Human Resources (HR) with important quality are optimized to support the implementation of accelerated development. This research was conducted at the Yahukimo District Health Office, with a focus on the implementation of policies on the development of the quality of Human Resources and the supporting and inhibiting factors for HR development. This research paradigm is qualitative with descriptive research type. The technique of determining informants uses the technique snowball. Research informants. Primary data collection is done by interview (interview), observation non participant. Secondary data were obtained from manuals, reports, newspaper clippings, and literature relating to research problems, such as books and journals. Methods of data analysis through stages of reduction, data presentation and taking conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the human resources development policy of the Yahukimo Health Office with Edward III mode showed that the communication and policy guidelines for the HR development of the Yahukimo District Health Office had gone well. The relationship is built from the line hierarchy of the department head to the related fields. The head of the department entrusts the head of the Technical SDK to carry out their duties and functions according to the guidelines and instructions. The Department of Health's resources are severely short on the number of health workers in the field. The number of Puskesmas in Yahukimo Regency with a total of 33 does not match the composition of the existing health personnel. The disposition or tendency of employees at the Health Office in implementing HR development policies is carried out with regular coordination between the head of the department and subordinates. This cross-coordination can be carried out not only on a top-down but also bottom-up basis according to the hierarchical structural coordination line. The bureaucratic structure for implementing HR development policies has SOPs that include an Integrated Recording and Reporting System, Integrated Technical Guidance SOPs and Civil Servant Performance Target SOPs. Support for Policy Implementation is the absorption of the Special Autonomy Fund of two billion Rupiah which is specifically allocated for employee education. Meanwhile, the obstacles cover three things, namely the lack of technical guidance and training, minimal budgetary resources, and inadequate access to transportation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup di kelas VII-D SMP Negeri 9 Manado. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus. Perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan yaitu RPP dan lembar observasi. KKM yang ditentukan di sekolah yaitu 70. Pada siklus I materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup, jumlah siswa yang tuntas KKM ada 16 orang dengan persentase klasikal 64% kemudian dilanjutkan pada siklus II dengan materi klasifikasi kunci dikotom dan kunci determinasi, jumlah siswa yang tuntas 24 orang dengan persentase klasikal 96%. Disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar IPA pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup kelas VII-D SMP Negeri 9 Manado.

Belanja Modal merupakan salah satu kegiatan pembelian aset yang dilakukan oleh sebuah instansi pemerintahan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh aset tetap atau aset lainnya yang dapat digunakan lebih dari satu periode akuntansi. Belanja modal disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan suatu instansi atau daerah. Belanja modal di atur dengan beberapa peraturan pemerintah. Salah satunya adalah Peraturan Pemerintah No. 12 Tahun 2019 yang membahas mengenai pencatatan dan pelaporan belanja modal. Di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, semua instansi memiliki perencanaan belanja modal yang berbeda-beda. Salah satu instansi yang melakukan belanja modal adalah Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Belanja Modal Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 12 Tahun 2019 pada Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang artinya mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian sesuai dengan fakta yang ditemukan di lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pencatatan dan pelaporan belanja modal pada Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 12 Tahun 2019 dan Standard Akuntansi Pemerintahan.

Employee engagement is the positive attitude of each employee towards the business and the value of the organization. This research aims to see whether the use of AI-based technology, tools, and software can help management detect intangible things such as employee engagement level and provide clues as to what factors influence it and how management can improve it. This research is a qualitative approach. We interviewed the management and selected employees to determine employee engagement at SML before and after implementing the AI-based application. The interview results compared with the results obtained from the application for six months (Feb - July 2020). The study was conducted on all SML employees, amounting to 39 people. This research has shown that the use of AI based software can significantly help management, not only to find out the status of each employee’s level of involvement but also to anticipate their attitudes and behaviors through predictive indicators. Objective: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is the most common cancer arising from epithelial cells of the nasopharynx in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the differential level of gene expression in NPC patients when compared with normal individuals. Transcriptome profiling analysis was performed using RNA-Seq technology to determine the differential gene expression relate to proliferation aberration that occurs in NPC patients compared with normal individuals. So we get the transcriptomic profile of Indonesia NPC patients. Methods: In this study, we used 9 samples, 7 NPC samples and 2 normal samples as control. Fresh tissue of tumor samples was collected from biopsy, and normal samples were collected brushing technique. The total RNA was isolated from fresh tissue samples and brushing samples using the Rneasy® RNA Extraction Mini Kit. The cDNA library was generated using TruSeq® RNA Library Preparation Kit V2, and its concentration was determined using qPCR. The library was sequenced using the Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Illumina Next Seq 550 platform. The raw sequence data quality was analyzed using FastQC and interpreted using HISAT2, HTSeq, edgeR, and PANTHER. Artikel ini akan mengkaji partisipasi politik masyarakat dalam Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu). Terdapat banyak factor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi politik masyarakat dalam sebuah pemilu. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif (Sugiyono, 2007), akan dikaji partisipasi politik masyarakat di Kota Kotamobagu pada pemilu Legislatif tahun 2019. Kajian akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan ang dikemukakan oleh Miriam Budiardjo (2009) tentang partisipasi politik. Temuan penelitian menggambarkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kurangnya partisipasi dari masyarakat untuk menggunakan Hak Pilih yakni karena tidak mendapatkan uang dalam memilih calon, dan karena kurangnya pendekatan persuasif kepada masyarakat awam yang masih bingung dalam menggunakan hak pilih mereka dalam hal ini memilih calon yang sesuai dengan harapan mereka. The research findings illustrate that the factors that influence the lack of participation from the public to use the right to vote are because they do not get money in choosing candidates, and because of the lack of a persuasive approach to ordinary people who are still confused in using their voting rights in this case choosing candidates according to their expectations. . Water radiolysis can serve as a useful tool to study the degradation of organic pollutants in water. Manipulation of the radiolytic system enables the selective production of reactive species (RS) with known yields. Our aim was to explore the effects of the radiolytically produced RS on commonly occuring water taste and odor compounds (T&O), 2-methylisoborneol (MIB) and geosmin (GSM). Observed degradation rate constants differ among experimental conditions/dominant RS and follow the order: HO•>H•>>eaq−>(O2−•/HO2•), ranging from 0.002 Gy−1 (O2−•/HO2•) to 0.083 Gy−1 (HO•) for MIB and from 0.006 Gy−1 (O2−•/HO2•) to 0.068 Gy−1 (HO•) for GSM. Degradation by HO• was very efficient, requiring 1.14 and 1.49 μmoles of HO• for each degraded μmole of MIB and GSM, respectively. The oxidative degradation of MIB by HO• proceeds with the production of carbonyl- and hydroxyl‑containing transformation products (TPs), leading to linear structures, while for GSM degradation proceeds with ring opening, followed by formation of carboxyl-groups. Fewer TPs are produced by HO2•, while degradation with H• led to numerous TPs, via dehydroxylation, dehydration and ring opening. Degradation with eaq−, yielded demethylated and rearranged TPs with formation of double bonds.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas Titonia (tithonia diversifolia) yang difermentasi menggunakan Lactobacillus plantarum dan Aspergillus ficuum pada lama fermentasi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 tahap. Tahap 1 fermentasi Titonia menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap faktorial 2x3 dengan 3 ulangan dengan tujuan melihat kandungan nutrisi dan aktivitas enzim fitase. Faktor A adalah jenis mikroba (Lactobacillus plantarum dan Aspergillus ficuum) dan faktor B adalah lama fermentasi (3,5, dan 7 hari). Parameter yang diamati yaitu: kandungan bahan kering, bahan organik, protein kasar, serat kasar dan aktivitas enzim fitase. Tahap 2 evaluasi secara in-vitro menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok 4 kombinasi perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan pengambilan cairan rumen yang bertujuan untuk melihat kecernaan nutrisi dan karakteristik cairan rumen. Perlakuan penelitian tahap 2 merupakan hasil terbaik pada tahap 1, yaitu : A = Aspergillus ficcum + 5 hari fermentasi, B = Aspergillus ficuum + 7 hari fermentasi, C = Lactobacillus plantarum + 3 hari fermentasi, D = Lactobacillus plantarum + 5 hari fermentasi. Parameter yang diamati adalah KCBK, KCBO, KCPK, KCSK, pH rumen, produksi VFA serta NH3 cairan rumen. This research aimed to evaluate the nutritional quality of tithonia (Tithonia diversifolia) fermented using Lactobacillus plantarum and Aspergillus ficuum with different incubation times on nutritional content, digestibility, phytase enzyme activity, and characteristics of rumen fluid. The research used an experimental method with a factorial completely randomized design to evaluate the nutritional content and phytase enzyme activity after fermentation (stage 1). A randomized block design was used to evaluate in vitro digestibility and rumen fluid characteristics (stage 2). For factorial completely randomized design, factor A is the type of microbe (L. plantarum and A. ficuum), then factor B is the incubation time (3,5,7 days). Parameters observed were the nutritional content of dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP), crude fiber (CF), and phytase enzyme activity. For the Randomized Block Design, the research treatments were A = A. ficuum + 5 days of incubation, B = A. ficuum + 7 days of incubation, C = L. plantarum + 3 days of incubation, D = L. plantarum + 5 days of incubation. Parameters measured were the digestibility of dry matter(DMD), organic matter (OMD), crude protein (CPD), crude fiber (CFD), rumen pH, VFA production, and NH3 rumen fluid. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan Sanitasi Lingkungan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kakaskasen Kecamatan Tomohon Utara Kota Tomohon Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan pada 6 Kelurahan Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kakaskasen di bulan Maret - April 2021 dengan responden berjumlah 98 keluarga. This research is a descriptive study conducted in 6 Kelurahan Kakaskasen Health Center Work Areas in March - April 2021 with 98 families as respondents. The variables in this study are waste management, clean water supply, and the use of latrines. The instruments used are cameras, questionnaires, and writing instruments. Analyze data individually. The conclusion of this study is that most of the people in the 6 sub-districts of the Kakaskasen Health Center work area meet the environmental sanitation requirements in terms of the availability of clean water and waste management. Sampah plastik adalah jenis sampah yang paling sulit terurai oleh tanah. Mengacu pada perihal tersebut perlu memanfaatkan sampah plastik bekas tersebut agar dapat dikelola menjadi barang yang memiliki nilai. Plastik dalam bentuk kemasan apapun dapat diadur ulang menjadi berbagai jenis kerajinan tangan yang memiliki nilai jual misalnya dalam bentuk tas dan lain lain. Dengan memanfaatkan berbagai keratifitas masyarakat barang bekas tersebut dapat dikelola menjadi barang yang berguna bagi masyarakat. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan tersebut, Adapun target kegiatan adalah pelatihan pengelolaan sampah plastik menjadi kerajinanan tangan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok kerajinan “Mani Sarana” Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah untuk mencapai tujuan secara berkala dalam pelatihan, sehingga masyarakat (kelompok kerajinan) Mani Sarana dapat memahami cara dalam mengelola plastik bekas sebagai kerajinan tangan. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan melalui cara ceramah dan diskusi.Sehingga dengan adanya pelatihan pengelolaan sampah plastik bekas ini menjadi kerajinan tangan diharapkan tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas dalam memanfaatkan barang-barang bekas, tetapi dapat juga membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat.

Cyanotoxins (CTs) produced by cyanobacteria in surface freshwater are a major threat for public health and aquatic ecosystems. Cyanobacteria can also produce a wide variety of other understudied bioactive metabolites such as oligopeptides microginins (MGs), aeruginosins (AERs), aeruginosamides (AEGs) and anabaenopeptins (APs). This study reports on the co-occurrence of CTs and cyanopeptides (CPs) in Lake Vegoritis, Greece and presents their variant-specific profiles obtained during 3-years of monitoring (2018–2020). Fifteen CTs (cylindrospermopsin (CYN), anatoxin (ATX), nodularin (NOD), and 12 microcystins (MCs)) and ten CPs (3 APs, 4 MGs, 2 AERs and aeruginosamide (AEG A)) were targeted using an extended and validated LC-MS/MS protocol for the simultaneous determination of multi-class CTs and CPs. Results showed the presence of MCs (MC-LR, MC-RR, MC-YR, dmMC-LR, dmMC-RR, MC-HtyR, and MC-HilR) and CYN at concentrations of &lt, 1 μg/L, with MC-LR (79%) and CYN (71%) being the most frequently occurring. Anabaenopeptins B (AP B) and F (AP F) were detected in almost all samples and microginin T1 (MG T1) was the most abundant CP, reaching 47.0 μg/L. This is the first report of the co-occurrence of CTs and CPs in Lake Vegoritis, which is used for irrigation, fishing and recreational activities. The findings support the need for further investigations of the occurrence of CTs and the less studied cyanobacterial metabolites in lakes, to promote risk assessment with relevance to human exposure.

Cyanobacteria are photosynthetic microorganisms distributed globally in aquatic and terrestrial environments. They are also industrially cultivated to be used as dietary supplements, as they have a high nutritional value; however, they are also known to produce a wide range of toxic secondary metabolites, called cyanotoxins. BMAA (β-methylamino-l-alanine) and its most common structural isomers, DAB (2,4-diaminobutyric acid) and AEG (N-2-aminoethylglycine) produced by cyanobacteria, are non-proteinogenic amino acids that have been associated with neurodegenerative diseases. A possible route of exposure to those amino acids is through consumption of food supplements based on cyanobacteria. The review critically discusses existing reports regarding the occurrence of BMAA, DAB and AEG in cyanobacteria and cyanobacteria-based food supplements. It is shown that inconsistencies in reported results could be attributed to performance of different methods of extraction and analysis applied and in ambiguities regarding determination of soluble and bound fractions of the compounds. The critical aspect of this review aims to grow awareness of human intake of neurotoxic amino acids, while results presented in literature concerning dietary supplements aim to promote further research, quality control as well as development of guidelines for cyanotoxins in food products.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pembangunan di Desa Kanonang lima Kec. Kawangkoan Barat, untuk mengetahui peran kompetensi manajerial Kepala Desa Terhadap Keberhasilan Pembangunan di Desa Kanonang lima Kec. Kawangkoan Barat dan untuk mengetahui peran integritas kepala desa Terhadap Keberhasilan Pembangunan di Desa Kanonang lima Kec. Kawangkoan Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yaitu dengan mewawancarai informan terkait dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompetensi manajerial sebagai peran dari Keapala desa kanonang 5 yang dilihat dari 4 aspek penting yaitu perencanaan, perngorganisasian, pengarahan kepemimpinan dan pengendalian dan (2) Integritas merupakan salah satu aspek yang penting dalam suatu pembangunan. Integritas adalah bertindak dengan carayang konsisten dengan apa yang dikatakan. Nilai integritas merupakan kesatuan antara pola pikir, perasaan, ucapan, dan perilaku yang selaras dengan hati nurani dan norma yang berlaku. Adapun integritas di bagi dalam beberapa asepk yaitu : jujur, konsisten, komitmen terhadap misi pemberantasan korupsi, objektif, berani, tegas, disiplin dan bertanggung jawab. Pemerintah Desa kanonang 5 harus mempertahankan peran kompentensi dan integritas dalam pembangunan Desa yang sudah ada sehingga peningkatan ditahun-tahun yang akan datang akan terus berlanjut.
