The dynamics of a mitotic spindle is very important to understand if the functioning of mitosis has to be understood and defined very accurately. There are a number of forces involved in such a process. Despite of the fact that there have been numerous studies done on the functioning of a mitotic spindle, there is still not a very precise understanding of this system and how it behaves. This study aims at understanding and expressing all the possible potentials which might be responsible in a mitotic spindle and its mechanism.

Amaranthus is a C4 plant tolerant to drought, and plant diseases and a suitable option for climate change. This plant could form part of every region's cultural heritage and can be transferred to the next generation. Moreover, Amaranthus is a multipurpose plant that has been identified as a traditional edible vegetable endowed with nutritional value, besides its fodder, medicinal, nutraceutical, industrial, and ornamental potentials. In recent decade Amaranthus has received increased research interest. Despite its endowment, there is a dearth of awareness of its numerous potential benefits hence, it is being underutilized. Suitable cultivation systems, innovative processing, and value-adding techniques to promote its utilization are scarce. However, a food-based approach has been suggested as a sustainable measure that tackles food-related problem, especially in harsh weather. Thus, in this review, a literature search for updated progress and potential uses of Amaranthus from online databases of peer-reviewed articles and books was conducted. In addition, the nomenclature, nutritional, and nutraceutical value, was reviewed. The species of focus highlighted in the review include, A. blitum, A. caudatus, A. cruentus, A. dubius, A. hypochondriacus, A. spinosus, A. thunbergii, A. tricolor, and A. viridis. The present study aims to determine the main potential and limitations of online FFL training in Iran, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the impact of the significant limitations from the learner’s point of view on the online learning process is analyzed. A mixed methodology including direct observation, analysis of several classes, and questionnaires is used. The statistical population of the study includes voluntary learners who participated in online French courses at level A1 during the Covid-19 pandemic, including 50 learners. The results obtained from this research show that the most notable limitations in the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic which can decrease the quality of learning are: distraction, lack of motivation, feeling isolation and depression, anxiety, lack of the necessary equipment to participate in online courses in Iran, and lack of mastery of learners in this new learning environment. According to the results found in the present study, it can be concluded that online training in Iran, despite its many limitations, is still an effective way to teach/learn French as a foreign language. When solving 2D linear elastodynamic equations in homogeneous isotropic media, a Helmholtz decomposition of the displacement field decouples the equations into two scalar wave equations that only interact at the boundary. It is then natural to look for numerical schemes that independently solve the scalar equations and couple the solutions at the boundary. The case of rigid boundary condition was treated by Burel [Ph.D. thesis, Université Paris Sud-Paris XI (2014)] and Burel et al. [Numer. Anal. Appl. 5 (2012), pp. 136–143]. However the case of traction free boundary condition was proven by Martinez et al. [J. Sci. Comput. 77 (2018), pp. 1832–1873] to be unstable if a straightforward approach is used. Then an adequate functional framework as well as a time domain mixed formulation to circumvent these issues was presented. In this work we first review the formulation presented by Martinez et al. [J. Sci. Comput. 77 (2018), pp. 1832–1873] and propose a subsequent discretised formulation. We provide the complete stability analysis of the corresponding numerical scheme. The electrode potentials of metal atoms (M+/M0 and M2+/M0 couples) were calculated from their standard electrode potentials in water minus the standard molar Gibbs energy of formation of the atoms in the gas phase, Δ f G0(M g a s 0), and the Gibbs energy of hydration in solution, Δ hyd G°. Electrode potentials are appreciably shifted (by 2.0–2.5 V) toward negative values relative to the potentials of the solid metals. For the univalent metals Cu0, Ag0, and Au0 (d10s1 electronic configuration), the electrode potentials of M+/M0 couples are –2.73, –1.90, and –1.82 V; for Ga0, In0, and Tl0 (d10s2p1 electronic configuration), they are –3.14, –2.45, and –1.99 V, respectively. For bivalent transition metals of period IV with the d5+ns2 configuration, the potentials of M2+/M0 couples are –2.50 V for Mn0, –2.45 V for Fe0, –2.33 V for Co0, –2.34 for Ni0, –1.29 V for Cu0, and –1.34 V for Zn0. For Cd0 and Hg0 (d10s2 configuration), the potentials are –0.87 and + 0.42 V. Estimation of the electrode potentials of bivalent metals in the intermediate and unstable oxidation states (M2+/M+ and M+/M0 couples) revealed their significant difference. In the case of Zn, Cd, and Hg, this difference is particularly noticeable, as large as 2–3 V, because of different configurations of the M+ (d10s1) and M0 (d10s2) electronic shells. Regular trends in variations of the electrode potentials in the periods and groups of the periodic table were revealed. In going from the atomic-molecular to the solid state, the chemical activity of the metals decreases. Abstract The brown marmorated stink bug, Halyomorpha halys (Stål, 1855) (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae), is an invasive harmful pest species due to its economic losses. Its wide host range and continuous movement make its control difficult with insecticides. Biological control has recently gained importance due to the negative aspects of chemical control. The study evaluated the biological control tools by testing the entomopathogens against the pest by 11 bacteria strains and 1 fungal isolate. Brevibacillus, Bacillus, Pantoea, Vibrio, Pseudomonas, and Beauveria were tested against the nymphs of H. halys under controlled conditions. All applied entomopathogens had potentials for controlling H. halys. Mortality rates of 75 and 100% were obtained by the bacteria strains and 76.19% by the fungus, B. bassiana. Successfully reaching a 100% control rate, the bacterial isolates of the Bacillus cereus GC subgroup B and Pantoea agglomerans GC subgroup were recorded to have a greater potential than the others.

The article is aimed at developing methodological provisions for classifying the types of the industrial enterprise’s activities as the basis for classifying its potentials, as well as building the upper hierarchical levels of such classification. As a prototype of a classification of the types of enterprise’s activities, it is proposed to use the International Standard Industry Classification for all types of economic activities (developed at the UN), methodological provisions and principles of its development, as well as the enterprise’s functions description model provided by the IDEF0 standard. It is substantiated that the key attributes of classifying the activities of an industrial enterprise are: the targeted purpose of the activity, the type of object exposed and/or transformed in the course of the operation, the type of process (technology), the type of output product and the sphere of its applying. It is shown that the consistent use of the proposed methodological provisions and classification attributes at the upper levels of the activities’ classification leads to the need for allocating the basic and the supportive activities of enterprise; allocating in the main activities of both the production and the development activities; separating the supportive activities into types such as the input and the output logistics, support production, management, etc., with the obligatory allocation of the group of so-called supporting processes. Based on the results of the study, scientific objectives are formulated, the solution of which will improve the methodological bases of classification and will help to develop a scientifically sound classification of the potentials of industrial enterprise, oriented towards the strategic tasks for management of the enterprises’ development.

Although Lombok of West Nusa Tenggara has gained an excellent international reputation for its halal tourism (2015-2018), tourism in the region is not without obstacles. Several elements of the Sasak-Lombok community, for instance, still refuse the concept of halal tourism because it is likely to cause harm to conventional tourism. This article will examine potentials, challenges, and the role of Islamic education in halal tourism in Lombok. It employs a descriptive-qualitative approach, where data collection is obtained from focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and media reporting. Meanwhile, data validity testing is carried out with the triangulation technique. After a profound analysis, this research found that: (1) the potentials for halal tourism in Lombok are made of its natural beauty, cultural distinctiveness, and tradition of the local community predominated by Muslims; (2) the challenges of halal tourism in Lombok include two things: a) conceptual challenges that deal with the absence of terms representing the desires of all parties, and b) practical problems that deal with economic, environmental, social, and cultural matters; (3) Islamic education—as a value, activity, or institution—plays a vital role in disseminating representative concepts for halal tourism acceptable to all parties, i.e. the local community, tourism actors, and government. This acceptance is one of the keys to the successful development of halal tourism in Lombok.

Solo or administratively called as Surakarta is a cultural heritage city of the Mataram Kingdom. Tourism of the city shows its development in terms of tourism variety, attractiveness, and amenity. One of the developments leads to halal tourism potentials. The aims of the study are 1) to identify the halal tourism potentials concerning on 4A approach (attraction, amenity, accessibility, and ancillary) as major components of tourism; 2) to examine the opportunities of halal tourism destination to meet the criteria set by GMTI (Global Muslim Travel Index). This study uses a qualitative method. Data were collected through interview, observation, literature review and documentation. The identification of halal tourism products leads to substantive object as basic for reviewing tourism development opportunities. The collected data was analyzed into four 4A variables based on Miles and Hubberman analysis to be presented descriptively. The results showed that halal tourism potentials based on carrying capacity of tourism products is high. The existence of attractions, amenity, accessibility and tourism institution throughout city and the surrounding areas become an important element in the development of halal tourism. As a halal tourism destination, Solo has significant opportunities, especially the availability of amenity in the form of sharia hotels, restaurants and community-based cultural attraction that has grown in line with growth of world’s halal tourism. The accessibility and ancillary variables are still being homework for halal tourism stakeholders to meet the standards set by GMTI. The variables that make Solo feasible for halal destination are in attraction and amenity while accessibility and institutional sector still requires serious handling if referring to the needs of Muslim tourists.

An extensionist action, carried out by students of psychology, is reported in a private asylum institution. Group workshops were developed with goals of health promotion and prevention using artistic-expressive resources, cooking and gardening. It was noticed that the intervention favored the coexistence, the recovery of potentialities, having promoted a closer bond between the university and the community

This paper generalizes former works of Derksen, Weyman and Zelevinsky about quivers with potentials. We consider semisimple finite-dimensional algebras E over a field F , such that E ⊗ F E o p is semisimple. We assume that E contains a certain type of F -basis which is a generalization of a multiplicative basis. We study potentials belonging to the algebra of formal power series, with coefficients in the tensor algebra over E , of any finite-dimensional E - E -bimodule on which F acts centrally. In this case, we introduce a cyclic derivative and to each potential we associate a Jacobian ideal. Finally, we develop a mutation theory of potentials, which in the case that the bimodule is Z -free, it behaves as the quiver case; but allows us to obtain realizations of a certain class of skew-symmetrizable integer matrices.
