Human being interacts with necessary processes of, socialization and cooperation during life. These processes constitute an essential way to knowledge appropriation, for that reason, this interaction is developed with special emphasis, in the continual professional formation and in the development of the executives, during their formation. This idea is expressed in the psychological characteristics of the executives; with the objective of achieving a developing learning from the affective, physics, social and intellectual point of view, as a reflex of the psychosocial articulation, where there are also contradictions that affect the achievement of vivid experiences. For that reason, the objective of this research is to propose a group of actions that contribute to the development of the cooperation, in developing learning, during the preparation of High Education Executives. The methods and techniques of investigation used in this research led to the development of cooperation as a dimension of developing learning in the preparation of High Education Executives. Objetivo: Determinar el comportamiento de la enfermedad de Chagas, comparando la vía de inoculación intraperitoneal (i.p.) y la vía oral (v.o.), mediante la ingestión alimentos infectados con Trypanosoma cruzi (T. cruzi).Materiales y métodos: En modelo murino, se comparó la parasitemia en la infección adquirida vía i.p. y vía oral Se formaron dos grupos que fueron inoculados con la cepa NINOA de T. cruzi (3x103); uno se administró v.o. y otro, se administró vía i.p. Además, se realizó un estudio histopatológico del tejido cardiaco de los individuos. Finalmente, se determinó y comparó la respuesta inmune montada como resultado de la inoculación por ambas vías, evaluando la concentración de IgG séricas contra T. cruzi mediante la realización de una ELISA casera.Resultados: El comportamiento de la infección fue diferente en ambas vías de inoculación. A través de los métodos parasitoscópicos e histopatológicos empleados, no fue detectable la infección en aquellos individuos infectados vía oral, interesantemente, la infección sí fue detectable mediante métodos inmunológicos. Aquellos individuos infectados vía oral empleando açaí, tuvieron un comportamiento inmune similar al presentado por aquellos inoculados vía i.p.Conclusiones: El presente estudio demuestra que la vía de infección del hospedero es determinante para la evolución de la enfermedad. Este trabajo proporciona evidencia para que en la práctica clínica, se realice a los individuos más de una prueba diagnóstica, hecho que, ayudará a un mejor manejo de la enfermedad de Chagas

Introduction: Fecal microbiota transfer (FMT) is highly effective in the treatment and prevention of recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection (rCDI) with cure rates of about 80% after a single treatment. Nevertheless, the reasons for failure in the remaining 20% remain largely elusive. The aim of the present study was to investigate different potential clinical predictors of response to FMT in Germany., Methods: Information was extracted from the MicroTrans Registry (NCT02681068), a retrospective observational multicenter study, collecting data from patients undergoing FMT for recurrent or refractory CDI in Germany. We performed binary logistic regression with the following covariates: age, gender, ribotype 027, Eastern Co-operative Oncology Group score, immunosuppression, preparation for FMT by use of proton pump inhibitor, antimotility agents and bowel lavage, previous recurrences, severity of CDI, antibiotic induction treatment, fresh or frozen FMT preparation, and route of application., Results: Treatment response was achieved in 191/240 evaluable cases (79.6%) at day 30 (D30) post FMT and 78.1% at day 90 (D90) post FMT. Assessment of clinical predictors for FMT failure by forward and confirmatory backward-stepwise regression analysis yielded higher age as an independent predictor of FMT failure ( p  = 0.001; OR 1.060; 95%CI 1.025-1.097)., Conclusion: FMT in Germany is associated with high cure rates at D30 and D90. No specific pre-treatment, preparation or application strategy had an impact on FMT success. Only higher age was identified as an independent risk factor for treatment failure. Based on these and external findings, future studies should focus on the assessment of microbiota and microbiota-associated metabolites as factors determining FMT success.
