Objective To compare the risk of preeclampsia among spontaneously conceived pregnancies to those after hyperestrogenic ovarian stimulation (hyperestrogenic OS) with and without assisted reproductive technology (ART), and stimulation with non-hyperestrogenic aromatase inhibitor stimulation (non-hyperestrogenic OS). Methods Live-born singleton deliveries among women 20-49 years were identified in the 2004-2012 Truven Health MarketScan Commercial Claims and Encounters Databases using ICD-9 and CPT codes. Maternal characteristics were compared using Chi squared and Fisher exact tests. We performed multilevel multivariable logistic regression, controlling for maternal age, parity, comorbid conditions, and region of delivery, and calculated adjusted odds ratios (aOR) and 95 % confidence intervals for mild and severe preeclampsia. Results 1,014,526 spontaneously conceived, 6881 hyperestrogenic OS with ART, 27,516 hyperestrogenic OS without ART, and 2117 non-hyperestrogenic OS pregnancies were identified. The adjusted odds of developing preeclampsia were increased for deliveries after hyperestrogenic OS with ART (mild preeclampsia aOR 1.42, 1.24-1.62; severe preeclampsia aOR 1.83, 1.59-2.11) and without ART (mild preeclampsia aOR 1.32, 1.24-1.42; severe preeclampsia aOR 1.53, 1.41-1.66). Adjusted odds of preeclampsia were similar between spontaneously conceived and non-hyperestrogenic OS pregnancies. Conclusions for Practice Risk of preeclampsia after ART may in part be related to supraphysiologic estrogen associated with hyperestrogenic OS., Author(s): Angela S. The psychological climate literature examines links between facets of climate, such as service orientation and a range of individual and organisational outcomes including work attitudes and performance. This study investigated the relationship between the service climate of an Australian university and outcomes important to its key stakeholders. A measure of service climate was developed for use in an academic setting, and the reliability and criterion validity examined. Questionnaire data were collected from 340 staff and 1196 students. Results showed the measure of academic service climate to be internally consistent and strongly associated with employee work attitudes, and student evaluations. Implications for academic administrators are discussed.

Medical Biomagnetism (MB) is an integrative technique developed by Isaac Goiz Durán. This technique involves the application of Static Magnetic Fields (SMF) on bioelectromagnetic dysfunctions called Biomagnetic Pairs (BMP). However, when the body has supra-physiological levels of toxins, this system becomes weakened for this function presenting symptoms. The aim of this study is to present a protocol for MB detoxifi cation of the human body, through descriptive, qualitative, and narrative literature review. A MB detoxifi cation protocol was selected which can be applied by healthcare professionals, therapists, and self-applied as a possible complement to allopathic medicine deserving to be studied. This study aimed to investigate the effects of supportive leadership and psychosocial safety climate on personal hope and resilience among nurses during the pandemic. Conservation of resource theory was employed to explain the effects of psychosocial safety climate and supportive leadership on nurses' hope and resilience. A cross‐sectional design was employed to collect data. Six‐hundred and twenty‐three nurses across 68 hospitals who were in direct contact with COVID‐19 patients during the fifth wave of the pandemic in Iran were recruited. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) and Structural Equation Modelling using Amos were used to analyze the data. Results revealed that both psychosocial safety climate and supportive leadership improved personal resilience through personal hope. Findings showed that the positive relationship between supportive leadership and personal hope was stronger when the hospital‐level psychosocial safety climate was high. To improve personal hope and resilience among nurses during critical times, hospital management must ensure consistent supportive leadership and establish policies, practices and procedures that support nurses' psychosocial health and safety at the hospital level. Objective: Australian aged care workforce surveys offer limited information about those who engage in online dementia education regarding their occupational health and well‐being. A salutogenic approach was applied to an aged care context to quantitatively assess both positive and negative aspects of health at work to inform the development of workplace interventions tailored to those interested in self‐development. Methods: Physical, psychological and occupational health were measured in an online cross‐sectional survey of general health, chronic conditions, psychological distress, positive and negative affect, job satisfaction, access to workplace amenities and turnover intentions of aged care workers undertaking an online dementia course in October 2014. Results: Participants (N = 662) rated their general physical health as good and a minority experienced chronic conditions such as obesity. Overall, workers had average levels of positive and negative affect and low distress. However, 25% were likely to have a mental health condition. While most were employed on a permanent basis (80%) and reported moderate job satisfaction, 18% were likely to leave their job. There were some gaps in workplace amenities to support health and well‐being: for example, 13% reported no access to lunch break areas. Conclusions: Results suggest precarious resilience in aged care workers enrolled in an Australian online dementia course. Workplace interventions that focus on preventative health strategies are required to address the health risks associated with higher than national averages of obesity and mental health, and reduce exposure of workers to physical and psychological harms.
