Investment has important role in economic development of Aceh. However, many investors tend to violate the work ethics while working with the enterpreneurs and local goverment. This study aimed to observe The Role of Islamic Ethic for Synergy Form and Domestic Investment Contribution among the Enterpreneurs and Goverment of Aceh. This is a qualitative descriptive study using survey method. The respondents were enterpreneurs and local Government of Aceh. The results of this study show that the Islamic ethic has important role in forming work synergy between the enterpreneurs and Aceh Government contributing to the invesments in Aceh.

The nurse-patient relationship in the communication process aims to solve the problems faced by nurses and patients is called therapeutic communication. This article discusses therapeutic communication in a review of nurse-patient transactional analysis counseling. Therapeutic communication is very important in nursing, nurse-patient communication aims to serve patients. Good therapeutic communication will build a trusting nurse-patient relationship. This study aims as a reference material for hospitals in order to implement good nurse-patient communication. This study uses the literature review method, the author only reads existing journals and then develops it into a writing. The result of this study is that therapeutic communication produces a lot of I'am Ok-You Are Ok life positions, but it is possible that a small number of nurses do not use therapeutic techniques properly. The novelty of this paper is related to therapeutic communication in nurse-patient transactional analysis counseling using a good life position when nurses provide informing techniques, open questions, focus, listen attentively, identify themes and suggestions. The limitation of this research is that it only focuses on the life position in transactional analysis counseling.

The purpose of this study is to describe the institutions of Village-Owned Enterprises in South Buton Regency. This research is important to do because there are several problems including the application of rules and management of Village-Owned Enterprises that are not appropriate and lack of internal control. The research design used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected using observation techniques, interviews and also through document review. The data were analyzed using an interactive model. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of village-owned enterprises in South Buton Regency is limited with various problems. From the regulatory aspect, it has been based on rules such as village regulations, management decrees and AD/ART, but there are some villages that are constrained by legalization due to internal problems. Meanwhile, from the normative aspect, the evaluation form and the accountability model for the management of Village-Owned Enterprises have not been carried out properly because there are still unaccountable management reports. However, there are several efforts by the Village Community Empowerment Service (DPMD) along with Community Empowerment Experts to help overcome finding solutions. As a result, one of the villages, namely Lampanairi village, succeeded in encouraging the role of its Village-Owned Enterprises and became a driving force for the community's economy and was part of 125 villages that received the title of Brilliant Village in the category of economic business development village in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic.

Heavy workload has become a problem of many female teachers in the world. Finding out how workload has impacted teachers’ job effectiveness worth searching. The respondents of the research were were 78 secondary school female teachers in Tanah Datar Regency. The data of the research were collected through a google-form. The data were analyzed through Descriptive Statistics. The study results show that female teachers are over-burdened with their tasks at school and at home, face many problems like having negative feeling to themselves, having no leisure time, lacking of social responsibility and participation in school activities and house work, being not optimal in job performance, being exhausted, feeling lack of energy, getting problem in time management, doing social withdrawal, and having lower social competence after the issuance of the new regulation. Therefore, it is recommended that the new government regulation of teacher workload be quitted in order that better education quality is achieved.

This article aims to 1) examine youth career resilience as an important competency to face the year 2045; 2) assess the urgency of developing career resilience through guidance and counseling as an effort to prepare adolescents to become the golden generation of 2045. From the results of the study, it is known that 1) the golden generation of 2045 who has high career resilience will be able to face a borderless society, global urbanization, and international trade; 2) Through guidance and counseling services, career resilience can be developed from the age of adolescent development, with focus on developing career resilience attributes.

For students to be able to compete and overcome challenges in the future, critical thinking is essential. The study's descriptive methodology aims to describe the students' critical thinking abilities. Every high school in a South Sulawesi district made up the research population. Based on school accreditation, with the use of a proportionate stratified random sampling technique, 150 students were chosen to comprise the research sample. The test instrument used is an essay distributed online. The indicators for the description questions are interpretation, analysis, and interpretation thinking skills. According to the study's findings, students' critical thinking abilities in static fluid material have an average score in the medium category of 73.09. In terms of school accreditation, students' physics critical thinking abilities average 73.87 for schools with A accreditation, 72.43 for schools with B accreditation, and 68.47 for schools with C accreditation. The percentage of each indicator of critical thinking skills is 34.58 in inference, 33.70 in analysis, and 31.71 in interpretation. It is anticipated that this study will give a broad picture of students' critical thinking competencies for teachers to choose and implement the most suitable stimulus to aid students in developing their critical thinking abilities. COVID-19 pandemic spread around the world and changed people's shopping habits. This phenomenon causes much fear and induces panic behavior. In a highly uncertain situation, many people are more likely to engage in impulse buying behavior during this period. Our research aims to examine that impulse buying behavior during the pandemic. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the path analysis technique, which is processed using a computer with a program that has been developed by Preacher-Hayes, namely the Macros PROCESS technique. The research finds that panic buying, government stimulus, perceived scarcity, and fear appeal have a significant direct effect on impulse buying behavior. We went a step further to test the indirect effects. The indirect test supports our hypothesis by using fear appeal as mediating variable. The result indicates that fear appeal mediates between panic buying, whereas impulse buying behavior has no significant effect. Furthermore, fear appeal mediates between government stimulus, and scarcity of essential products has a significant effect on impulse buying behavior.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world has devastated the tourism sector. In Indonesia, the government continues to focus on bringing in tourists from various foreign countries. This study tries to explain whether Indonesian people dare to travel and what factors influence their intention to travel. We applied an explanatory quantitative approach in this study, where the survey supported online by involving 200 respondents spread throughout Indonesia. Characteristics of their age between 17 years - 60 years. SEM method for interpreting data. The findings of the analysis present that during pandemic, Indonesian people continue to travel by paying attention to Covid-19 health procedures. In addition, they also consider supporting factors such as traveling needs, safety during the traveling, and exist on social media needs that significantly influence traveling intention of traveling interest mediation. Family economic condition is a factor that plays a very important role in encouraging traveling intention because we proved it to be a moderating variable that has a significant effect on traveling interest in traveling intention. The interesting thing is that 94% of respondents did not reduce their desire to travel in 2021.

Gas separation processes through membrane permeation have attracted the attention of researchers recently because of their promising applications. This study modified the cellulose acetate (CA) membrane to improve membrane performance for CO2/CH4 gas separation. The CA membrane was modified by adding polyethylene glycol (PEG) 400 as the carrier and N, N’-methylene bisacrylamide (MBA) as the cross-linking agent. Gamma-ray from cobalt 60 was used as a reaction initiator with the variation of irradiation dose. The membrane characterization tests were conducted using scanning electron micrograph (SEM), Fourier transforms infrared (FTIR), and tensile strength. The permeability and selectivity of membranes were tested against single gases CO2 and CH4. SEM analysis presented the morphology change of membrane surface by gamma irradiation and a crosslinking agent. The spectra of FTIR show a change in peak intensity on several polymer functional groups in the presence of gamma-ray irradiation. The tensile strength test shows that membranes with MBA have higher mechanical strength than those without MBA. Based on membrane permeability and selectivity tests, the CO2 gas permeability was affected by pressure. The ideal selectivity of CO2/CH4 shows that the irradiated membrane has a higher selectivity than that of the non-irradiated membrane.

Sediment is material that is carried away and moves in the direction from flow of river water and settle downstream of a watershed. Changes in land use in the upstream watershed have the potential to increase sediment. Then, the increase in population will be proportional to the increasing need for land both for settlement and agriculture so that forest land will be looted and increase sedimentation. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to study the placement of sediment control buildings or check dams. Sedimentation is influenced by the amount of erosion. Erosion and sedimentation analysis were analyzed using Arc SWAT and from the results of the erosion analysis in the Tapin watershed, the average heavy class is less than 180 tons. Changes in sedimentation value from the dam plan to the present are 1.6 mm/yr until 1.8 mm/yr. Analysis used for selection of check dam locations is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) Expert Choice. From the analysis of the selection of priority check dam locations Sub Watershed 1. The design flood discharge analysis for Q 50 years that uses ITB-2 method is 41.34 m3/second. The hydraulic aspect of the check dam in Sub watershed 1 is adjusted to the existing cross section of the river and prevous analysis, the results of analysis of sediment inflow are 6.592,05 m3/year and storage capacity is 49.132,00 m3, namely the building height is 3.75 meters.

This research aims to know the relationship between self-acceptance, happiness, and work-family balance on the empowerment of communities. The respondents of this study were 54 women in Serang City, Banten Province, Indonesia. Ikan wader (Rasbora lateristriata) banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia serta dapat diolah dan diawetkan menjadi produk yang biasa disebut dengan bekasam. Proses fermentasi pada bekasam dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, beberapa di antaranya adalah lama proses fermentasi dan konsentrasi garam yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama fermentasi dan konsentrasi penambahan garam terhadap komposisi proksimat dan aspek organoleptik pada produk bekasam ikan wader. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu faktor I (lama fermentasi: 4 hari, 5 hari, dan 6 hari) dan faktor II (konsentrasi garam: 15%, 17,5%, dan 20%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar air dan kadar abu bekasam ikan wader berkisar 58,985- 62,651% dan 14,928 – 19,872%. Pengujian aspek organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa aroma dan rasa yang paling disukai adalah bekasam dengan lama fermentasi 6 hari dengan konsentrasi garam 15%. Tekstur yang paling disukai adalah bekasam dengan lama fermentasi 4 hari dengan konsentrasi garam 20%, sedangkan warna yang paling disukai adalah bekasam dengan lama fermentasi 4 hari dengan konsentrasi garam 15%.

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) has become a global issue in animal, human and environmental health. The AMR profile of Escherichia coli reflects the use of antibiotics in production animals. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli bacteria isolated from the feces of female Bali cattle with reproductive disorders. Feces samples were taken purposively using a swab on 4 rectums from 7 Bali cattle with reproductive disorders in June 2021 in Lando Village, East Lombok Regency. Escherichia coli samples were isolated on Eosin Methylene Blue Agar media and identified by biochemical tests. An antibiotic resistance test against Escherichia coli was carried out by the disk diffusion method. The antibiotics used in the test were Penicillin G 10 U, Oxytetracycline 30 g, Gentamicin 10 g, and Tetracycline 30 g, and Cefotaxime 30 g. The results of planting on Eosin Methylene Blue Agar media obtained 4 Escherichia coli which were successfully isolated from 4 samples of Bali cattle feces. Data on the level of Escherichia coli susceptibility level to various antibiotics were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of the susceptibility test to antibiotics showed that 4 samples of Escherichia coli (100%) were resistant to Penicillin G, (25%) were resistant to Oxytetracycline, (25%) were resistant to Cefotaxime, and (100%) samples of Escherichia coli were sensitive to Gentamicin and Tetracycline. The chi-square test on the level of Escherichia coli susceptibility to various antibiotics was significant with p˂ 0.05 (p-value = 0.012). The results of this study have shown that Escherichia coli from Bali cattle feces experience multidrug resistance which later on might have an impact on human health and the environment.

Milk production is intended for human consumption; hence preservation technology is required while maintaining the sensory and nutritional attributes. Some of technologies applied in milk are the use of pre-heating combined with pulsed electric fields (PEF) exposure. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of combination food preservation techniques using pre-heating and PEF with various conditions. The raw milk first received the pre-heating treatment at 70 ËšC, followed by PEF exposure. A completely randomized design (CDR) was applied in this research. It used two factors, namely factor I (pre-heating duration: 10, 20, and 30 minutes), and factor II (PEF exposure duration: 2, 4, and 6 minutes) with three replications, resulting in nine (9) treatments. The results reveal that there was a bacterial reduction within the range of 0.70-1.06 log CFU/mL. Besides, the increasing duration of pre-heating combined with PEF exposure decrease the values of viscosity, emulsion stability, and lightness of raw milk samples. Moreover, the most effective treatment observed in the raw milk-treated with pre-heating of 10 minutes and PEF of 2 minutes, with the level of TPC, viscosity, emulsion stability, and lightness of 1.88 log CFU/mL, 14.65 cP, and 95.65%, respectively

The pandemic leap continues and only makes things worse. Sharp criticism continues to pour in about what measures it can put in place to reduce the social crisis. Although some have accused the restrictions of being relaxed (lockdown), it does not improve human nature, which instinctively requires communication with partners, family, and co-workers. This study has a target to uncover the relationship between stress and anxiety on social tourism interest. We invited the 321 respondents to be surveyed online. The characteristics of the response involved cross-age, namely generations Y and Z (17 to 40 years) from 15 provinces in Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) applied to the AMOS program to interpret the data. Statistical tests found that stress and anxiety levels had no significant effect on social tourism interest. Other results prove an important difference if altruistic value increases social tourism interest significantly. From empirical moderation, altruistic value actually plays a significant role in the relationship between stress and anxiety levels in social tourism interest. The respondents have emotional resilience in the face of COVID-19. Finally, the novelty, contribution, and implications of the research is comprehensively disclosed. A follow-up agenda could investigate these findings in order to improve upon the limitations of the study.

Background: This study aimed to determine the potential anti-aging effects of sea grapes and tempe (fermented soybeans) collagen particle size, by measuring the activities of anti-glycation, antioxidant, and tyrosinase inhibitors. Methods: Collagen was isolated from freeze-dried sea grapes and tempe powder and treated with different NaOH concentrations (0.10 M; 0.20 M; 0.30 M), and CH 3COOH 1 M solution, separately. The collagen particle size was adjusted by stirring at 1000 rpm for 5 and 10 hours. 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) was used to measure the antioxidant activity, and L-tyrosine and L-DOPA (l-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine) was used as a marker of tyrosine inhibition. Results: The collagen treated with 0.10 M NaOH produced the highest collagen yield (11.65%), and the largest particle size (2455 nm). Additionally, this collagen, when treated for 5 hours, exhibited 24.70% antioxidant activity, 62.60% anti-glycation, 8.97% L-tyrosine, and 26.77% L-Dopa inhibition activities. Meanwhile, the collagen treated for 10 hours had a 9.98% antioxidant activity, 41.48% anti-glycation, 7.89% L-tyrosine, and 2.67% L-Dopa inhibition activity. Conclusion: Sea grapes and tempe collagen powder treated with 0.10 M NaOH and stirred for 5 hours, possess the best potential anti-aging properties as a functional food.
