This article explores the prevention measures and international cooperation of the Republic of Moldova in the field of combating terrorism. The terrorist organization The Islamic State mentioned the Republic of Moldova among the 60 countries that they consider enemies, the question regarding the measures for preventing terrorism on the territory of the Republic of Moldova and the subject of the international cooperation of Moldova in the fight against terrorism become relevant. Branched copolymers dextran-polyacrylamide and linear polyacrylamide were obtained using radical polymerization method. Their molecular parameters were determined and the ability to use them as matrices for in situ synthesis of silver nanoparticles it was shown. The factors allow to obtain the stable silver colloids with narrow distribution in size were established. The temperature increasing leads to silver nanoparticles formation bigger in size and with wider polydispesity. Nanopsystem formation observes at high temperature only in branched polymer matrices. It's established, that presence in the mixture epoxy-nonorganic compositions (EAPC) of hardening aluminiumphosphate and hydroxide aluminium (HA) provide for capability of epoxy composition for self-damping. Adhesion solidity of EAPC in presence HA twice more comparatively with epoxy- amine compositions. It's showed, that it is possible to change adhesion behaviours, destructive stress under stretching and percussive viscosity to abundance of aluminiumphosphate and hydroxide aluminium. The structure peculiarities of the star-like copolymers D-PAA and linear PAA in condensed state were studied by dielectric relaxation and calorimetry methods. It was established that the distance between grafts is the main factor affecting the morphology of star-like polymers D-PAA. Namely this factor provides the conformation of grafted PAA-chains and compactness of their packing in condensed state. It was shown the ability to regulate the compactness of polymeric material in the condensed state and obtain the materials of the specific intra- and intermolecular structure to solve the definite technological tasks. It's showing, that thermo-oxidational destruction of epoxyaluminaphosphate composites (EAPC), that obtained in a presence of the hydrooxide aluminium (HA) filler, are multi-stages process. Content EAPC of aluminaphosphate (AF) and HA influences on the temperature intervals and mass loss. Ability for flumability of EAPC is explained by emission of water and noncombustible coke residues. Introduction: Obstetric anal sphincter injury (OASI) is associated with serious morbidity and reduced quality of life. The role of anorectal manometry (ARM) to guide treatment is unclear. We aimed to define the role of ARM and symptom assessment after OASI in predicting anal incontinence at long-term follow-up., Methods: Prospective evaluation of 205 consecutive post-OASI women who underwent baseline ARM and symptom assessment in a tertiary setting was undertaken. Ninety-nine women were available for long-term follow-up (median 6.6 years). Associations between post-OASI ARM testing and short-term and long-term anal incontinence were examined in addition to clinical and obstetric factors., Results: Fourth degree tears and lower anal resting and squeeze pressures were associated with short-term anal incontinence. Women with anal incontinence at baseline and women with lower anal resting pressure were more likely to suffer from long-term fecal incontinence (FI). A best-fit cutoff value of 59 mm Hg for baseline anal resting pressure predicted long-term FI, and none of the short-term asymptomatic women with an anal resting pressure of >59 mm Hg reported FI at long-term follow-up., Discussion: Symptoms of anal incontinence and ARM in patients after OASI are both useful to predict subsequent long-term FI with a best-fit cutoff of 59 mm Hg for anal resting pressure. This provides rationale for routine ARM and accurate symptom assessment in all patients after OASI, to identify high-risk groups to follow and treat, and it may assist decision making regarding mode of subsequent obstetric deliveries., (Copyright © 2024 by The American College of Gastroenterology.)
