An automatic hematology analyzer is an essential instrument for the modern laboratory. A new hematology analyzer must undergo comparability testing with a currently used hematology analyzer. This study aimed to compare the performance of the Dymind DH-76 and Sysmex XN-1000 hematology analyzers. This study involved 96 EDTA blood samples from patients aged 18 to 85 years old at a hospital in Jakarta. A complete blood count was performed on each blood sample using two above-mentioned analyzers Dymind DH-76 and Sysmex XN-1000. The results from both instruments were compared by using the Pearson correlation test and the Passing-Bablok regression analysis to determine the agreement in performance between the two instruments. This study aims to reveal the types of consumptive behavior and describe the forms of cognitive, affective and behavioral effects that appear on followers of the @RacunBelanja account in the coments column of the @RacunBelanja Twitter account in December 2022. This research uses a qualitative method with a content analysis type of research. The data collection technique in this study was by means of documentation and observation on the Twitter account @RacunBelanja. The results of the study show that (1) There are four types of consumptive behavior that occur in the comments column of the Twitter account @RacunBelanja, namely buying products because of the lure of gifts, buying products based on price considerations (not on the basis of benefits or uses), buying products only just maintaining a status symbol and using a product because of conformity to the model that advertises, (2) Based on the results of the study it was found that in the comments column of the Twitter account @RacunBelanja in December 2022 there were cognitive effects, affective effects and behavioral effects

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, promotion and servicescape on purchasing decisions at Prima Freshmart Pekapuran Depok. Respondents in this study were Prima Freshmart Pekapuran Depok customers. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method. While data processing in this study uses SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study that brand image, promotion and servicecsape have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Prima Freshmart Pekapuran Depok.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan informasi dan pengetahuan siswa-siswi SMA 2 Mataram tentang bidang-bidang akuntansi dan profesi-profesi akuntansi yang bisa mereka ambil jika melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi dan prospek pekerjaan sesuai dengan bidang dan profesi akuntasi tersebut. Metodenya ceramah dan diskusi. Dan sasaran literasi bidang-bidang dan profesi akuntansi ini pada siswa-siswi SMA 2 Mataram khusus untuk jurusan IPS dan perwakilan jurusan IPA yang punya minat untuk melanjutkan kuliah ke jurusan akuntansi. Tujuannya agar mereka melek dengan informasi bidang-bidang dan profesi akuntansi. Literasi ini dilaksanakan selama sehari dengan 40 orang peserta. Kegiatan literasi ini berjalan dengan lancar. Semua peserta antusias mengikuti acara hingga selesai. Peserta juga menilai bahwa literasi ini penting dan sangat diperlukan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlakuan akuntansi belanja modal pada Dinas Perindustrian, Koperasi, dan UKM Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif ditujukan untuk mengklarifikasi bagaimana perlakuan akuntansi belanja modal pada Dinas Perindustriam, Koperasi, dan UKM Kota Mataram. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara yang disertai dengan bukti dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Sub Bagian Keuangan dan Perencanaan, Pengelola Barang Milik Daerah, dan Tenaga Operator Komputer pada Dinas Perindustrian, Koperasi, dan UKM Kota Mataram. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan akuntansi belanja modal pada Dinas Perindustrian, Koperasi, dan UKM Kota Mataram berdasarkan indikator pencatatan, pengakuan, dan pelaporan telah sesuai dengan mekanisme dengan standar yang ditetapkan yaitu PP No 71 Tahun 2010 Tentang Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP). Implementasi Teori Stewardship dilihat dari pihak Steward yakni Dinas Perindustrian, Koperasi, dan UKM Kota Mataram yang melakukan perlakuan akuntansi sebagai bentuk tanggungjawab atas keputusan dan tindakan yang telah diamanahkan oleh Principal (Badan Keuangan Daerah dan masyrakat).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) dalam Perhitungan tarif air minum dan penetapan tarif air minum yang dilakukan oleh PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualititatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) telah menerapkan Peraturan Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) No 71 Tahun 2016 tentang perhitungan dan penetapan tarif air minum sejak peraturan tersebut berlaku. Perhitungan tarif yang dilakukan oleh PTAM Giri Menang (Perseroda) telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) No 71 Tahun 2016 tentang perhitungan dan penetapan tarif air minum dikarenakan harga jual lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan harga pokok produksi yang berarti tarif yang berlaku telah menutup biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan oleh PTAM Giri Menang (Perseroda) Penetapan tarif air yang dilakukan oleh PTAM (Perseroda) setiap tahunnya masih berdasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) No 71 Tahun 2016 Tentang perhitungan dan Penetapan tarif air minum pasal 2 menyebutkan bahwa perhitungan dan penetapan tarif air minum didasarkan pada, keterjangkauan dan keadilan, mutu pelayanan, pemulihan biaya, efisiensi pemakaian air, perlindungan air baku, transparansi dan akuntabilitas.

The learning models becomes an important tool in the learning process. The abilities that students are expected to have will be determined by using appropriate learning models. The study aims to determine how the application of direct instruction and e-learning learning models in basic programming subjects can increase achievement motivation. This research used Quasi-Experiment approach. The design used anon-euivalent control group. The number of research samples consisted of 70 students of class X MM SMK Ketintang Surabaya. The independent variable in this studies was application of direct instruction (X1), E-learning (X2) while the dependent variable used is achievement motivation (Y). Multiple regression used for analyze data. The results showed that tcount = 5.5924 and ttable = 1.371 for dk = 5, at significant level 5%. Test criteria show that tstatistic> ttable (4.5924 > 5.371) then H0 rejected, meaning H1 accepted. It can be interpreted that difference between the Direct Instruction learning model and e-learning is significant.

The trend of the flexing phenomenon, especially on social media, is currently causing various reactions, one of which is the tendency to consume and use various luxury facilities. In consumer behavior, this phenomenon is referred to as Conspicuous Consumption. In today's modern world, it happens not only to upper-class consumers, but also to everyone in the community with various goals, including the goals of acquiring social status, prestige, or wealth. For lower-middle households, of course, this is a problem, so financial planning is needed. This study aims to explore the perspective of Maqasid Sharia in financial planning for Muslim families as a solution to the Conspicuous Consumption phenomenon. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a library research approach. Data were obtained from official reports as well as other literature from journals, books and websites. The results of this study indicate that financial planning based on the Maqasid Sharia hierarchy, namely Dharurriyah, Hajiyyah and Tahsiniyyah can prevent the phenomenon of Conspicuous Consumption in Muslim households. In addition, Islamic consumption which prohibits Israf and aims to achieve Maslahah is a contradiction to Conspicuous Consumption. Good financial planning will ultimately bridge Muslim families to achieve prosperity in this world and the hereafter.

There had been a notable increase in the number of capital market investors in 2020 and 2021 as compared to previous years. In 2020, the number of investors increased by 56.21% from that of the previous year in 2019, and in 2021 it increased to 92.99% as compared to the number in 2020. Such considerable increase was surprising despite the outbreak of Covid pandemic throughout those years, which had an impact on the downturn of community's economy, as seen from an increase in the amount of unemployment by 7.07%, and a poverty rate of 9.8%. Likewise, Indonesia experienced negative economic growth in the quarter II and III of 2020. This study aims to find the factors that influence investors in making investment decisions amidst pandemic conditions that took place in 2020 and 2021 with the variables of Financial Literacy, Influencer’s Influence, Social Media Influence, social environment, and religiosity. It was obvious that these 5 factors had an influence on investment decisions, with the Financial Literacy factor as the factor that had the greatest influence and significance with a regression coefficient of 0.721.

The Feeder Transport Services Concept of Railways Station using Buy the Service Scheme: The way a mass transit system integrated with the city's current public transportation network is a crucial factor in maximizing customer mobility. This study aims to produce a concept for developing feeder transportation with the buy the service (BTS) scheme. Descriptive methods with qualitative, spatial, and quantitative approaches are used in the implementation of this research. This study conducted literature research on public transportation, interview surveys with questionnaires to the public, field observations, satellite image observations and structured interviews with stakeholders related to the public transportation development. This study was conducted on the Makassar–Parepare railway service focused on Rammang-Rammang station and purposed feeder route from the existing public transport route near the station Rammang-Rammang. The result suggested the feeder service with a BTS scheme. The business process for the BTS scheme of feeder transportation services can be proposed to be managed in one management of an existing institution as the main BTS corridor in Makassar for the short-term and long term recommendation by form Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) as a legal entity. The operator as a service provider is purposed Angkot, named Pete-pete in Sulawesi. Pete-pete private ownership consolidation was suggested in the study to create a legal entity. A cost component based on the previously Vehicle Operational Cost (VOC) analysis was included in the contract value as a vehicle rental price that is paid. It can be concluded that the role of local government is needed for the public transport sustainability services with a buy the service scheme.Keywords: Makassar–Parepare Railway, Feeder System, Buy the Service, Pete-pete ABSTRAKHal penting yang perlu diperhatikan ketika memperkenalkan sistem angkutan massal ke suatu kota adalah bagaimana mengintegrasikannya dengan sistem angkutan umum yang sudah ada supaya dapat mengoptimalkan mobilitas dari pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan konsep pengembangan layanan angkutan feeder pada stasiun kereta api dengan skema buy the service. Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, spasial, dan kuantitatif dengan melakukan riset literatur terkait angkutan umum, melakukan survei wawancara dengan kuisioner ke masyarakat, observasi lapangan, pengamatan citra satelit dan wawancara terstruktur dengan stakeholder terkait pengembangan angkutan umum di lokasi studi. Studi ini dilakukan pada layanan kereta api Makassar–Parepare yang terfokus di stasiun Rammang-Rammang. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan usulan rute angkutan feeder dari pelayanan eksisting angkutan umum terdekat dengan Stasiun Rammang-Rammang. Hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa bentuk layanan angkutan feeder yang diusulkan adalah angkutan perkotaan dengan skema buy the service. Proses bisnis untuk skema buy the service (BTS) layanan angkutan feeder dapat diusulkan untuk dikelola dalam satu kepengurusan lembaga yang sudah ada sebagai pengelola koridor utama BTS di Makassar untuk jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dengan membentuk BUMD sebagai badan hukum yang berkontrak dengan Dishub Provinsi. Operator sebagai penyedia jasa direkomendasikan angkutan eksisting “Pete–pete” dengan langkah awal yang perlu dilakukan, yaitu membentuk badan hukum dari konsolidasi angkutan petepete perorangan. Nilai kontrak sebagai biaya sewa kendaraan yang dibayarkan memiliki komponen biaya berdasarkan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) yang telah dihitung sebelumnya. The Elderly is a risk group prone to physical and psychological changes. Physical and psychological changes in the elderly cause disturbances in daily activities. The physical and mental health of the elderly are two things that have a reciprocal relationship that requires pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment. This study aims to examine the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on physical health (pain) and mental health (stress, anxiety, and depression) in the elderly. This research is Quasi-Experimental research using a one-group pre-post test design approach. The population in this study were all elderly living in the homestead at the Tresna Wredha Social Institution in the Jember Region. The Numerical Rating Scale for pain and DASS-21 measures pain, stress, anxiety, and depression in the elderly before and after implementing progressive muscle relaxation therapy. The results of this study showed that there were significant differences between before and after administration of progressive muscle relaxation therapy for pain (p-value = 0.000), stress (p-value = 0.000), anxiety (p-value = 0.000), and depression (p-value =0.000) in the elderly. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for implementing progressive muscle relaxation therapy to reduce pain, stress, anxiety, and depression in the elderly so that it is expected that the physical and psychological health of the elderly can improve.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membekali orang-orang yang bergerak pada bisnis/ekonomi kreatif tentang pengetahuan pembukuan, penyusunan laporan keuangan praktis, dan investasi. Metode pengabdian ini terdiri dari : 1) Ceramah bervariasi, metode ini dilakukan diawal pelatihan sebagai pengantar untuk menyusun sebuah laporan keuangan karena tidak semua peserta pelatihan adalah orang yang mengerti istilah-istilah dalam ekonomi/akuntansi. Sehingga dengan metode ini peserta pelatihan akan mendapatkan pengetahuan yang cukup dalam pengaplikasian penyusunan laporan keuangan. 2) Latihan Pembukuan dan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan, dengan metode ini peserta pelatihan diberikan contoh bentuk-bentuk laporan keuangan dan mempraktekkan pembuatan laporan keuangan mulai dari Neraca, Laporan Rugi Laba, maupun Laporan Arus Kas. Setelah pelatihan ini peserta diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan pembuatan laporan keuangan secara sederhana dalam menjalankan usahanya dan berinvestasi dengan cara berekspansi usaha ke lokasi lain.

This study investigates the students’ perspective on the prerequisite subjects toward their thesis writing. Some problems occurred when students doing their thesis. Those problems could be from their preparation and their comprehension of the prerequisite subjects. It is a descriptive qualitative study with open-ended questionnaire as the primary instruments to get the data. The subjects of this study were 31 students who were finishing their thesis. Results show that students are aware that prerequisite subjects are important to write their thesis, moreover the subject namely Thesis Writing Methodology. According to students’ opinion it was the prominent subject to know how to prepare and compose their thesis writing. The conclusion of this study is the prerequisite subject is important to prepare and help students finishing their thesis without any writing block.

In early 2020, the world was shocked by the outbreak of a virus originating from Wuhan, Tingkok, namely the Corona Virus (SARS-CoV-2) or called Covid-19. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a very significant impact on the world, including in Indonesia. The impact of this pandemic caused the country's economy to decline. Responding to this situation, the Indonesian government issued various assistance programs, one of which is the Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance (BLT-DD) program aimed at underprivileged villagers and of course based on the criteria of beneficiaries that have been set by the government. The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of direct cash assistance of village funds for people in Kekait Village, especially for underprivileged communities, it is felt to be very beneficial for them. The author uses effectiveness theory according to Duncan with qualitative research methods of case study research types by conducting observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. From the research that the author conducted, it shows that the implementation of the BLT-DD program in Kekait Village has been running effectively.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan kepemimpinan kepala desa dan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan fisik desa. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Pemerintah Desa Bajur, Kecamatan Labuapi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala desa, sekretaris desa, BPD, dan masyarakat sebanyak 14 orang. Data penelitian ini berupa data primer yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan wawancara langsung dengan informan dan diperkuat dengan dokumentasi. Setelah diuji keabsahannya, data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, menampilkan kembali data, dan menyimpulkan serta memverifikasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan teori stewardship dimana hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang baik antara kepala desa dan masyarakat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari keberhasilan seorang kepala desa dalam melaksanakan perannya sebagai motivator, fasilitator, dan mobilisator. Dari ketiga indikator ini kepala desa sudah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya sebagaimana perannya sebagai kepala desa memberikan motivasi kepada masyarakat untuk bersama-sama membangun desa, memberikan fasilitas-fasilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, dan memberikan dorongan kepada masyarakat. Begitu juga dari masyarakatnya, masyarakat sangat antusias membantu kepala desa disetiap kegiatan desa seperti pembangunan desa dengan ikut berpartisipasi dalam tahap perencanaa, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pemanfaatan hasil.

The purpose of this study is to find out what professional skills are most needed by accountants based on an analysis of job advertisements. This type of research is descriptive research with content analysis approach. The subjects is 14 trusted job search sites in Indonesia. The results of the study stated that the order of qualification of accountant skills required by companies listed on credible job search sites in Indonesia includes 1) technical skills 2) interpersonal skills 3) personal skills 4) intellectual skills and 5) organizational skills. The results of this study indicate that mastery of accounting basics and mastery of technology in the form of accounting software are hard skills that must be possessed by accounting graduates, followed by soft skills such as communication and English, ability to adapt and work under pressure, critical and logical thinking, and ability to work according to deadlines.

Forests have a function as a life buffer so that community welfare should be maintained responsibly and sustainably. In addition, the forest resources management and community participation, Balinese local wisdom regarding forest protection are based on Wana Kerthi which is part of Sad Kerthi. The concept is also one of Tri Hita Karana's philosophies. The importance of indigenous villages regarding forest management in Bali needs more attention from both the central and local governments. Moreover, the attention is in the forms of clearer regulations, especially the authority boundaries between traditional villages and the government. The purpose of this study is to investigate the forest status in Padangtegal Indigenous Village and to investigate its roles in indigenous forest management. The method used in the study is the empirical legal research method. The results of this study indicated that the status of the forest managed by the Padangtegal Indigenous Village is a 26-hectare indigenous forest that has the main function as a conservation forest based on the Tri Hita Karana philosophy. The role of Padangtegal Traditional Village in forest management is following the Bali Provincial Regulation Number 4 of 2019 concerning Indigenous Villages (hereinafter referred to as the Indigenous Village Regulation), with autonomy owned by the indigenous village to have rights in regulating its household which is stated in the form of awig-awig. Customary forests as indigenous villages’ padruen are used to create the welfare of indigenous village communities.

This study aims to find out whether employee performance affects or not the satisfaction of Wiyatamandala cooperative members, and find out how employee performance (service, cooperation, and employee responsibility) affects the satisfaction of Wiyatamandala cooperative members. This type of research is quantitative research. The subject of this study is the Wiyatamandala Cooperative. The object of this study is the member of the wiyatamandala cooperative. The approach used in this study uses a statistical quantitative approach. The main problem studied in this study is the effect of employee performance on the satisfaction of cooperative members in the Wiyatamandala cooperative. The data collection methods in this study were observation, key informants, questionnaires, and documentation. The location of this study is located at SMAN 1 Praya, Praya District, Central Lombok Regency. And process the data using the SPSS application. The results showed that 1) Employee service had no effect and was significant to the satisfaction of the members of the wiyatamandala cooperative, So it can be concluded that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. 2) Employee cooperation has an effect and is significant to the satisfaction of the members of the wiyatamandala cooperative, so it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. 3) Employee cooperation has an effect and is significant to the satisfaction of the members of the wiyatamandala cooperative, so it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. 4) Simultaneously, Service, Cooperation, and Responsibility have an effect and are significant to the satisfaction of wiyatamandala cooperative members, it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed that employee performance affected the satisfaction of wiyatamandala cooperative members in Praya by 39.5% and the remaining 60.5% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this study.

IntroductionJavanese culture was considered rich of values that are in line with Islamic teachings. However, studies on how this culture can contribute to development in Islamic perspective are still limited.ObjectivesThis study analyzes the local wisdom values in Javanses culture that support economic development from an Islamic perspective. The studied values are contained in the traditions of merti dusun, nyadran, and wiwitan. MethodThis study using an ethnographic approach with focus is on three villages in Bantul, Yogyakarta. Interviews, observation, field notes were used to gather data. Three phases were used to complete the analysis: data reduction, reporting, and conclusion-making. ResultsThe findings demonstrate that each ritual in this tradition is infused with religious and social ideals, as well as cooperation, environmental stewardship, responsibility, patience, harmony, and deliberation. It also demonstrates wisdom and social control. ImplicationsThree traditions' emphasis on tolerance should be promoted to help people in their particular communities develop a greater sense of empathy for one another, fostering harmony and peace.Originality/NoveltyThis study highlights unique aspect of development that encompass Javanese culture and Islamic teachings.

Stres adalah ketidaknyamanan fisik, psikis, emosional dan mental yang menyebabkan terganggunya kinerja perawat yang dapat berdampak pada penurunan produktifitas dan pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara stres dengan perilaku caring di ruang isolasi COVID-19 . Desain penelitian analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan total sampling pada 43 responden perawat di salah satu rumah sakit rujukan COVID-19 Jawa Timur. Kuesioner menggunakan Covid Stress Scale dengan 26 butir dan pengukuran perilaku caring menggunakan kuesioner The Nurse Behavior Caring Study dengan 36 butir. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai median stres adalah 51 (nilai minimum 12 dan nilai maksimum 88) dengan kecenderungan ke arah kanan mendekati nilai maksimal. Nilai median perilaku caring adalah 95 (nilai minimum 48 dan nilai maksimum 121) dengan kecenderungan berada pada nilai tengah dengan kriteria moderat. In writing process, students cannot measure their writing product. Otherwise, feedback is depended on teacher’s objectives. The development of the Self-Correction E-Assessment Rubric (SCeAR) in the Intermediate Writing class aims to help students measuring the relationship between using SCeAR and their writing ability. This research used quasi-experimental research method. The research subjects consisted of 50 students. The researcher gave pre-test to the students to know their innate capacity. The pre-test score was also used to be analyzed with post-test score comparison. The treatment was using SCeAR. The students do writing process by involving SCeAR. There are four classifications for SCeAR, namely organization, content, text characteristics, and language use. Post-test were taken from their writing product’s score. From the research results, the difference mean score between pre-test and post-test in table 4 is 10.24. In case of tvalue is -19.772, it shows that the mean score of pre-test is lower than the mean score of post-test. If the mean score of post-test is higher than pre-test, it can be analyzed that the used of Self Correction E-Assessment Rubric (SCeAR) in writing process gives positive effect. In case of sig. (2-tailed) value 0.000 is less than probability value (α=0.05), the mind mapping is effective to be used in writing process.

The development of Shariah Online Trading System (SOTS) on securities is expected to facilitate investors in investing the Sharia sector. However, the majority of SOTS applications have not implemented literacy features related to investment in the Islamic capital market. On the other hand, knowledge and skills regarding financial products and services need to be possessed in order to understand the benefits and risks of these financial products and services. The purpose of this research is to find out about the innovation of financial literacy features, especially about investments in islamic capital markets so that investors can manage their investments and minimize risk in investing. This research method uses narrative review. The results showed that innovation was carried out by adding features of digital literacy services that contain educational content related to Islamic capital market investment in SOTS applications through educational content presented in various formats. This paper discussed variations of the use of the word “get” in the novels A Building on Life Broken Piece by Dandie, A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life by Mason and The Big Bad Wolf by Patterson. The analysis was done according to the theories applied. The main theory used in this paper was the theory of Quirk in the book entitled A Comprehensive Grammar of the English Language (1985). The second book which was used as supporting theory was the theory of Swan from the book entitled Practical English Usage. There were kinds of method which was used in this paper involved data source, data collection, and data analysis. Based on the result of the analysis, there were some kinds and forms of the use of the word get in English and it has a different meaning. The kinds of the use of the word get in English and their meaning are: 1) get combined with adjective and has a meaning: “become” and “suffer”. 2) get combined with past participle and has a meaning to make somebody/something or yourself to reach a particular situation, state or condition. 3) get combined with noun/pronoun and has a meaning “bring, receive, and catch/ hit. 4) get combined with a description of the place/time and has meaning “arrive. 5) get combined with an object and has a meaning understand. 6) get combined with adverb or particle preposition and has a meaning refers to a movement, involved, return, to tell somebody move or stop touching.
