In response to the applicationrequirements of a new generation of up-level drift-down throw three-stagesounding observations, this paper has developed a multi-channel radiosonde receiver device that meets the needs of the new generation of sounding services. The device uses TDMA + FDMA technology, which supports multiple terminals working under the same channel and greatly improves the spectrum utilization. We have also designed 8 parallel channels, and the receiving sensitivity of each channel can reach -120 dBm, which can achieve parallel remote reception at multiple frequencies and effectively increasing the number of load terminals of the system. It solves the need to support long-distance communication, frequency division time division multiplexing, and multiple reception of radiosonde observation data in the application scenario of the horizontal drift sounding system of the network. It also provides effective ground receiving support for obtaining rich temperature, humidity and pressure data at different altitudes in the atmosphere, and provides the most important data for studying various thermal and dynamic processes in the atmosphere, as well as weather analysis and forecasting.
