Facultad de Ciencias Contables, Económicas y Administrativas: Doctorado en Desarrollo Sostenible A través del trabajo se estableció si los municipios de sexta categoría Colombia son o no sustentables en el marco de la sustentabilidad global, en condiciones éticas e intergeneracionales, además se trató de establecer como estos municipios pueden o no cumplir con los requisitos del cumplimiento de los objetivos del desarrollo sostenible. Para la realización del trabajo se tomaron los municipios de sexta categoría de Quindío y Risaralda como unidad de trabajo, tratándose de una investigación cuyo método es inductivo y la dimensión cualicuantitativa.

fotos, gráficas, ilustraciones, tablas En este trabajo se tomó como caso de estudio la quebrada El Mellizo, ubicada en el municipio de Viterbo - Caldas, que en su trayecto de norte a sur por el área urbana, se encuentra canalizada por medio de una estructura hidráulica de tipo box culvert. A partir de la recolección de información espacial y temporal, depurada y procesada por medio del sistema de información geográfica “QGIS”, se determinó el comportamiento hidrológico de la microcuenca y la quebrada de interés, obteniendo así, los caudales de diseño, usados en la reproducción de un modelo cuasi-bidimensional [1D/2D] en el programa “HEC – RAS”, identificando la incidencia del box culvert en las manchas de inundación para diferentes periodos de retorno, bajo distintos escenarios de modelación, los cuales incluyeron la simulación de alternativas con algunas acciones estructurales para mitigar el impacto de la inundación, siendo integrada la delimitación de la zona ribereña como medida no estructural. Con la valoración realizada en este sector, se identificó que el box culvert altera la extensión de la inundación, ya que, al no tener la capacidad para transportar el caudal bajo las condiciones actuales el flujo se represa en el acceso, y posteriormente se desborda sobre el área urbana, constituyendo escenarios de riesgo en la población, siendo necesario integrar medidas estructurales, la reconversión en los usos del suelo, la protección y el control territorial de las áreas de interés ambiental y de las zonas de riesgo. In this research, El Mellizo stream, located in the municipality of Viterbo - Caldas, was taken as a case study. This stream, which crosses from north to south through the urban area is channeled through a box culvert hydraulic structure. Detailed collection of data which was stored in a spatio-temporal database was refined and processed through the geographic information system "QGIS". The hydrological behavior of the drainage basin and stream of interest was determined thus obtaining the discharge volumes, used in the reproduction of a quasi-two-dimensional model [1D / 2D] in the software "HEC - RAS". One key element was identifying the influence of the box culvert in the flood risk map for different return periods, under different modeling scenarios, which included the simulation of alternatives with some structural measures to mitigate the flood impact. Taking into consideration the delimitation of the riparian zone as a non-structural measure, and with the assessment carried out in this sector; it was identified that the box culvert alters the extension of the flood risk map, since it does not have the capacity to transport maximum flood under current conditions. This is a result of the flow being dammed at the inlet, overflowing into the urban area and becoming a risk scenario for the population. Thus making it necessary to integrate structural measures, reconversion of land use, protection and territorial control of areas of environmental interest and risk zones. La presente investigación se basó en explicar la influencia del servicio al cliente del restaurante Bambú Restaurante Bar en su imagen corporativa, para ello se buscó identificar y describir la percepción que tienen los clientes para finalmente analizar la relación entre servicio al cliente con imagen corporativa. Para llevar esto a cabo, se realizó una investigación descriptiva que tuvo como instrumento de recolección de información una encuesta, realizada a 144 personas. Los resultados muestran que un 67,7% de los clientes están totalmente de acuerdo con que el encargado del restaurante soluciona inconvenientes y qué es eficiente; el 68,8% están totalmente de acuerdo con que existe buena comunicación y que la atención es buena; y el 71% están totalmente de acuerdo con que hay una calidez humana en el servicio, la imagen se relaciona con eventos personales y habría decepción si el restaurante desapareciera. Se concluye que los clientes sienten que el ambiente, infraestructura y trato ofrecido en Bambú Restaurante Bar es cálido y confiable, por lo tanto, hay una actitud positiva respecto a la imagen corporativa gracias a la atención brindada por el personal encargado. Con esto se demuestra que el trato ofrecido está relacionado en este caso con la percepción que los clientes tienen de la imagen del restaurante. Universidad Libre Seccional Pereira -- Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables -- Maestría en Administración de Empresas The present investigation was based on explaining the influence of the customer service of the Bambú Restaurant Bar restaurant on its image, for this purpose it was sought to identify and describe the perception that customers have to finally analyze the relationship between customer service with corporate image. To carry this out, a descriptive research was carried out that had as an instrument for collecting information a survey, carried out with 144 people. The results show that 67.7% of customers fully agree that the restaurant manager solves problems and that he is efficient; 68.8% totally agree that there is good communication and that the service is good; and 71% fully agree that there is a human warmth in the service, the image relates to personal events and there would be disappointment if the restaurant disappeared. It is concluded that customers feel that the environment, infrastructure and treatment offered in Bambú Restaurante Bar is warm and reliable, therefore, there is a positive attitude regarding the corporate image thanks to the attention provided by the staff in charge. This shows that the deal offered is related in this case to the perception that customers have of the restaurant's image.

RESUMEN: El rendimiento es un atributo de los sistemas informáticos que hace referencia a la capacidad de entregar una respuesta en un tiempo determinado. Los efectos de un problema de rendimiento son indisponibilidad del servicio, rechazo de los usuarios, retraso en la operación y sobrecostos. Una necesidad de las organizaciones que utilizan o desarrollan sistemas distribuidos es poder detectar, en línea, la causa raíz de este tipo de problemas. El presente trabajo expone una estrategia computacional usada para recopilar información desde todos los componentes involucrados en el procesamiento de un sistema distribuido, medir el rendimiento a partir de los archivos log y, utilizando técnicas de aprendizaje de máquinas, predecir si el comportamiento del rendimiento es el típico del sistema o si, por el contrario, se trata de una anomalía. Se desarrolla una herramienta denominada LogMapper que, gracias a una arquitectura distribuida, puede capturar y procesar en línea la información mencionada, para poder ofrecer reportes gráficos en línea, que permiten detectar y diagnosticar, fácil y rápidamente, problemas de rendimiento. Dicha estrategia ofrece una alternativa novedosa para diagnosticar el rendimiento con respecto a los trabajos previos, ya que involucra la duración de los flujos de operación, las métricas de los nodos y componentes y técnicas de aprendizaje de máquinas. ABSTRACT: Performance is an attribute of computer systems that refers to the ability to get a response between a certain amount of time. The effects of a performance problem are unavailability of service, user rejection, delay in operation and overrun cost. A need for organizations that use or develop distributed systems is to be able to detect, online, the root cause of a performance problem. This project presents a computational strategy which information is collected from all the components involved in the processing of a distributed system, measures performance based on log files and, using machine learning techniques, predicts if it is a typical performance or if, in contrary, it is an anomaly. A tool called LogMapper was developed, which is supported in a distributed architecture, can capture and process in line the mentioned information in a way that allows the generation of graphical in-line reports which can detect and diagnose, easily and quickly, performance issues. That strategy offers a novel alternative to diagnose performance in relation to previous works, because it involves the duration of the operation flows, nodes and components’ metrics and machine learning techniques.
