Ante la evidente escases de recursos naturales no renovables, los diferentes municipios del departamento y del país, se han visto en la necesidad de apostar a la consolidación de actividades productivas sostenibles, dentro de las que destaca el turismo. Uno de estos municipios ha sido El Carmen de Viboral, ente territorial que se encuentra trabajando en el agendamiento y en la construcción de instrumentos de autoridad y de planificación que ayuden al turismo a emerger como principal dinamizador de la economía local. Para ello, por supuesto ha sido necesario partir del reconocimiento de una serie de limitantes que han frenado ese progreso, como por ejemplo, el tema de voluntades políticas, la poca apropiación del territorio que se evidencia en los pobladores y la insuficiente implementación de los instrumentos existentes. Hechos que sin lugar a dudas, como se verá en el trabajo, representan el punto de partida para la formulación e implementación de nuevas acciones más efectivas en el cumplimiento del propósito., Given the evident scarcity of non-renewable natural resources, the different municipalities of the department and the country have found it necessary to bet on the consolidation of sustainable productive activities, among which tourism stands out. One of these municipalities has been El Carmen de Viboral, a territorial entity that is working on the scheduling and construction of authority and planning instruments that help tourism emerge as the main dynamizer of the local economy. For this, of course, it has been necessary to start from the recognition of a series of limitations that have slowed down this progress, such as, for example, the issue of political wills, the little appropriation of the territory that is evident in the inhabitants and the insufficient implementation of the instruments existing. Facts that undoubtedly, as will be seen in the work, represent the starting point for the formulation and implementation of new, more effective actions in the fulfillment of the purpose.

Se realiza la implementación de un servidor de control de dominio el cual se selecciona como producto a implementar el Zentyal 6.2. Cumpliendo con el requerimiento de solucionar necesidades específicas, como la administración, control de los equipos definidos en la infraestructura, dirigida a la implementación de servicios como DHCP, VPN, DNS, Firewall, Proxy no trasparente, permitiendo tener una infraestructura más completa, administrada y con un mayor control brindando una mayor seguridad. We built a server of domain control, that selects the product with the name of Zentyal 6.2. This product meets the requirements to solve some specific needs, like the administration, the definition and control of the equipments of the infrastructure and aims at the implementation of services such as DHCP, VPN, DNS, Firewall, No transparent Proxy, allowing to develop a complete infrastructure with greater control providing greater security.

International audience; Background: Nowadays, cardiovascular diseases (CVD) remain the main cause of death worldwide. A heart sound signal or phonocardiogram (PCG) is the most simple, economical and non-invasive tool to detect CVDs. Advances in technology and signal processing allow the design of computer-aided systems for heart illnesses detection from PCG signals. Purpose: The paper proposes a pipeline and benchmark for binary heart sounds classification. The features extraction architecture is focused on the use of Matching Pursuit time-frequency decomposition using Gabor dictionaries and the Linear Predictive Coding method of a residual. We compare seven classifiers with two different approaches: feature averaging and cycle averaging. Methods: We test our proposal on the PhysioNet/CinC challenge 2016 database, which comprises a wide variety of heart sounds recorded from patients with normal and different pathological heart conditions. We conduct a 10-fold stratified cross-validation method to evaluate the performance of different classification algorithms. The feature sets were also tested when using an oversampling method for balancing. Results: The benchmark identified systems showing a satisfying performance in terms of accuracy, sensitivity, and Matthews correlation coefficient. Results can be improved when using feature averaging and an oversampling strategy.

RESUMEN El agua potable, como recurso limitado y escaso, debe ser estudiado desde diferentes perspectivas. Por una parte, inciden los agentes que prestan el servicio y, por otra, los consumidores. Por tal motivo, es imprescindible analizar el desempeño de quienes se encargan del suministro de agua y cómo se comporta la demanda de dicho recurso, para optimizar su gestión. En el siguiente trabajo, se describe, a grandes rasgos, cuáles son los actores involucrados en la prestación del servicio de agua en Colombia y se analiza el desempeño en la gestión de los últimos años. Además, se propone un modelo econométrico con datos de panel, donde las variables independientes, que explican el consumo, son la tarifa del servicio y el ingreso per cápita. Teniendo en cuenta estudios previos y la teoría económica, se observa que los planteamientos expuestos son consistentes. Asimismo, se percibe una mejora en los indicadores de gestión de agua en los últimos años. SUMMARY Drinking water as a limited and scarce resource must be studied from different perspectives. On the one hand, the agents that provide the service and on the other the consumers. For this reason, it is essential to analyze the performance of water utilities and the behavior of the demand of this resource in order to optimize its management. The following work describes, in broad strokes, which are the actors involved in the provision of water service in Colombia and how their performance has been in the last years. In addition, an econometric model with panel data is proposed where the independent variables that explain consumption are the service tariff and per capita income. Considering previous studies and economic theory, it is observed that the exposed suppositions are consistent.

Con la finalidad de evaluar el impacto que tiene la nutrición del cultivo de arroz en su potencial productivo, se realizaron dos ensayos en la zona de San Javier, Santa Fe, durante la campaña 2017/18.
