Numbers of institutes report that students’ competency literacy on numeracy, readings and science is low. The presence of digital technology such as computers and smartphones has become part of the students’ daily life. However, digital technology has not provided benefits for students to improve their competence. The challenges of education in the industrial era 4.0 are changes in learning ways, thinking patterns, actions on creative innovation that students have competitiveness in global market. The aim of the study is to explore: the educators’ capability in era 4.0, teaching materials preparation, and digital literacy technical constraints. Explorative methods with descriptive analysis and test. Data is collected by open interviews, in-depth interviews and data reviews. Random samples are limited to 20 teachers and 40 students in Semarang. The acceleration of digital literacy is a necessity, namely data literacy, technology literacy; human literacy has not shown optimal utilization. Through Android-based learning automation and the like is necessary to be applied both media and learning resources. The media utilized can increase digital literacy total score of more than 78 of the indicators specified, besides that the use of this instrument is more 1efficient at around 60%. Optimization can be achieved by-design by teachers as facilitators.

Objective: To know predictive factors for success of holmium laser: YAG lithotripsy in ureteral calculi management. Materials & Methods: This prospective cohort study was conducted in January 2013 to May 2015 at Kardinah Tegal Hospital Central Java. Patients diagnosed with proximal and distal stones were included. Pediatric, obesity, pregnancy, ureteral anomaly, and ureteroscopy (URS) cannot reach ureteral level of stone were excluded. We used semirigid URS (Wolf) 6/7.5F, monitor video, and holmium laser: YAG litotriptor (Versa Pulse, Lumenis, Germany), with wavelength 2100 nm, output 1-60 watt, fiber length 365 μm, laser power 2.5-10 watt with energy 0.5-1 Joule/5-15 Hz. Results: Of 50 ureteral stone patients, consisted proximal 13 (26%) and distal 37 (74%) were included in this study. Mean age 42.94 ± 11.31 years, with 28 male (56%) and 22 female (44%). Mean stone burden was 88.10 ± 57.41 mm2. There were 6 (12%) patients with multiple stones. This procedure consumed energy 1079.02 ± 1624.00 joule and duration of operation was 19.02 ± 21.17 minutes. We inserted DJ stent after the procedure in 41 patients (82%). There were 2 failure (4%), which were stone migration to kidney and conversion to open surgery. There were significant differences of stone burden (p 0.013), duration of operation (p 0.038), and stone number (p 0.000) with stone free rate, but not in age, sex, stone location and energy. Stone free rate of this procedure was 90%. Conclusion: Stone burden, duration of operation, and stone number were predictive factors for success of holmium laser: YAG lithotripsy in ureteral calculi management.

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelindungan hak anak selama penyidikan perkara dalam sistem peradilan anak dan bagaimana penyidikan terhadap perkara anak dalam sistem peradilan anak di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Skripsi ini, yaitu metode penelitian hukum normatif dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Pelindungan hak anak dalam sistem peradilan anak, yaitu anak harus diperlakukan secara manusiawi dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan sesuai dengan umurnya yang berbeda dengan orang dewasa. Hak anak merupakan bagian dari hak asasi manusia yang tetap diakui dan dilindungi oleh hukum, meskipun anak tersebut sementara berhadapan dengan hukum. Perlindungan hak anak dalam sistem peradilan pidana bertujuan untuk mencegah anak dijadikan sasaran penganiayaan, penyiksaan, atau penjatuhan hukuman yang tidak manusiawi. 2. Penyidikan terhadap perkara anak dalam sistem peradilan anak di Indonesia dilakukan oleh Penyidik yang ditetapkan berdasarkan Keputusan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia atau pejabat lain yang ditunjuk oleh Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Dalam melakukan penyidikan terhadap perkara Anak, Penyidik wajib meminta pertimbangan atau saran dari Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan setelah tindak pidana dilaporkan atau diadukan. Dalam hal dianggap perlu, Penyidik dapat meminta pertimbangan atau saran dari ahli pendidikan, psikolog, psikiater, tokoh agama. Kata kunci: Peradilan anak

Analysis of spatial typology of land demage can give an idea on how community behavior was and can be used as an indicator of how society treats the land resources now and for the future. This paper aims to describe the spatial analysis of land demage typology based on geographic information system. The research was carried out in the hill-mountainous area of Kulonprogro, DIY. The approach was a mix of quantitative and qualitative research. The units of analysis are farm households and landform units. The study was conducted using survey and in-depth interviews. The results show that the typology of land demage rate is lower than the actual level typology of potential land demage, which means the level of potential land demage is not always directly proportional to the level of actual land demage. The factor of local wisdom in the study area plays an important role in the management of agricultural land.
