The fine-grained sentiment analysis is one of the key problems in the area of natural language processing.By learning contextual information of the text to conduct sentiment analysis on specific aspects,it can help users and businesses to better understand the sentiment information of specific aspects of users' comments.Aiming at the task of fine-grained sentiment analysis on users' comments,a text sentiment classification model combining BiGRU-attention and Gated Mechanisms is proposed.By integrating existing sentiment resources,HOWNET evaluation sentiment dictionary is used as the seed sentiment dictionary to expand the user comment sentiment dictionary through SO-PMI algorithm,the negative dictionary and part of speech information are combined to expand the user comment sentiment knowledge as the users' comment sentiment characteristic information.Introducing word,character and sentiment characteristics as the model of input infotmation,and using BiGRU to extract deep text features,then combined with gated mechanism as well as the attention mechanism,according to the acquired aspect word information to further extract the contextual sentiment characteristics related to aspect words,the final sentiment polarity is obtained by the softmax classfier.Experimental results show that the proposed model achieves better experimental results on the AIchallenger 2018 fine-grained sentiment analysis Chinese data sets,the Macro_F1_ score value reaches 0.7218,and the performance exceeds the baseline system.

Adsorptive separation is an appealing technology for propylene and propane separation; however, the challenge lies in the design of efficient adsorbents which can distinguish the two molecules having very similar properties. Here we report a kinetically amplified separation by creating wiggling mesopores in structurally robust carbon monoliths. The wiggling mesopores with alternating wide and narrow segments afford a surface area of 413 m2 g-1 and a tri-modal pore size distribution centered at 1.5, 4.2 and 6.6 nm, respectively. The synergistically kinetic and equilibrium effects were observed and quantitatively assessed, which together ensured a remarkable propylene/propane selectivity up to 39. This selectivity outperformed not only the available carbon adsorbents but also highly competitive among the dominated crystalline porous adsorbents. In addition, the wiggling mesoporous carbon adsorbent showed excellent dynamical separation stability, which ensured its great potential in practical molecular separations.

Objective: According to market demand, meat duck breeding mainly includes 2 breeding directions: lean Pekin duck (LPD) and fat Pekin duck (FPD). The aim of the present study was to compare carcass and meat quality traits between 2 strains, and to provide basic data for guidelines of processing and meat quality improvement. Methods: A total of 62 female Pekin ducks (32 LPDs and 30 FPDs) were slaughtered at the age of 42 days. The live body weight and carcass traits were measured and calculated. Physical properties of breast muscle were determined by texture analyzer and muscle fibers were measured by paraffin sections. The content of inosine monophosphate (IMP), intramuscular fat (IMF) and fatty acids composition were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography, Soxhlet extraction method and automated gas chromatography respectively. Results: The results showed that the bodyweight of LPDs was higher than that of FPDs. FPDs were significantly higher than LPDs in subcutaneous fat thickness, subcutaneous fat weight, subcutaneous fat percentage, abdominal fat percentage and abdominal fat shear force (p0.05). Research on potential key genes and novel regulatory markers in essential thrombocythemia (ET) is still limited.Methods: Downloading array profiles from the Gene Expression Omnibus database, we identified the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) through comprehensive bioinformatic analysis. GO, and REACTOME pathway enrichment analysis was used to predict the potential functions of DEGs. Besides, constructing a protein–protein interaction (PPI) network through the STRING database, we validated the expression level of hub genes in an independent cohort of ET, and the transcription factors (TFs) were detected in the regulatory networks of TFs and DEGs. And the candidate drugs that are targeting hub genes were identified using the DGIdb database.Results: We identified 63 overlap DEGs that included 21 common up-regulated and 42 common down-regulated genes from two datasets. Functional enrichment analysis shows that the DEGs are mainly enriched in the immune system and inflammatory processes. Through PPI network analysis, ACTB, PTPRC, ACTR2, FYB, STAT1, ETS1, IL7R, IKZF1, FGL2, and CTSS were selected as hub genes. Interestingly, we found that the dysregulated hub genes are also aberrantly expressed in a bone marrow cohort of ET. Moreover, we found that the expression of CTSS, FGL2, IKZF1, STAT1, FYB, ACTR2, PTPRC, and ACTB genes were significantly under-expressed in ET (P< 0.05), which is consistent with our bioinformatics analysis. The ROC curve analysis also shows that these hub genes have good diagnostic value. Besides, we identified 4 TFs (SPI1, IRF4, SRF, and AR) as master transcriptional regulators that were associated with regulating the DEGs in ET. Cyclophosphamide, prednisone, fluorouracil, ruxolitinib, and lenalidomide were predicted as potential candidate drugs for the treatment of ET.Discussion: These dysregulated genes and predicted key regulators had a significant relationship with the occurrence of ET with affecting the immune system and inflammation of the processes. Direct and indirect effects of plant virus infection on vector behavior have been discovered to improve virus transmission efficiency, but the impact of plant cultivars in virus–vector–plant interactions has received little attention. Electropenetrography (EPG) allows real-time tracking and quantification of stylet penetration behaviors, pathogen transmission, and plant resistance mechanisms. Quantitative probing behaviors on a spring oilseed rape cultivar, ‘Xinyou17’, and a winter oilseed rape cultivar, ‘Zheping4’, were investigated using EPG to compare turnip mosaic virus (TuMV) regulation of cabbage aphid probing behavior. Results for indirect effects showed that compared to mock-inoculated plants, cabbage aphids on infected plants increased brief probing frequency, cell penetration frequency, intracellular probing time, and decreased time to first probe and pathway time, potentially promoting viral acquisition. TuMV also directly influences aphid probing behavior. Viruliferous aphids had reduced pathway time, increased cell penetration frequency, increased intracellular probing time, increased salivation frequency, and ingested less sap than non-viruliferous aphids, primed for viral infection. Although oilseed rape cultivars can also influence aphid behavior, the main effect of cultivars was not significant on TuMV-infected plants.

Confined nanospace pyrolysis (CNP) has attracted increasing attention as a general strategy to prepare task-specific hollow structured porous carbons (HSPCs) in the past decade. The unique advantages of the CNP strategy include its outstanding ability in control of the monodispersity, porosity and internal cavity of HSPCs. As a consequence, the obtained HSPCs perform exceptionally well in applications where a high dispersibility and tailored cavity are particularly required, such as drug delivery, energy storage, catalysis and so on. In this review, the fundamentals of the CNP strategy and its advances in structural alternation is first summarized, then typical applications are discussed by exemplifying specific synthesis examples. In addition, this review offers insights into future developments for advanced task-specific hollow structured porous materials prepared by the CNP strategy.

Assembly of the top-down graphene units mostly results in 3D porous structure with randomly organized pores. The direct bottom-up synthesis of macroscopic 2D graphene sheets with organized pores are long sought in materials chemistry field, but rarely achieved. Herein, we present a self-catalysis-assisted bottom-up route using L-glutamic acid and iron chloride as starting materials for the fabrication of the millimeter-sized few-layer graphene sheets with aligned porous channels parallel to the 2D direction. The amino- and carboxyl-functional groups in L-glutamic acid can coordinate with iron cations, thus allowing an atomic dispersion of iron cations. The pyrolysis thus initiated the growth of graphene catalyzed by in-situ generated iron nanoparticles, and a dynamic flow of iron nanoparticles eventually led to the formation of millimeter-sized few-layer graphene sheets with aligned channels (60–85 nm in diameter). Used as anodes in lithium-ion batteries, these graphene sheets showed a good rate capability (142 mA h g−1 at 2 A g−1) and high capacity retention of 93% at 2 A g−1 after 1200 cycles. Kinetic analysis revealed that lithium ions storage was dominated by diffusion behavior and capacitive behavior together, in that graphene sheets with aligned channels could accelerate electron transfer and shorten lithium ions transport pathway. This work provides a novel approach to prepare unique porous graphene materials with specific structure for energy storage.

Plant viruses improve transmission efficiency by directly and indirectly influencing vector behavior, but the impact of plant cultivars on these modifications is rarely studied. Using electropenetrography (EPG) technology, a comparative study of the effects of turnip mosaic virus (TuMV) infection on quantitative probing behaviors of the cabbage aphid (Brevicoryne brassicae) was conducted on two oilseed rape cultivars (‘Deleyou6’ and ‘Zhongshuang11’). Compared to mock-inoculated plants, cabbage aphids on infected plants increased the frequency of brief probing, cell penetration, and salivation. Additionally, aphids on infected ‘Deleyou6’ prolonged cell penetration time and decreased ingestion, but not on infected ‘Zhongshuang11’, suggesting that aphids were more likely to acquire and vector TuMV on the aphid-susceptible cultivar ‘Deleyou6’ than on resistant cultivars. TuMV also affected aphid probing behavior directly. Viruliferous aphids reduced the pathway duration, secreted more saliva, and ingested less sap than non-viruliferous aphids. In comparison with non-viruliferous aphids, viruliferous aphids started the first probe earlier and increased brief probing and cell penetration frequencies on the aphid-resistant cultivar ‘Zhongshuang11’. Based on these observations, viruliferous aphids can be inoculated with TuMV more efficiently on ‘Zhongshuang11’ than on ‘Deleyou6’. Although aphid resistance and TuMV infection may influence aphid probing behavior, oilseed rape resistance to aphids does not impede TuMV transmission effectively.

The development of transition metal (TM) catalysts to replace precious metals has garnered increasing interest. Specifically, platinum (Pt)-based catalysts have been extensively investigated for their electrochemical performance in hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), which offer a clean means of producing hydrogen fuel without carbon emissions. However, the reliance on Pt-based catalysts has hindered the progress of HER development. Therefore, researchers have explored metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) as a substitute for noble Pt-based catalysts to address this issue. Nevertheless, the low electroconductivity of pure MOFs restricts their application in electrochemical fields. To overcome this limitation, MXenes have emerged as a promising two-dimensional (2D) material for coupling with MOFs to create an electrocatalyst with high electrical conductivity, a large surface area, and a tunable structure. In this study, we report the synthesis of a Ti3C2Tx (MXene) nanosheet-encapsulated MOFs catalyst (Ti3C2Tx@ZIF-8) with high activity and a low cost by encapsulating the precursor with ZIF-8 for HER in alkaline media. The catalyst exhibits an overpotential of only 507 mV at 20 mA/cm2 and a low Tafel slope value of 77 mV/dec. Additionally, cyclic voltammetry (CV) indicates an electrochemical active surface area (ECSA) of 122.5 cm2, and chronopotentiometry demonstrates the stable nature of the catalyst over 20 h without any significant changes in the overpotential value. The excellent electrochemical properties of Ti3C2Tx@ZIF-8 suggest its potential as a promising material for energy conversion applications.

The atmospheric CO2 concentration continues a rapid increase to its current record high value of 416 ppm for the time being. It calls for advanced CO2 capture technologies. One of the attractive technologies is physical adsorption-based separation, which shows easy regeneration and high cycle stability, and thus reduced energy penalties and cost. The extensive research on this topic is evidenced by the growing body of scientific and technical literature. The progress spans from the innovation of novel porous adsorbents to practical separation practices. Major CO2 capture materials include the most widely used industrially relevant porous carbons, zeolites, activated alumina, mesoporous silica, and the newly emerging metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent-organic framework (COFs). The key intrinsic properties such as pore structure, surface chemistry, preferable adsorption sites, and other structural features that would affect CO2 capture capacity, selectivity, and recyclability are first discussed. The industrial relevant variables such as particle size of adsorbents, the mechanical strength, adsorption heat management, and other technological advances are equally important, even more crucial when scaling up from bench and pilot-scale to demonstration and commercial scale. Therefore, we aim to bring a full picture of the adsorption-based CO2 separation technologies, from adsorbent design, intrinsic property evaluation to performance assessment not only under ideal equilibrium conditions but also in realistic pressure swing adsorption processes.

There is growing evidence that pillaring up a densely packed ultramicroporous two-dimensional (2D) structure is an effective strategy to reduce their internal diffusion. Reliable pillaring paradigms, however, is rather challenging. Here we report a one-pot multi-component sequential assembly method for the preparation of a new self-pillared 2D polymer and ultramicroporous carbon with integrated surface protrusions. The molecular level pillaring process is surprisingly fast, that is, in 10 min. The thickness of nanoplate edge and the density (roughness), angle as well as height of protrusions can be precisely tuned. Exemplified in coal bed methane purification/separation, this unique pillared 2D carbons exhibit a CH4 /N2 selectivity up to 24 at a low CH4 partial pressure and two orders of magnitude faster CH4 diffusion kinetics than the commercial carbon molecular sieves. This solution synthesis methodology is generalizable for creation and fine tuning of pillared 2D heterostructures.

Electrochemically catalytic conversions have attracted worldwide interest as promising routes to reach a sustainable and green energy cycle. The exploration of efficient electrocatalysts is one of the key tasks, in which the majority has focused on devising new active centers; however, mass transport that determines the reactant supply and the conductance of electrolyte ions and electrons is often overlooked. Here, we report on spatially locating active centers into parallelly bimodal mesopores by precisely engineering mesopore geometries, through which the contribution of the paralleled transport channels to the activity of gas-consuming reactions was quantitatively determined. Under identical conditions, bimodal mesoporous carbon-based electrocatalysts displayed a 2.9 times higher CO partial current density than monomodal mesoporous catalysts for CO2-to-CO conversion in the kinetic region of −1.1 V vs. RHE. Likewise, the strong correlation between the activity enhancement and the bimodal mesopore geometry was verified for supported molecular catalysts and applicable to other gas-consuming reactions such as the O2 reduction reaction. These encouraging results offer a fresh and general idea to advance electrocatalysts by pore geometry engineering on the mesoscale.

OBJECTIVE Hypomethylating agents (HMAs) have been reported to target the Sonic Hedgehog (Shh) signaling pathway in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). However, the synergistic inhibitory effect of Smo inhibitor jervine and its combination with decitabine in MUTZ-1 cell lines remains lacking. METHODS We used a CCK-8 assay to detect the in-vitro proliferation rate of MUTZ-1 cell lines. Besides, the Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining flow cytometry was utilized to detect the apoptosis rate and cell cycle changes. The expression levels of mRNA were quantified by using qRT-PCR, and the western blot was employed to detect the expression of proteins. RESULTS We found that the single-agent jervine or decitabine can significantly inhibit the proliferation rate of MUTZ-1 cell lines, and this inhibitory effect is time-dependent and concentration-dependent. The combined intervention of the jervine and decitabine can more significantly inhibit cell proliferation, induce cell apoptosis, and block the G1 phase of the cell cycle. The combined intervention of the two drugs significantly reduced Smo and G1i-1 mRNA expression in MUTZ-1 cells. Furthermore, after combining both of the drug treatments, the proteins levels of Smo, G1i-1, PI3K, p-AKT, Bcl2, and Cyclin Dl were significantly downregulated, and Caspase-3 is upregulated, indicating that jervine with its combination of decitabine might be effective for controlling the proliferation, apoptosis, and cell cycle. CONCLUSION The Smo inhibitor jervine and its combination with decitabine have a synergistic effect on the proliferation, cell cycle, and apoptosis of MUTZ-1 cells, and its mechanism may be achieved by interfering with the Shh signaling pathway.

For the design of atom-precise copper nanoclusters, besides the exploration of their aesthetic cage-like architectures, their structural modulation and potential applications are being extensively explored. Herein, an atom-precise 20-core copper(I)-alkynyl nanocluster (UJN-Cu20) protected by ethinyloestradiol ligands issynthesized. By virtue of outer-shell hydroxyl groups, UJN-Cu20 could be uniformly modified on the surface of TiO2 nanosheets via hydrogen bonding interactions, thus forming an efficient nanocomposite photocatalyst for hydrogen evolution. By constructing a Z-scheme heterojunction, the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity of the nanocomposite (13 mmol g−1 h−1) significantly improved as compared to that of TiO2 nanosheets (0.4 mmol g−1 h−1). As a narrow bandgap cocatalyst, UJN-Cu20 is confirmed to effectively inhibit the electron–hole recombination on the surface of the TiO2 nanosheet, which provides a new concept for the design of copper cluster-assisted effective photocatalysts.
