Two novel quinone derivatives (NN3 and NN4) were synthesized in this work and they were characterized to be used as small organic semiconductor molecules in different types of photovoltaic applications. To make accessible compounds, three simple steps were followed to prepare NN3 and NN4 compounds. Furthermore, energy levels of the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) were determined for the computationally optimized models of the investigated compounds. The obtained optical and electrochemical results of this work indicated that NN3 and NN4 compounds were good candidates for application in the fields of bulk heterojunction (BHJ) and perovskite solar cells. Indeed, investigating new energy resources has been seen an important topic of research for producing clean energies and portable storage systems.

Background: Access to oral healthcare is not uniform globally, particularly in rural areas with limited resources, which limits the potential of automated diagnostics and advanced tele-dentistry applications. The use of digital caries detection and progression monitoring through photographic communication, is influenced by multiple variables that are difficult to standardize in such settings. The objective of this study was to develop a novel and cost-effective virtual computer vision AI system to predict dental cavitations from non-standardised photographs with reasonable clinical accuracy. Methods: A set of 1703 augmented images was obtained from 233 de-identified teeth specimens. Images were acquired using a consumer smartphone, without any standardised apparatus applied. The study utilised state-of-the-art ensemble modeling, test-time augmentation, and transfer learning processes. The “you only look once” algorithm (YOLO) derivatives, v5s, v5m, v5l, and v5x, were independently evaluated, and an ensemble of the best results was augmented, and transfer learned with ResNet50, ResNet101, VGG16, AlexNet, and DenseNet. The outcomes were evaluated using precision, recall, and mean average precision (mAP). Results: The YOLO model ensemble achieved a mean average precision (mAP) of 0.732, an accuracy of 0.789, and a recall of 0.701. When transferred to VGG16, the final model demonstrated a diagnostic accuracy of 86.96%, precision of 0.89, and recall of 0.88. This surpassed all other base methods of object detection from free-hand non-standardised smartphone photographs. Conclusion: A virtual computer vision AI system, blending a model ensemble, test-time augmentation, and transferred deep learning processes, was developed to predict dental cavitations from non-standardised photographs with reasonable clinical accuracy. This model can improve access to oral healthcare in rural areas with limited resources, and has the potential to aid in automated diagnostics and advanced tele-dentistry applications.

The main objective of this work is to implement a circuit-based simulation model of a photovoltaic (PV) cell in order to investigate the electrical behavior of the practical cell with respect to some changes in weather parameters. The simulation model consists of three subsystems: photovoltaic cells, DC/DC converter and MPPT controller based logic fuzzy control. The maximum power control function is achieved with the appropriate power control of the power inverter. Fuzzy logic controller has been used to perform MPPT functions to get maximum power from the PV panel. The proposed circuit was implemented in MATLAB/Simulink. The obtained results show that the output sequence is non-linear and almost constant current to the open circuit voltage and the power has maximum motion to voltage for certain environmental conditions.

Objectives: The hypothesis of the study to detect the of the hypolipidemic effects of Eugenol in rats fed a high cholesterol diet (HCFD). Summary: this study was designed to detect Molecular and Biochemical study of Eugenol as chemopreventive agent against hypercholesterolemia in rat . twenty femals rats divided in four group. the first group included cholesterol and eugenol administration cholesterol 1% in diet and Eugenol 10 mg/kg B.W orally the second group Eugenol administration Eugenol 10mg/kg B.W orally. the third group cholesterol administration cholesterol 1% in diet the fourth control group administration distal water and normal diet.And the following parameter was measured serum lipid profile and qRt-PCR. Results: the results of lipid profile significant(P0.05) between Cholestrol + Eugenol and Control groups compared with each other. a significant increase p >( 0.05 ) CT of Cholesterol group in compared with all experimental groups ,Also the result depicated that decrease the ∆CT in Eugenol treat groups so that increase TRPV1 gene expression in these groups, Keywords: Biochemical Study, Hypercholesterolemia, Eugenol, HDL-C, TRPV1

The third group cholesterol administration cholesterol 1% in diet the fourth control group administration distal water and normal diet. antioxidant assessment, and immunohistochemistry were measured. Results: A significant (P0.05) between Eugenol and Control groups. There was also a significant (P0.05) difference when compared with each other, and non-significant between Eugenol and Control. The result of Immunohistochemical stain in liver of rat that feeding on high cholesterol diet ( 1%) shows the level of SREBP-1 protein expression in the hepatocellular cytoplasm. The tissue shows high expression of SREBP-1 protein in the liver . While the result of Immunohistochemical stain in liver of rat that feeding on high cholesterol diet (1%mg B.W) and Eugenol (10%) in parallel shows the level of SREBP-1 protein expression found in hepatocellular cytoplasm with moderate expression of SREBP-1 protein in the liver. The result of Immunohistochemical stain in liver of rat that administrating Eugenol orally (10%) only shows the level of SREBP-1 protein expression found in hepatocellular cytoplasm. The result of histopathological study also showed the section in the liver of rats that feeding on high cholesterol diet (1%mg B.W). The tissue shows severe fat droplet infiltration in the hepatocytes cytoplasm (fatty degeneration/fat infiltration. The results also showed histopathological section in the liver of rats that feeding on high cholesterol diet (1%mgB.W) and orally administration of Eugenol (10%) in parallel. The tissue shows mild fat droplet infiltration in the hepatocytes cytoplasm (fatty degeneration / fat infiltration. The result of eugenol histological section in the liver of rats that orally administration of Eugenol (10%). The tissue shows normal texture of hepatic tissue and normal hepatocytes without any significant occupied lesion (SOL). The animals are feeding on normal fat diet in this group. The result shows normal texture of hepatic tissue and normal hepatocytes without any SOL. Conclusions: The study concluded that kisspeptide 20 nmol /animal of kisspeptid by s/c every 72 hour for 30 days show effect in normal restoring of some reproduction hormones concentration
