With the continuous progress of communication technology, the country has also proposed a new strategy for the development of wireless communication and the Internet of Things, with the purpose of promoting the development of the intelligent connection of all things, the digitization of enterprise communication, and the development of intelligent new industries. The integration of wireless communication and the Internet of Things has also put forward higher requirements for management talents in various industries. Adopting appropriate human resource management methods to meet the needs of talents in the digital transformation of various enterprises has become the focus of scholars and enterprises. In order to solve this focal problem, this paper starts from the meaning of flexible management of human resources in various industries and combines wireless communication and Internet of Things technology to design a system that conforms to the flexible management of human resources in various industries. Firstly, this paper analyzes the latest research situation of flexible management of human resources in various industries, analyzes the current basic concepts and main characteristics of "wireless communication," "Internet of Things technology," and "flexible management of human resources," and summarizes the human resources in various industries in my country, the development status, and existing problems of resource management. Secondly, collect the influencing factors of flexible human resource management in various industries through field visits and online questionnaire surveys, then classify and analyze the collected questionnaire data, and finally summarize the influencing factors of flexible human resource management in various industries. There are different levels of flexible management of human resources; finally, the flexible management system of human resources in various industries is designed from the data obtained at different levels, and the feasibility verification of the flexible management is completed. In order to study the correlation between different variables, according to the content of the questionnaire, this paper adopts the correlation analysis method to analyze the human resource flexible reward, human resource flexible assessment, human resource flexible training, human resource flexible planning, human resource information management, flexible corporate culture, and human resources. The related variables such as the enterprise flexible management system are analyzed, and the least square regression equation is established, in which the variables involved can be mapped to the formula itself. From statistical data analysis, it is found that the flexible management of human resources has positive significance for the development of various industries. The seven points of human resource flexible reward, human resource flexible assessment, human resource flexible training, human resource flexible planning, human resource information management, flexible corporate culture, and enterprise flexible management system play a key role in the implementation of flexible human resource management. The human resource flexible management scheme designed by seven key action points is highly feasible and can bring significant positive benefits to the implemented enterprises. Patient data at hospitals is non-sharable in current systems and cost of repeated medication is curse to the patients. Also medical treatment perspective changes at every hospital or doctor or diagnostic center. To resolve the issue of availability of medicinal past history of the patients & reduction in cost of treatment with decisive & secure availability of patient records, like prescriptions and lab reports, we implemented an ERP system over cloud in five hospitals. Based on data retrieved from the hospitals of registration (only to ensure privacy of patients) we implement data analytics using machine learning for the prediction of the disease of patients by tracking the record of medical history and also analyzed hospital and doctors information and performance. Digital twins of complex technical objects are widely applied for various domains, rapidly becoming smart, cognitive and autonomous. However, the problem of digital twins for autonomous management of enterprise resources is still not fully researched. In this paper, an autonomous digital twin of enterprise is introduced to provide knowledge-based multi-agent adaptive allocation, scheduling, optimization, monitoring and control of tasks and resources in real time, synchronized with employees' plans, preferences and competencies via mobile devices. The main requirements for adaptive resource management are analyzed. The authors propose formalized ontological and multi-agent models for developing the autonomous digital twin of enterprise. A method and software toolset for designing the autonomous digital twin of enterprise, applicable for both operational management of tasks and resources and what-if simulations, are developed. The validation of developed methods and toolsets for IT service desk has proved increase in efficiency, as well as savings in time and costs of deliveries for various applications. The use of Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems allows for the improvement of an organization's operations. Companies use many Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems that also include SCM functionalities. As a result, the selection of the right system to be used in the enterprise is a complex problem. The use of multi-criteria decision aid (MCDA) methods provides the possibility of system ordering in a ranking, based on an asymmetric preference relation, symmetric indifference and incomparability relations. The aim of the article is to evaluate ERP systems in terms of their support for SCM. The scientific contribution of the article is the study of the impact of various degrees of uncertainty of the decision-maker's preferences on the evaluation results and the analysis of the impact of various approaches to the preferences of alternatives on the final ranking. An approach based on MCDA Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) was used for the study. The decision model uses 12 criteria, three different preference functions and two variants of the PROMETHEE method (I and II). In this way, a total of six rankings were built, and each of them includes seven systems, supporting the management of the supply chain. As a result of the study, it was found that the highest functionality in logistics is characterized by the Oracle E-Business Suite system, which is more functional than SAP ERP and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The remaining analysed systems offer much less functionality. The applied approach, which was possible with the use of various preference functions, allowed three different levels of uncertainty in the preferences of decision-makers to be taken into account in the study. Moreover, the application of two different variants of the PROMETHEE method made it possible for the obtained solution to take into account the uncertainty of positions taken by individual ERP systems in the final rankings. Management software has gained an increasing preponderance over the years. Following that increased demand, as ERPs evolve and diversify, the characteristics and the correspondent needs of companies adopting them expanded significantly. To fulfill these needs, consulting companies in charge of implementing the ERP applications, resource to complex implementation processes. The value that consultants add to this implementation process comes from their experience and knowledge not only of the area of intervention and the specific characteristics of the software, but also from their experience in previous implementations in other projects. It is in this context, that transfer of knowledge between projects and consultants gains an increased importance. Due to its ability to model all possible products of a software product line in a given context, Feature Model concept has been used in the ERP domain with the objective of reducing time and costs in ERP projects by mapping requirements to correspondent past configurations and customizations. Using feature model and user stories methods, this work analyzes the development and implementation of a suggested ERP configuration methodology in a consulting company, aiming to improve the transfer of knowledge within projects and consultants. Following design research methods, the methodology developed was tested through an ERP implementation project. Findings of this work include an easier traceability between requirements and features, reutilization of configurations between projects and improved uniformization regarding requirements elicitation process. The PIM system importance has increased due to technical sophistication of products, their need of internal management or external publishment. ERP and CCMS systems should be integrated with a PIM system that acts as the "backbone" of product information. This project proposed an ontology-centric solution to manage product information for complex modular systems available in the catalog of one of the largest multinational organizations in engineering and technology sector. Based on action-research methodology, existing taxonomies of online product catalog at ERP and CCMS systems were analyzed, an ontology of updated taxonomies was created using Protégé tool and validated by experts. This solution was anchored in some Industry 4.0 and 5.0 pillars, by formalizing smart manufacturing knowledge in an interoperable way between multiple systems and allowing a tailored customer experience, based on interactive products and hyper customization. The paper proposes an approach to the organization of the occupational safety engineer's workplace using the tools provided by the MS Office environment. The performance of functions and the solution of tasks inherent in the work of an occupational safety engineer are implemented with the help of publicly available tools integrated in a hypertext document. In the first part of the work [1], in addition to the analysis of existing software developments and the assessment of their cost-effectiveness, the user interface with the main tools for solving tasks related to the organization of occupational health and safety at the enterprise is considered, including: planning the work of an occupational health and safety specialist, working with the base of regulatory and legal acts and the base of normative acts of the enterprise. In the second part of the work, such areas of activity of the labour protection service of the enterprise as work with the personnel database, analysis of industrial injuries and illnesses, training and verification of the knowledge of the enterprise's employees on labour protection issues are considered. Thus, in the course of working with the personnel database, i.e. with personnel, the "Personnel" mark on the worksheet provides a link to a document that contains a table of information about the personnel of the company's divisions, necessary for the day-to-day and long-term work of an occupational health and safety specialist - planning briefings, training and testing of knowledge on labor protection and fire safety, preliminary and periodic medical examinations, professional selection, etc. To store more detailed personnel data, a specialized database has been developed in the database management system (DBMS) MS Visual FoxPro, and appropriate screen forms for accessing, correcting, and printing data are provided. The next important area of work of an occupational health and safety specialist is the analysis of industrial injuries. MSOffice provides an opportunity to conduct a group analysis of trauma with the help of built-in charts. The work presents diagrams reflecting the dependence of the level of injury on the age of the victims and on the length of work, on the type of traumatic factor and on the time of the work shift. Changing the data on the number of cases in the tables leads to automatic changes in the charts. Another important area of work is training on labour protection issues. MS Office, in particular MS Word, contains programming tools in the Visual Basic for Application (VBA) language. This makes it possible to develop programs for training and testing knowledge. The work presents screen forms of the program for checking knowledge of the main regulatory legal acts on labour protection. The work outlines further steps to improve the complex, aimed at automating the main functions of the occupational health and safety management system: organization of medical examinations, monitoring of occupational health and safety, provision of workers with personal protective equipment, planning of occupational health and safety measures, organization of a virtual occupational health and safety office, and others. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a platform for innovation with high failure rates due to its complexity. In China, failure rates of ERP are also high, with key differences between China and Western countries in terms of development, cultural, and organizational structure. Even when Chinese firms successfully adopt ERP, many fail to assimilate ERP and consequently never experience the full benefits of the innovation. The purpose of this study is to examine the predictors of adoption versus assimilation in Chinese firms. The existing literature largely assumes a dichotomy of choices when implementing organizational innovations in business: technological evaluation and imitation. We argue that this dichotomy does not apply well to a Chinese ERP context. China has achieved tremendous success in manufacturing and industrial processes through technological leapfrogging offered by imitation. At the same time, Chinese firms are under increasing pressure to innovate. Therefore, we argue that forces of imitation and evaluation are likely both at play when Chinese firms adopt and assimilate innovations—including ERP. Accordingly, we examined how two behaviors, interorganizational social technology imitation and rational technology evaluation, influence Chinese organizations in adopting and assimilating ERP systems. Our findings suggest that both social technology imitation and rational technology evaluation are determinants of Chinese ERP adoption and assimilation. Hence, this study offers new ways for IT and innovation researchers to explore social behavior (i.e., imitation) in IT diffusion processes and to consider the merits or risks of such behavior alongside the conventional rational approach (i.e., evaluation). High-rate GNSS technology is invaluable for capturing surface displacements. However, vertical displacement is strongly linked to zenith tropospheric delay (ZTD) and receiver clock bias, compromising accuracy and impeding the detection of weak seismic waves. Some GNSS stations, fortunately, feature high-stability oscillators, enabling receiver clock modeling instead of epoch-wise estimation. This paper introduces an epoch relative positioning approach (ERP)with receiver clock modeling (CMC-ERP) to enhance coseismic displacement accuracy. Applied to earthquakes in Japan and the United States, the method improves vertical displacement accuracy by 24% to 61%. Furthermore, P-wave arrival times are determined by processing displacement sequences extracted through both CMC-ERP and ERP methods using STA/LTA. Compared to theoretical arrival times calculated by TauP software, CMC-ERP accuracy is enhanced by 74%–99%, further confirming its effectiveness. • GPS receiver clock modeling is considered to improve the accuracy of dynamic coseismic displacement solution. • A new GPS-extracted coseismic displacement model with clock modeling constraint is constructed. • Further improvement of vertical displacement accuracy and extraction of P-wave arrivals through specific seismic case validation. The heavy-duty truck industry has always been regarded as an "economic vane," and as the carrier of production materials, its degree of cold and heat can better reflect the quality of the macroeconomic environment. The SAP system is currently the ERP software with the largest functions and the most sales and has been widely used by large domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises. Because of its specific development for enterprises, it is also the most expensive ERP software in the world. This research integrates the existing information resources, takes SAP (system applications and products in data processing) system as the enterprise's information platform, unifies the information platform into SAP system by integrating the existing information resources (financial system, logistics system, cost control system, production control system, etc.), avoids the information island phenomenon as far as possible, and finally realizes the integrated and unified enterprise information management, which is convenient for the rapid traceability of historical data, providing the best decision analysis method for managers. It is possible to eliminate all non-value-added operations in the value chain, find out the point of cost reduction and efficiency increase, comprehensively optimize the production value chain, improve production efficiency, and finally achieve the purpose of this book. The project implementation of automobile company adopts independent minicomputer system (HP server), with SAPR/3 system as the core and C/S (customer/service) architecture, so as to gradually expand the system function in the future. From the comparison before and after the launch of the SAP project, the above two indicators have increased by 1.5 times, the order fulfillment rate has increased from 30% to 45%, and the timely delivery rate has increased from 60% to 90%. Effective cost control can reduce costs, produce products with larger output and better quality at the same cost, and enable enterprises to maintain an advantage in the competition; effective cost control can also enable enterprises to develop a variety of configurations at the same cost. In fuzzy mathematical programming literature, most of the transformation approaches were mainly focused on integer linear programs (ILPs) with fuzzy parameters/variables. However, ILP-based solution approaches may be inadequate for solving large-scaled combinatorial fuzzy optimization problems, like project scheduling under mixed fuzzy-stochastic environments. Moreover, many real-life project scheduling applications may contain different types of uncertainties such as fuzziness, stochasticity, and dynamism simultaneously. Based on these motivations, this paper presents a novel constraint programming (CP)-based transformation approach for solving a multi-objective and multi-mode, fuzzy-stochastic resource investment project scheduling problem (FS-MRIPSP) which is a well-known NP-complete problem. In fact, the proposed approach mainly depends on a bound and decomposition principle which divides fuzzy components of the problem into the crisp middle, lower, and upper level problems. Thus, it reduces the problem dimension and does not need to use any standard fuzzy arithmetic and ranking operations directly. Furthermore, the stochastic nature of the problem is also taken into account by using a multi-scenario-based stochastic programming technique. Finally, a weighted additive fuzzy goal program is embedded into the proposed CP-based transformation approach to produce compromise fuzzy project schedules that trade-off between expected values of project makespan and total resource usage costs. To show the validity and practicality of the proposed approach, a real-life application is presented for the production-and-operations management module implementation process of an international Enterprise Resource Planning software company. The fuzzy-stochastic project schedules generated by the proposed CP-based approach are also compared to the results of a similar ILP-based method. Firms have realized the importance of having an effective supply chain, in order to compete effectively and efficiently. Technology is the back bone which helps in realizing supply chain vision into reality. Disappointing outcomes of implementing IT-enabled supply chain have posed serious challenge and thus it is essential to understand the factors affecting its implementation. The earlier research in implementing IT-enabled supply chain has been fragmented and non-exhaustive. Also, the earlier research has focused mostly on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and less on supply chain. This paper aims to provide literature review in identifying the critical success factors (CSFs) for implementing IT-enabled supply chain. This paper has systematically reviewed relevant papers and has identified 20 CSFs. 20 CSFs have then been further categorized into five categories- ‘People’, ‘Management Processes’, ‘Project Strategy’, ‘Structure’ and ‘Information Systems’. The purpose of this paper is to improve the financial management efficiency of large enterprises and enhance the overall operation vitality of enterprises. First, the connotation and characteristics of enterprise resource planning (ERP) are analyzed, and the financial ERP system is established. Then, the relevant dynamic models of nonlinear systems are classified and their characteristics are analyzed. Moreover, the system model of enterprise financial risk management is constructed based on the key success factors of project implementation risk and control flow chart of project life cycle. Finally, based on MATLAB software, Z large enterprise is taken as an example to evaluate the implementation effect of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) algorithm and back propagation neural network (BPNN) algorithm in ERP system. The results reveal that compared with 2019, the capital concentration in 2020 increases by 8%, the operating cost decreases by 23.6%, and the expense reimbursement process time decreases from 60–80 days to about 6 days. The expected output and assessment result of AHP are 6.912 and 6.823, respectively, and the error between them is 0.0196. The expected output and assessment result of BPNN are 6.798 and 6.675, respectively, and the error between them is 0.0121. The error value of BPNN in ERP implementation effect assessment is less than that of AHP, which indicates that the assessment effect of BPNN is better than that of AHP. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aim/Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose a curriculum development model for the integration of technology, organization, and environment (TOE) framework into enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems education. The study investigated the relationships between the three factors of the TOE framework and student learning outcomes from their ERP systems study. Background: As the demand for ERP systems grew and spread to diverse organizations, educational institutions have attempted to integrate the ERP systems into their curriculum. Yet, lacking a conforming framework to the systems results in a considerable gap between the integrated curriculum and student learning outcomes. A pedagogical framework to bridge the gap between educators and students is needed for the ERP systems education. Methodology: The study identified eight propositions from literature reviews and conceptualized a model with corresponding constructs to the propositions. The constructs comprise the seven predictor variables from the TOE contextual factors and one predictive variable for student learning. These constructs provide more details on the TOE factors and eight survey questions in the study. The study analyzed 133 survey responses of four semesters with a SPSS multiple linear regression. Contribution: The study contributes to the emerging body of ERP systems education and research by integrating the TOE framework to the technology curriculum development. The study model provides a structured approach for the selection of appropriate pedagogical contents to achieve a variety of student learning outcomes. Findings: The Findings of the study indicate the use of the TOE framework enhances student learning of ERP systems. All the three factors of the framework were found to be statistically significant predictors in the ERP systems learning. The eight propositions depicting the relationships between the seven constructs of the TOE factors and student learning outcomes are all supported. Recommendations for Practitioners: The study recommends a practical guideline to ERP systems educators to utilize the TOE framework in their curriculum development. The guideline is aligned with typical teaching objectives for ERP systems courses. Recommendations for Researchers: Further studies are necessary by various scholars who have noted limited research pertaining to ERP systems and information technology education. The TOE framework demonstrates a practical application of a proven theory to student learning outcomes as a feasible approach to deliberate the use of the systems education and research. Impact on Society: This study will have a valuable impact on educators for their technology curriculum development and software vendors for their investment decisions on enterprise-wide system products. Future Research: Relying solely on student self-reported survey responses may be prone to response bias. For future work, researchers can extend this study and undertake similar research to empirically validate the efficacy of various teaching practices for student ERP systems learning. Background One of the goals of neuropsychology is to understand the brain mechanisms underlying aspects of attention and cognitive control. Several tasks have been developed as a part of this body of research, however their results are not always consistent. A reliable comparison of the data and a synthesis of study conclusions has been precluded by multiple methodological differences. Here, we describe a publicly available, high-density electroencephalography (EEG) dataset obtained from 42 healthy young adults while they performed 3 cognitive tasks: (i) an extended multi-source interference task; (ii) a 3-stimuli oddball task; (iii) a control, simple reaction task; and (iv) a resting-state protocol. Demographic and psychometric information are included within the dataset. Dataset Validation First, data validation confirmed acceptable quality of the obtained EEG signals. Typical event-related potential (ERP) waveforms were obtained, as expected for attention and cognitive control tasks (i.e. N200, P300, N450). Behavioral results showed the expected progression of reaction times and error rates, which confirmed the effectiveness of the applied paradigms. Conclusions This dataset is well suited for neuropsychological research regarding common and distinct mechanisms involved in different cognitive tasks. Using this dataset, researchers can compare a wide range of classical EEG/ERP features across tasks for any selected subset of electrodes. At the same time, 128-channel EEG recording allows for source localization and detailed connectivity studies. Neurophysiological measures can be correlated with additional psychometric data obtained from the same participants. This dataset can also be used to develop and verify novel analytical and classification approaches that can advance the field of deep/machine learning algorithms, recognition of single-trial ERP responses to different task conditions, and detection of EEG/ERP features for use in brain-computer interface applications. The ERP system has been identified as a tool for delivering information technology (IT) services through software and other critical infrastructures using internet technologies. Given its nature as an industry-driven concept and system, this is universally accepted in industry as a tool to solve practical problems with a view to achieving an integrated enterprise information system. However, a developing country like Nigeria still faces a lot of hurdles in managing its construction supply chain. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the successful implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in the Nigerian construction industry. After a literature search, expert input via the Delphi technique, the study identified four main factors and 21 sub-factors. The Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method was used to prioritise the factors and to identify the relationship that exists between the factors. The findings revealed that the key factors affecting the implementation of ERP systems are "A lot of security concerns" (T7), "The management of ERP projects is too complex" (P5) and "The inability to align the ERP solution with the business plans of the organisation" (P2). The introduction of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is challenging, and the expected benefits are not always fully materialised. Although employees receive training before the system's implementation, the user's knowledge is insufficient to take advantage of the ERP's full potential. Different approaches have explained continuous post-implementation learning but in a partial and fragmented way. Therefore, a comprehensive model is proposed, integrating the Theory of Planned Behaviour (the rational side) and Expectation-Confirmation Theory (the experiential strand), with age as a moderator. Data were collected from 207 ERP users and analysed using structural equation modelling. The results support the model, especially when controlling age differences. Youngers form their intention driven by dissatisfaction with their system's domain and their labour referents' pressure. Older users base their decision on attitudes derived from the potential benefits of continuing to learn. This paper reports on findings from a project on information integration from multiple Business Information Systems with the help of a user-specific Enterprise Knowledge Graph. Most ERP systems currently in use store information objects in relational databases. Research in Web Sciences has shown that graph structures present information in a more intuitive way that is easier to interpret for humans. Following a DSR approach, we developed a concept for storing an ontology in a graph database that allows us to map ERP objects and load them at runtime. This allows the end user to navigate through the graph structure, thus providing an intuitive and quick access to essential job-related information. We evaluated the suggested concept with a prototype following the paradigm of polyglot persistence; the prototype was equipped with a graph database to store the company-specific ontology in its native form. In the era of rapid development of information, with the popularization of computers, the development of science and technology, and the continuous growth of IT technology and business, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system has become a platform and guarantee for the completion of business management processes after long-term operations. Establishing a logistics management information system is an important means for Chinese companies to improve their logistics efficiency. This is the prerequisite for modern companies to gain a competitive advantage in the management of logistics companies. Therefore, organizations must adapt to different needs, fierce competition, and rapid strategic changes. This is a powerful supplement to the nature of logistics companies. The logistics management information system has continuously experienced the processes of MRP, MRP II, and ERP. This article aims to study how to use computers in logistics management to create an ERP system-based enterprise logistics information management system. This article puts forward the development significance of logistics information management system, uses ERP system to analyze complex logistics business in detail, and designs the overall framework, specific functions, and data model of the system in detail. The experimental results of this paper show that the ERP system has important application value in the logistics information management system of supply chain enterprises, and it can effectively increase the value of customer satisfaction by 86.7%. Internal audit should be carried out in order to monitor the financial activities and performance of the organization, be it private or public institutions. The auditors are responsible for any financial information, which will be disclosed to the management. In this context, there is a triggering question on what ERP or any similar application is used by the internal auditors in their organizations to extract accounting information? How reliable is the system they are using? Knowledge sharing within an audit firm can lead to higher audit efficiency?. Implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is currently recognized as a best practice with wide associated possibilities of business improvement for companies. Integrating these kinds of systems with business processes in the most efficient way requires to endeavour as much as possible simplifications for final users, which can be pursued by optimizing crucial software characteristics. The present article proposes a novel Multi‐Criteria Decision‐Making (MCDM) approach to deal with such an issue. Specifically, the ELECTRE (ELimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalité) TRI technique is suggested to assign ERP modules into predefined and ordered categories according to maintainability and usability, which are useful drivers in evaluating which module of an ERP software should be enhanced with priority. The results prove to have whole beneficial impact on system performance with relation to a case study: improvement evaluations will be identified based on the classes the ERP modules are assigned to by the method. The market of software targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) is the market saturated with solutions, with a very high intensity of competition. Despite the advantage of large and medium-sized software suppliers, there are cases of IT micro-enterprises introducing their own Enterprise Resources Planning software (ERP) to this market. The aim of the research presented in this article is to gain knowledge about the factors motivating IT microentrepreneurs to start working on their own ERP software dedicated to SME, despite the existence of competitive solutions on the market, a high level of risk resulting from the complexity of the ERP software production process, and related needs for resources. This topic is the subject of two-stage research: the results of their first stage (qualitative research) are presented in this article, the second stage (quantitative research) will be launched in the second half of 2021. The topic taken up in the research concerns the important scope of IT microenterprises activities which sets the directions for the development of IT products for SMEs in the markets they serve and has not been previously explored. In recent years, efficient management of urban spatial data has played a major role in improving urban planning projects both in terms of cost and time savings. Since urban planning projects involve various disciplines like city planning and architecture as well as working with different spatial data, one of the main challenges is how to integrate and manage these multimodal data for a proper workflow. Currently, the involved companies are using project management and accounting systems, so called Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to handle these complex urban projects - that partly handle the same data objects as stored in urban spatial databases but without any spatial reference. Embedded in the application example of an urban redevelopment area, which according to the German Urban Development Promotion Act aims at financially promoting urban districts in need of renewal, project-related spatial and non-spatial data that were previously kept separate are linked and integrated. Therefore, our work presented here bridges the gap between these two types of application systems, the non-spatial accounting system called Finanz Management System (FMS) and the urban spatial databases. FMS manages information related to parcels, buildings, property owners, as well as the legally required payments connected to urban development, while an urban spatial database manages the geodata. We describe the prerequisites, procedures, and software development steps for coupling different types of applications by providing an example of the Enterprise Application Integration System (EAI). Our innovative integration process aims at making information from the spatial database available in FMS and vice versa, and allows updating the corresponding databases. image can be represented with different formats, such as the equirectangular projection (ERP) image, viewport images or spherical image, for its different processing procedures and applications. Accordingly, the 360-degree image quality assessment (360-IQA) can be performed on these different formats. However, the performance of 360-IQA with the ERP image is not equivalent with those with the viewport images or spherical image due to the over-sampling and the resulted obvious geometric distortion of ERP image. This imbalance problem brings challenge to ERP image based applications, such as 360-degree image/video compression and assessment. In this paper, we propose a new blind 360-IQA framework to handle this imbalance problem. In the proposed framework, cubemap projection (CMP) with six inter-related faces is used to realize the omnidirectional viewing of 360-degree image. A multi-distortions visual attention quality dataset for 360-degree images is firstly established as the benchmark to analyze the performance of objective 360-IQA methods. Then, the perception-driven blind 360-IQA framework is proposed based on six cubemap faces of CMP for 360-degree image, in which human attention behavior is taken into account to improve the effectiveness of the proposed framework. The cubemap quality feature subset of CMP image is first obtained, and additionally, attention feature matrices and subsets are also calculated to describe the human visual behavior. Experimental results show that the proposed framework achieves superior performances compared with state-of-the-art IQA methods, and the cross dataset validation also verifies the effectiveness of the proposed framework. In addition, the proposed framework can also be combined with new quality feature extraction method to further improve the performance of 360-IQA.
