This paper presents the analysis of the results obtained through a bibliometric Research about the relationship between tourism and climate change. This research focus on the scientific production available in the Scopus®. Through this digital search engine, we look for the key term (s) in the titles, abstracts and keywords of the indexed publications after creating the necessary filters for a more accurate research. This article represents a starting point in this discussion as well as an introductory study because it only resorted to scientific production base which, in the future, added to research on other bases, can display an absolutely proven picture of the relationship between "tourism and climate change" in the context of scientific production. This is an introductory study in which we only use scientific production base and after being added to research on other bases, may present a more faithful and broader picture of the relationship “Tourism and Climate Change” and the main authors in the context of scientific production. The discussion of the results presented in this article allows us to contribute to the perception of the importance of “Tourism” in its relationship with the “Climate Change” that has been acclaimed so much in the context of the World Tourism Organization (WTO) Program United Nations Environment Agency (UNEP) and the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) through the Strategic Framework for Climate Policy (QEPiC)., Este artículo presenta el análisis de los resultados obtenidos mediante una investigación bibliométrica sobre la relación entre turismo y cambio climático. Este estudio se centró en la producción científica registrada en la base de datos Scopus®. A través de este motor de búsqueda, se buscó el término o términos clave en los títulos, resúmenes y palabras clave de las publicaciones indexadas, según los criterios definidos para obtener resultados más concretos. Este artículo representa un punto de partida en este tipo de discusión, así como un carácter introductorio debido a que recurre apenas a una base de producción científica que, en el futuro, sumada a investigaciones en otras bases, podrá presentar un retrato absolutamente comprobado de la relación entre "Turismo y Cambios Climáticos" en el contexto de la producción científica. La discusión de los resultados presentados en este artículo permite contribuir a la percepción de la importancia del "Turismo" en su relación con el "Cambio Climático", tan aclamada en el contexto de la Organización Mundial del Turismo (OMT), del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Medio Ambiente (PNUMA) y de la Agencia Portuguesa de Medio Ambiente (APA), a través del Marco Estratégico para la Política Climática (QEPiC)., Este artigo apresenta a análise dos resultados obtidos através de uma pesquisa bibliométrica, acerca da relação entre o turismo e as alterações climáticas. Este estudo recaiu sobre a produção científica registada na base Scopus®. Através deste motor de pesquisa, procuraram-se o(s) termo(s)-chave nos títulos, nos resumos e nas palavras-chave das publicações indexadas, consoante os critérios definidos para a obtenção dos resultados mais concretos. Este artigo representa um ponto de partida neste tipo discussão bem como um carácter introdutório pelo facto de recorrer apenas a uma base de produção científica que, futuramente somado às pesquisas em outras bases, poderá apresentar um retrato absolutamente comprovado da relação “Turismo e Alterações Climáticas” no contexto da produção científica. A discussão dos resultados que se apresentam neste artigo permite contribuir para a perceção da importância do “Turismo” na sua relação com as “Alterações Climáticas”, que tanto se tem vindo a aclamar no contexto da Organização Mundial do Turismo (OMT), do Programa das Nações Unidas para o Ambiente (PNUMA) e da Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA), através do Quadro Estratégico para a Política Climática (QEPiC).

Nautical tourism is a growing product in Portugal, following a long tradition related to aquatic products. The wakeboard activity gained important visibility, especially due to the first world championship, in 2017, on the Zêzere river. The study now presented focuses mainly on the importance of valuing river-water resources and the Zêzere river, through wakeboard activity, for the consolidation of an efficient tourism product in the dynamic promotion of tourist and cultural attractiveness. For this purpose, as a methodology, a questionnaire survey was applied in areas of the Zêzere river equipped with a cable park, to understand the importance of wakeboarding in the development of river tourism in the territory. This study aims to enrich the knowledge of the wakeboard activity integrated into the nautical tourist product of the Medio Tejo. The results point to a growing trend in demand for this activity by residents and tourists, who combine leisure with knowledge of the heritage resources (material and immaterial) of this territory. The appreciation of the activity can lead local agents and actors to know and invest in the territory, making wakeboarding an activity of great economic, social, cultural, and environmental importance, contributing to the promotion and development of this territory., Journal of Tourism & Development, vol. 40 (2023)

INTRODUCTION: The concept of the Nellix endoprosthesis is based on endovascular aneurysm sealing with endobags and was launched in the market for endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR). The manufacturer recently issued a hazard alert due to higher rates of endoleaks, migration and aneurysm enlargement. CASE REPORT: The authors present a clinical case of a seventy year-old man previously submitted to EVAR with a Nellix device in another country. The patient presented with an asymptomatic Type Ia endoleak and proximal aortic neck aneurysmatic degeneration. The anatomy was considered unfavourable for further endovascular management. After multidisciplinary discussion and workup, open surgical conversion was selected. Complete endoprosthesis explantation and in-situ reconstruction were performed. The post-operative course was uneventful. CONCLUSION: Once presented with a patient considered fit for open surgical conversion and with aneurysm morphology unfavourable for endovascular, the authors believe that open conversion may constitute a very acceptable method of repair and should be offered., Angiologia e Cirurgia Vascular, Vol. 18 No. 3 (2022): September

Scoping review focused on describing the key factors influencing an effective implementation of healthcare workers support initiatives in healthcare organizations. Comprehensive search strategy in relevant bibliographic databases will be performed in Pubmed/Medline, Embase, CINHAL, Web of Science, Scopus, PsycInfo, Epistemonikos, Scielo, Cochrane Library, Open Grey and reviewers will do hand-searching in reference list of the included articles, conference proceedings, institutional/organizational websites and networks repositories.

Our Scoping Review is focused on describing the key elements for effective second victim support programs / practices/ other type of health workers support program implementation in health organizations. Particularly our study focus on: - Organizational factors (organizational structures; organizational processes; organizational outcomes) - Operational attributes of the programs/intervention - Relevant actors (the individuals, organizations, that make and implement the programs) - Context (type of healthcare setting and cultural context)

Introduction Health organisations should support healthcare workers who are physically and psychologically affected by patient safety incidents (second victims). There is a growing body of evidence which focuses on second victim support interventions. However, there is still limited research on the elements necessary to effectively implement and ensure the sustainability of these types of interventions. In this study, we propose to map and frame the key factors which underlie an effective implementation of healthcare worker support interventions in healthcare organisations when healthcare workers are physically and/or emotionally affected by patient safety incidents. Methods and analysis This scoping review will be guided by the established methodological Arksey and O'Malley framework, Levac and Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) recommendations. We will follow the JBI three-step process: (1) a preliminary search conducted on two databases; (2) the definition of clear inclusion criteria and the creation of a list of search terms to be used in the subsequent running of the search on a larger number of databases; and (3) additional searches (cross-checking/cross-referencing of reference lists of eligible studies, hand-searching in target journals relevant to the topic, conference proceedings, institutional/organisational websites and networks repositories). We will undertake a comprehensive search strategy in relevant bibliographic databases (PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, CINHAL, Web of Science, Scopus, PsycInfo, Epistemonikos, Scielo, Cochrane Library and Open Grey). We will use the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool V.2018 for quality assessment of the eligible studies. Our scoping review will be guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis Extension for Scoping Reviews. Ethics and dissemination This study will not require ethical approval. Results of the scoping review will be published in a peer-review journal, and findings will be presented in scientific conferences as well as in international forums and other relevant dissemination channels. Introduction: Clinical supervision in nursing training is essential for the professional development of the student, the complexity of supervision brings a breadth of knowledge, concepts and practices that characterize the relationship between student and supervisor as complex. Objective: This study aims to analyze the perceptions and insights of supervisory nurses specialized in the context of family health nursing, about supervision in clinical education taking into account their experiences Significant. Methodology: Qualitative field research, an exploratory-descriptive study was developed, with the objective of exploring and describing the phenomenon of clinical supervision in Nursing. For this purpose, interviews were conducted with 10 supervising nurses specialized in family health. Results: The main objective of clinical supervision is the guidance and follow-up of nursing students, providing contact with real clinical nursing practice. Conclusions: It is concluded, of the great importance of the implementation of clinical supervision for an effective professional development, so that better nurses are trained, thus improving the quality of health services, a better organization of cl units clinics and an increase in nurses' satisfaction. Introducción: La supervisión clínica en la formación de enfermería es fundamental para el desarrollo profesional del estudiante, la complejidad de la supervisión trae consigo una amplitud de conocimientos, conceptos y prácticas que caracterizan la relación entre estudiante y supervisor como compleja. Objetivo: Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar las percepciones e ideas de las enfermeras supervisoras especializadas en el contexto de la enfermería de salud familiar, sobre la supervisión en la educación clínica teniendo en cuenta sus experiências Significativo. Metodología: Se desarrolló una investigación de campo cualitativa, un estudio exploratorio-descriptivo, con el objetivo de explorar y describir el fenómeno de la supervisión clínica en Enfermería. Para ello, se realizaron entrevistas con 10 enfermeras supervisoras especializadas en salud familiar. Resultados: El objetivo principal de la supervisión clínica es la orientación y el seguimiento de los estudiantes de enfermería, proporcionando contacto con la práctica real de enfermería clínica. Objetivo: O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar as perceções e introspeções de enfermeiros supervisores especializados em contexto da enfermagem de saúde familiar, sobre a supervisão em ensino clínico tendo em conta as suas vivências significativas. Metodologia: Pesquisa de campo qualitativa, desenvolveu-se um estudo exploratório-descritivo, com o intuito de explorar e descrever o fenómeno da supervisão clínica em Enfermagem. Para tal, realizou-se entrevistas a 10 enfermeiros supervisores especializados em saúde familiar. Resultados: A supervisão clínica tem como foco principal a orientação e acompanhamento dos estudantes de enfermagem, proporcionando o contacto com a prática clínica real de enfermagem. Conclusões: Conclui-se, da grande importância da implementação da supervisão clínica para um desenvolvimento profissional eficaz, para que melhores enfermeiros sejam formados, melhorando assim a qualidade dos serviços de saúde, uma melhor organização das unidades clínicas e um aumento da satisfação dos enfermeiros.

Os contextos de cuidados críticos e os cuidados de enfermagem inerentes devem proporcionar bem-estar às pessoas internadas, implementando-se planos de cuidados especializados e individualizados que contribuam para a promoção do autocuidado, diminuição do sofrimento e promoção da qualidade de vida. O enfermeiro maximiza a prevenção, intervenção e controlo da infeção e de resistência a antimicrobianos, apoiado na evidência científica. Este profissional salvaguarda permanentemente a segurança de todos os intervenientes no processo de cuidar, implementando intervenções seguras baseadas na evidência científica, minimizando a ocorrência de eventos adversos. A Enfermagem à pessoa em situação crítica insere-se num contexto de grande complexidade, variabilidade, imprevisibilidade e incerteza, só se concretizando uma prática com qualidade se esta se basear em processos reflexivos, onde as evidências científicas são essenciais. O desenvolvimento de uma úlcera crónica nos membros inferiores vai influenciar a estabilidade da pessoa e, por conseguinte, a saúde da própria família, exigindo para os mesmos a aquisição de estratégias de coping eficazes de modo a minimizar o impacto das suas repercussões, com vista ao equilíbrio.
