Objective: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmic disorders worldwide. This study aims to describe the prevalence of AF in various cities in Indonesia using single‐lead hand held electrocardiography linked to a smartphone‐based application. Methods: This is a cross‐sectional epidemiological study conducted at tertiary hospital of major cities in Indonesia, between January 2018 and July 2019. The AliveCor Kardia™ Mobile system device was used as a screening tool for AF and confirmed its finding with clinical diagnoses made by cardiologists. Results: A total of 9773 subjects were enrolled in this study. The prevalence of AF reported by the device and cardiologist was 3.2% and 3.5%, respectively. AF prevalences are equal in men than women. The majority of subjects (56%) are having low risk for stroke or systemic thromboembolism. Prevalence of risk factors such as heart failure, hypertension, diabetes, and history of stroke among AF patients were 50%, 22.9%, 31.9%, 13.5%, and 5.8%, respectively. Little is known about their stability and the factors that influence their persistence or change over the life-course. To address this, we use data from 158 participants from the Special Needs and Autism Project cohort studied at three time-points from 12 to 23 years. We used latent growth models to study the role of child, family, and contextual characteristics on the conduct, emotional, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder domains of the parent-reported Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire. Symptoms decreased significantly over time for all three domains, but many participants still remained above the published cutoffs for likely disorder on at least one of the three domains. Individual trajectories showed high levels of persistence. Higher initial adaptive function and language levels predicted a greater decline in conduct and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder symptoms. In contrast, increased emotional symptoms were predicted by higher language functioning, lower levels of autism symptom severity and higher parental education. Greater neighborhood deprivation was associated with more conduct problems but also a greater decline over time. Our findings highlight that it may be possible to accurately predict mental health trajectories over this time period, which could help parents and carers in planning and help professionals target resources more efficiently.

Traditional life in Indonesia is significantly related to spoken culture from the older generation to the young age. This condition unconsciously shows a risk of void space when there is a disconnected generation. Only a small number of written documentation and drawings exist for Vernacular Architecture in Indonesia or Architecture Nusantara. Tazo is one of several villages in Riung district, Flores island, in Nusa Tenggara Timur province, Indonesia. The current condition of the traditional house of Tazo is extinct, and there are no physical traces anymore. In this paper, we will show the excavation of the traditional house of the Tazo with the method of searching for data through oral interviews with existing traditional elders who have experienced living in their traditional house before. Step by step, the shape of this traditional house is illustrated architecturally and can be recognized again by the memory of the traditional elders of Kampung Tazo.

Background: Clinical Learning Environment (CLE) involves many active dynamics, perceptions construction, learners' experiences, and behavior while learning. It includes every human resource working and learning together, a health system, and communities. Standard assessment of CLE is essential to evaluate CLE. The Manchester Clinical Placement Index (MCPI) assesses the CLE based on Community of Practice Theory, emphasizing learning according to experience-based learning. Translation of the MCPI into the Indonesian language will be valuable to assess the CLE. This research intends to translate and adapt MCPI into the Indonesian language. Therefore, MCPI can be used to assess the CLE in Indonesian medical schools. Methods: An expert panel translated the MCPI into the Indonesian language (I-MCPI), and a language learning center validated the translation. Participants who were final year students (N: 155) filled up the online I-MCPI after the informed consent. To assess the I-MCPI validity, we performed exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and item discrimination. To seek reliability, we utilized internal consistency reliability showing as the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Results: The factor analysis and item discrimination showed the I-MCPI's validity. We found two subscales similar to the original MCPI. Leadership, reception, people, facilities, and organization have similar correlation strength to Subscale Learning Environment (0.60-0.71). Instruction and observation have similar correlation strength to Subscale Training (0.86-0.89). Subscale feedback correlates less than 0.60 for both subscales; thus, we concluded that feedback went to the subscale Training as the original MCPI. Reliability of the I-MCPI showed an excellent internal consistency with Cronbach's alpha of 0.87. Conclusion: I-MCPI is a valid and reliable tool to assess the CLE. Further research with broader cohorts of medical schools will be valuable for advancing medical education in Indonesia.

Cowpea mild mottle virus (CpMMV) is one of the problems that can decrease soybean production. The research was conducted on the combined effects of corn in the barrier crop with plant extracts against CpMMV infecting soybean in the field. The field data was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design. The mean of disease incidence and disease severity is measured from total plants in each replicate plot on each treatment. Planting one or two of corn lines were grown at the edge four weeks before planting soybeans. Cashew nut shell (CNS), pagoda leaf, and rhizome of ginger extracts were applied using the sprayer and applied at 24 h before virus acquisition and transmission by whiteflies. The result showed that the virus incubation period ranged from 9−38 days after transmission longer than the untreated control. Planting two corn lines at the edge with CNS extract as bioactivator on soybean was the most extended incubation period of the virus and the lowest absorbance value DAS-ELISA of 0.20. There was a 73.11 % increase in the relative inhibition level of the virus. Planting corn at the edge with CNS extract proved to be more effective than soybean monoculture with CNS extract. However, soybean monoculture with CNS extract provides a better relative inhibition level of the virus (64.32 %) than planting two rows of corn on the edge combined with ginger of rhizome extract and planting two rows of corn on the edge with pagoda leaf extract as bioactivator on a soybean plant.

Nanoparticle-surfactants (NPSs) assembled at water-oil interfaces can significantly lower the interfacial tension and can be used to stabilize liquids. Knowing the formation and assembly and actively tuning the packing of these NPSs is of significant fundamental interest for the interfacial behavior of nanoparticles and of interest for water purification, drug encapsulation, enhanced oil recovery, and innovative energy transduction applications. Here, we demonstrate by means of interfacial tension measurements the high ionic strength helps the adsorption of NPSs to the water-oil interface leading to a denser packing of NPSs at the interface. With the reduction of interfacial area, the phase transitions from a "gas"-like to "liquid" to "solid" states of NPSs in two dimensions are observed. Finally, we provide the first in situ real-space imaging of NPSs at the water-oil interface by atomic force microcopy.

We aimed to replicate previous effects of functional magnetic resonance imaging neurofeedback (fMRI-NF) in right inferior frontal cortex (rIFC) on IFC activation during a Stop Task in a larger group of boys with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The present double-blind, randomized controlled trial tested the effects of 15 runs of active versus sham fMRI-NF of rIFC on performance and activation associated with successful and failed inhibition versus Go trials during a tracking Stop task in 88 boys with ADHD (44 active; 44 sham), controlling for age and medication status. No significant group-by-time interaction effects were observed for performance or brain activation during the successful stop trials, and post hoc analysis showed very low numbers of active fMRI-NF learners. Nevertheless, during error monitoring, there was a significant group-by-time interaction effect on post-error reaction time slowing and in left IFC activation, which were both increased after active compared to sham fMRI-NF. The findings are in line with our previous observation of left IFC upregulation after fMRI-NF of rIFC relative to active fMRI-NF of parahippocampal gyrus. This highlights the potentially wider regional effects that fMRI-NF of a particular self-control target region has on other self-regulatory regions in ADHD. Business owners, especially successful ones, can be assumed to have eminently developed an entrepreneurial orientation ever since their high school days. However, thus far there is no standardized scale to specifically measure entrepreneurial orientation behavior in high school students. This study analyzes the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation in 368 high school students in six major cities on the island of Java, Indonesia. Items of the scale are arranged based on five dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation by Lumpkin and Dess. The result of the exploratory analysis indicates four dimensions that are proven valid and reliable, namely innovativeness, risky proactiveness, autonomy, and competitiveness. However, the result of external validity test shows only three valid dimensions, hence leading to the exclusion of the autonomy dimension from this scale. This scale can be implemented by educators to identify and develop entrepreneurial orientation in high school students.

Asciminib is a novel allosteric STAMP (specifically targets the ABL myristoyl pocket) inhibitor of the BCR::ABL1 oncogene. Real‐world clinical outcomes of patients with tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI)‐resistant/intolerant chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) in Australia on the Managed Access Programme for asciminib showed higher molecular responses for those with intolerance versus resistance ± intolerance to their last TKI. There remains a clinical need to improve outcomes in patients with CML who have resistance to multiple TKIs, especially in the ponatinib‐pretreated cohort. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Soybean mosaic virus (SMV) causes a decrease in soybean [Glycine max (Leguminosae) Merril] production. Activity of the Pseudomonas fluorescens (Pseudomonadaceae) and chitosan can increase soybean plant resistance to SMV and stimulate plant growth. Therefore, The study aimed to evaluate the effect of increasing salicylic acid and total phenol contents on the biological control activity of P. fluorescens and chitosan against SMV. This study used two soybean varieties (Wilis and Anjasmoro) and three lines (GK/Mlg 3288-7-11, W/PI 200.485-7-14, and GK/PI200.485-7-2). Treatment using seed encapsulation with P. fluorescens combined with chitosan on the Wilis variety was the highest percentage of the total phenolic and salicylic acid content. In addition, Applying P. fluorescens with chitosan suppresses disease incidence on the Wilis variety and GK/Mlg 3288-7-11 line. Moreover, the ELISA absorbance value was low (0.182-0.224) and reacted negatively with no symptoms. Therefore, applying P. fluorescens combined with chitosan on the GK/Mlg 3288-7-11 line could be developed as the candidate variety for SMV control in the endemic soybean plant area. While scholars have studied democratic backsliding in the West, rapid democratic backsliding in the Global South is relatively underexplored, and the role of social media is unclear. Through a mixed-methods analysis of pro and anti-military Facebook and Telegram posts and offline protests and state violence in the backsliding democracy of Myanmar, our research expands current understandings of connective action in the Global South. Supported by both qualitative and quantitative data, we find that the interaction between offline state violence and offline protests is mediated by engagement on Facebook and Telegram, and thus that social media in Myanmar is integral to democratic social movements against the authoritarian state. The current research aimed to understand the effect of mathematical beliefs of middle school students on their metacognitive skills in solving mathematical problems. In examining the matter, the study utilized a mixed method. In the first step, a linear regression test was utilized to determine the effect of belief on students' metacognitive skills in solving geometry problems. Furthermore, a qualitative approach was used to compare the metacognitive skills of high and low-belief students. This study involved 72 middle school students sitting in the 8th grade at Tarakan 1 State Junior High School. Based on the linear regression results, it is known that students' beliefs positively influenced their metacognitive skills in solving geometric problems. Furthermore, it was found that when both selected subjects with high and low beliefs started solving the problems, they started by planning. Then, they monitored what they had done, but there were differences in evaluating the solutions. Additionally, students who believe strongly in problem solving will be more aware of what they are thinking and thus have an impact on improving their learning outcomes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

PT. XYZ is an agro-business company in Gresik, East Java, which is currently in the factory construction stage. Field obstacles often occur, so the process of conveying information from all stakeholders involved is important. The author will evaluate communication management factors that influence project success using EFA-Maximum Likelihood and Spearman's rank order correlation. This analysis identified nine important factors: information technology, communication technology, communication skills, communication management plan, teamwork, clear channels in the organizational structure, project requirements management, project risk management, and environmental context. The language acquisition factor was excluded because it did not meet the EFA requirements. Spearman's rank order correlation shows that information technology, communication skills, communication management plans, teamwork, clear channels, project requirements management, and environmental context have a strong relationship with project success.
