The research was in the form of a survey of the employees of the Bireuen DPRK secretariat, with the aim of observing communication activities, leadership style, employee motivation and employee job satisfaction descriptively. And with path analysis trying to prove and measure: the influence of communication aspects and leadership style on employee motivation, the implications for job satisfaction of employees of the Bireuen DPRK secretariat. The results of the analysis show: a). there is a direct and indirect effect of communication aspects between employees and superiors on employee motivation, namely 49.78%, b). there is a direct and indirect effect of leadership style on employee motivation of 78.89%, c). simultaneously there is a significant influence of communication factors and leadership style on employee motivation of 62.8%, d). there is an effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction of 87.0%, e). there is a direct and non-communicative effect on employee job satisfaction of 54.56%, f). there is a direct and indirect effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction of 96.5%, and g). simultaneously there is a significant influence of communication and leadership style on job satisfaction of employees of the Bireuen District DPRK Secretariat of 53.3%.

Indonesia is rich in small islands that have not to explore, one of which is Abidon Island, located in the Ayau archipelago. Most of the Abidon people use small boats for fishing activities. There are two small shipbuilding materials, FRP (Fibre-reinforced plastic) or Fiberglass and wood-reinforced Polymer Composite Materials. Abidon Island has a lot of coral reefs, so many ships suffered ship damage in the hollow bottom hull. However, in the repair process, they experienced difficulties due to lack of knowledge of ship repair. Therefore, This activity provides training on fiberglass ship repair methods, namely the Casting and Hand Lay Up method. In Hand Lay Up method, the reinforcing materials used are Woven Roven 600 and Chopped Strand Mat 450, and for the Casting method, the resin-catalyst composition used is 99%-1%, respectively. The number and variation of layers obtained from the reference. The results obtained show a neat and solid. Abstrak Indonesia kaya akan pulau kecil, banyak sekali pulau kecil yang belum dieksplorasi salah satunya Pulau Abidon yang terletak di kepulauan Ayau. Masyarakat Abidon, sebagian besar memanfaatkan kapal kecil untuk melakukan aktifitas menangkap ikan. Terdapat dua bahan pembuat kapal kecil di wilayah tersebut, yakni FRP (Fibre-reinforced plastic) atau Material Komposit Polimer berpenguat Fiberglass dan kayu. Pulau Abidon dikelilingi terumbu karang, sehingga banyak kapal mengalami kerusakan kapal pada hull bawah berlubang. Akan tetapi dalam proses perbaikan, mengalami kesulitan karena minim pengetahuan perbaikan kapal. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan ini memberikan pelatihan metode perbaikan kapal fiberglass yakni metode Casting dan Hand Lay Up. Dalam metode Hand Lay Up, bahan penguat yang digunakan yakni Woven Roven 600 dan Chopped Strand Mat 450 dan untuk metode Casting, komposisi resin-katalis yang digunakan masing-masing 99%-1%. Jumlah dan variasi lapisan didapat dari referensi. Hasil yang didapat memperlihatkan tambalan rapi dan kuat.

Pandemi mengajarkan kita untuk mengubah proses pembelajaran konvesional menjadi proses pembelajaran online. Proses pembelajaran di dalam Islam tidak hanya sebatas menuntut ilmu di jenjang pendidikan tetapi menuntut ilmu sepanjang hayat. Hal ini tertuang di dalam kitab suci umat Islam yaitu al-Quran. al-Quran sangat banyak berbicara tentang ilmu pengetahuan dan sains. Salah satu yang ada di dalam al-Quran adalah tentang metode pembelajaran. Begitu banyak teori metode pembelajaran yang dapat dipelajari. Metode pembelajaran yang disampaikan pada penelitian ini yang terdapat di dalam al-Quran adalah Tausyiah, Da’wah, Mujadalah, Bayyan/Mubaiyyin, Nazhr, Ra’a, Qissah, dan Sual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan instrument wawancara dan observasi dengan sampel sebanyak tiga orang guru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil yang diperolah pada penggunaan metode pembelajaran pada proses pembelajaran online pada Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Diniyah Pekanbaru sangat bervariasi dan lebih mengedepankan pendidikan karakter Islami.

This research aims to determine whether the problem-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of automotive engineering basic work in class X Automotive Body Repair Techniques (TPBO) SMK N 2 Depok, Sleman Yogyakarta. This type of research is Classroom Action Research through 2 cycles where there are four stages carried out, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection which leads to an increase in student learning outcomes. The subjects in this Classroom Action Research were class X TPBO SMK N 2 Depok even semester students. Based on data analysis and results of Classroom Action Research (CAR), it can be concluded that based on the results of student learning tests in cycle I, 8 students (25%) completed their studies, in cycle II, 29 students (90.62%) completed learning by obtaining a value of ≥ 75. Based on the results of observations of student learning activities in the first cycle, 18 students (56.25%) were in the less active category and decreased in the second cycle to 4 students (12.5%). Thus the results of the study indicate that the problem-based learning model can increase student activity and learning outcomes in the basic competence of maintaining measuring instruments in the subject of automotive engineering basic work in class X TPBO students at SMK Negeri 2 Depok, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta.

The terms dualism and dichotomy have the same meaning, namely the separation between general education and religious education. Dichotomy always gives rise to different views on one side and equality on the other. The dichotomous view essentially ignores the essence or value of the spirit of education. Differentiating and equating are more interpreted at the surface level so that it clearly damages the spirit value of Islamic education. Dualism and dichotomy are not only at the level of segregation, but have entered the area of separation which in practice separates general subjects from religious subjects, public schools and madrasas which are managed separately. The climax was when the New Order government issued a Joint Decree (SKB) on March 24, 1975 which confirmed the separation to date. The impact was detrimental and the meaning of Islam became narrower because the compartmentalization of knowledge ultimately subordinated and neglected Islamic education. As an alternative solution, efforts to integrate knowledge and repositioning must be followed, namely the perspective of Islamic sciences in their true position.

Perairan Utara Aceh merupakan perairan yang berhubungan langsung dengan Samudera Hindia dan Selat Malaka. Perairan tersebut merupakan daerah penangkapan ikan bagi nelayan Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar dan Sabang. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi berhasil tidaknya usaha penangkapan ikan adalah daerah penangkapan (fishing ground). Usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk membuat suatu daerah penangkapan ialah dengan menggunakan rumpon sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan ikan pada suatu kawasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui komposisi dan pengaruh hasil tangkapan pukat cincin (purse seine) di perairan Utara Aceh. Langkah awal penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei, dengan mengikuti langsung operasi penangkapan ikan pukat cincin yang menggunakan rumpon dan pukat cincin yang tidak menggunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan rumpon sebagai alat bantu penangkapan ikan berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil tangkapan. Hal ini dikarenakan rumpon menjadi tempat berlindung ikan. Rumpon juga dapat menjadi sumber makanan ikan karena terdapat plankton atau sumber makanan disekitarnya, selain itu rumpon juga dapat dijadikan sebagai tempat pemijahan.

Background: Beta –thalassemia (β- thalassemia) has more than 300 different mutations of beta globin gene. The complexity of its physical composition is caused by the imbalance ratio of β-globin which classified into blood transfusion- dependent (TDT) and non-transfusion dependent (NTDT). Modern treatment approaches considered for TDT patients is monthly transfusions to maintain hemoglobin (Hb) levels ranges between 9-10 g/dL. The objectives of this study are to seek out the impact of hydroxyurea (HU) on improving psychological health problems of Quality of Life (QoL), patients’ satisfaction with the use of HU and moderating role of healthcare professionals in satisfying the gap between the use of medicine in managing β- thalassemia disease in a tertiary care hospital. Methods: A cross-sectional, non-probability study and purposive- judgment sampling was conducted after ethical approval. The World Health Organization (WHO) sample size calculator 2.0 was used to recruit TDT patients on HU therapy while visiting the outpatient (OPD) and daycare department of National Institute of Blood Diseases & Bone Marrow Transplantation (NIBD & BMT) hospital in Karachi. A well -structured electronic questionnaire as web form was used for data collection by using Likert scale, with a range of 1-5 and 1-7. The data was analyzed using IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23.0 and moderation process done by using Process Hayes for SPSS version 3.5.2. Results: We enrolled 290 patients. This study revealed that the impact of HU on improving the psychological health problems of β- thalassemia patients are not evident (r=0.078; p=0.185). Similarly, by inducing moderating role of healthcare professional performance, the impact of HU on psychological health problems were a weak positive non- significant with (r=0.050; p=0.397) correlation observed. Moreover, no significant improvement was observed in psychological health problems of QoL by moderating role of healthcare professional performance (p=0.0835 and 0.6764, respectively). Conclusion: The psychological health problems in β- thalassemia patients are not dependent on HU therapy to have better QoL. In addition, the introduction of healthcare professionals' performance as a moderator does not improve the correlation between HU and psychological domain of QoL.

This research is important because until now the local revenue of Kota Banda Aceh from tourism is still low, whereas there are still many tourism potentials that can still be dug for, if there is tourism activity is not lively and not festive and generally not maintained, including supporting facilities for such activities not well maintained. Many debates about tourism post disaster. During this time the disaster is considered a threat, but the facts on the ground show that many people are interested to see and enjoy the impact of the Tsunami disaster. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to arrange / facilitate the development of tourist attraction in Banda Aceh City, how to organize tourism training, how to maintain and preserve the tourist attraction in Banda Aceh City, how to organize guidance of the conscious society of tourism in Banda Aceh City, how to do promotion tour. This research uses qualitative approach. Because the researchers intend to get a picture of a profound phenomenon about a symptom. Technique of data collecting is by interview, observation and documentation study. the data source consists of primary data source and secondary data source. In conducting research of informant search done by purposive sampling technique. The informant consisted of the Head of the Tourism Office of Banda Aceh City, Secretary of Tourism Office, Kabid. Tourism, Sub-Head of Planning, Head of Marketing and Development Section, Owner of Hotel Arabia, Sub-district of Meuraxa, Public figure, Tourist owner Iboh, Hotel Owner of Tourism, Business Owner of Floating Ship Object. From the results of the research shows that the development of tourist attraction continues in galakkan by the city of Banda Aceh, the implementation of tourism training followed by the entrepreneurs and the community around the tourist attraction. Maintenance and preservation of tourist attraction in do not meet the expectations of visitors, the guidance of the community aware of tourism in greet the community is less serious, the promotion is not so vigorous and attract many tourists. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that the development of tsunami tourism area in Banda Aceh City still needs improvement and the government's attention for further development.

This pilot study was carried out to determine the level of trustworthiness of the social media impact instrument as a channel of Islamic public relations in Darul Quran towards younger generation. A quantitative study using questionnaire was used, and it was distributed online using Google Form. This study involved 30 participants, ages between 20 to 24. Based on the literature, there are five impacts of social media as an Islamic public relations channel which include awareness, perception, speculation, understanding as well as image and reputation. Therefore, the constructs was created based on these five elements. From the analysis, it was found that the Cronbach’s alpha value for the awareness was 0.859, while the perception was 0.969. On the other hand, Cronbach's alpha value for the speculation was 0.881, while the value for understanding element was 0.833. Cronbach's alpha value for the last element which are image and reputation, was 0.935. The results of the five-construct analysis also demonstrate that the mean values are between medium and high. Thus, the result of this study shows that all of these constructs are reliable and can be used for actual data collection.

Rapid development of oil palm plantations in Indonesia, cause seeds requirement also increase. Nurseries are a phase that is very vulnerable to pests and diseases because the morphological sensitivity of the seedlings which are very responsive. The main pests that attack oil palm in nursery are nocturnal beetles. The objective of this study was to determine the species, population and percentage of crops attacked by the nocturnal beetles in the main nursery phase oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.). This research was conducted at the CV. Agro Unggul Sejati located in Sungai Kambut Village, Pulau Punjung District, Dharmasraya Regency. The method on this study was a survey. The sample plants were determined systematically, there were 10% of the total number of seeds in each observation block. The trapping of nocturnal beetles was carried out by light traps were installed two traps in each observation block. Observation of the percentage of affected crops was carried out by counting the sample plants that were attacked and vice versa. Two types of nocturnal beetles were found in oil palm main nursery in CV. Agro Unggul Sejati, namely Apogonia expeditionis Ritsema and Adoretus compressus Webb. Morphological characteristics of A. expeditionis are shiny black and sized 8,5-11 mm while A. compressus is reddish brown, with a body length ranging from 1-1,5 cm. The attack of nocturnal beetle cause large tears in the leaves of oil palm seedlings. The population of A. compressus was more abundant than A. expeditionis. There were 45 species of A. compressus, while 29 species of A. expeditionis. The percentage of affected crops caused by the nocturnal beetles in oil palm in the main nursery ranged from 11,12-37,03%.
