The objective was to determine the effect of increasing levels of sunflower crushed in ruminant diets about the in vitro digestibility of dry matter (DIVMS), organic matter (DIVMO), crude protein (DIVPB), the cinetics cumulative production gases, parameters ruminal fermentation, concentrations of total ammonia nitrogen (N-NH3) and pH in vitro.
