A label‐free electrochemical immunosensor was fabricated for the detection of thyroxine hormone by immobilizing thyroxine‐specific monoclonal antibody (Ab) onto copper metal‐oxide framework (Cu‐MOF) and polyaniline (PANI) composite modified screen‐printed carbon electrode (SPCE). The Cu‐MOF@PANI@Ab‐modified SPCE was used as a sensing platform. Cu‐MOF and its composite were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, RAMAN spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, cyclic voltammetry (CV), and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The immunosensor possessed a dynamic linear range (10–105 pM) with a low limit of detection (LOD) of 0.33 pM (0.25 pg/mL) for CV and 0.17 pM (0.13 pg/mL) for DPV. The evaluation study of immunosensor displayed a good analytical recovery of ≥90%, when different concentrations of thyroxine were added in the serum sample. In addition, to determine the reproducibility for working electrode between and within batch, the relative standard deviation calculated were 3.87% and 6.04%, respectively, and represent its good reproducibility. The study highlights the effect of e-learning on student's academic learning performance at school level. The objective of the study was to find out the effects of e-learning on students interest and learning through e-learning resources. Responses were taken from the 150 high school students aged 12 to 15 years old from Varanasi and Ayodhya City Uttar Pradesh, India. e-learning is the employment of technology to aid and enhance learning. it can be as simple as High school students attaching a video documentary in class or as complex as an entire course provided online. The classes were divided in two subgroups with group one receiving the classes through traditional classroom method and with group two receiving the class using online method and traditional classroom method (Blended method). It is unquestionable that online learning, additionally known as distance learning, is here to stay. This study involves intact high school classes utilizing a Quasi-experimental design. The lesson content was identical except in the method of delivery of lessons. The first group was taught the classes in a traditional lecture-based way. Background: Activation of brain renin angiotensin system is associated with neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer's disease (AD). AD is the most common type of dementia. Angiotensin Receptor Blockers (ARBs) like Telmisartan, Azilsartan, Valsartan and Losartan have shown efficacy against animal models of AD. The efficacy of Irbesartan in AD has not been thoroughly investigated. Aluminium chloride (AlCl3) induces AD like pathology in rats. Aim and Objectives: The present work evaluates the efficacy of Irbesartan against AlCl3induced amyloidogenesis and cognitive impairment. Material and Methods: Wistar albino rats were divided into four groups containing six each. Group I (saline 10 ml/kg p.o.) and Group II (AlCl3100 mg/kg p.o.) served as normal control and toxic control respectively. Both the groups were dosed daily for 42 days. Group III and Group IV received Irbesartan (10 mg/kg) and Telmisartan (10 mg/kg) respectively with AlCl3daily for 42 days. The drugs were given 1 hour before theadministration of AlCl3. Y-maze, elevated plus maze and radial arm maze were used to evaluate memory functions on day 0 and 42. Amyloid β (Aβ) content and enzymatic anti-oxidant status in both plasma and brain homogenate were measured and histological studies of brain tissues were done on day 43. Results: AlCl3(100 mg/kg, p.o.) significantly (p<0.05) reduces the cognitive function, increases the concentration of Aβ and causes oxidative stress. Irbesartan (10 mg/kg, p.o.) and Telmisartan (10 mg/kg, p.o.) significantly (p<0.05) reverses AlCl3induced amyloidogenesis and 3 cognitive impairment.
