Two new ternary Cd(II) coordination polymers, [Cd2(L)(tbip)2]n (1) and {[Cd(L)0.5(1,4-NDC)]·0.4H2O}n (2) (H2tbip = 5-tert-butylisophthalic acid, 1,4-H2NDC = 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid and L = 1,4-bis(2-ethylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene), were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized via single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and thermogravimetric analysis. 1 is a 1-D linear chain, while 2 exhibits a 3-D framework, which can be defined as a 3-D xah (sqc320) topology with the Schläfli symbol of {42.62.82}{46.64}. 1 and 2 remained stable in a pH range of 4.0–13.0 and 3.0–13.0, respectively. 1 and 2 displayed excellent luminescent sensing abilities for Fe3+ ions and tetracycline with high sensitivity and selectivity.

We study the $B^-\to K^-ηη_c$ decay by taking into account the $S$-wave contributions from the pseudoscalar meson--pseudoscalar meson interactions within the unitary coupled-channel approach, where the $D\bar{D}$ bound state is dynamically generated. In addition, the contribution from the intermediate resonance $K_0^*(1430)$, with $K_0^*(1430)\to K^-η$, is also considered. Our results show that there is a clear peak around $3730$~MeV in the $ηη_c$ invariant mass distribution, which could be associated with the $D \bar{D}$ bound state. The future precise measurements of the $B^-\to K^-ηη_c$ process at the Belle II and LHCb experiments could be, therefore, used to check the existence of the $D \bar{D}$ bound state, and to deepen our understanding of the hadron-hadron interactions., 8 pages, 8 figures

Smart communities are the result of the evolution of communities under the development of new technologies. Many cities regard smart communities as one of the three regional demonstrations of smart city construction. Based on the experience of the construction of excellent intelligent communities at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the current smart community construction, puts forward specific feasible countermeasures, and designs the smart community structure, which can promote the humanization of community governance, the integration of community services and the intelligentization of home life.

Based on the BESIII measurements on the reaction of $D_s^+\to π^+π^0π^0$, we investigate this process by considering the $S$-wave pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar interaction within the unitary chiral approach, and the contributions from the intermediate resonances $f_0(1370)$ and $f_2(1270)$. Our calculation could reasonably reproduce the experimental data, and our results imply that the $f_0(980)$, dynamically generated from the $S$-wave pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar interaction, plays an important role in this process, and the contributions from the intermediate resonances $f_0(1370)$ and $f_2(1270)$ are also necessary. The more precise measurements of this process in future could shed light on the nature of the $f_0(1370)$ and $f_2(1270)$., 7 pages, 4 figures

In this work, we have investigated the process Ds+→K+K−π+, taking into account the contributions from the S-wave pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar interaction within the chiral unitary approach, and also the intermediate ϕ resonance. By analyzing the BESIII and BABAR measurements, we conclude that the f0(980) state, dynamically generated from the S-wave pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar interaction, gives the dominant contribution close to the K+K− threshold in the K+K− invariant mass distribution of the decay Ds+→K+K−π+ in S-wave. On the other hand, our results imply that the lineshape adopted by BESIII and BABAR for the resonances a0(980) and f0(980) is not advisable in the fit to the data close to the K+K− threshold.
