Partiendo de 455 referencias bibliográficas recogidas en la base de datos ISOCBiblioteconomía y Documentación producida por el Centro de Ciencias Humanas y Sociales del CSIC, se analiza la producción científica de los autores teniendo en cuenta la productividad, colaboración entre autores, e instituciones, tipos de documentos en los que publican sus investigaciones, afiliación, idioma, lengua y años de publicación. Destaca, la poca visibilidad de estos trabajos en la base de datos analizada, al suponer sólo el 2,8%, y la escasa normalización y uso del descriptor. Estudios de usuarios dentro de los 538 utilizados para indicar artículos sobre esta materia (5,77%).

The in vivo study consisted in the analysis of the elimination and biodistribution kinetics of SPIONs after intravenous administration in Wistar rats. The results were corroborated by X-ray fluorescence. For the in vitro study, a quantitative analysis of the concentration of SPIONs bound to the specific AC133 monoclonal antibodies was carried out in order to detect the expression of the antigenic epitopes (CD133) in stem cells from human umbilical cord blood. In both studies FMR has proven to be an efficient technique for the SPIONs quantification per volume unit (in vivo) or per labeled cell (in vitro).Keywords: quantification, FMR, ferrofluid, biodistribution, nanoparticles

Taking as source of intelligence more than 13,000 consultations carried out by Administration public to his archives and requests made by investigators, present article shows yield of file, since it is source of intelligence as much for the organism that generates it, like for the citizenship in general, investigators in individual and the coming generations like source of intelligence of official history. In addition to the definition of the profile of users of the Provincial Historical File of Jaén, Municipal File of Jaén and the File of Provincial Delegation, contributes the definition of these investigations, the objectives that are tried to obtain, the used methodology, the location of these quantitative techniques in the technical subsystem, like powerful tool for its evaluation, conclusions destined to the promotion of these studies, doing emphasis in the importance of the Documentation like science applied to other disciplines, and an extensive bibliography for the theoretical elaboration of investigations of these characteristics.
