Tujuan penelitian memberikan analisis mendalam dan gambaran antara relevansi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan pasar. Keterbatasan tertuju pada alumni yang dapat dihubungi melalui email maupun nomor kontak yang masih aktif. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif dengan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu google form terdiri dari dua jenis kuesioner terbuka dan tertutup dengan kisi-kisi meliputi pekerjaan, status alumni, hubungan pekerjaan dengan pekerjaan yang dimiliki, produk yang dihasilkan, kompetensi yang dikuasai, dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dalam menunjang pekerjaan alumni. Sampel penelitian ini secara keseluruhan yaitu alumni 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, dan 2017 S3 Ilmu Keolahragaan pascasarjana. Penelitian menggunakan populasi dengan tujuan dapat menghasilkan data empirik kondisi alumni tanpa ada level error yang cukup besar. Teknik Penghitungan menggunakan persentase dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang lulus tepat waktu sebesar 19% terdiri dari tiga angkatan yaitu 2012, 2014 dan 2016. Selain itu terkait kualitas lulusan yang paling relevansi dengan pekerjaan yaitu etika, keahlian berdasarkan bidang ilmu, komunikasi, kemampuan analisis dan kemampuan adaptasi rata-rata sebesar 54%. Terdapat juga mata kuliah yang tidak relevan dengan pekerjaan yaitu biopsikologi, biomekanika dan sosiologi, namun perlu adanya penambahan mata kuliah seperti manajemen olahraga, olahraga rekreasi, teknologi keolahragaan dan terkait analisis performa atlet. Relevansi pilihan mata kuliah dengan lapangan kerja mayoritas sangat tinggi muncul pada materi metodologi penelitian dan statistik. Hasil analisis dapat dijadikan pegangan dasar untuk melakukan restrukturisasi kurikulum demi meningkatkan kualitas lulusan di masa mendatang sesuai kebutuhan lapangan pekerjaan. Arah penelitian kedepannya perlu didalami terkait kemampuan alumni menerapkan sistem digital dalam pekerjaannya.

Context: The COVID-19 outbreak is caused by the transmission and infection of SARS-CoV-2 at the end of 2019. It has led many countries to implement lockdown policies to prevent the viral spreading. Problems arise in a COVID-19 patient because of viral infection that leads to a systemic response in the immune system, specifically due to cytokine storm. Moreover, the antiviral drugs that have not been found. Indonesia had a variety of traditional medicines, such as is ‘jamu’. It consists of a mixture of natural ingredients such as Moringa oleifera Lam. and Curcuma longa L. Aims: To identify the activity of dual inhibitors as antiviral and anti-inflammatory agents from herbal combination compounds. Methods: Sample was collected from PubChem (NCBI, USA) and Protein Data Bank (PDB), then drug-likeness analysis using Lipinski rule of five in SCFBIO web server and bioactive probability analysis of bioactive compounds were conducted by PASS web server. Furthermore, the blind docking method was performed using PyRx 0.8 software to determine the binding activity and molecular interaction by PoseView web server and PyMol software v2.4.1 (Schrödinger, Inc, USA). Results: Cryptochlorogenic acid and curcumin have been computationally proven as dual inhibitors for antivirals by inhibiting Mpro SARS-CoV-2 and as anti-inflammatory through inhibition of NFKB1 activity. However, the results are merely computational so that it must be validated through a wet lab research. Conclusions: The combination of Moringa oleifera Lam. and Curcuma longa L. is predicted to have antiviral and anti-inflammatory activity through dual inhibitor mechanism played by cryptochlorogenic acid and curcumin.

This research aims to test 1) the effect of income on tax compliance, 2) the effect of service quality on tax compliance, 3) the effect of income on tax compliance with service quality as a moderating variable. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The sample in this study was 140 taxpayers who paid motor vehicle tax at the Situbondo Regency SAMSAT Office. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale and data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. Research results: show that 1) Income has a significant effect on tax compliance, 2) Service quality has a significant effect on tax compliance, and 3) Service quality moderates the effect of income on tax compliance. The recent outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 across the globe and the absence of a specific cure against the disease lead the scientific community to investigate some alternative indigenous treatments. SARS-CoV-2 is the virus responsible for the coronavirus ailment 2019 (COVID-19). This virus has 4 auxiliary proteins namely the S (spike), E (envelope), M (membrane), and N (nucleocapsid) proteins. The main proteases and RNA dependent RNA polymerase are also essential structures by which the virus replicates and survives. Each of these proteins are structures of the virus that are potential targets for drugs which are leads in the drug discovery process of any drug for the virus. Currently available treatments are not specific to the disease and therefore carry unwanted adverse effects that can be highly dangerous and sometimes fatal. Many of these treatments are supplementary in nature or based on repurposed drugs from other viral outbreaks. Alternatives of conventional drugs are required to control the spread and severity of the disease. Allicin, curcumin and their derivatives have been researched for their antiviral property and shown to have good binding affinity towards SARS-CoV-2 structures essential in their survival, especially the main proteases and RNA dependent RNA polymerases. The structural bioinformatics tools have elicited methods to predict the bioactivity of the natural product-based compounds. Apart from the beneficial medication that they offer, natural products carry along other advantages for the current pandemic situation in terms of supply, logistics, and affordability.

Islamic boarding schools are places that are very vulnerable to disease transmission. The number of Islamic boarding schools that are adaptive to the progress of the times can change the behavior of their people towards a better life, namely by using technology. An-Nur Islamic Boarding School is a modern Islamic boarding school that does not yet have an up to date recording and reporting system that is integrated with the primary health care for monitoring health risks. The purpose of this community service is to empower student administrators in utilizing web-based information technology for monitoring health risks in Islamic boarding schools. The implementation method used is a Participatory Technology Development and educative approach. The output targets to be achieved are increasing knowledge about monitoring health risks in Islamic boarding schools, skills in measuring nutritional status and skills in utilizing health risk information technology. The results showed an increase in the average score of students' knowledge about the importance of surveillance-based health risk monitoring. Before being given education, the average score of knowledge of students was only 69. And after being given education, the average score of knowledge increased to 91. In addition, 80% of participants were able to measure nutritional status with the correct stages. And skills in using information technology in recording health risk factors are also very good. Participants is very easy and fast in using health information technology. The use of information technology in monitoring health risks is expected to help improve introspective health management in Islamic boarding schools. There needs to be more widespread socialization to other Islamic boarding schools and ongoing assistance related to the use of web-based information technology in monitoring health risks in Islamic boarding schools

Rabbitfishes (Siganids) fishing activities tend to increase and potentially impact fish target and ecosystem, which is indicated by changes in population size and structure and the trophic level of the catches. Scientific information on Siganids fishing techniques and its ecological impact are limited. The aims of the study are: (1) to describe technical fishing aspects of Siganids fishery; (2) to estimate parameters of length at first maturity (Lm) as catch size limit indicators for this fish target; (3) to evaluate the impact of fishing on food chain balances (trophic level) the fish resources in this study area. The Siganids fishing techniques were observed during the field study. The catch of Siganids species and other fishes from various fishing gears were sampled, then identified and calculated individually. The samples of Siganids fish were also measured for its length and weight. This study showed that the fishers were used three kinds of fishing gears to target the Siganids fish, i.e., rope traps, bamboo traps, and spear gun. There were five species of Siganids caught during the research, they are: Barhead spinefoot (Siganus virgatus), Goldspotted spinefoot (S. punctatus), Streaked spinefoot (S. javus), Orange-spotted spinefoot (S. guttatus), and White-spotted spinefoot (S. canaliculatus), with the Lm value of 3.5, 22.8, 30.6, 21.2, and 20.8 cm, respectively. All catches of the Siganids exceeded the catch size limit (Lm), except for S. punctatus and S. Javus which was only 65.51% and 4.00% of the respective catches were acceptable in size. Finally, the Siganids fishing activities in the study area potentially impacted the ecological function of natural food chain balance (trophic level). Numerous studies have documented that plyometric training is an effective method to improve sports performance. The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of six weeks of plyomeytric training on strength, speed, and power. Materials and methods. An experimental study using a pretest-posttest control group design was conducted on 30 Perisai Diri athletes. They were randomly divided into three groups: the plyometric jumping jack (JJ) group, the countermovement jump (CMJ) group, and the tuck jump (TJ) group. The respondents in the TJ and CMJ groups were then assigned to six weeks of exercise consisting of three sets each session (18 sessions in total), with intensities ranging from 60% to 80%. Pretest and posttest were conducted to obtain data on strength and explosive power. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 and presented in mean and standard deviation. Paired sample t-test was performed to compare the differences between the groups before and after the training they were given. Much remains unknown about the population history of early modern humans in southeast Asia, where the archaeological record is sparse and the tropical climate is inimical to the preservation of ancient human DNA.sup.1. So far, only two low-coverage pre-Neolithic human genomes have been sequenced from this region. Both are from mainland Hòabìnhian hunter-gatherer sites: Pha Faen in Laos, dated to 7939-7751 calibrated years before present (yr cal bp; present taken as ad 1950), and Gua Cha in Malaysia (4.4-4.2 kyr cal bp).sup.1. Here we report, to our knowledge, the first ancient human genome from Wallacea, the oceanic island zone between the Sunda Shelf (comprising mainland southeast Asia and the continental islands of western Indonesia) and Pleistocene Sahul (Australia-New Guinea). Context: The most common biomaterial used for dental implants is titanium. However, the release of metal ions and the risk of allergic reactions to metals that may occur in some patients cannot be avoided. Hydroxyapatite-polymethylmethacrylate (HA-PMMA) composite biomaterials are proposed to have potential as dental implant biomaterials due to their mechanical, chemical, and biological properties. HA-PMMA may induce osseointegration, biocompatible, less allergic reactions, and no metal ions released. In addition, HA-PMMA can be obtained from Indonesia’s abundant natural resources. Aims: To explore HA-PMMA composites through molecular docking as a biomaterial candidate for dental implants in silico. Methods: Structure data format (sdf), molecular weight, and identity number (CID) of HA-PMMA ligand samples were obtained from PubChem database and minimized through OpenBabel. 3D structure, selection method, resolution, atom count, weight, sequence length, and ID protein BMP2, BMP4, BMP7, alkaline phosphatase (AP), osteonectin, osteopontin, and osteocalcin on RCSB-PDB native ligand and water sterilization on PyMol were carried out with the aim of to maximize the formation of binding affinity during molecular docking simulations. Results: HA-PMMA composites can enhance the activity of proteins associated with osseointegration such as BMP-2/4/7, AP, osteocalcin, osteonectin, and osteopontin in silico. HA-PMMA composites have the strongest binding to osteonectin and are predicted to enhance the AP activity in silico. Conclusions: HA-PMMA composites are potential candidates for dental implant biomaterials with the osteointegration ability through binding with BMP-2/4/7, AP, osteocalcin, osteonectin, and osteopontin in silico.

Recently, the world is facing the outbreaks of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or SARS-CoV-2 and the number of infected patients is increasing every day. Researchers are doing their best to find the most effective treatment to tackle this deathly virus. Several approaches had been proposed to be tested in the lab for the efficacy but none of them are qualified to be use as the treatment of the COVID-19. Therefore, the aim of this study is to design a vaccine based on epitope, which were obtained from the nucleocapsid phosphoprotein (N protein). In addition, 38 samples of SARS-CoV-2 Isolates were being retrieved from the GISAID Database and NCBI GenBank. Later on, these samples will be used for checking the evolutionary relationship of the SARS-CoV-2 and also, to determine whether this nucleocapsid proteins are well-conserved (less or even no mutations occur at all) and whether there was any evolutionary relationship between the recent coronavirus with the previous coronavirus by conducting the phylogenetic analysis. Then, we wanted to see the molecular interaction between the human BCR/FAB receptor with the predicted peptides through the molecular docking process. All of the peptides were generated by the IEDB analysis tools and have already been tested for the antigenicity, so the one that was being docked are the peptide that has antigen properties. Based on the analysis that had been done, we would like to recommend the PEP1 as an epitope-based peptide vaccine candidate to deal with the SARS-CoV-2 outbreaks.

Kaempferia galanga included in the Zingiberaceae family is one of the potential medicinal plants with aromatic rhizome. In traditional medicine in Asian countries, this plant is widely used by local practitioners. This plant is widely cultivated in most Southeast Asian countries such as Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. Ethyl-para-methoxycinnamate and ethyl-cinnamate are found as the main compounds in hexane, dichloromethane, and methanol extracts of K. galanga. This plant is traditionally used as an expectorant, stimulant, diuretic, carminative, and antipyretic remedy. In addition, K. galanga is used for treatment of diabetes, hypertension, cough, asthma, joint fractures, rheumatism, urticaria, vertigo, and intestinal injuries. Therefore, this study aimed to give a sneak peek view on galangal’s ethnobotany, toxicology, pharmacology, and phytochemistry.

Context: Lung cancer is a type of cancer that causes the most deaths worldwide. The most common type of lung cancer is non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Sea urchin (Arbacia lixula) has high potential as an anti-NSCLC agent. Aims: To analyze the anticancer activity of peptides from A. lixula coelomic fluid in inhibiting the activity of NSCLC-related proteins. Methods: Peptide modeling was performed using the PEP-FOLD3 web server. Proteins that have a crucial role in NSCLC progression were determined using KEGG pathway database. 3D protein structures such as EGFR, PI3K, BRAF V600E, and JAK3 were taken from the RCSB PDB database. Docking was performed using Autodock Vina software. Docking results analysis was carried out using Discovery Studio 2019 software. Results: Some peptides bind to the active sites with low binding affinity. Peptide 10 binds to the active site of the EGFR with a binding affinity of -9 kcal/mol. Peptide 5 binds to the active sites of PI3K and BRAF V600E with binding affinity of -8.2 and -8.1 kcal/mol, respectively. Peptide 11 binds to the active site of JAK3 with a binding affinity of -8.1 kcal/mol. All of these peptides have lower binding affinity than ATP as the native ligand. Besides, these peptides also produce more hydrogen bonds than ATP, so they are predicted to be more stable. Conclusions: Peptides 10, 5, and 11 have high potential as anti-NSCLC agents because they can inhibit the activity of proteins that play an essential role in the growth of NSCLC, namely EGFR, PI3K, BRAF V600E, and JAK3 through the competitive ATP inhibitor mechanism.

Context: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antiretrovirals that target the binding of viral enzyme are chosen as the lead solution in the treatment of HIV-1 infection, such as non-catalytic site integrase inhibitor (NCINI), nevirapine, and darunavir. There are natural compounds from specific plants that can be effective in treating HIV-1 infection such as tea catechin. Tea catechin administration causes a decrease in viral load and inhibition of entry mechanisms and an increased effect of apoptosis in infected cells. Aims: To identify the triple inhibitor mechanism in tea catechins against the three HIV-1 enzymes and apoptosis agonists through in silico approach as an innovation in handling HIV-1 infection. Methods: The 3D structure of tea catechin compounds from the database was examined, and then all target compounds were analyzed for drug-likeness, molecular docking, pathway prediction, and molecular interactions to determine the potential of tea catechin compounds as antiviral HIV-1 in silico. Results: Tea catechin compounds have the potential to serve as antiviral against HIV-1 through apoptosis agonist and triple inhibitor mechanisms. Apoptosis occurs due to the interaction of tea catechins with pro-apoptotic proteins in cells, and the epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) compound is a class of tea catechins with the same binding position as control. Conclusions: The binding of the EGCG molecule complex results in low binding energy. Therefore, it allows EGCG acts as a triple inhibitor in HIV-1 infection.

The study purpose was to prove the effectiveness of a low-impact aerobic dance exercise video on cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and concentration in women with a sedentary lifestyle. Materials and methods. This study used the Pre-Experimental method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. Total of 18 females aged 18–20 y.o., body mass index (BMI) 19 kg/m2 – 24 kg/m2, normal systolic and diastolic blood pressure, normal resting heart rate, oxygen saturation (SpO2) 96% – 100% participated in the research. Low-impact aerobic dance exercise was done using video for 30 minutes/exercise session with an intensity of 75% – 85% HRmax with a frequency of 3 times/week for 6 weeks. Measurement of cardiovascular endurance was done using the Multi-Stage 20-m Shuttle Run Fitness Test, flexibility was measured with the Sit and Reach Test, and concentration was meassured with the Grid Concentration Test. The statistical analysis technique used the Paired Sample T-Test with a significance level of 5%. Results. The results showed the average cardiovascular endurance of the pretest vs. posttest (28.13 ± 4.80 vs. 30.52 ± 0.88 mL/kg/min (p ≤ 0.001)), mean flexibility of pretest vs. posttest (17.79 ± 4.72 vs. 18.75 ± 5.02 cm (p ≤ 0.001)), mean concentration of pretest vs. posttest (7.39 ± 2.38 vs. 9.11 ± 2.45 score (p ≤ 0.001)). Conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that a low-impact aerobic exercise dance video performed with a frequency of 3 times/week for 6 weeks increased cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and concentration in adolescent girls with a sedentary lifestyle.

Acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) has been identified from US patients since 1981. AIDS is caused by infection with the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) which is a retrovirus. HIV-1 gp120 can be recognized by the immune system because it is located outside the virion. The conserved region is identified in gp120, and it is recognized by an immune cell which then initiates specific immune responses, viral mutation escape, and increase vaccine protection coverage, a benefit derived from the conserved region-based vaccine design. However, previous researchers have little knowledge on this conserved region as a target for vaccine design. This paper explains how the conserved region of gp120 HIV-1 is a major target for vaccine design through a bioinformatics approach. The conserved region from gp120 was explored as a vaccine design target with a bioinformatics tool that consists of B-cell epitope mapping, vaccine properties, molecular docking, and dynamic simulation. The peptide vaccine candidate of B5 with the gp120 HIV-1 conserved region was found to provoke B-cell activation through a direct pathway, produce specific antibody, and increase protection from multi-strain viral infection.

Potato farming has been developed by the Tengger Tribe in Ngadisari Village, Sukapura District, Probolinggo Regency. These tribal people cultivate various agricultural commodities, but they feel prestige when farming potatoes. This prestigious perception underlines the research that aims: 1. To determine the existence of the prestigious perception, 2. To analyze economically whether potato farming supports the prestigious perception that it can provide higher profits than other plants cultivated on the same land, and 3. Are there socio-cultural reasons for the prestigious perception of potato farming. This study used quantitative methods with 30 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The description method used to know the existence and identify social-cultural factors of the prestigious perception. To prove that economically, analyzed by comparing the potato’s farming income with non-potato on the same land. The result showed: 1) 77 % of respondents still feel prestige if they cultivate potatoes, 2) economically, potato farming had a higher income than non-potato farming, and 3) socio-cultural factors that support Tengger Tribe feel prestige: a. passed down from generation to generation, b. farming complexity challenges, and c. the needs and equality of female workers.

This research aims to document and analyze the maritime cultural heritage held by the fishing communities in the Kepulauan Sangkarrang district, Makassar city. Maritime cultural heritage encompasses various aspects, such as traditional knowledge of navigation, fishing techniques, traditional tools, and religious practices related to maritime activities. The research methods include field surveys, in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The collected data will be qualitatively analyzed to identify cultural patterns associated with the maritime life of the fishing communities. This research aims to uncover the maritime cultural heritage of the fishing communities in Kepulauan Sangkarrang Subdistrict, Makassar City, Indonesia. The main results include a profound understanding of local maritime traditions and their history, as well as an increased historical awareness among the local community. The primary conclusion is that the preservation of maritime culture can support sustainable tourism development and community empowerment. This research has the potential to make a significant contribution in the context of science and maritime cultural preservation.
