[Introduction] With the development of the clean electric power industry, the construction of gas turbine power plants has become an important part of regional planning of urban areas. As a huge industrial building complex, how to shape its image, make it a large landscape complex, and enhance the surroundings with the positive effects of ecology, harmony, nature and environmental protection has become a new direction and inevitable trend in the design of gas turbine power plants today. [Method] At the beginning of the design, the goal of landscape and ecological design was determined for the whole complex and environment of the plant, the overall landscape design of each building was carried out, and the concept of ecological design was integrated. [Result] Based on the project of Huaneng Gas Turbine Power Plant in Dongguan, the consideration of layout optimization and the design concept of landscape optimization of the whole plant are analyzed to create a modernized garden-style power plant with novel architecture, beautified scenery, fresh environment and fine ecology. [Conclusion] The proposed implementation path can be a reference for the design of similar power plants in the future.

It is necessary to select appropriate active parameters to ensure both the accuracy and computation efficiency before the global analysis of chemical kinetic model. This paper proposes a new method for selecting the active parameters on the base of the combination of sensitivity analysis and linear programming. Compared with the usual methods for selecting active parameters, such as the local sensitive analysis, the characteristics of the proposed method is preliminary visualization of the possible influence of the selected active parameters on the model outputs in the process of parameter selection, ensuring the reliability of the selected active parameters. Considering the computation efficiency, the number of selected active parameters can be controlled in a suitable size through combining with dichotomy or other screening techniques. In the study, the pre-exponential factors of the Arrhenius equations in the USC-Mech II model were considered as the candidate parameters and the uncertainties of the pre-exponential factors were set. Taking the ignition of ethylene for example, the 10 reactions that can increase the ignition time of ethylene under a wide range of conditions with equivalence ratio of 1, 0.1 ~ 1 MPa and 1000 K ~ 1500 K were successfully selected using the proposed method. Then, the 10 active parameters were tested in each condition. The results showed that the selected active parameters can make the ignition delay time close to the target for each condition, which reflects the reliability of active parameter selection. Financial fraud is a serious challenge in a rapidly evolving digital economy that places increasing demands on detection systems. However, traditional methods are often limited by the dimensional information of the corporations themselves and are insufficient to deal with the complexity and dynamics of modern financial fraud. This study introduces a novel intelligent financial fraud detection support system, leveraging a three-level relationship penetration (3-LRP) method to decode complex fraudulent networks and enhance prediction accuracy, by integrating the fuzzy rough density-based feature selection (FRDFS) methodology, which optimizes feature screening in noisy financial environments, together with the fuzzy deterministic soft voting (FDSV) method that combines transformer-based deep tabular networks with conventional machine learning classifiers. The integration of FRDFS optimizes feature selection, significantly improving the system's reliability and performance. An empirical analysis, using a real financial dataset from Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), demonstrates the effectiveness of our proposed method. This research enriches the financial fraud detection literature and provides practical insights for risk management professionals, introducing a comprehensive framework for early warning and proactive risk management in digital finance. In the manufacturing of fiber‐reinforced composite materials, the preforming stage of dry fiber fabric entails compaction operations carried out under constant pressure, a specific preforming temperature, and in‐plane tension. Throughout this process, permanent deformation and creep/recovery behavior are observed in the fabric, correlating with factors such as time, sustained pressure, temperature, and in‐plane tension. Effective control of fiber volume fraction and material composition necessitates a thorough comprehension of these phenomena as well as the capacity to predict them with accuracy. To solve this, a viscoelastic‐plastic model was put forth, which provides an account of the viscous effects on the fabric during its stages of compression and recovery. The proposed model incorporates changed Burgers units to manage time‐dependent deformations and plastic units to address permanent deformations. Through the application of a single set of parameters, the model precisely and comprehensively characterizes through‐thickness creep/recovery behavior of preformed dry fiber fabrics under varying conditions, including creep stress, temperature, and in‐plane tension. To enhance the practical utility of the model, an application has been developed and validated against experimental data conducted under diverse test conditions. The results demonstrate consistency between experimental curves and model‐predicted curves across various compression scenarios. A three-layer multifunctional metasurface structure is proposed to achieve polarization rotation, perfect polarization conversion, and asymmetric transmission. The design consists of mutually perpendicular rectangular patches, metal pillars, and open-slit metal sheets. By propagating the current through the metal pillars and changing the surface current direction, the dipole can be orthogonally steered to accomplish polarization conversion. The metal in the middle layer can be used to both improve the polarization conversion ratio and ensure high transmittance. The operating band of asymmetric transmission is 8.3–14.7 GHz, where the conversion ratio is above 90% in all of 9–14.2 GHz. In order to verify the proposed concept, the related parameters are designed and measured, the final experimental results match with the simulation results, and the design can be used in the radome, electromagnetic stealth.
