The report analyses the translation mistakes in the dubbing of the TV series “Hannibal”. Three Russian versions by three different studios are compared. Lanifibranor is a well-balanced agonist of the 3 PPAR isotypes with a broader and superior efficacy over single and dual PPAR agonists in various pre-clinical models Methods: NATIVE (NCT03008070) was a phase 2b double-blind randomisedcontrolled trial of lanifibranor in patients with biopsy proven, non-cirrhotic, highly active NASH (a SAF Activity score of 3-4) Patients were randomised 1:1:1 to receive once daily placebo, 800 or 1200 mg of lanifibranor for 24 weeks. The primary endpoint was a >=2 point reduction in SAF Activity score. Secondary endpoints were NASH resolution and fibrosis regression Results: 247 patients were randomised: mean age 54y, mean BMI 32 9 kg/m2, 42% males, 42% diabetes, 76% F2/F3 and 73% NAFLD Activity Score (NASH CRN) >=6. Lanifibranor met the primary endpoint at 1200 mg/day and also all key secondary endpoints including: NASH resolution without worsening of fibrosis and regression of >=1 stage of fibrosis without worsening of NASH (Table). The combined endpoint of resolution of NASH plus regression of fibrosis was also significantly met for both treatment arms. Both doses significantly and sustainably improved liver enzymes starting at week 4. In diabetics, both doses significantly reduced HbA1c by > 0.5%. Sustained B-cell activation is an important mechanism contributing to B-cell lymphoma (BCL). We aimed to validate four previously reported B-cell activation markers predictive of BCL risk (sCD23, sCD27, sCD30, and CXCL13) and to examine their possible mediating effects on the association between anthropometric and lifestyle factors and major BCL subtypes. Pre-diagnostic serum levels were measured for 517 BCL cases and 525 controls in a nested case–control study. The odds ratios of BCL were 6.2 in the highest versus lowest quartile for sCD23, 2.6 for sCD30, 4.2 for sCD27, and 2.6 for CXCL13. Higher levels of all markers were associated with increased risk of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Following mutual adjustment for the other immune markers, sCD23 remained associated with all subtypes and CXCL13 with FL and DLBCL. The associations of sCD23 with CLL and DLBCL and CXCL13 with DLBCL persisted among cases sampled > 9 years before diagnosis. sCD23 showed a good predictive ability (area under the curve = 0.80) for CLL, in particular among older, male participants. sCD23 and CXCL13 showed a mediating effect between body mass index (positive) and DLBCL risk, while CXCL13 contributed to the association between physical activity (inverse) and DLBCL. Our data suggest a role of B-cell activation in BCL development and a mediating role of the immune system for lifestyle factors.

In spring 2020 the whole world went through the "black swan"-COVID-19 pandemic. The healthcare systems of all countries and the world economy, in general, became very stressed. The extraordinary decline of activity in all spheres, except healthcare, led to a drop in the demand for transport services, including city public transport. It was important for city management to support the sustainability of the local transport system. The article presents fundamental approaches to assessing the sustainability of a transport service, particularly city passenger public transport (CPPT), for the example of the large Russian city Tyumen (size of population-nearly 807 thousand people). Methods of analysis of the sustainability of the transport process in conditions of negative environmental impact (COVID-19 pandemic) are considered. During the period from 30.03.2020 to 31.05.2020 (nine weeks-the acute phase of COVID-19 pandemic) structural sustainability of the CPPT system in Tyumen kept a high level. By changing the parameters of the planned characteristics of the CPPT system state, an attempt to adapt the transport service supply to a sharp decrease in transport demand was made. In the period of "self-isolation", the demand for the CPPT transport service reduced more than the transport service supply. Sustainability of CPPT functioning was evaluated by calculating the elasticity of the transport supply (number of trips) in relation to the actual demand (actual volume of transportations). Calculation of the elasticity index of the CPPT system of Tyumen during nine weeks of April-May 2020 (duration of "self-isolation") is provided. A conclusion was made from the results of the research. In particular, it was found that the foreground target function of city management was the maintenance of a high level of transportation processes to the detriment of the transportations' effectiveness. The article examines the issues of assessing the sustainability of traffic safety improvement process in the cities of the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation. In 2015...2018 a sharp decrease in the overall level of road traffic accidents in the Russian Federation was recorded. However, in different regions and cities of the country this positive process runs extremely heterogeneously, with various speeds and different levels of qualitative changes in the field of road safety. The T-Wilcoxon criterion is an instrument, used in analyzing accident rate statistics, which can help in the argumentation of the opinion on the stability of this process or, vice versa, on the chaotic state and weak expression. On the example of accident rate statistics in subjects of the Volga Federal District of Russia, the article proves that improvement of road safety can be characterized as sustainable. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This article considers the issues of dynamics of road safety provision systems in three multiscaled systems (Russia, Volga Federal District or VFD and separate subjects of VFD). The indicator of relative information entropy Hn of road safety provision process was taken as the characteristic of system orderliness. The ideology, methodics and results of quantitative assessment of road safety provision systems information entropy H were considered. Time series of modification of relative information entropy Hn of road safety provision systems in 2004...2018 in Russia, Volga Federal District and individual subjects of VFD were presented. Special attention was paid to consideration of the researched process in the Orenburg region and Samara region. This regions is characterized by non-standard, different from general trend dynamics of information entropy H of road safety provision system. The general conclusion of the article is that during last 15 years information entropy of road safety provision systems significantly decreased, i.e. orderliness of formation process of road traffic participants safety greatly increased. We propose a new forecasting procedure which particularly explores opportunities for improving the precision of medium and long-term forecasts of the Niño3.4 time series that is linked with the well-known El Niño phenomenon. This important climatic time series is subject to an intricate dynamic structure and is interrelated to other climatological variables. The procedure consists of three steps. First, a univariate time series model is considered for producing prediction errors. Second, signal paths of the prediction errors are simulated via a dynamic factor model for the errors and explanatory variables. From these simulated errors, ensemble time series for Niño3.4 are constructed. Third, forecasts are generated from the ensemble time series and their sample average is our final forecast. As part of these dynamic factor simulations, we also obtain the forecast of the El Niño event which is a categorical variable. We present empirical evidence that our procedure can be superior in its forecasting performance when compared to other econometric forecasting methods.

Modern globalization processes and the transformation of social structures lead to the emergence of new trends in linguistic diversity in multilingual communities. At this stage in the development of sociolinguistics, it is impossible to consider the language processes as relatively stable, closed systems. There is a need for a more comprehensive and in-depth description of linguistic concepts. At present, the paradigm of “super-diversity” has become one of such overarching concepts in sociolinguistics. This article attempts to analyze whether this paradigm fully describes translanguaging practices that have spread in the modern globalizing world., Современные процессы глобализации и трансформация социальных структур ведут к появлению новых тенденций языкового разнообразия в полилингвальных сообществах. На данном этапе развития социолингвистики невозможно рассматривать языковые процессы относительно стабильных, замкнутых систем. Возникает необходимость в более объемном и глубоком описании лингвистических концепций. В настоящее время одной из таких всеобъемлющих концепций в социолингвистике стала парадигма «суперразнообразия». В данной статье предпринята попытка проанализировать, насколько полно данная парадигма описывает практики трансъязычия, распространившиеся в современном глобализирующемся мире.

the article considers a series of issues connected with the assessment of orderliness of regional road safety provision systems. Success in the improvement of manufacturing processes management depends a lot on the level of system orderliness. This article presents a method of statistical modeling of the orderliness of regional road safety provision systems by assessing the information entropy in the cause-effect chain ≪Population ( P ) - The number of vehicles ( N ) - The number of road accidents ( DTP ) - The number of deaths in road accidents ( PG )≫. It was found that the range of actual values of relative entropy H n for regional road safety provision systems is [0.7161; 0.9787]. According to the results of held statistical modeling, the classification of regions of the Russian Federation by the orderliness of road safety provision systems processes was developed. During the discussion of the results an assumption, that information entropy of road safety provision systems is determined by resource availability of industry, was made. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The article considers issues of identification of all-Russian and regional (on the example of Kemerovo region) road safety provision (RSP) systems orderliness. Research presents methods of identification of road safety provision system orderliness. The main idea of this methodic is the calculation of relative entropy of formation process of final result of cause-effect chain «Population - The number of vehicles - The number of road accidents - The number of victims - The number of deaths in road accidents» performance. Statistics of road accident rate during 2004...2018 was analyzed for the calculation of relative entropy. The result of research concludes that the level or road safety provision system increases in Russia generally and Kemerovo region specifically. The article considers the issues of the progressive development of electric transport in the world and in Russia. The special accent was placed on analysis of electric buses promotion for the city passenger transport market. The history (facts, chronology) of attempts of electric buses exploitation in Russian cities is considered. The information about the technical solutions used in electric buses is given. Data on the economic aspects of electric buses exploitation is presented. We consider the experience of technical exploitation of electric bus LiAZ-6274 in Tyumen and provide information about specifics of technical rejections of this bus during 11 months of usage. President of GAZ Group V. Sorokin and driver of Passenger Motor Transport Enterprise # 1 in Tyumen who worked on the electrical bus gave their opinion on the issues of electric transport in Russia.
