Using nimotuzumab targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) as carrier, we have established a one-step labeling process for 211At and 131I and performed a preliminary treatment study on tumor-bearing mice. The labeling rate both were about 95%, and related radiolabeling complexes could maintain stability in PBS and FBS. The distribution showed that tumor uptake was still maintained to （28.2±4.7） %ID·g-1 after 24 h at intratumoral injection. The therapeutic effect of 131I/211At -ATE-nimotuzumab in U87MG glioma-bearing nude mice was further evaluated. The two labeled drugs can significantly inhibit the growth of solid tumors in a dose-dependent manner with no significant effect on the body weight of mice, effectively prolonging the survival time of subjects. In comparison, the median survival time of tumor-bearing mice in the 211At-ATE-nimotuzumab group at 20 μCi was longer than that in the 131I-ATE-nimotuzumab group at 20 μCi (35 days and 31.6 days). This work further confirmed that the α-nuclide 211At has great potential in the research of radioactive targeted therapy, and can provide an important reference for the preclinical basic research of related drugs.

With the increasing penetration of renewable energy in power system, renewable energy power ramp events (REPREs), dominated by wind power and photovoltaic power, pose significant threats to the secure and stable operation of power systems. This paper presents an early warning method for REPREs based on long short-term memory (LSTM) network and fuzzy logic. First, the warning levels of REPREs are defined by assessing the control costs of various power control measures. Then, the next 4-h power support capability of external grid is estimated by a tie line power prediction model, which is constructed based on the LSTM network. Finally, considering the risk attitudes of dispatchers, fuzzy rules are employed to address the boundary value attribution of the early warning interval, improving the rationality of power ramp event early warning. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can generate reasonable early warning levels for REPREs, guiding decision-making for control strategy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Searching for the dispersionless flat band (FB) in quantum materials, especially in topological systems, becomes an interesting topic. The kagome lattice is an ideal platform for such exploration because the FB can be naturally induced by the underlying destructive interference. Nevertheless, the magnetic kagome system that hosts the FB close to the Fermi level (E F) is exceptionally rare. Here, we study the electronic structure of a kagome magnet LuMn6Sn6 by combining angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations. The observed Fermi-surface topology and overall band dispersions are similar to previous studies of the X Mn6Sn6 (X = Dy, Tb, Gd, Y) family of compounds. We clearly observe two kagome-derived FBs extending through the entire Brillouin zone, and one of them is located just below E F. The photon-energy-dependent measurements reveal that these FBs are nearly dispersionless along the kz direction as well, supporting the quasi-two-dimensional character of such FBs. Ferroptosis and disulfidpthosis are associated with various diseases. Ferroptosis is distinguished by abnormal accumulation of iron ions and lipid reactive oxygen species, while disulfidptosis is marked by abnormal accumulation of disulfides. Solute carrier family 3 member 2 (SLC3A2), a component of the solute carrier family, is implicated not only involved in the regulation of tumor cell proliferation, migration, invasion and apoptosis, but also in the processes of ferroptosis and disulfidptosis, playing a pivotal role in tumor growth and progression. This article provides an overview of the latest advancements in understanding the relationship between SLC3A2 and ferroptosis, disulfidptosis and tumors, aiming to establish a theoretical basis for targeted cancer therapies. Problem: Endometrial immune cells are essential for maintaining homeostasis and the endometrial receptivity to embryo implantation. Understanding regional variations in endometrial immune cell populations is crucial for comprehending normal endometrial function and the pathophysiology of endometrial disorders. Despite previous studies focusing on the overall immune cell composition and function in the endometrium, regional variations in premenopausal women remain unclear. Method of Study: Endometrial biopsies were obtained from four regions (anterior, posterior, left lateral, and right lateral) of premenopausal women undergoing hysteroscopy with no abnormalities. A 15‐color human endometrial immune cell‐focused flow cytometry panel was used for analysis. High‐dimensional flow cytometry combined with a clustering algorithm was employed to unravel the complexity of endometrial immune cells. Additionally, multiplex immunofluorescent was performed for further validation. Results: Our findings revealed no significant variation in the distribution and abundance of immune cells across different regions under normal conditions during the proliferative phase. Each region harbored similar immune cell subtypes, indicating a consistent immune microenvironment. However, when comparing normal regions to areas with focal hemorrhage, significant differences were observed. An increase in CD8+ T cells highlights the impact of localized abnormalities on the immune microenvironment. Conclusions: Our study demonstrates that the endometrial immune cell landscape is consistent across different anatomical regions during the proliferative phase in premenopausal women.
