- Abstract
We present final measurements of 13 charmless hadronic B decay modes from the CLEO experiment. The decay modes include the ten [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] and KK final states and new limits on dibaryonic final states, [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] as well as a new determination of the ratio [Formula Presented] The results are based on the full CLEO II and CLEO III data samples totalling [Formula Presented] at the [Formula Presented] and supercede previously published results.

- Abstract
Using [Formula Presented] of [Formula Presented] data collected at the [Formula Presented] with the CLEO detector using the Cornell Electron Storage Ring, measurements are reported for both the branching fractions and the helicity amplitudes for the decays [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] The fraction of longitudinal polarization in [Formula Presented] is found to be consistent with that in [Formula Presented] at [Formula Presented] indicating that the factorization approximation works well. The longitudinal polarization in the [Formula Presented] mode is similar. The measurements also show evidence of nontrivial final-state interaction phases for the helicity amplitudes.

- Abstract
Using data collected on the [Formula Presented] resonance and the nearby continuum by the CLEO detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring, we have searched for the semileptonic decay of B mesons to [Formula Presented] inclusive final states. We obtain an upper limit for [Formula Presented] decays of [Formula Presented] For the [Formula Presented] decay, we find an upper limit of [Formula Presented] based on a [Formula Presented] model, while a phase space model gives an upper limit of [Formula Presented] All upper limits are measured at the 90% confidence level.

- Abstract
Based on a measurement of high momentum [Formula Presented] production in B decays, we determine the charmless inclusive [Formula Presented] branching fraction in the lab-frame momentum interval [Formula Presented] Using [Formula Presented] pairs collected at the [Formula Presented] center-of-mass energy with the CLEO II and II.V detector configurations, we find [Formula Presented] in the [Formula Presented] momentum range, where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic, and from subtraction of background from B decays to charm, respectively.

- Abstract
We have searched for the baryon-containing radiative penguin decays [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] using a sample of [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] events collected at the [Formula Presented] with the CLEO detector. We find no evidence for either, and set 90% confidence level upper limits of [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] From the latter, we estimate [Formula Presented] This limit implies upper limits on corrections to CLEO’s recent measurement of branching fraction, mean photon energy, and variance in photon energy from [Formula Presented] that are less than half the combined statistical and systematic errors quoted on these quantities.

- Abstract
We measure the primary lepton momentum spectrum in [Formula Presented] decays, for [Formula Presented] in the B rest frame. From this, we calculate various moments of the spectrum. In particular, we find [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] We use these moments to determine non-perturbative parameters governing the semileptonic width. In particular, we extract the heavy quark expansion parameters [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] The theoretical constraints used are evaluated through order [Formula Presented] in the non-perturbative expansion and [Formula Presented] in the perturbative expansion. We use these parameters to extract [Formula Presented] from the world average of the semileptonic width and find [Formula Presented] In addition, we extract the short range b-quark mass [Formula Presented] Finally, we discuss the implications of our measurements for the theoretical understanding of inclusive semileptonic processes.

- Abstract
From electron-positron collision data collected with the CLEO detector operating at Cornell Electron Storage Ring near [Formula presented], improved measurements of the branching fractions for [Formula presented] decays into three explicitly identified hadrons and a neutrino are presented as [Formula presented], [Formula presented], [Formula presented], and [Formula presented] at 90% C.L., where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively.

Using 13.5 [Formula Presented] of [Formula Presented] annihilation data collected with the CLEO II detector, we have observed a narrow resonance decaying to [Formula Presented] with a mass near [Formula Presented] The search for such a state was motivated by the recent discovery by the BaBar Collaboration of a narrow state at [Formula Presented] the [Formula Presented] that decays to [Formula Presented] Reconstructing the [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] final states in CLEO data, we observe peaks in both of the corresponding reconstructed mass difference distributions, [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] both of them at values near [Formula Presented] We interpret these peaks as signatures of two distinct states, the [Formula Presented] plus a new state, designated as the [Formula Presented] Because of the similar [Formula Presented] values, each of these states represents a source of background for the other if photons are lost, ignored or added. A quantitative accounting of these reflections confirms that both states exist. We have measured the mean mass differences [Formula Presented] for the [Formula Presented] state, and [Formula Presented] for the new [Formula Presented] state. We have also searched, but find no evidence, for decays of the two states via the channels [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] The observations of the two states at 2.32 and [Formula Presented] in the [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented] decay channels, respectively, are consistent with their interpretations as [Formula Presented] mesons with an orbital angular momentum [Formula Presented] and spin and parity [Formula Presented] and [Formula Presented]

- Abstract
We report on a search for a CP-violating asymmetry in the charmless hadronic decay [Formula Presented] using [Formula Presented] of integrated luminosity produced at [Formula Presented] and collected with the CLEO detector. We find [Formula Presented] giving an allowed interval of [Formula Presented] at the 90% confidence level.

Using [Formula presented] of data collected at or just below the [Formula presented] with the CLEO detector, we report the result of a search for the flavor changing neutral current process [Formula presented]. We observe no significant signal for this decay mode and determine 90% confidence level upper limits on the branching fractions [Formula presented] and [Formula presented].
