Previous studies have found a link between red and aggressive behavior. For example, athletes who wear red uniforms in sports are considered to have a competitive advantage. So far, most previous studies have adopted self-report methods, which have low face validity and were easily influenced by the social expectations. Therefore, the study used two implicit methods to further explore the association between red and aggressiveness. A modified Stroop task was used in Experiment 1 to probe college students’ differences between “congruent” tasks (i.e., red–aggressiveness and blue–agreeableness) and “incongruent” tasks (i.e., red–agreeableness and blue–aggressiveness). Result showed that participants responded more quickly to the congruent tasks than the incongruent tasks. Then, in order to adapt to the competitive context, Experiment 2 used an implicit association test with photos of athletes as the stimulus to college students and athletes to evaluate “congruent” tasks (i.e., red uniform photo-aggressiveness and blue uniform photo-agreeableness) as well as “incongruent” tasks (i.e., red uniform photo-agreeableness and blue uniform photo-aggressiveness), respectively. According to the results, both college students and athletes respond faster to congruent tasks than to incongruent tasks. Besides, athletes’ reactions to the red–aggressiveness association are faster than college students, which may relate to the athletes’ professional experience. The athletes may be more aggressive and impulsive. Overall, the study has attempted to examine the association between red and aggressiveness through implicit methods, but in the future, researches are need to find a deep association from brain mechanism aspect.

In this paper, the correlation between the chemical constituents of Chinese herbal medicines Daphnes Cortex and the ecological factors and soil factors was studied, which provided a reference for the selection of suitable areas for artificial cultivation of Daphne giraldii and wild tending. The geographic information system(GIS) was applied to obtain the ecological factor information of 23 collection sites of Daphnes Cortex, and the soil factor information was determined by the standard procedure in the soil test standard manual. Combining the information of 93 chemical constituents of Daphnes Cortex in 23 collection sites the correlation between components and ecological factors and soil factors was analyzed by statistical methods. The correlation analysis showed that the longitude, annual average rainfall, annual sunshine intensity, annual average temperature in the ecological factors, soil type, effective copper and pH value were the dominant factors affecting the chemical composition of Daphnes Cortex.

With the improvement of the economic level and the prosperity of the commodity market, consumers’ demand for commodities is not only at the material level. The packaging design of the story illustration has strong readability. On the basis of satisfying the visual needs of consumers, it can also show the cultural background behind the tea products through illustration. Through the research on the feasibility and implementation method of story graphics in packaging design, it is confirmed that story graphics is a direct and efficient packaging graphics language, which has certain significance for the improvement of product quality and the shaping of brand image and can provide new ideas and methods for the development of packaging design.

In federated learning (FL), devices contribute to the global training by uploading their local model updates via wireless channels. Due to limited computation and communication resources, device scheduling is crucial to the convergence rate of FL. In this paper, we propose a joint device scheduling and resource allocation policy to maximize the model accuracy within a given total training time budget for latency constrained wireless FL. A lower bound on the reciprocal of the training performance loss, in terms of the number of training rounds and the number of scheduled devices per round, is derived. Based on the bound, the accuracy maximization problem is solved by decoupling it into two sub-problems. First, given the scheduled devices, the optimal bandwidth allocation suggests allocating more bandwidth to the devices with worse channel conditions or weaker computation capabilities. Then, a greedy device scheduling algorithm is introduced, which in each step selects the device consuming the least updating time obtained by the optimal bandwidth allocation, until the lower bound begins to increase, meaning that scheduling more devices will degrade the model accuracy. In this paper, we present a user-complaint prediction system for mobile access networks based on network monitoring data. By applying machine-learning models, the proposed system can relate user complaints to network performance indicators, alarm reports in a data-driven fashion, and predict the complaint events in a fine-grained spatial area within a specific time window. The proposed system harnesses several special designs to deal with the specialty in complaint prediction; complaint bursts are extracted using linear filtering and threshold detection to reduce the noisy fluctuation in raw complaint events. A fuzzy gridding method is also proposed to resolve the inaccuracy in verbally described complaint locations. Furthermore, we combine up-sampling with down-sampling to combat the severe skewness towards negative samples. The proposed system is evaluated using a real dataset collected from a major Chinese mobile operator, in which, events due to complaint bursts account approximately for only 0.3% of all recorded events. Results show that our system can detect 30% of complaint bursts 3 h ahead with more than 80% precision. This will achieve a corresponding proportion of quality of experience improvement if all predicted complaint events can be handled in advance through proper network maintenance.

In this letter, we defined a weighted Caputo-type differential operator which was used to character relaxation and diffusion models in two different types. Then, one of the weighted Caputo-type integral operators by solving the related linear differential equation was also defined. Subsequently, we studied their main properties. Lastly, the existence of a unique solution of the related nonlinear differential equation through the Banach fixed point theorem was presented. These basic facts lay a solid foundation for the concrete practice in the future.

Fractional differential equations play an essential role in describing the shallow water wave phenomena. In this article, we discussed the coupled Burgers-type equations in the sense of the fractional derivative of Riemann-Liouville. In return, a series of new results of this considered models, were obtained. In the first place, the formulation of the time fractional coupled Burgers-type equations by applying the Euler-Lagrange variational technology, was carried out. Then, the symmetry and one-parameter group of point transformations of this researched goals through the symmetry analysis scheme, were obtained. Subsequently, the time fractional coupled Burgers-type equations can be reduced into the fractional ordinary differential equations with the help of the Erdelyi-Kober fractional differential/integral operators. Next, the approximate solution and convergence analysis, were considered. At the same time, the stability analysis of the solitary wave, was also studied. Lastly, conservation laws of this discussed equations by using a new conservation theorem and nonlinear self-adjointness, were found. The series of results obtained above can provide strong support for us to reveal the mystery of the equation.

Under investigations into this paper is a higher-dimensional model, namely the time fractional [Formula: see text]-dimensional Korteweg–de Vries (KdV)-type equation, which can be usually used to express shallow water wave phenomena. At the beginning, the symmetry of the time fractional [Formula: see text]-dimensional KdV-type equation via the group analysis scheme is obtained. The definition of the fractional derivative in the sense of the Riemann–Liouville is considered. Then, the one-parameter Lie group and invariant solutions of this considered equation are constructed. Subsequently, we applied a direct method to construct the optimal system of one-dimensional of this considered equation. Next, this considered higher-dimensional model can be reduced into the lower-dimensional fractional differential equations (FDEs) with the help of the three-parameter and two-parameter Erdélyi–Kober fractional differential operators (FDOs). Lastly, conservation laws of this discussed equation by using a new conservation theorem are also found. A series of results of the above obtained can provide strong support for us to reveal the mysterious veil of this viewed equation.

Cancer arises after somatic mutations override cellular and immunological control of cell proliferation1. Mutations in oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes endow cancer cells intrinsic growth advantage over neighboring cells. Mutations can also enable cancer cells to escape from immune surveillance during cancer evolution, but a targeted approach to uncover such mutations is lacking. We hypothesized that genetic heterogeneity intrinsic to cancer cells affects the cell fitness to T cell-mediated cytotoxicity. By deep sequencing of murine tumors grown under different conditions of immune editing, we identified 59 genetic mutations in clonal populations that were specifically enriched under host immune pressure. To differentiate driver from passenger mutations against immune selection, we performed in vivo and T cell co-culture CRISPR screens with a guide RNA library targeting the corresponding genes. We identified ANKRD52 as required for PD-1-independent T cell-mediated cytotoxicity, which enhanced the JAK-STAT-interferon-γ signaling and antigen presentation in cancer cells. ANKRD52, in complex with PPP6C, dephosphorylates AGO26 and promoted microRNA (miRNA)-targeted silencing of suppressor of cytokine signaling 1 (SOCS1), and deletion of SOCS1 reinstalled the sensitivity of the mutant cells to T cell killing. Introduction of patient hotspot ANKRD52 mutations, or deletion of AGO2, DICER1 or XPO5 in cancer cells compromised the interferon-γ and T cell response. Remarkably, expression of the core miRNA biogenesis and targeting machinery strongly correlates with intratumoral T cell abundance across nearly all human cancer types. Our data indicate that the evolutionarily conserved miRNA pathway is exploited by cancer cells for immune escape. In order to be accepted by the extensive public, the traditional culture requires digital media interactive methods featuring “diversified sensual experiences” and “interactivity” to adapt better to the development tendency of cultural communication under the background of new media. The design practice, with Tai Chi culture as the content and using motion data captured by infrared sensor Kinect combined with digital art creation platform Processing as the technical measures to implement interactive imaging. The work will give interactive experience to the experiencer and promote the spread of Tai Chi culture.

In this paper, a novel approach using HPLC-MS/MS (high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry) was established for the identification of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (PCR). The identities of the components were researched by comparing the mass spectra and retention times with those of reference compounds and mass fragments with those of the known compounds published in literature. Based on the proposed strategy, ten constituents were identified. The established HPLC-MS/MS method could identify the major constituents in PCR with high efficiency and sensitivity. The new method would be suitable for the chemical identification of main components from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.

In this article, we investigated a nonlinear higher dimensional time fractional Korteweg–de Vries-type (KdV) equation. This considered equation is usually used to describe shallow water waves phenomena in physics. Here we found firstly the symmetry of the higher dimensional time fractional KdV-type equation in the sense of the Riemann–Liouville (RL) fractional derivative with the aid of the fractional Lie symmetry method. Then, the one-parameter group of Lie point symmetry transformation and some special solutions of this considered equation, were obtained. Next, the optimal system of one-dimensional Lie subalgebra of this considered equation, was constructed. Subsequently, on the basis of the multiple-parameter Erdelyi–Kober fractional differential operator (FDO) and Erdelyi–Kober fractional integral operator (FIO), the original equation can be reduced into the lower dimensional fractional differential equation (FDE). Furthermore, it can be translated further into more lower dimensional FDE with new symmetry from the reduced equation. Finally, conservation laws of this discussed equation are also found through a new conservation theorem. These results are favorable support for us to understand this dynamic model in a deeper level.

Origin-Destination (OD) flow contains the information of direction and volume of population mobility between different regions in a city, having significant value in public transportation resource allocation. In this paper, we explore population distribution to infer OD flows, which is called pop2flow (population distribution to OD flows) problem. Compared to the conventional OD forecasting problem by using the historical OD matrix, pop2flow is more challenging because the population distribution carries much less information. In order to solve the pop2flow problem, we proposed a model, Graph-based Spatial-temporal Embedding with Dynamic Fusion (GSTE-DF). Specifically, GSTE-DF is composed of two parts: node embedding learning and flow prediction. The node embedding learning part captures the dynamic spatial-temporal features of population distribution into each nodes embedding. The flow prediction part adopts the learned embeddings and POI (points of interesting) distribution of every two regions to infer the population interaction between them. By conducting extensive experiments on real-world datasets collected in Beijing and New York City, we demonstrate the superiority of GSTE-DF compared to state-of-the-art baselines

The adsorption of Hgn (n = 1–3) on the Au-, Ag-, Cu-substituted Pd(1 1 1) surfaces as well as the PdM/γ-Al2O3(1 1 0) (M = Au, Ag, Cu) surfaces has been investigated using spin-polarized density functional theory calculations. It is found that M-substituted Pd(1 1 1) surfaces show as good Hg adsorption capacity as the perfect Pd(1 1 1) at low Hg coverage, while the Hg adsorption capacity is only slightly weakened at high Hg coverage. On the basis of stepwise adsorption energies analysis, it is concluded that M-substituted Pd(1 1 1) surfaces can contribute to the binding of Hg atom on the surfaces at high Hg coverage. The electronic properties of the second metal atoms are the main factor contributes to the Hg adsorption capacity. Gas phase Pd2 shows better Hg adsorption capacity than Pd2/γ-Al2O3, while PdM/γ-Al2O3 can adsorb Hg more efficiently than bare PdM clusters. It suggests that the γ-Al2O3 support can enhance the activity of PdM for Hg adsorption and reduces the activity of Pd2. It is also found that Pd is the main active composition responsible for the interaction of mercury with the surface for PdM/γ-Al2O3 sorbent. Taking Hg adsorption capacity and economic costs into account, Cu addition is a comparatively good candidate for Hg capture.

Mutations can also enable cancer cells to survive immune clearance during cancer progression, but systematic analysis of such mutations is lacking. We hypothesized that some genetic alterations carried in cancer cell lines might specifically affect the cell fitness to T cell-mediated killing. By deep sequencing of syngeneic xenograft tumors receiving different levels of immune pressure, we enriched 53 mutations in clonal populations against T cell immunity. To differentiate the driver from passenger mutations, we performed in vivo and T cell co-culture CRISPR screens with a guide RNA library targeting these candidate genes. We identified ANKRD52, a promoter of miRNA-mediated silencing, as required for PD-1-independent T cell cytotoxicity by activating the JAK-STAT signaling and antigen presentation in cancer cells. ANKRD52 mutations found in prevalent cancer patients failed to activate the interferon-γ pathway and these patients exhibit poor overall survival. Starting from the application purpose of real distribution network planning, for the high-voltage distribution network connected by medium-voltage tie lines, the power supply capacity is predicted according to current feeder loads and their changing trends, so that the results are more realistic. Based on the above calculation process, the weakness of a distribution network can be identified intuitively and conveniently, which can be used as the basis for generating the measures or schemes to improve power supply capacities. Numerical examples show that the presented model and method are intuitive, simple, and stable and effective compared with the existing methods, and are convenient for application in practice.

Previous studies found that cytokinins (CTKs) are able to significantly promote glycyrrhizic acid (GA) accumulation. This study analyzed the correlation between the contents of GA and CTKs in 98 one-year-old liquorice plants by the combination of high-performance liquid chromatography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The full length of the liquorice IPT gene was cloned and the Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the IPT gene in the samples were obtained. The molecular marker of high GA content was found by performing correlation analysis on the SNPs of the IPT gene. Results indicated that the contents of GA and CTKs were positively correlated. The full-length sequence of the IPT gene was 1002 bps, and five SNPs were found in the 98 liquorice samples. One of five SNPs was 348 bps, exhibiting missense mutation and the rest displaying synonymous mutations. In the five SNPs, 348 bps was primarily associated SNP, whereas 821 and 848 bps were auxiliary associated SNP. The findings of this study provided insight into the molecular mechanism of GA genetic variation, serving as basis for improving the GA content in cultivated liquorice and the good varieties breeding.

In order to well identify the 93 wild Cortex Daphnes samples from different species and habitats in western China and develop a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the authentication and quality of them in the future, a comprehensive and efficient identification system based on DNA barcoding and HPLC fingerprint technologies has been developed. The result showed that only 17 samples (18%) were Daphne giraldii Nitsche (DG), which is recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia, while the others (82%) might have safety hazards. Additionally, the result of HPLC fingerprint analysis indicated that samples in the same species origins and wild distributions could be clustered together, which was consistent with DNA barcoding analysis. The study can provide a significant system for the authentication and quality of commercial Cortex Daphnes herbs. Undoubtedly, this study undoubtedly confirmed that the chemical compositions of Cortex Daphnes herbs were affected by both species origins and ecological environments, which is required more in-depth research.

The dispersion-corrected density functional theory has been used to study the trivalent ions B, Al, Ga, and Fe incorporated SSZ-13-type zeolites. The associated structure and Bronsted/Lewis acidity change caused by the incorporation ions were comparatively studied. It was found that the smaller the radius differences of the incorporation ions are, the smaller the changes in the structure will be and the less acidity will be enhanced for the Bronsted sites. The trivalent Al is found to be the most favorable trivalent incorporation ion and Na is found to be the most favorable charge balanced ion for the synthesis of SSZ-13-type zeolites due to size comparability, which are in line with the experimental observation. The substitution energies which show the relative synthesis difficulty level were also applied for B, Al, Ga, and Fe incorporated zeolites and found that the difficulty decreases with order of Fe > B > Ga ≫ Al, also in good agreement with the experimental observations. Adsorption studies for the NH3 and pyridine molecules indicate that adsorption on the Bronsted acid sites is more stable than on the Lewis acid sites. The Bronsted acidity was found to follow the order of HAl-SSZ-13 > HGa-SSZ-13 ≈ HFe-SSZ-13 > HB-SSZ-13 where the Lewis acidity was found to follow the order of HGa-SSZ-13 ≈ HFe-SSZ-13 > HAl-SSZ-13 > HB-SSZ-13. Our results provide new insights for the synthesis of the SSZ-13-type zeolites and fundamental information for the zeolitic catalyst designation to enhance the catalytic performance.

Spin-polarized density functional theory calculations were carried out to investigate the adsorption of Hg n ( n = 1–3) on the perfect, step and vacancy-defective Pd(1 1 1) surfaces as well as the Pd/γ-Al 2 O 3 (1 1 0) surface. It is found that Hg atoms prefer to adsorb on the hollow sites on Pd(1 1 1) surfaces. The adsorption of Hg on the step and vacancy-defective Pd(1 1 1) surfaces is stronger than on the perfect Pd(1 1 1) surface, which indicates that the existence of vacancy and step defects can enhance the mercury adsorption activity of Pd adsorbents. As indicated by the calculated adsorption energies, the mercury adsorption on γ-Al 2 O 3 is weak. The γ-Al 2 O 3 supported single Pd atom shows as good Hg adsorption activity as the perfect Pd(1 1 1) surface at low Hg coverage, while more coordination unsaturated active Pd atoms is needed to achieve high Hg adsorption capacity. In addition, it was also found that the Hg adsorption on Pd/γ-Al 2 O 3 weakens the binding of Pd to the γ-Al 2 O 3 surface.

With the popularity of smart phones, the advent of 4G network era, and the establishment of the “Internet + education” ecosystem, the mobile terminal construction witnesses the high-speed development, especially the mobile education campus APP on teaching services centered on college students. This kind of mobile interactive application provides the teachers and students with a more convenient resource sharing and campus life of higher education. In this paper, the teaching service requirements of the School are analyzed, and the needs of the target users are explored. Based on the interactive process in conformity with the user's behaviors, the user interface information architecture of the APP is constructed. Moreover, the visual design is created in accordance with the APP design requirements of iOS system, in order to design the interface prototype of APP “i Sino-Korea” launched by Sino-Korean School of Multimedia Design of Shanghai University of Engineering Science.

Combining the Guangdong LNG station project, the gas station consumption instrument air equipment were analyzed, and the calculation of gas station instrument air system gas storage tank capacity, according to the Guangdong LNG station, the special circumstances, calculate separate switching valve gas storage jars. Through the analysis of the calculation process and result, relevant design wind instrument system is put forward.

Calorimetric measurements are performed to determine the specific heat of Si-x at.% Ge (where x = 0, 10, 30, 50, 70, 90 and 100) alloys within a broad temperature range from 123 to 823 K. The measured specific heat increases dramatically at low temperatures, and the composition dependence of specific heat is evaluated from the experimental results. Meanwhile, the specific heat at constant volume, the thermal expansion, and the bulk modulus of Si and Ge are investigated by the first principle calculations combined with the quasiharmonic approximation. The negative thermal expansion is observed for both Si and Ge. Furthermore, the isobaric specific heat of Si and Ge is calculated correspondingly from 0 K to their melting points, which is verified by the measured results and accounts for the temperature dependence in a still boarder range.

In this paper a novel robust controller is investigated for unmanned helicopter. Based on signal compensation theory, robust controllers are designed to enhance both rotational and translational tracking performance, as well as robust performance over parameter uncertainty and external disturbance. The designed robust controllers are time invariant and easy to realize. The full controllers are implemented on onboard avionics of a small scale unmanned helicopter THeli260 developed by Tsinghua University. Real flight experiments are successfully carried out, which shows advantage of designed robust controller.

The microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ61-4Si magnesium alloy before and after equal channel angular processing (ECAP) were studied. Results show that the matrix α-Mg and divorced eutectic β-Mg17Al12are refined and chinese script type Mg2Si phases are broken to dispersed particles after ECAP. The mechanical properties of the alloy after ECAP are significantly improved. After 4 passes of ECAP, the yield strength is increased from 50MPa to 109 MPa, tensile strength from 129MPa to 237MPa, elongation from 6% to 22%, and hardness from 61.2HBS to71.5HBS. The modification mechanism for microstructure and mechanical properties of the experimental alloy by ECAP was analyzed.
