

Purpose of the research are to analyze, design, and recommended the payroll of accounting information system that support the internal control to solve the problem. Research methods used are book studies, field studies, and design studies. Fields studies done by survey and interview. The expected result are to give a review about the payroll of accounting information system in the ongoing business process of company and to solve all the weakness in the payroll system, so the company can use the integrated information system in counting of the payroll. Conclusion that can take from the research are there’s some manipulation risk of attendance data and documentation of form still using a manual system and simple data backup. This article explains about globalization versus national resposiveness matrix, meeting the challenge, cross cultural differences and similiarities, parochialism and simplification, also cultural differences in selected countries and regions. The purpose of the research is to find factor, method, strategy in order to bridging management across cultural, so that a manager can have a better view in making a decision based on cultural differences and need of the company. From this article can be concluded that there are four factor that must be consider in Multi National Company (MNC). Those factors are (1) It’s important to be divided in worldwide standard; (2) It’s important to differennate product at the local market; (3) It’s important to have insider; (4) there is one more contribution to local condition. In order to succeed in MNC, a company must survive from across cultural threat, there are parodialism and simplification.

Inventory is a resource that is stored for the production process or for the sale of a business process. The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze current procedures and business in the information system implemented in the company’s inventory, measure the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory control information system that is applied, knowing the strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of information systems inventory by the company, so it can provide recommendations and suggestions for improving the existing weaknesses. The method used in preparing this paper the writer is literature study, observation, interviewing relevant parties, check list, application testing, and documentation study. Observations collected will be analyzed, evaluated and compared with the theory of internal control. Based on the results of evaluation writers, inventory information system procedures performed PT Sumber Mandiri was good enough, although there are still some weaknesses. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of disaster mitigation in Bantul, Indonesia. The expected utility theory and impact of regional characteristics on individual perceptions was used to describe the disaster risk management process. The regional mapping based on hazard level was conducted by a Geographical Information System (GIS). Data used in this research were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaire to some respondents. Sample amounts used were 395 respondents. The research empirical contribution was to economic valuation method used towards safety and efforts to link regional characteristics, individual perception and also their willingness to conduct mitigation. The research practical contribution was to identify some key obstacles in disaster risk management. Based on multiple regression analysis, this study found that educational level, risk aversion degree, trust towards earthquake-resistant building, control ability, income level, classifi cation of hazard area contributes to higher Willingness To Pay (WTP) for mitigation. It also found that perception towards central governmental roles variable did not affect to WTP for mitigation. However, the income levels of the communities in Bantul positively correspond to WTP for mitigation suggesting that the fi ndings were consistent with the expected utility theory.

The natural disasters that took place in many parts of Indonesia in the last 10 years have caused an enormous losses, including agricultural sector. The objective of this paper is to estimate the magnitude of the influence of flood disaster on land price changes in Yogyakarta, using a hedonic price approach. The sample are is choosen from the vulnerable flood area mapped by Geographical Information Systems (GIS), from which farmers and land owner are selected as the respondents. The paper finds the evidence of a high level of flood stream coefficient, indicating that the flood significantly reduces the land price. The average of household’s marginal willingness to pay for the decrease in flood stream level is estimated to be Rp 2.175. Cooperative learning has been widely utilized as an intervention to enhance intergroup relations in diverse societies, drawing on intergroup contact theory. Despite numerous field experiments testing its effectiveness in educational contexts, a comprehensive meta-analyses evaluating its overall efficacy has yet to be conducted. This meta-analysis aims to assess the magnitude of the effect of cooperative learning on promoting intergroup relations within experimental field studies conducted in educational settings. The article search was performed according to the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines, using predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria across ERIC, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and SpringerLink. Data analysis involved generating forest plots, conducting heterogeneity tests, calculating summary effects using a random effects model, and identifying publication bias. The meta-analysis of 18 field experimental intervention studies, involving 5265 participants, revealed that cooperative learning intervention programs positively impact intergroup relations, with a moderate effect size (ES = 0.33; 95% CI [0.25, 0.40]). Consequently, cooperative learning can be employed as an alternative strategy to bridge gaps, reduce prejudice, and improve relations among groups with diverse social identities in educational settings. This document outlines the implementation of a risk management strategy for the business plan of LogisMe, a Material Handling Rental Services startup company. The framework adopted is based on the ISO 31000:2018 standard and focuses on integrating risk manage. the report is returned to the risk mitigation supervisor to be checked that it has met the requirements and stored in the company's cloud repository, disseminated to all employees and company stakeholders. Ensuring reliable measurement instruments is crucial for psychologists and practitioners. The Acculturative Stress Scale for International Students (ASSIS) is a widely used tool for assessing acculturative stress. An analysis of data from 100 international students in Indonesia demonstrated that the ASSIS met reliability standards, with AVE values between 0.50 and 0.63 and CR values between 0.73 and 0.91. The ASSIS also satisfied the criteria for content and construct validity. Additionally, the factorial validity of the ASSIS-1 CFA model met 5 out of 6 criteria, including RMSEA < 0.08, SRMR < 0.10, and NFI, CFI, and GFI values > 0.90, while the ASSIS-2 CFA model fulfilled all 6 criteria. Consequently, it can be concluded that the ASSIS is a valid and reliable tool for international students in the Indonesian cultural context. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The research presented in this article consisted of analysis of the ship structural accidents at low temperatures and the effect of carbon percentage in various classifications of carbon steel, compared to the high tensile strength steel materials. The objective of this research was to fill the knowledge gap by expanding the understanding of the influence of low temperature, material, and structure on the axial compression test of tubes. The simulations as idealization of the compression test were conducted with variations in temperature, material carbon percentage, and geometry shape, using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The results showed that at -100 °C, the material had the best ability to resist compression energy; high carbon steel had the highest strength at various carbon percentages, and the square geometry showed the best ability to absorb energy before failure.
