101. Coherent dynamics of a photon-dressed qubit

Abstract: We consider the dynamics and stationary regime of a capacitively-shunted transmon-type qubit in front of a mirror, affected by two signals: probe and dressing signals. By varying the parameters of these signals and then analyzing the probe signal (reflected by the atom-mirror system), it is possible to explore the system dynamics, which can be described by the Bloch equation. The obtained time-dependent occupation probabilities are related to the experimentally measured reflection coefficient. The study of this type of dynamics opens up new horizons for better understanding of the system properties and underlying physical processes, such as Landau-Zener-Stuckelberg-Majorana transitions.

Abstract: We search for the tree-diagram dominated process $B^+ \rightarrow p \overline{n} \pi^0$, using a data sample of $772 \times 10^6~B\overline B$ pairs collected at the $\Upsilon(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^+ e^-$ collider. This is the first search with the Belle detector for a decay mode including an anti-neutron. No significant signal is observed and an $90\%$ credible upper limit on the branching fraction is set at $6.1\times10^{-6}$., Comment: 5 pages, 2 figures, 1 table. Abstract: Using the data sample of 980 fb$^{-1}$ collected with the Belle detector operating at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^+e^-$ collider, we present the results of an investigation of the $\Lambda\pi^+$ and $\Lambda\pi^-$ invariant mass distributions looking for substructure in the decay $\Lambda_c^+\rightarrow\Lambda\pi^+\pi^+\pi^-$. We find a significant signal in each mass dis\ tribution. When interpreted as resonances, we find for the $\Lambda\pi^+$ ($\Lambda\pi^-$) combination a mass of $1434.3 \pm 0.6 (\mathrm{stat}) \pm 0.9(\mathrm{syst})$ MeV/$c^2$ [$1438.5 \pm 0.9 (\mathrm{stat}) \pm 2.5(\mathrm{syst})$ MeV/$c^2$], an intrinsic width of $11.5 \pm 2.8 (\mathrm{stat}) \pm 5.3(\mathrm{syst})$ MeV/$c^2$ [$33.0 \pm 7.5 (\mathrm{stat}) \pm 23.6(\mathrm{syst})$ MeV/$c^2$] with a significance of 7.5$\sigma$ (6.2$\sigma$). As these two signals are very close to the $\bar{K}N$ threshold, we also investigate the possibility of a $\bar{K}N$ cusp, and find that \ we cannot discriminate between these two interpretations due to the limited size of the data sample.

Abstract: We report measurements of the ratios of branching fractions for $B \to \bar{D}^{(*)}\pi\ell^+\nu_\ell$ and $B \to \bar{D}^{(*)}\pi^+\pi^-\ell^+\nu_\ell$ relative to $B \to \bar{D}^*\ell^+\nu_\ell$ decays with $\ell = e, \mu$. These results are obtained from a data sample that contains $772 \times 10^6 B\bar{B}$ pairs collected near the $\Upsilon(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy $e^+e^-$ collider. Fully reconstructing both $B$ mesons in the event, we obtain \begin{align*} \frac{B(B^0 \to \bar{D}^0\pi^-\ell^+\nu_\ell)}{B(B^0 \to D^{*-}\ell^+\nu_\ell)} &= (7.24\pm0.36\pm0.12)\%\ ,\\ \frac{B(B^+ \to D^-\pi^+\ell^+\nu_\ell)}{B(B^+ \to \bar{D}^{*0}\ell^+\nu_\ell)} &= (6.78\pm0.24\pm0.15)\%\ ,\\ \frac{B(B^0 \to \bar{D}^{*0}\pi^-\ell^+\nu_\ell)}{B(B^0 \to D^{*-}\ell^+\nu_\ell)} &= (11.10\pm0.48\pm0.20)\%\ ,\\ \frac{B(B^+ \to D^{*-}\pi^+\ell^+\nu_\ell)}{B(B^+ \to \bar{D}^{*0}\ell^+\nu_\ell)} &= (9.50\pm0.33\pm0.27)\%\ ,\\ \frac{B(B^0 \to D^-\pi^+\pi^-\ell^+\nu_\ell)}{B(B^0 \to D^{*-}\ell^+\nu_\ell)} &= (2.91\pm0.37\pm0.25)\%\ ,\\ \frac{B(B^+ \to \bar{D}^0\pi^+\pi^-\ell^+\nu_\ell)}{B(B^+ \to \bar{D}^{*0}\ell^+\nu_\ell)} &= (3.10\pm0.26\pm0.21)\%\ ,\\ \frac{B(B^0 \to D^{*-}\pi^+\pi^-\ell^+\nu_\ell)}{B(B^0 \to D^{*-}\ell^+\nu_\ell)} &= (1.03\pm0.43\pm0.18)\%\ ,\\ \frac{B(B^+ \to \bar{D}^{*0}\pi^+\pi^-\ell^+\nu_\ell)}{B(B^+ \to \bar{D}^{*0}\ell^+\nu_\ell)} &= (1.25\pm0.27\pm0.15)\%\ , \end{align*} where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. The invariant mass spectra of the $D\pi$, $D^*\pi$, and $D\pi\pi$ systems are studied. Branching fraction products are extracted, among them the first observations of $B(B^0 \to D_1^-\ell^+\nu_\ell) \times B(D_1^- \to D^-\pi^+\pi^-) = (0.102\pm0.013\pm0.009)\%$ and $B(B^+ \to \bar{D}_1^0\ell^+\nu_\ell) \times B(\bar{D}_1^0 \to \bar{D}^0\pi^+\pi^-) = (0.105\pm0.011\pm0.008)\%$., Comment: submitted to Phys. Abstract: The processes $ e^+e^-\rightarrow \Sigma^0\overline{\Sigma}{}^0 $ and $ e^+e^-\rightarrow\Sigma^+\overline{\Sigma}{}^-$ are studied using initial-state-radiation events in a sample of 980 $\,\mbox{fb}^{-1}$ collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $ e^+e^- $ collider. The cross sections from the mass threshold to $ 3{\mathrm{\,Ge\kern -0.1em V\!/}c^2} $ and the effective form factors of $ \Sigma^0 $ and $ \Sigma^+ $ are measured. In the charmonium region, we observe the decays $J/\psi\rightarrow\Sigma^0\overline{\Sigma}{}^0$ and $J/\psi\rightarrow\Sigma^+\overline{\Sigma}{}^-$ and determine the respective branching fractions., Comment: accepted by Phys. Abstract: The SNO+ Collaboration reports the first evidence of reactor antineutrinos in a Cherenkov detector. The nearest nuclear reactors are located 240~km away in Ontario, Canada. This analysis uses events with energies lower than in any previous analysis with a large water Cherenkov detector. Abstract: We report the measurement of $K^{*0}$ meson at midrapidity ($|y|<$ 1.0) in Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$~=~7.7, 11.5, 14.5, 19.6, 27 and 39 GeV collected by the STAR experiment during the RHIC beam energy scan (BES) program. The transverse momentum spectra, yield, and average transverse momentum of $K^{*0}$ are presented as functions of collision centrality and beam energy. The $K^{*0}/K$ yield ratios are presented for different collision centrality intervals and beam energies. The $K^{*0}/K$ ratio in heavy-ion collisions are observed to be smaller than that in small system collisions (e+e and p+p). The $K^{*0}/K$ ratio follows a similar centrality dependence to that observed in previous RHIC and LHC measurements. The data favor the scenario of the dominance of hadronic re-scattering over regeneration for $K^{*0}$ production in the hadronic phase of the medium., Comment: 17 pages, 12 figures

Abstract: We present a study of a singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay $\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0K_S^0$ and a Cabibbo-favored decay $\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0\eta$ based on 980 $\rm fb^{-1}$ of data collected by the Belle detector, operating at the KEKB energy-asymmetric $e^+e^-$ collider. We measure their branching fractions relative to $\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0$: $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0K_S^0)/\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0)={(1.48 \pm 0.08 \pm 0.04)\times 10^{-2}}$ and $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0\eta)/\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0)={(2.73\pm 0.06\pm 0.13)\times 10^{-1}}$. Combining with the world average $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0)$, we have the absolute branching fractions: $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0K_S^0) = {(2.35\pm 0.12\pm 0.07 \pm 0.12 )\times 10^{-4}}$ and $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0\eta) = {(4.35\pm 0.10\pm 0.20 \pm 0.22 )\times 10^{-3}}$. The first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively, while the third ones arise from the uncertainty on $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0)$. The mode $\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0K_S^0$ is observed for the first time and has a statistical significance of $>\!10\sigma$. The branching fraction of $\Lambda_c^+\to{}pK_S^0\eta$ has been measured with a threefold improvement in precision over previous results and is found to be consistent with the world average., Comment: 8 pages, 4 figures, accepted by Phys. Abstract: We report a measurement of cumulants and correlation functions of event-by-event proton multiplicity distributions from fixed-target Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 3 GeV measured by the STAR experiment. Protons are identified within the rapidity ($y$) and transverse momentum ($p_{\rm T}$) region $-0.9 < y<0$ and $0.4 < p_{\rm T} <2.0 $ GeV/$c$ in the center-of-mass frame. A systematic analysis of the proton cumulants and correlation functions up to sixth-order as well as the corresponding ratios as a function of the collision centrality, $p_{\rm T}$, and $y$ are presented. The effect of pileup and initial volume fluctuations on these observables and the respective corrections are discussed in detail. The results are compared to calculations from the hadronic transport UrQMD model as well as a hydrodynamic model. In the most central 5\% collisions, the value of proton cumulant ratio $C_4/C_2$ is negative, drastically different from the values observed in Au+Au collisions at higher energies. Abstract: We present high angular-resolution measurements of the thermal Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect (SZE) toward two galaxy clusters, RCS J2319+0038 at z=0.9 and HSC J0947-0119 at z=1.1, by the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) in Band 3. They are supplemented with available Chandra X-ray data, optical data taken by Hyper Suprime-Cam on Subaru, and millimeter-wave SZE data from the Atacama Cosmology Telescope. Taking into account departures from spherical symmetry, we have reconstructed non-parametrically the inner pressure profile of two clusters as well as electron temperature and density profiles for RCS J2319+0038. This is one of the first such measurements for an individual cluster at $z \gtrsim 0.9$. We find that the inner pressure profile of both clusters is much shallower than that of local cool-core clusters. Our results consistently suggest that RCS J2319+0038 hosts a weak cool core, where radiative cooling is less significant than in local cool cores. On the other hand, HSC J0947-0119 exhibits an even shallower pressure profile than RCS J2319+0038 and is more likely a non-cool-core cluster. The SZE centroid position is offset by more than 140 $h_{70}^{-1}$kpc from the peaks of galaxy distribution in HSC J0947-0119, suggesting a stronger influence of mergers in this cluster. Abstract: Abstract Adverse neonatal outcomes are a prevailing risk factor for both short- and long-term mortality and morbidity in infants. Given the importance of these outcomes, refining their assessment is paramount for improving prevention and care. Here we aim to enhance the assessment of these often correlated and multifaceted neonatal outcomes. To achieve this, we employ factor analysis to identify common and unique effects and further confirm these effects using criterion-related validity testing. This validation leverages methylome-wide profiles from neonatal blood. Specifically, we investigate nine neonatal health risk variables, including gestational age, Apgar score, three indicators of body size, jaundice, birth diagnosis, maternal preeclampsia, and maternal age. The methylomic profiles used for this research capture data from nearly all 28 million methylation sites in human blood, derived from the blood spot collected from 333 neonates, within 72 h post-birth. Our factor analysis revealed two common factors, size factor, that captured the shared effects of weight, head size, height, and gestational age and disease factor capturing the orthogonal shared effects of gestational age, combined with jaundice and birth diagnosis. To minimize false positives in the validation studies, validation was limited to variables with significant cumulative association as estimated through an in-sample replication procedure. This screening resulted in that the two common factors and the unique effects for gestational age, jaundice and Apgar were further investigated with full-scale cell-type specific methylome-wide association analyses. Highly significant, cell-type specific, associations were detected for both common effect factors and for Apgar. Gene Ontology analyses revealed multiple significant biologically relevant terms for the five fully investigated neonatal health risk variables. Given the established links between adverse neonatal outcomes and both immediate and long-term health, the distinct factor effects (representing the common and unique effects of the risk variables) and their biological profiles confirmed in our work, suggest their potential role as clinical biomarkers for assessing health risks and enhancing personalized care.

Patients were divided into mild acute pancreatitis (MAP) or moderate-severe acute pancreatitis and severe acute pancreatitis (MSAP+SAP) groups. Independent predictors for progression to MSAP or SAP were identified through univariate analysis and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression. A nomogram was established through multivariate logistic regression analysis to predict this progression. The calibration, receiver operating characteristic(ROC), and clinical decision curves were employed to evaluate the model’s consistency, differentiation, and clinical applicability. Clinical data of 93 patients with first-episode HLAP who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from October 2015 to October 2022 were collected for external validation.Results: White blood cell count, lactate dehydrogenase, albumin, serum creatinine, serum calcium, D-Dimer were identified as independent predictors for progression to MSAP or SAP in patients with HLAP and used to establish a predictive nomogram. The internally verified Harrell consistency index (C-index) was 0.908 (95% CI 0.867– 0.948) and the externally verified C-index was 0.950 (95% CI 0.910– 0.990). The optimum NLR threshold for predicting survival outcomes was determined through the maximally selected rank statistics. Restricted cubic spline (RCS), weighted Cox proportional hazard regression, stratified analyses, and time-dependent receiver-operating characteristic curve (ROC) were employed to delineate the prospective correlations of the NLR with both all-cause and cardiovascular mortality.Results: In this investigation, a cohort comprising 2581 patients diagnosed with DKD was examined, encompassing 624 individuals with a higher NLR (≥ 3.07) and 1957 subjects with a lower NLR (< 3.07). Over a median follow-up of 79 months (interquartile range, 44– 128 months), 1103 deaths occurred, including 397 from cardiovascular causes and 706 from non-cardiovascular causes. The RCS analysis elucidated the positive linear correlation (both nonlinear P > 0.05). In the multivariable analyses, each one-unit increase in the NLR value was correlated with a 51% increased risk of all-cause mortality (1.51(1.28, 1.77)) and a 71% increased risk of cardiovascular mortality (1.71(1.32, 2.21)). The results were largely consistent across stratified analyses encompassing variables such as age, sex, race/ethnicity, marital status, family income, education levels, BMI, drinking status, smoking status, hypertension, CVD, and anti-infective drugs (P for interaction > 0.05 for all). We report the first emergence of a carbapenem-resistant S. enterica serovar London strain, A132, carrying the blaNDM-5 gene in China. Whole-genome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis assigned A132 to be ST155, a multidrug-resistant clone frequently reported in China. The strain A132 exhibited resistance to multiple antibiotics, with 20 acquired antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) identified, predominantly located on the IncFIB plasmid (pA132-1-NDM). Notably, the blaNDM-5 gene was located within an IS 26 flanked-class 1 integron-ISCR1 complex, comprising two genetic cassettes. One cassette is the class 1 integron, which may facilitate the transmission of the entire complex, while the other is the blaNDM-5-containing ISCR1-IS 26-flanked cassette, carrying multiple other ARGs. Genbank database search based on the blaNDM-5-carrying cassette identified a similar genetic context found in transmissible IncFIA plasmids from Escherichia coli (p91) and Enterobacter hormaechei (p388) with a shared host range, suggesting the potential for cross-species transmission of blaNDM-5. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of Salmonella serovar London ST155 harboring blaNDM-5 gene. Phylogenetic analysis indicated a close relationship between A132 and eight S. London ST155 strains isolated from the same province. However, A132 differed by carrying the blaNDM-5 gene and four unique ARGs. Adjustment of the conventional adjuvant chemotherapy doses affect the prognosis and may affect the efficacy of subsequent treatments. This study investigated whether the survival benefit of the SYSUCC-001 trial was affected by dose adjustment of the standard adjuvant chemotherapy or not.Patients and Methods: We reviewed the adjuvant chemotherapy regimens before the extended capecitabine in the SYSUCC-001 trial. Patients were classified into “consistent” (standard acceptable dose) and “inconsistent” (doses lower than acceptable dose) dose based on the minimum acceptable dose range in the landmark clinical trials. Cox proportional hazards model was used to investigate the impact of dose on the survival outcomes.Results: All 434 patients in SYSUCC-001 trial were enrolled in this study. Most of patients administered the anthracycline-taxane regimen accounted for 88.94%. Among patients in the “inconsistent” dose, 60.8% and 47% received lower doses of anthracycline and taxane separately. In the observation group, the “inconsistent” dose of anthracycline and taxane did not affect DFS compared with the “consistent” dose. Moreover, in the capecitabine group, the “inconsistent” anthracycline dose did not affect DFS compared with the “consistent” dose. However, patients with “consistent” taxane doses benefited significantly from extended capecitabine (P=0.014). The sufficient dose of adjuvant taxane had a positive effect of extended capecitabine (hazard ratio [HR] 2.04; 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.02 to 4.06).Conclusion: This study found the dose reduction of adjuvant taxane might negatively impact the efficacy of capecitabine. However, the therapeutic efficacy of natural hucMSC-sEVs is currently limited owing to their non-specific distribution in vivo and partial removal by mononuclear macrophages following systemic delivery. Thus, the therapeutic efficacy can be improved through the development of engineered hucMSC-sEVs capable to overcome these limitations.Patients and Methods: To improve the anti-liver fibrosis efficacy of hucMSC-sEVs, we genetically engineered hucMSC-sEVs to overexpress the anti-fibrotic gene bone morphogenic protein 7 (BMP7) in parental cells. This was achieved using lentiviral transfection, following which BMP7-loaded hucMSC-sEVs were isolated through ultracentrifugation. First, the liver fibrosis was induced in C57BL/6J mice by intraperitoneal injection of 50% carbon tetrachloride (CCL4) twice a week for 8 weeks. These mice were subsequently treated with BMP7+sEVs via tail vein injection, and the anti-liver fibrosis effect of BMP7+sEVs was validated using small animal in vivo imaging, immunohistochemistry (IHC), tissue immunofluorescence, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Finally, cell function studies were performed to confirm the in vivo results.Results: Liver imaging and liver histopathology confirmed that the engineered hucMSC-sEVs could reach the liver of mice and aggregate around activated hepatic stellate cells (aHSCs) with a significantly stronger anti-liver fibrosis effect of BMP7-loaded hucMSC-sEVs compared to those of blank or negative control-transfected hucMSC-sEVs. In vitro, BMP7-loaded hucMSC-sEVs promoted the phenotypic reversal of aHSCs and inhibited their proliferation to enhance the anti-fibrotic effects.Conclusion: These engineered BMP7-loaded hucMSC-sEVs offer a novel and promising strategy for the clinical treatment of liver fibrosis. This study, aimed to comprehensively analyze the Multifaceted Landscape of Pediatric Insights into Prevalence, Severity, and Coexisting Conditions. With a sample of 1928 participants, our study sought to determine the prevalence, severity, and associations between OSA and diverse conditions.Methods: Conducted retrospectively from February 2019 to April 2023, the study included pediatric patients. Data were collected through electronic health records, involving clinical assessments, medical histories, and diagnostic tests to establish OSA and coexisting condition diagnoses. Relationships between sleep parameters, apnea types, and severity indices were evaluated.Results: High OSA prevalence was evident across age groups, with severity peaking between 3 to 12 years. Among the participants, coexisting conditions included allergic rhinitis (59.6%), tonsillar hypertrophy (49.7%), adenoid hypertrophy (28.4%), and obesity (15.3%). Analysis revealed intriguing relationships between different sleep parameters and apnea types. Notable associations were observed between Obstructive Apnea (OA) and Central Apnea (CA), and Mixed Apnea (MA) displayed associations with both OA and CA. Hypopnea correlated directly with the Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI), reflecting its role in OSA severity.Conclusion: This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the intricate dynamics between pediatric OSA and coexisting conditions. The prevalence of OSA and its coexistence with various conditions underscore the need for comprehensive evaluation and management strategies. By revealing associations between different sleep parameters and apnea types, the study emphasizes the complexity of OSA diagnosis and management. This study aims to evaluate the levels and explore the associated factors with KAP on antibiotic use and AMR in Chinese nursing students.Methods: A cross-sectional survey using a self-administered questionnaire consisting of demographics and selected features and KAP on antibiotic use and AMR was conducted to measure KAP levels among nursing students at various universities in Hubei Province, China. The logistic regression analyses were performed to analyze the potential factors associated with the KAP.Results: The survey eventually included a total of 1959 nursing students. The mean scores for KAP were 57.89 ± 26.32, 55.00 ± 12.50, and 71.88 ± 15.63, respectively. Regarding knowledge, 54.3% of participants were unaware that antibiotic was ineffective against viral infections. Regarding attitude, 36% of participants agreed that current antibiotic abuse existed; 96.2% of participants thought it necessary to set up a special course on antibiotics. Regarding practice, only 48.4% of participants usually purchased antibiotics with a prescription. Multivariable analyses indicated that lack of discussion on AMR in school courses was an independent risk factor against KAP, respectively. The main knowledge sources of antibiotic being outside the classroom was an independent risk factor related to knowledge and practice. The average score > 80 points was an independent protective factor related to knowledge and practice.Conclusion: The KAP level on antibiotic use and AMR among Hubei nursing students was general and required further strengthening. Nursing students with risk factors should be prioritized in educational interventions. This study aims to investigate the diagnostic value of droplet digital polymerase chain reaction(ddPCR) in combination with conventional inflammatory markers [interleukin-6(IL-6) and procalcitonin(PCT)] concerning disease progression and treatment prognosis in BSI patients. Furthermore, the study aims to explore a more efficient clinical application strategy.Patients and Methods: This prospective case seried study centers on 176 patients suspected of or confirmed with BSI. Blood samples were collected to extract nucleic acids for identifying pathogens (bacteria, fungi, and viruses) and determining copy loads via ddPCR.Results: The sensitivity of ddPCR was markedly higher compared to the culture method (74.71% vs 31.03%). A positive correlation existed between bacterial load and levels of inflammatory markers [IL-6 (P= 0.0182), PCT (P= 0.0029), and CRP (P= 0.0005)]. In suspected BSI cases, the combination of ddPCR and inflammatory markers could predict sepsis risk [ROC: Area under the curve(AUC)=0.6071, P= 0.0383]. Within confirmed BSI patients, the ddPCR bacterial load of those with SOFA< 7 was lower than that of the SOFA≥ 7 (P= 0.0334). ddPCR (OR: 1.789, P= 0.035) monitoring combined with PCT (OR: 1.787, P= 0.035) holded predictive value for SOFA progression (AUC=0.7913, P= 0.0003). Similarly, BSI survivors displayed a lower burden than non-survivors (P= 0.0170). Additionally, ddPCR combinated with IL-6 provided a more accurate and expedited insight into clinical outcomes prediction for BSI confirmed patients (AUC=0.7352, P= 0.0030). Serial monitoring of bacterial load by ddPCR effectively mirrored the clinical course of BSI in patients. Notably, patients with positive ddPCR virus infection exhibited significantly reduced lymphocyte counts (P= 0.0003).Conclusion: In a clinical context, qualitative ddPCR results and quantitative continuous monitoring can more precisely assess sepsis progression and treatment prognosis in BSI patients. The advent of metagenomics has linked R. gnavus with various diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), obesity, and diabetes mellitus (DM), which has become a growing area of investigation. The initial focus of research primarily centered on assessing the abundance of R. gnavus and its potential association with disease presentation, taking into account variations in sample size, sequencing and analysis methods. However, recent investigations have shifted towards elucidating the underlying mechanistic pathways through which R. gnavus may contribute to disease manifestation. In this comprehensive review, we aim to provide an updated synthesis of the current literature on R. gnavus in the context of IBD, obesity, and DM. We critically analyze relevant studies and summarize the potential molecular mediators implicated in the association between R. gnavus and these diseases. Across numerous studies, various molecules such as methylation-controlled J (MCJ), glucopolysaccharides, ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), interleukin(IL)-10, IL-17, and capric acid have been proposed as potential contributors to the link between R. gnavus and IBD. Similarly, in the realm of obesity, molecules such as hydrogen peroxide, butyrate, and UDCA have been suggested as potential mediators, while glycine ursodeoxycholic acid (GUDCA) has been implicated in the connection between R. gnavus and DM. Furthermore, it is imperative to emphasize the necessity for additional studies to evaluate the potential efficacy of targeting pathways associated with R. gnavus as a viable strategy for managing these diseases. These findings have significantly expanded our understanding of the functional role of R. gnavus in the context of IBD, obesity, and DM. This review aims to offer updated insights into the role and potential mechanisms of R. gnavus, as well as potential strategies for the treatment of these diseases. Recently, research interest has increased in developing wound dressings containing bioactive compounds capable of improving outcomes for complex healing needs.Methods: In this study, Puerarin-loaded nanoparticles (Pue-NPs) were prepared using the cell-penetrating peptide-poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (CPP-PLGA) as a drug carrier by the emulsified solvent evaporation method. Then, they were added into poly (acrylic acid) to obtain a self-assembled nanocomposite hydrogels (SANHs) drug delivery system using the co-polymerization method. The particle size, zeta potential, and micromorphology of Pue-NPs were measured; the appearance, mechanical properties, adhesive strength, and biological activity of SANHs were performed. Finally, the potential of SANHs for wound healing was further evaluated in streptozotocin-induced diabetic mice.Results: Pue-NPs were regularly spherical, with an average particle size of 134.57 ± 1.42 nm and a zeta potential of 2.14 ± 0.78 mV. SANHs was colorless and transparent with a honeycomb-like porous structure and had an excellent swelling ratio (917%), water vapor transmission rate (3077 g·m− 2·day− 1), mechanical properties (Young’s modulus of 18 kPa, elongation at break of 307%), and adhesive strength (15.5 kPa). SANHs exhibited sustained release of Pue over 48h, with a cumulative release of 55.60 ± 6.01%. In vitro tests revealed that the SANHs presented a 92.22% antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli after 4h, and a 61.91% scavenging rate of 1.1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH) radical. In vivo experiments showed that SANHs accelerated wound repair by reducing the inflammatory response at the wound site, promoting angiogenesis, and facilitating epidermal regeneration and collagen deposition.Conclusion: In conclusion, we successfully prepared SANHs. Our results show that SANHs have excellent performance and improves wound healing in diabetic mice model, indicating that it can be used to develop an effective strategy for the treatment of diabetic wounds. Abstract: We present the first measurements of transverse momentum spectra of $\pi^{\pm}$, $K^{\pm}$, $p(\bar{p})$ at midrapidity ($|y| < 0.1$) in U+U collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 193 GeV with the STAR detector at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC). The centrality dependence of particle yields, average transverse momenta, particle ratios and kinetic freeze-out parameters are discussed. The results are compared with the published results from Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}} =$ 200 GeV in STAR. Abstract: Vortices are topological defects of type-II superconductors in an external magnetic field. In a similar fashion to a quantum anomalous Hall insulator, quantum anomalous vortex (QAV) spontaneously nucleates due to orbital-and-spin exchange interaction between vortex core states and magnetic impurity moment, breaking time-reversal symmetry (TRS) of the vortex without an external field. Here, we used scanning superconducting quantum interference device microscopy (sSQUID) to search for its signatures in iron-chalcogenide superconductor Fe(Se,Te). Under zero magnetic field, we found a stochastic distribution of isolated anomalous vortices and antivortices with flux quanta $\Phi_0$. By applying a small local magnetic field under the coil of the nano-SQUID device, we observed hysteretic flipping of the vortices reminiscent of the switching of ferromagnetic domains, suggesting locally broken-TRS. We further showed vectorial rotation of a flux line linking a paired vortex-antivortex with the local field. These unique properties of the anomalous vortices satisfied the defining criteria of QAV. Our observation suggests a quantum vortex phase with spontaneous broken-TRS in a high-temperature superconductor.

Abstract: A dark leptophilic scalar $(\phi_L)$ is a hypothetical particle that couples only to leptons rather than quarks. We report on a search for $\phi_L$ in the $e^+e^- \to \tau^+ \tau^- \phi_L, ~\phi_L \to \ell^+ \ell^- ~(\ell = e, \mu)$ process using 626~\invfb of data collected by the Belle experiment near the \Y4S resonance. We validate the backgrounds with multiple control regions in data, using a novel multiclass multivariate event classifier. In absence of a signal, we quote upper limits at the 90\% confidence level on the coupling between $\phi_L$ and leptons. Our bounds, obtained in a blinded approach, are 19\% more constraining than the previous limits, averaged over the mass range $0.04 \leq m_{\phi_L} \leq 6.5~\gev$. We exclude the parameter space below 4~\gev favored by measurement of the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon., Comment: 8 pages, 7 figures

Abstract: We present a search for electron-recoil signatures from the charged-current absorption of fermionic dark matter using the EXO-200 detector. We report an average electron recoil background rate of $6.8 \times 10^{-4}\, \mathrm{cts}\,\mathrm{kg}^{-1}\mathrm{yr}^{-1}\mathrm{keV}^{-1}$ above $4\,\mathrm{MeV}$ and find no statistically significant excess over our background projection. Using a total ${}^{136}\mathrm{Xe}$ exposure of $234.1\,\mathrm{kg}\,\mathrm{yr}$ we exclude new parameter space for the charged-current absorption cross-section for dark matter masses between $m_\chi = 2.6\,\mathrm{MeV} - 11.6\,\mathrm{MeV}$ with a minimum of $6\times 10^{-51}\,\mathrm{cm}^2$ at $8.3\,\mathrm{MeV}$ at the $90\%$ confidence level., Comment: 9 pages, 6 figures, 1 table

Abstract: Measurements of mass and $\Lambda$ binding energy of $\rm ^4_{\Lambda}H$ and $\rm ^4_{\Lambda}He$ in Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{_{\rm NN}}}=3$ GeV are presented, with an aim to address the charge symmetry breaking (CSB) problem in hypernuclei systems with atomic number A = 4. The $\Lambda$ binding energies are measured to be $\rm 2.22\pm0.06(stat.) \pm0.14(syst.)$ MeV and $\rm 2.38\pm0.13(stat.) \pm0.12(syst.)$ MeV for $\rm ^4_{\Lambda}H$ and $\rm ^4_{\Lambda}He$, respectively. The measured $\Lambda$ binding-energy difference is $\rm 0.16\pm0.14(stat.)\pm0.10(syst.)$ MeV for ground states. Combined with the $\gamma$-ray transition energies, the binding-energy difference for excited states is $\rm -0.16\pm0.14(stat.)\pm0.10(syst.)$ MeV, which is negative and comparable to the value of the ground states within uncertainties. These new measurements on the $\Lambda$ binding-energy difference in A = 4 hypernuclei systems are consistent with the theoretical calculations that result in $\rm \Delta B_{\Lambda}^4(1_{exc}^{+})\approx -\Delta B_{\Lambda}^4(0_{g.s.}^{+})<0$ and present a new method for the study of CSB effect using relativistic heavy-ion collisions., Comment: 8 pages, 5 figures

Abstract: The STAR Collaboration reports measurements of the transverse single-spin asymmetries, $A_N$, for inclusive jets and identified `hadrons within jets' production at midrapidity from transversely polarized $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 200 GeV, based on data recorded in 2012 and 2015. The inclusive jet asymmetry measurements include $A_N$ for inclusive jets and $A_N$ for jets containing a charged pion carrying a momentum fraction $z>0.3$ of the jet momentum. The identified hadron within jet asymmetry measurements include the Collins effect for charged pions, kaons and protons, and the Collins-like effect for charged pions. The measured asymmetries are determined for several distinct kinematic regions, characterized by the jet transverse momentum $p_{T}$ and pseudorapidity $\eta$, as well as the hadron momentum fraction $z$ and momentum transverse to the jet axis $j_{T}$. These results probe higher momentum scales ($Q^{2}$ up to $\sim$\,900 GeV$^{2}$) than current, semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering measurements, and they provide new constraints on quark transversity in the proton and enable tests of evolution, universality and factorization breaking in the transverse-momentum-dependent formalism., Comment: 24 pages, 24 figures, Accepted by PRD

Abstract: Azimuthal anisotropy of produced particles is one of the most important observables used to access the collective properties of the expanding medium created in relativistic heavy-ion collisions. In this paper, we present second ($v_{2}$) and third ($v_{3}$) order azimuthal anisotropies of $K_{S}^{0}$, $\phi$, $\Lambda$, $\Xi$ and $\Omega$ at mid-rapidity ($|y|<$1) in Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\text{NN}}}$ = 54.4 GeV measured by the STAR detector. The $v_{2}$ and $v_{3}$ are measured as a function of transverse momentum and centrality. Their energy dependence is also studied. $v_{3}$ is found to be more sensitive to the change in the center-of-mass energy than $v_{2}$. Scaling by constituent quark number is found to hold for $v_{2}$ within 10%. This observation could be evidence for the development of partonic collectivity in 54.4 GeV Au+Au collisions. Differences in $v_{2}$ and $v_{3}$ between baryons and anti-baryons are presented, and ratios of $v_{3}$/$v_{2}^{3/2}$ are studied and motivated by hydrodynamical calculations. The ratio of $v_{2}$ of $\phi$ mesons to that of anti-protons ($v_{2}(\phi)/v_{2}(\bar{p})$) shows centrality dependence at low transverse momentum, presumably resulting from the larger effects from hadronic interactions on anti-proton $v_{2}$., Comment: 12 pages, 14 figures

Abstract: This paper reports results from a search for single and multi-nucleon disappearance from the $^{16}$O nucleus in water within the \snoplus{} detector using all of the available data. These so-called "invisible" decays do not directly deposit energy within the detector but are instead detected through their subsequent nuclear de-excitation and gamma-ray emission. New limits are given for the partial lifetimes: $\tau(n\rightarrow inv) > 9.0\times10^{29}$ years, $\tau(p\rightarrow inv) > 9.6\times10^{29}$ years, $\tau(nn\rightarrow inv) > 1.5\times10^{28}$ years, $\tau(np\rightarrow inv) > 6.0\times10^{28}$ years, and $\tau(pp\rightarrow inv) > 1.1\times10^{29}$ years at 90\% Bayesian credibility level (with a prior uniform in rate). All but the ($nn\rightarrow inv$) results improve on existing limits by a factor of about 3.

Abstract: Two-particle correlation measurements projected onto two-dimensional, transverse rapidity coordinates ($y_{T1},y_{T2}$), allow access to dynamical properties of the QCD medium produced in relativistic heavy-ion collisions that angular correlation measurements are not sensitive to. We report non-identified charged-particle correlations for Au + Au minimum-bias collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 200 GeV taken by the STAR experiment at the Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collider (RHIC). Correlations are presented as 2D functions of transverse rapidity for like-sign, unlike-sign and all charged-particle pairs, as well as for particle pairs whose relative azimuthal angles lie on the near-side, the away-side, or at all relative azimuth. The correlations are constructed using charged particles with transverse momentum $p_T \geq 0.15$ GeV/$c$, pseudorapidity from $-$1 to 1, and azimuthal angles from $-\pi$ to $\pi$. The significant correlation structures that are observed evolve smoothly with collision centrality. The major correlation features include a saddle shape plus a broad peak with maximum near $y_T \approx 3$, corresponding to $p_T \approx$ 1.5 GeV/$c$. The broad peak is observed in both like- and unlike-sign charge combinations and in near- and away-side relative azimuthal angles. The all-charge, all-azimuth correlation measurements are compared with the theoretical predictions of {\sc hijing} and {\sc epos}. The results indicate that the correlations for peripheral to mid-central collisions can be approximately described as a superposition of nucleon + nucleon collisions with minimal effects from the QCD medium. Strong medium effects are indicated in mid- to most-central collisions.

Abstract: Notwithstanding decades of progress since Yukawa first developed a description of the force between nucleons in terms of meson exchange, a full understanding of the strong interaction remains a major challenge in modern science. One remaining difficulty arises from the non-perturbative nature of the strong force, which leads to the phenomenon of quark confinement at distances on the order of the size of the proton. Here we show that in relativistic heavy-ion collisions, where quarks and gluons are set free over an extended volume, two species of produced vector (spin-1) mesons, namely $\phi$ and $K^{*0}$, emerge with a surprising pattern of global spin alignment. In particular, the global spin alignment for $\phi$ is unexpectedly large, while that for $K^{*0}$ is consistent with zero. The observed spin-alignment pattern and magnitude for the $\phi$ cannot be explained by conventional mechanisms, while a model with a connection to strong force fields, i.e. an effective proxy description within the Standard Model and Quantum Chromodynamics, accommodates the current data. This connection, if fully established, will open a potential new avenue for studying the behaviour of strong force fields.

Abstract: A linearly polarized photon can be quantized from the Lorentz-boosted electromagnetic field of a nucleus traveling at ultra-relativistic speed. When two relativistic heavy nuclei pass one another at a distance of a few nuclear radii, the photon from one nucleus may interact through a virtual quark-antiquark pair with gluons from the other nucleus forming a short-lived vector meson (e.g. ${\rho^0}$). In this experiment, the polarization was utilized in diffractive photoproduction to observe a unique spin interference pattern in the angular distribution of ${\rho^0\rightarrow\pi^+\pi^-}$ decays. The observed interference is a result of an overlap of two wave functions at a distance an order of magnitude larger than the ${\rho^0}$ travel distance within its lifetime. The strong-interaction nuclear radii were extracted from these diffractive interactions, and found to be $6.53\pm 0.06$ fm ($^{197} {\rm Au }$) and $7.29\pm 0.08$ fm ($^{238} {\rm U}$), larger than the nuclear charge radii. The observable is demonstrated to be sensitive to the nuclear geometry and quantum interference of non-identical particles.

Abstract: Accessibility to participation in the high energy physics community can be impeded by many barriers. These barriers must be acknowledged and addressed to make access more equitable in the future. An accessibility survey, the Snowmass Summer Study attendance survey, and an improved accessibility survey were sent to the Snowmass2021 community. Abstract: We present high-precision measurements of elliptic, triangular, and quadrangular flow $v_{2}$, $v_{3}$, and $v_{4}$, respectively, at midrapidity ($|\eta|<1.0$) for identified hadrons $\pi$, $p$, $K$, $\varphi$, $K_s$, $\Lambda$ as a function of centrality and transverse momentum in Au+Au collisions at the center-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}=$ 200 GeV. We observe similar $v_{n}$ trends between light and strange mesons which indicates that the heavier strange quarks flow as strongly as the lighter up and down quarks. The number-of-constituent-quark scaling for $v_{2}$, $v_{3}$, and $v_{4}$ is found to hold within statistical uncertainty for 0-10$\%$, 10-40$\%$ and 40-80$\%$ collision centrality intervals. The results are compared to several viscous hydrodynamic calculations with varying initial conditions, and could serve as an additional constraint to the development of hydrodynamic models., Comment: 15 pages, 11 figures, submitted for publication

We employed the chi-square test to examine ESBL risk factors and utilized propensity score matching (PSM) to negate baseline confounding factors, assessing economic burden through disability-adjusted life years (DALYs), hospital costs and productivity losses. We employed mediation analysis to eliminate confounding factors and better identify ESBL sources of burden related.Results: We found 166 ESBL-EC/KP BSI patients (52.2% of the total examined 318 patients). Post-PSM analysis revealed that ESBL-producing EC/KP will reduce the effectiveness of empirical medication by 19.8%, extend the total length of hospitalization by an average of 3 days, and increase the patient’s financial burden by US&dollar;2047. No significant disparity was found in overall mortality and mean DALYs between the groups. Mediation analysis showed that the link between ESBL and hospital costs is predominantly, if not entirely, influenced by the appropriateness of empirical antibiotic treatment and length of hospital stay.Conclusion: Patients with BSI due to ESBL-producing ESBL-EK incur higher costs compared to those with non-ESBL-EK BSI. This cost disparity is rooted in varying rates of effective empirical antimicrobial therapy and differences in hospital stay durations. Cytoscape software was used to establish the interaction network. R package clusterProfiler was utilized for Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis. The molecular docking analysis of target proteins and the corresponding active pharmaceutical ingredients in the core position of the interaction network was conducted. Then, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of a potential active substance and its key targets were performed. The binding efficiency of EGFR and luteolin, HIF1A and diosgenin was detected by cellular thermal shift assay (CETSA), and protein expression was measured by Western blot. CCK-8 was used to detect cell activity.Results: A total of 153 active ingredients, 127 targets and 362 IP-related genes were obtained. KEGG enrichment analysis identified IP-related signaling pathways including HIF-1 signaling pathway and TNF signaling pathway. The two key components luteolin and diosgenin stably bound to the key targets EGFR and HIF1A. Cell experiments further showed that EGFR and luteolin, HIF1A and diosgenin bound to exert anti-fibrotic effects.Conclusion: As an active ingredient of QRHJ decoction, luteolin and diosgenin may exert therapeutic effect on IP through binding to the key target EGFR and HIF1A. The aim of this study was to analyse the 5-year relative cancer survival rate in southeastern China, between 2011 and 2021.Patients and Methods: We utilised population-based statistics from 12 cancer registries in Fujian, China. Study population data were up to date as of Dec 31, 2019, and survival outcome status was updated as of Dec 31, 2021. We used the ICD-10 and the ICD-O-3 to categorize all cancer cases. We analysed the 5-year relative survival for cancers combined and different cancer types stratified by sex, urban and rural areas, and age. Survival estimates were stratified according to calendar period (2011– 13, 2014– 15, 2016– 18 and 2019– 21).Results: Ultimately, a total of 160,294 cancer patients were enrolled in the study. In 2011– 13, 2014– 15, 2016– 18 and 2019– 21, the age-standardised 5-year relative survival for cancers combined were 29.1% (95% CI: 28.6– 29.7), 31.5% (95% CI: 31.0– 32.0), 36.8% (95% CI: 36.4– 37.3) and 39.1% (95% CI: 38.7– 39.6), respectively. The age-standardised 5-year relative survival for lung, prostate, larynx, colon-rectum, kidney and bone cancers increased 4.3%, 4.0%, 3.8%, 3.4%, 3.4% and 2.70%, respectively. Cancers with high 5-year relative survival rates (> 60%) in 2019– 21 included thyroid, testis, breast, bladder, cervix, prostate and uterus cancers. The 5-year survival rates in 2019– 2021 was higher for females than for males (47.8% vs 32.0%) and higher in urban areas than in rural areas (41.7% vs 37.1%). Relative survival rates decreased with increasing age.Conclusion: The 5-year cancer survival in Fujian Province increased between 2011 and 2021 but remained at a low level. However, the association between temperature changes and coronary artery disease (CAD) is not well documented. This study aimed to explore the association between daily mean temperature and daily CAD hospital admissions on the southeast coast of China (Fuzhou City).Methods: A total of 1883 CAD patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention between 2017 and 2019 were obtained. The severity of CAD was evaluated by the Gensini score. Distributed lag non-linear model (DLNM) combined with a quasi-Poisson regression model was used to examine the delayed effect between daily mean temperature and daily CAD hospital admissions. Stratified analyses were performed by Gensini score and severity of lesions. The relative risk (RR) with a 95% confidence interval (CI) was used to assess the relationship.Results: Extreme cold (8°C) (RR=0.49, 95% CI: 0.25– 0.99) and moderate cold (10°C) (RR=0.56, 95% CI: 0.31– 0.99) daily mean temperature with a lag of 0– 20 days were correlated with lower risk of daily CAD hospital admissions. Moderate heat (30°C) (RR=1.80, 95% CI: 1.01– 3.20) and extreme heat (32°C) (RR=2.02, 95% CI: 1.01– 4.04) daily mean temperature with a lag of 0– 20 days related to a higher risk of daily CAD hospital admissions. Similar results were observed for daily mean temperature with a lag of 0– 25 days. Stratified analysis showed the lagged effect of daily mean temperature (lag 0, 0– 5, 0– 15, 0– 20, and 0– 25 days) on the daily CAD hospital admissions was observed only in patients with a Gensini score ≤ 39 (tertile 1).Conclusion: Cold temperatures may have a protective effect on daily CAD hospital admissions in the Fuzhou area, whereas hot temperatures can have an adverse effect.Keywords: temperature, coronary artery disease, gensini score, daily admissions, lag effect

It was formed through two rounds of expert consultations using the Delphi method. A survey of 657 parents of children with epilepsy, who were admitted to the neurology department or examined in the neuro-electrophysiological outpatient department of Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center, using the pilot scale was conducted from October 2021 to January 2022 to test the reliability and validity of the scale questionnaire. The content validity of the scale questionnaire was assessed by consulting 20 neurology nursing, neurology clinician, and nursing education experts. Numbers, percentages, t-test, correlation analysis, Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient and factor analysis were used for data analysis.Results: The MLSPCE included 34 items in four dimensions. Ten factors were drawn from the explorative factor analysis, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 62.32%. The content validity index of each item on the 34-item scale was between 0.81 and 1.0, and the scale-content validity index/ average was 0.97. The correlation coefficient between each item and its dimension was between 0.399 and 0.760, the correlation coefficients between dimensions were between 0.150 and 0.382, and the correlation coefficients between each dimension and the total scale were between 0.390 and 0.845. Differences for all comparisons were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for the total scale was 0.864, and the split-half reliability of the total scale was 0.923.Conclusion: All the statistical procedures performed in the validity and reliability stages of the study showed that MLSPCE is a valid and reliable tool for measuring medication literacy among Chinese parents of children with epilepsy.Keywords: epilepsy in children, medication literacy, scale development, reliability test, validity test

Similarly, when comparing the pre-operation and one-month post-operation results, there is also a significant difference in both the SAS scale (P< 0.05) and the SDS scale (P< 0.05). However, when comparing the one-week post-operation and one-month post-operation results, there is no significant difference in either the SAS scale (P> 0.05) or the SDS scale (P> 0.05). Moving on to the comparison between the pre-operation results and the national norm level, there is a significant difference in both the SAS scale (P< 0.05) and the SDS scale (P< 0.05). When comparing the one-week post-operation results and the national norm level, there is a significant difference in the SAS scale (P< 0.05). Similarly, when comparing the one-month post-operation results and the national norm level, there is a significant difference in the SAS scale (P< 0.05).Conclusion: After undergoing ICL implantation surgery, patients typically experience a notable decrease in anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) scales. These improvements gradually stabilize and enhance during the postoperative recovery period. Abstract: Many low-threshold experiments observe sharply rising event rates of yet unknown origins below a few hundred eV, and larger than expected from known backgrounds. Due to the significant impact of this excess on the dark matter or neutrino sensitivity of these experiments, a collective effort has been started to share the knowledge about the individual observations. For this, the EXCESS Workshop was initiated. In its first iteration in June 2021, ten rare event search collaborations contributed to this initiative via talks and discussions. The contributing collaborations were CONNIE, CRESST, DAMIC, EDELWEISS, MINER, NEWS-G, NUCLEUS, RICOCHET, SENSEI and SuperCDMS. They presented data about their observed energy spectra and known backgrounds together with details about the respective measurements. In this paper, we summarize the presented information and give a comprehensive overview of the similarities and differences between the distinct measurements. Abstract: Elliptic flow measurements from two-, four- and six-particle correlations are used to investigate flow fluctuations in collisions of U+U at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$= 193 GeV, Cu+Au at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$= 200 GeV and Au+Au spanning the range $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$= 11.5 - 200 GeV. The measurements show a strong dependence of the flow fluctuations on collision centrality, a modest dependence on system size, and very little if any, dependence on particle species and beam energy. The results, when compared to similar LHC measurements, viscous hydrodynamic calculations, and T$\mathrel{\protect\raisebox{-2.1pt}{R}}$ENTo model eccentricities, indicate that initial-state-driven fluctuations predominate the flow fluctuations generated in the collisions studied., Comment: 9 pages, 4 figures
