犬心肺標本を用いてアドレナリソ誘導体，ethyl-adrianol，butyl-sympatol，meta-proterenolの心機能に対する作用を比較観察し次の結論を得た．1)Ethyl-adrianol，butyl-sympatol，meta-proterenolは，postiveinotropicとchronotropic作用がみられ，作用強度はisoproterenolが最も強く，次にadrenaline>noradrenaline>meta-proterenol>ethyl-adrianol>butyl-sympatolの順である．pentobarbital不全心に対してはより強力に作用する．2)三薬物の心臓に対する促進はphenoxybenzamineにより抑制されずpropranololにより抑制される．

Expressing the distribution of load, on a circular plate with a hole at the center under a concentrated load, by means of δ-function, and performing the integral of particular solution by the property of δ-function, we reduced the differential equation for the bending of the plate to a plane biharmonic equation. Expressing the solution of this biharmonic equation and boundary conditions by Fourier series and comparing the coefficients of both sides of the equations, we derived the exact solution of the deflection for the following cases ; (i) Both boundaries are clamped, (ii) One boundary is clamped and the other is free supported, (iii) Both boundaries are free supported, (iv) One boundary is clamped and the other is a free edge, (v) One boundary is free supported and the other is a free edge.

The effect of dopamine on ciliary movement and the existence of dopamine-containing cells in the ciliated epithelium of frog palatine mucosa were investigated pharmacologically and by means of electron and fluorescence microscopy, respectively. Ciliary movement was suppressed markedly when the perfusion medium contained 10(-6) M dopamine, thereby indicating that dopamine has a suppressive effect on ciliary movement. Electron microscopy revealed at least two types of granule-containing (GC) cells, type 1 cells containing small spherical granular vesicles (about 100-150 nm in diameter) and type 2 cells containing elongated dense granules (about 150 X 250 nm in diameter). One hour after systemic administration of dihydroxyphenylalanine-[3H(G)] [( 3H]DOPA), a large number of silver grains appeared only in type 2 GC cells, thus indicating that type 2 cells are catecholamine-storing. Blue-green fluorescent cells were detected in the ciliated epithelium. On microspectrofluorometry, catecholamine fluorescence in the cells showed a main excitation and emission maxima at 415 and 480 nm, respectively. When the fluorescent cells were exposed to HCl vapor for several s, the excitation peak shifted to 380 nm and this peak was unchanged after treatment for an additional 5 min. It may be considered that these fluorescent cells contain dopamine and correspond to type 2 GC cells. A possible functional relationship between regulation of ciliary movement and dopamine-containing cells was also discussed.

アドレナリン誘導体meta-proterenol(M・P)，ethyl-adrianol(E-A)およびbutyl-sympatol(B-S)は気管筋に対し弛緩を示す．その作用強度はM-Pが最も強く次にE-A，B-Sの順である．気管筋収縮薬histamine(「H」)，acetylcholine(ACh)，5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)，BaCl2による収縮に対してはM-Pが最も強く次にE-A，B-Sの順である．対照薬isoproterenol(Isop)，adrenaline(Adr)，noradrenaline(Noradr)と比較するとIsop>M-P>Adr>E-A>Noradr>B-Sの順である．M-P，B-Sには軽度のα-receptorの興奮作用が認められる．

International audience; Texts from the Upper-Mesopotamian kingdom in the the time of king Samsi-Addu (also known as Shamshi-Adad I.) in the 18th century BC are dated by Assyrian eponyms and a special month calendar different from the Old Assyrian one. The succession of month names has been established in 1985 by D. Charpin (MARI 4, p. 244ff.) and confirmed in the following years. The starting point of the year in fall, intercalation of supplementary months and annual festivals are known. This dating system survived after the death of Samsi-Addu and the collapse of his huge kingdom in many parts of Upper Mesopotamia.; Les textes du royaume de Haute-Mésopotamie de l'époque du roi Samsi-Addu (également connu sous le nom de Shamshi-Adad I.) au 18e siècle avant J.-C. sont datés par des éponymes assyriens et un calendrier mensuel spécial différent de celui de la ville d'Ashur.
