This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability (ROA) and Company Size on the Stock Prices of pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. The sample in this study were 8 pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. This research uses purposive sampling method. The statistical methods used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, verification analysis and hypothesis testing. Partial testing (t-test) shows that profitability has a significant effect on stock prices. This can be proved by the results of t test of 3.428 t table 2.012 and a significance value of 0.001 alpha 0.05. While partially (t-test) shows that the size of the company does not have a significant effect on stock prices. This is evidenced by the results of the t test of -count -1.427 table 2.012 and a significance value of 0.160 alpha (0.05). In simultaneous testing (F test), profitability and company size have a significant influence on stock prices with F test results of Fcount 6.375 Ftable 3.20 and a significance value of 0.004 alpha 0.05. So this research proves that profitability affects stock prices and company size is proven to have no effect on stock prices

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of price, service quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Prodia Widyahusada Batam Branch. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 96 customers of PT. Prodia Widyahusada Batam Branch. The sampling technique used is the questionnaire method and the reliability test data testing technique with Cronbach's Alpha. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that price, service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the variables of price, service quality and customer satisfaction that have been studied have a significant effect on customer loyalty variables. Then through the F test, it can be seen that the variables of price, service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty together. The Rsquare number of 0.358 indicates that 35.8 percent of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by one independent variable used in the regression equation. While the remaining 64.2 percent is explained by other variables outside the variables used in this study

This research aims to examine:The Influence of Accounting Profit to Stock Return in 2014-2018,The influence of Operating Cash Flow to Stock Return in 2014-2018,The Influence of Accounting Profit and Operating Cash Flow simultaneously to Stock Return in 2014-2018.The data used in this study are financial report published on the Indonesian stock exchange website. The population in this study were coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2014-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that 10 companies were obtained as research samples. Technical data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis,classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test,and F test.Based on hypothesis testing by using t test, it is concluded that Accounting Profit is not positive influence on Stock Return and Operating Cash Flow have positive effect on Stock Return. Based on F test it is concluded that Accounting Profit and Operating Cash Flow simultaneously have a positive effect on Stock Return.

This study aims to determine: 1. The effect of numerical intelligence and spatial intelligence on students' mathematical abilities 2. The effect of numerical intelligence on students' mathematical abilities, 3. The effect of spatial intelligence on students' mathematical abilities. The research method used is a survey method with quantitative research on class X IPA Senior High School students of Depok City. The sampling technique was a simple random sampling of 120 samples. The data collection technique was given a test of 20 numerical intelligence items and 20 spatial intelligence items in the form of multiple-choice, while the mathematical ability data were taken from a 15 item test in the form of an essay. Before conducting the hypothesis test, the item validity test for the numerical intelligence test, the spatial intelligence test, and the mathematical ability test were carried out using simple regression correlation. The data normality calculations using the chi-square are declared normal—statistical hypothesis testing with t-test and F test. The results of the study concluded that: 1. There is a significant influence between numerical intelligence and spatial intelligence on the mathematical abilities of students Senior High School students of Depok City, namely f count> f table = 21.81> 3.07; 2. There is a significant effect of numerical intelligence on the mathematical abilities of Depok City Senior High School students, namely t count> t table = 10.00> 1.98; 3. There is a significant effect of spatial intelligence on the mathematical abilities of Depok City Senior High School students, namely t count> t table = 14.80> 1.98

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brainstorming dan fraud risk terhadap deteksi potensi kecurangan oleh auditor. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah brainstorming dan fraud risk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap deteksi potensi kecurangan oleh auditor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk penilaian responden tentang brainstorming, fraud risk dan deteksi potensi kecurangan oleh auditor. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan membagikan kuesioner/lembar pernyataan kepada 57 sampel auditor akan tetapi hanya 34 kuesioner yang dapat di olah. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji determinasi, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa brainstorming dan fraud risk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap deteksi potensi kecurangan oleh auditor BPKP Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

This study was made based on the phenomenon that occurs in PT Dankos Farma that a high turnover rate encounter the company based on the data between March 2017 to March 2018. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job stress and working environment on employee’s turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediator in pharmacy company in Indonesia, namely PT Dankos Farma. Job satisfaction was chosen as the mediator as it is the primary determinant of turnover intention ( Mobley et al., 1979) This study uses data sources from primary data through the distribution of research questionnaires, and secondary data through journals, books, and relevant data obtained from the company. This study uses a non-probability sampling approach, more specifically the purposive sampling through the distribution of questionnaires to 119 respondents of PT Dankos Farma employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is Hierarchical Regression with IBM SPSS 23 application to find out the validity test, reliability test , classic assumption test , t test , F test , coefficient of determination test , and sobel test to find out the mediation effect. Analysis of the statistical testing result showed that job stress had significant negative effect on job satisfaction , and had significant positive effect on turnover intention. While working environment had significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and had a significant negative impact on turnover intention. Job satisfaction had a significant negative impact on turnover intention. In addition, it is also known that job satisfaction variables can mediate the indirect relationship between job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention.

The focus of this research is aimed at analyzing the effect of credit effectiveness and fee based income on banking financial performance. Where this financial performance may experience an increase or decrease in the coming year. Due to the uncertain financial performance, it is necessary to have an analysis of the financial performance of a company. The object of this research is the effect of credit and fee base income on the financial performance of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Period 2011-2020. There are two independent variables studied in this study, namely: Credit and fee base income, while Return on assets as the dependent variable. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test which includes t test, F test and determination coefficient test ( ). The results of this study indicate that partially credit effectiveness does not have a significant effect on Return on assets with a sig. 0.648> 0.05. Fee income base does not have a significant effect on Return on assets with a sig value. 0.342> 0.05. And simultaneously Credit Effectiveness and Fee Income Base have no significant effect on Return on Assets with a sig value. 0.472> 0.05. This study aims to analyze and see the effect of price perception and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions on the G Force brand Accu Battery product in Kuranji District, Padang city. The population of this study are consumers who use the Accu Battery G Force product in Kuranji Padang District within a span of 6 months. This type of research is quantitative research. Test the instrument using the validity test and the reliability test. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. From data processing, the result is Y = 14,171 + 0.116 X1 + 0.870 X2. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Price Perception has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions, 2) Product Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions, 3) Perception of Price and Product Quality together have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions

This study aims to determine the influence of internal factors, external factors and emotional factors on the interest in entrepreneurship in the Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang Village Community. The sampling technique used the slovin sampling method, namely the sample selected by the slovin formula amounted to 90 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F test) variable internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. In the partial hypothesis test (t test) the variables of internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The results of the determination test were obtained. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 61.6% and the remaining 38.4%. This shows that the variables of internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a positive and significant relationship with entrepreneurial interest. The results of the F test show that fcount is 6.495, while ftable is 0.207. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, because fcount ftable, it can be interpreted that internal factors, external factors and emotional factors have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Net Working Capital, Cash Flow and Growth Opportunity partially or simultaneously affect the Return On Asset (ROA) of the Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Companies listed on the IDX. Data collection techniques are using secondary data taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange website, Multiple Linear regression Analysis Technique, Hypothesis Test, namely T Test and F Test, Determination Coefficient Test using the SPSS Version 20 application.The results of this study reveal that the Net Working Capital variable partially does not have a significant effect on Return On Asset, the Cash Flow variable partially has no significant effect on Return On Asset, and Growth Opportunity partially has a significant effect on Return On Assets, while the Net Working Capital variable has no significant effect on Return On Asset. Simultaneously, Cash Flow and Growth Opportunity have no effect on Return On Assets.

Panin Dubai Bank has murabahah financing and receivables which play an important role in the wheels of the Indonesian economy. Bank financing income is measured by the level of profitability using the Return on Assets (ROA) formula. This study aims to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of Mudharabah Receivables and financing on ROA of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank. Using 40 samples from quarterly financial reports for March 2010 - December 2019. Data analysis, using, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, F Test, Correlation Coefficient, and Coefficient of Determination using SPSS 16. The results showed that partially Mudharabah has no positive and insignificant effect on ROA, while Musyarahah does negative and significant, partially Murabahah Receivables have no negative and significant effect on ROA, and simultaneously Mudharabah Receivables and financing have a significant positive effect on ROA.

This research is motivated by the low science scores of students at the school, so researchers want to conduct research to find out if there is an increase in student learning outcomes in science when using the animation-assisted inquiry learning model. This type of research is quasi-experimental, the research design used is Two Group Pre test-Post test Design, eighth and the research population is all grade students of SMP Swasta Parulian 1 Medan. The instrument used in the learning outcomes test was 20 multiple choice questions which were validated by 2 science teachers in junior high school. The research result shows the score average pre test of 37.80 in 40.00 in the experimental class and control class and score post test of 82.00 in 71.00 in the experimental class and control class. Each sample group has normal data and has been tested using the Lilliefors test using SPSS, with the calculation of the results pre test obtained that L significance > 0.05, namely (0.114 > 0.05) for the experimental class and (0.148 > 0.05) for the experimental class. control, and the results post test obtained that L significance > 0.05, namely (0.066 > 0.05) for the experimental class and (0.071 > 0.05) for the control class. Furthermore, the data for both samples have homogeneous variances and have been tested using the SPSS F test, with the calculation of the results pre test obtained that F significance > 0.05 (0.728 > 0.05), and the results post test obtained that F significance 0.05 ( 0.050 ≥ 0.05). The research hypothesis test was carried out using the t-test (one-sided test). From the calculation results, it is obtained that the t significance < 0.05 is (0.000 < 0.05). then the result of hypothesis Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the overall data analysis, the t significance of < t is (0.000 < 0.05) and simple regression analysis Y = a + bx is Y = 38.347 + 0.573X. Inquiry learning model assisted by animation media can improve student learning outcomes with a large effect of increasing learning outcomes 15.5% which has a correlation coefficient of r = 0.491 (medium positive correlation). In conclusion, science learning outcomes using an inquiry learning model assisted by animation media can increase student learning outcomes by 15.5%.

This research was accomplished by Nikmatul Husna, 2014422030, Department of Magister Management, 2014.2, with the title THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP TOWARD WORK SATISFACTION IN SMPN 1 BANUHAMPU KABUPATEN AGAM. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of leadership toward work satisfaction in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 56 respondents by using random sampling technique, which determine samples by taking a sample randomly and use the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Based on hypothesis in this research, it is assumed that the influence of leadership significantly and positively influence the teachers’ work satisfaction in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. The data analysis methods author used in this research are validity tes, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From analysis that have been done, author found that leadership variable (X1) is significantly and positively influence the satisfaction of teachers’ work, this is proven by the significant probability value of leadership is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05. From F test, it can be concluded that regression model can be use to predict the leadership which have significantly and positively influence toward teachers’ work satisfaction by the significant probability value is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05.

This research is intended to know the influence of service quality (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles) either partially or simultaneously to the satisfaction of customers and to know the more dominant influence from quality service. This research used quantitative method. There were 100 samples collected using accidental sampling. Collected using questioner and documentation. Instrument test is done by validity and reliability test. Multiple linear regression and classical assumption test used as analysis test. Hypothesis test is done by F test and t test. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence between service quality variables on tourist attraction of 10.30% (89.70% is influenced by other variables). What is obtained from the significance value: from the coefficients table, it is obtained a significance value of 0.001 t table 1.988, so it can be concluded that the service quality variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on the tourist satisfaction variable (Y).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing motivation and work environment on employee performance at Plaza Toyota Green Garden Branch, in accordance with the indicators set forth in the theory. The values ​​tested in this thesis use the Quantitative Associative testing formula. The results of the validity test of Motivating Variables (X1) get the results with the number 0.425, then the rcount 0.425> rtable 0.279 is declared valid and the Work Environment variable (X2) gets the result with the number 0.404 which means valid because the rcount is 0.404> rtable 0.279. Followed by multiple linear regression tests that produce constants of 1,775 which means there is a positive significance of providing motivation and work environment on employee performance with the equation Y = 1.775 + 0.462 (X1) +0.448 (X2). From the results of the coefficient of determination test conducted, obtained KD = 0.333 or 33.3% means that 33.3% employee performance is influenced by providing motivation (X1) and work environment (X2), the remaining 66.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. Besides that, from the F test results, an F value of 3.20 was obtained using the F distribution table and a significance level of 0.005, then a Ftable of 3.20 was obtained. So it can be seen that Fcount> i.e. 11,715> 3.20. Means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that there is a significant influence between the Provision of Motivation and the Work Environment on employee performance at Plaza Toyota Green Garden Branch

This research is intended to know the influence of The Fed Rate, Exchange Rate, and Economic Growth on the IHSG, with Inflation as a moderating variable in Indonesia. The population in this research is from Indonesia. The multiple regression analysis conducted estimates. The data used in this study were secondary, consisting of the fed rate, exchange rate, and economic growth on the IHSG for the year 2000-2019. This research shows that the Fed Rate variable has no significant effect based on the partial test (t-test). In contrast, the Exchange Rate and Economic Growth variables have a significant effect on the variables of the IHSG in Indonesia, the simultaneous test (F test), the fed rate, exchange rate, and economic growth have a significant effect on the variables of the IHSG. This study aims to answer the influence of work environment and work insecurity on turnover intention with work life balance as a moderation variable in PT. Rantauprapat Railway. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT KAI Rantauprapat numbering 75 people. This research uses quantitative method and perform data processing with IBM SPSS Statistic 20 tools. This analysis includes reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test, statistical test, multiple linear regression test and moderation test using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of the t (partial) test showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on turnover intentions with a coefficient value of 0.644 with a probability value of 0.000 and a calculated t value of 6.535. Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a coefficient value of 0.259 with a probability value of 0.045 and a calculated t value of 2.043. While the results of the f test (simultaneous) showed a value of 27,286 which means that the work environment and work insecurity together have a significant effect on turnover intention. Multiple linear test results showed a yield of Y = 3.961 + 0.644 X1 + 0.259X2. Work life balance cannot moderate the influence of the work environment and work insecurity on turnover intention.

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work disciplinary towards teachers’ performances in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 35 respondents by using census technique, which is a technique to determine sample by selecting data from all population and using quetionnaire as data collecting tool. Based on hypotheses in this research, it is assumed that work disciplinary has positive and significant impact toward teachers’ performance in SMA N 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The methods that author used in this research are validity test, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From the analysis that has been conducted, author found that the work disciplinary variable has positive and significant impact to teachers’ performance, that has been proven by the significant probability value 0,007 which is smaller than 0.05. Then, from the result of F test, it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict that the work disciplinary has positive and significant impact on teachers’ performance that is equal to 0.007, which is much smaller than 0.05. This study aims to determine the effect of the brand image variable (X1) and online consumer review on consumer loyalty (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods using a quantitative approach, the sample used is 150 respondents to consumers of Nature Republic Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel in Sukabumi City which are distributed using googlefrom, and using probability sampling techniques using probability sampling. random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear analysis technique, the T test and the F test. The results of this study indicate that the brand image variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the consumer loyalty variable (Y) and the online consumer review variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on the consumer loyalty variable (Y). The coefficient of determination test results showed a value of 0.516 which can be interpreted as the percentage of variables X1 and X2 which have a value of 51.6% and the remaining 48.4% which is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

We develop a likelihood ratio test statistic, based on the beta- binomial distribution, for comparing a single treated group with dichoto- mous data to dual control groups. This statistic is useful in cases where there is overdispersion or extra-binomial variation. We apply the statis- tic to data from a two year rodent carcinogenicity study with dual control groups. The test statistic we developed is similar to others that have been developed for incorporation of historical control groups with rodent carcino- genicity experiments. However, for the small sample case we considered, large sample theory used by the other test statistics did not apply. We de- termined the critical values of this statistic by enumerating its distribution. A small Monte Carlo study shows the new test statistic controls the signifi- cance level much better than Fisher's exact test when there is overdispersion and that it has adequate power.

This research was conducted at the Sukabumi Branch of the Savings and Loans Cooperative and the Prosperous Cooperative (KSP-SB) with a full address on Jl. R.E Martadinata No. 62 B Cikole Village, Cikole District, Sukabumi City- (0266) 211867, This study runs from January 2018 to completion.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on productivity of employee (Y). The types and sources of data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data with a total sample of 30 people. Sampling is done using population sampling method. Technical quality testing tools include testing validity and reliability, classical assumptions, and data analysis techniques using descriptive and correlation analysis. Whereas to determine the effect of independent variables (X) on the dependent variable (Y), multiple linear regression analysis was used which included the t test and F test with the help of SPSS version 16.0. Based on the results of the partial test (t test), it can be seen that the leadership style variable has a positive but not significant effect on productivity of employee, while the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant influence on productivity of employee. Based on the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F) it is known that the variables of leadership style and organizational culture together have a significant influence on productivity of employee at the Sukabumi Branch of the Joint Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP-SB).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dimensions or variables, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Methodology: The research method uses a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 51 MNC Sky Vision employees. While the instrument quality testing techniques include validity, reliability and normality tests. And data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis, while for hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Results: based on the results of the t test (partial) conducted that the motivation variable does not affect the performance of employees with a significance value above 0.05 (0.074 ≤ 0.05), while for work discipline variables affect the performance of employees with a significance value below 0, 05 (0.00 ≤ 0.05). Based on the F test (simultaneous) motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance with a significance value below 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05). But, in relation to the independent variable on the dependent variable, motivation and work discipline only have an effect of 42.3% on employee performance and 57.7% are influenced by variables not examined in this study. Limitations of the study: An analysis of the influence of motivation and work discipline is only done in one branch and only two dimensions or variables are tested. It is expected that the application of motivation can be formulated and adjusted to the existing working conditions in the company.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of budget participation, financial compensation and non-financial compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Budi Berlian Motors in Lampung. Research methodology: The population in this study were all employees of PT. Budi Berlian Motors in Lampung, with a sample of 100 respondents. The methods of data analysis were multiple regression with the F test and T-test as a hypothesis test. Results: This study shows empirical evidence that budget participation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Limitations: The results of the questionnaire are based on the respondents' responses to the questions in the questionnaire presented so that the answers generated may not necessarily correspond to actual conditions that occur in the company. Contribution: This study can provide information about the effect of budgetary participation, financial compensation and non-financial compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Budi Berlian in Lampung.

In this paper, statistical analysis of Acoustic Emission (AE) based b-value parameter has been carried out. In the initial phase, multi-linear regression was carried out on AE parameters released during uniaxial compression of twelve cylindrical samples. The study exhibited that Counts, RMS values and reciprocal of Absolute Energy are promising parameters to quantify the b-value. In the similar analysis, the AE behavior measured in terms of b-value was studied for standard cubes and cylinders. Firstly, the two-way ANOVA test was done on Counts, RMS values and reciprocal of Absolute Energy and a hypothesis was made that b-value measured in the said parameters would be same. The results support the hypothesis and prove statistically that three variables are same no matter whether they are taken from cubic specimens or from cylindrical specimens even though the cracking behavior of cubes and cylinders is different. The results are also verified by one-tailed F-test.

This research is based on the existing phenomena that show that employees cannot work optimally in a company agency. The purpose of this study was to find out and get a study of the Effect of Performance Assessment, and Compensation on the Intention to Leave PT. Indako Traing Coy Cikampak Labuhanbatu Selatan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 64 respondents, while the sampling technique used in the study was saturated sampling. In this study the independent variables consisted of Performance Assessment, and Satisfaction, while the dependent variable was the Intention to Leave Employees. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. While the method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, test f and R². The results of the study of the independent variable Performance Assessment (X1) obtained tcount (3.384)> T table (2.055), and the variable Compensation (X2) tcount (3.160)> T table (2.055). Then the Performance Assessment variable (X1) has a partial effect on the Intention to Leave variable For (Y), the Compensation variable (X2) has a partial effect on the variable Intention to Leave. The results of the F test show that F count (15,162)> F table (2.98), while the significance is 0,000.

Efonidipine Hydrochloride Ethanolate and Chlorthalidone is used in management of hypertension and under clinical phase 3 study. The development of quality control method is required for accurate analysis of both drugs. Two simple, precise and economical UV spectrophotometric methods have been developed for the simultaneous estimation of Efonidipine Hydrochloride Ethanolate and Chlorthalidone in their synthetic mixture. Method I is simultaneous equation method (Vierodt’s Method), which is based on measurement of absorption at 251 and 227 nm i.e. λmax of Efonidipine Hydrochloride Ethanolate and Chlorthalidone, respectively. Method II is first order derivative was based on the measurement of absorbance of Efonidipine Hydrochloride Ethanolate measure at 283.2 nm (ZCP of Chlorthalidone) and absorbance of Chlorthalidone measure at 250.8 nm (ZCP of Efonidipine Hydrochloride Ethanolate). Linearity was observed in the concentration range of 6.4-38.4 µg.mL-1 for Efonidipine hydrochloride ethanolate and 2-12 µg.mL-1 for Chlorthalidone using methanol as a solvent. The accuracy of methods was assessed by recovery studies and was found to be within range of 98-102% for both the drugs. Precision of the methods was estimated by repeatability and intermediate precision studies. The % RSD values were found to be less than 2, proving methods were precise. Two methods were compared using F- test. The results were validated statistically as per ICH Q2 R1 guideline and were found to be satisfactory.

Ovaj rad baziran je na analizi statističkog i ekonometrijskog pojma naziva panel podaci. Analiza panel podataka vrlo je raširena u prirodoslovnim, društvenim i ekonomskim znanstvenim istraživanjima zbog mogućnosti praćenja više objekata putem više varijabli u više od jednog vremenskog perioda. U prvom poglavlju definirani su panel podaci kao kombinacija vremenskih nizova i vremenskih presjeka te je dana njihova struktura. Kako bi bilo lakše razumijevanje linearnih modela s takvim podacima, za početak je objašnjena jednostavna linearna regresija te statistički pojmovi potrebni za analizu. Potom je prikazana osnovna konstrukcija linearnih modela za panel analizu te dana teorijska podloga za združeni model, model fiksnih efekata i model slučajnih efekata. Za odabir najboljeg modela od navedenih primijenjeni su F-test, Hausmann test i Lagrange Multiplier Test - (Breusch-Pagan). U drugom poglavlju provedena je analiza u programu za statističku analizu R nad panel podacima o COVID-19 bolesti u Hrvatskoj, Italiji, Švicarskoj i švedskoj. U vremenskom razdoblju od svibnja 2020. godine do studenog 2021. godine promatrana je zavisna varijabla broj smrtnih slučajeva s obzirom na nezavisne varijable: broj zaraženih osoba, broj hospitaliziranih osoba, broj cijepljenih osoba barem jednom dozom cjepiva, indeks strogosti mjera te indeks ljudskog razvoja. Fundamental part of this paper is analysis of statistical and econometrical term panel data. Panel analysis is used for scientific researches in fields like economy and nature and social sciences. It is very popular because it can handle multiple objects over multiple variables within more than one time period. In first chapter, it is shown structure and definition of panel data as a combination of time series and cross-sectional data. Also, there is given an explanation of a simple linear regression and main statistical tools for validating linear models. Afterwards, basic structure of a linear panel model, pooled OLS model, fixed effects model and random model effects are presented. To determine which model fits best with the panel data there are conducted F-test, Hausman test and Lagrange Multiplier Test - (Breusch-Pagan). Second chapter gives overview of panel data analysis through example made in program for statistical analysis R. Panel is consisted of COVID-19 data from Croatia, Italy, Sweden and Switzerland from May 2020. until November 2021. Dependent variable is number of death cases opposite to independent variables that are number of total positive cases, number of patients in hospital, number of vaccinated patients with at least 1 dose, stringency index and human development index.

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge, lifestyle and religiosity on people's interest in saving at Islamic banks in Jambi City. The population in this study is the people of Jambi City. The sample size in this study refers to the theory proposed by (Hair et al., 2017) which recommends a minimum sample size of 5 times the number of question items, so that a sample of 90 is obtained. Quantitative analysis method using multiple linear regression equation analysis, continued with analysis of determination (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneously (F test) with an alpha of 5 percent (0.05). Prior to further analysis, the classical assumption test was carried out first. The analysis tool uses SPSS version 23.0 for windows. The results showed that knowledge, lifestyle and religiosity had a positive and significant effect on people's interest in saving at Islamic banks in Jambi City.

Demands from management so that employees increase competency by increasing workloads coupled with a non-conducive work environment often cause employees to experience stress and decrease performance. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the competency, workload, the work environment on work stress, and the employee performance of Bank BJB Branch of S. Parman. The sampling total used in this research is 100 respondents. The research method used is the verification method (quantitative) with analytical tools in the form of validity, reliability, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F test). The measurement of the data is performed by Likert scale questionnaire 5-points. Based on the t-test results shows the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table (1.996), except for the work environment variable. The results showed that the competency and the workload of a positive and significant effect on the stress of work and performance, while the influential work environment variable is positive and significant but not to work stress and employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate of Kaur Regency. The sample in this study was 31 civil servants at the Regional Inspectorate of Kaur Regency. The data collection used a questionnaire and the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The multiple regression results show the equation Y = 0.678+0.287X1+0.373 X2+0.354X3, The result of regression direction is positive so it means that the variables of leadership, motivation and work environment will also increase. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.640. This means that X1 (leadership), X2 (motivation), X3 (work environment) has a contribution to performance (Y) of 64% while the remaining 36% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Overall, the results of the t test have a significant value less than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that X1 (leadership), X2 (motivation), X3 (work environment) have a significant influence on performance (Y) partially or individually. The results of the F test have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Because the significance level below 0.05 indicates that together X1 (leadership), X2 (motivation), X3 (work environment) have a significant influence on performance (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work conflict and work stress on employee performance at the Mercure Hotel Bengkulu. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is the employees at the Mercure Hotel Bengkulu which is precisely located on Jl. S. Parman No.27, Padang Jati, Kec. Ratu Samban, Bengkulu City with the sampling method, namely the total sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 50 people. In this research, the authors use data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. By using data analysis techniques using test instruments namely validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, namely multicollinearity test, normality test. and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that the Work Environment variable has a partially significant effect on the Employee Performance of Mercure Hotel Bengkulu, Work Conflict has a partially significant effect on the Employee Performance of Mercure Hotel Bengkulu, Job stress has a partially significant effect on the Employee Performance of Mercure Hotel Bengkulu, and the Work Environment. Work Conflict and Job Stress have a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance at Mercure Hotel Bengkulu.

Introduction: This study aim at determining the effect of Physical fitness, self-concept and sports motivation on performance of teacher elementary school. Method: The research used quantitative approach with survey method and path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The research was conducted at Ambon City with a sample of 50 teachers physical education elementary school selected through random sampling. Data analysis technique is an analysis regression (ANAVA) with F test and t-test at a significance level of α = 0.05, and path analysis. Results: The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is positive direct effect of physical fitness on performance of teachers in the amount of 0.326, (2) there is positive direct effect of self-concept on performance of teachers in the amount of 0.333, (3) there is positive direct effect of self-concept on performance of teachers in the amount of 0.355, (4) there is positive direct effect of physical fitness on self-concept in the amount of 0.318, (5) there is positive direct effect of on self-concept in the amount of 0.307. Conclusion: The conclusion showed that physical fitness, self-concept and sports motivation are important determinants to decrease the performance of teachers on physical education at elementary school of Ambon City.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and loyalty on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, and the research was conducted directly at the PT. Cimory factory in the Sentul industrial area. This research is a descriPT.ive study with a quantitative approach, the data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The research subjects used were employees of PT. Cimory as many as 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses the classical assum PT.ion test, multiple regression with the model feasibility test, namely the t test and f test. The results showed that from 100 respondents it was known that by means of the t test (partial), the variable of work motivation on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees obtained a significant influence, with a value of t count 4.021 1.660 t table. As for the job loyalty variable partially there is no significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, with a value of t count 0.462 1.660 t table. While the f test (simultaneous) work motivation and job loyalty have a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, with a calculated f value of 8.108 3.09.
