Therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals combine radionuclides with carriers. It uses radionuclide suitable radiation energy and range in the tissue, selectively concentrated irradiation of diseased tissue, while avoiding damage to normal tissue and achieving the desired therapeutic effect. It is mainly used for cancer treatment or relief of tumor-related symptoms. It is widely used in tumor diagnosis and treatment, myocardial imaging, early detection of neurodegenerative diseases and imaging diagnosis of inflammatory tissues. In recent years, with the rapid development of targeted ligands and the wide application of new medical nuclides, radiotherapeutic drugs have attracted more and more attention. At present, nuclides such as 153Sm, 89Sr, 223Ra, 90Y, 131I and 177Lu are commonly used to treat cancer, bone metastasis, liver cancer and thyroid cancer, and show exciting potential in treatment. The research on radiotherapeutic drugs is also increasing rapidly. The clinical application and development status of radiopharma in the market and in the research stage are briefly introduced, in order to provide reference for the research and development of radiopharma in China.

Not many reports have covered large-scale point of care testing (POCT) blood glucose comparisons, and many interfering factors affect detection. This study aims to verify the performance of POCT blood glucose meters and discusses the factors that interfere with detection.

Objective To investigate factors related to hypertension and their importance degrees in Kazakhs,from Altay city, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with different occupations (citizen, farmer, and nomad) for target hypertension prevention. Methods According to the proportions of three occupation populations, 1 668 Kazakhs aged 30 years or older were selected by random cluster sampling from 2012 to 2013, in Hongdun Town, Altay City, Xinjiang. Hypertension related factors were investigated. We used random forest model to explore the factors related to hypertension and their importance degrees in different occupational groups. Results 1 646 participants were included in this study. We ranked the importance of hypertension related factors by feature importance scores. The top five hypertension related factors were waist circumference,triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), body mass index (BMI), and age for citizen; age, LDL-C, total cholesterol (TC), TG, and waist circumference for farmer. Age, BMI, waist circumference, TC, and LDL-C for nomad (feature importance scores＞0.06). The prediction accuracy of random forest models of hypertension for citizen, farmer, and nomad were 0.82, 0.69, and 0.76, respectively. Conclusions In different occupational groups, obesity and blood lipids were related to hypertension in different degrees, so the target of hypertension prevention should be carried out for different occupational groups. With the process of urbanization, urban residents should be well informed to controlling central obesity.

Methods Results Conclusion The study employed a retrospective survey of 458 older individuals with T2D residing in a Chinese community, conducted between June 2020 and May 2021, to develop a predictive model for frailty. Among the participants, 83 individuals (18.1%) were diagnosed with frailty using modified frailty phenotypic criteria. The predictors of frailty in this community‐dwelling older population with T2D were determined using least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression and multivariable logistic regression. These predictors were utilized to construct a nomogram. The discrimination, calibration, and medical usefulness of the prediction model were assessed through the C‐index, calibration plot, and decision curve analysis (DCA), respectively. Additionally, internal validation of the prediction model was conducted using bootstrapping validation.The developed nomogram for frailty prediction predominantly incorporated age, smoking status, regular exercise, depression, albumin (ALB) levels, sleep condition, HbA1c, and polypharmacy as significant predictors. Our prediction model demonstrated excellent discrimination and calibration, as evidenced by a C‐index of 0.768 (95% CI, 0.714–0.822) and strong calibration. Internal validation yielded a C‐index of 0.732, further confirming the reliability of the model. DCA indicated the utility of the nomogram in identifying frailty among the studied population.The development of a predictive model enables a valuable estimation of frailty among community‐dwelling older individuals with type 2 diabetes. This evidence‐based tool provides crucial guidance to community healthcare professionals in implementing timely preventive measures to mitigate the occurrence of frailty in high‐risk patients. By identifying established predictors of frailty, interventions and resources can be appropriately targeted, promoting better overall health outcomes and improved quality of life in this vulnerable population. (Ultra)high‐pressure metamorphic rocks provide valuable insights into the properties of slab‐derived fluids. Here, we report CH4‐rich fluid inclusions in garnet of a metapelite from the Zermatt‐Saas ophiolite, western Alps. Two types of metapelite, a CH4‐bearing pelitic schist and a calcareous pelitic schist, were investigated to unravel favorable P‐T‐fO2 conditions for preservation of CH4 in high‐pressure metapelite. In the CH4‐bearing pelitic schist, CH4‐rich fluid inclusions exclusively occur in the core of garnet (GrtI) rather than the rim (GrtII). GrtI records P‐T conditions of ∼2.85 GPa and ∼555°C, whereas GrtII records a prograde P‐T path from ∼1.75 GPa at 510°C to ∼2.0 GPa at 530°C. Compositional profile of garnet in the calcareous pelitic schist reflects a prograde metamorphic path from ∼1.9 GPa at 510°C to ∼2.12 GPa at 545°C. CH4‐rich fluid formation may primarily rise from graphite reduction at high‐pressure reduced conditions (ΔFMQ −3.5 to −4, 2.85 GPa, ∼550°C), while graphite and carbonates stabilize in a relatively oxidized environment (ΔFMQ ∼0, 2.12 GPa, 545°C). The initial redox budget of subducted sediments is primarily controlled by the amount of sedimentary carbonate and organic carbon, which plays the most important role in deciding the carbon speciation at different subduction depths. CH4 formation in COH fluids could primarily be attributed to the reduction of graphite. Subducted metasediments act as conduits for transporting non‐oxidized fluids to arc magmas, which provides crucial evidence to support the heterogeneity for slab‐derived COH fluids and offers new insights into the deep carbon cycle. Plain Language Summary: Subducting slab releases COH fluids at different depths, which can metasomatize and enrich the overlying mantle wedge and lead to changes in the nature of the arc magma source. However, due to the complex redox state of the subduction zone, the properties of the COH fluids released from the slab are not well understood. Carbon, as a crucially redox‐sensitive element, its speciation serves as a significant indicator of the redox state within the subducting slab. We discovered numerous graphite and CH4 fluid inclusions within garnet in high‐pressure metasedimentary rocks. These findings suggest that subducting slabs may possess more reduced properties, potentially releasing non‐oxidized fluids. We also selected another metapelite sample without methane but with graphite and carbonate for comparative analysis. We determined P‐T conditions of the metamorphic peak stage through detailed thermodynamic modeling and estimated the oxygen fugacity at this stage. Our findings show that graphite and methane are stable in a highly reduced environment, whereas coexistence of graphite and carbonate occurs in a more oxidized environment. The formation of CH4 likely results from the reduction of graphite with fluid. These observations highlight the heterogeneity of slab‐derived fluids and the complex redox properties of the subducting slab.
