Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) is the second most common primary liver cancer after hepatocellular carcinoma. Through data mining of publicly available iCCA transcriptomic datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus, we identified SFN as the most significantly up-regulated gene in iCCA compared to normal tissue, focusing on the Gene Ontology term "cell proliferation" (GO:0008283). SFN encodes the 14-3-3σ protein, also known as stratifin, which plays crucial roles in various cellular processes. Immunohistochemistry was used to assess stratifin expression in 182 patients with localized iCCAs undergoing surgical resection. Patients were divided into low and high expression groups, and the association between stratifin expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Univariate and multivariate survival analyses were performed to assess overall survival (OS), disease-specific survival (DSS), local recurrence-free survival (LRFS), and metastasis-free survival (MeFS). Elevated stratifin expression in iCCAs was significantly associated with the absence of hepatitis, positive surgical margins, advanced primary tumor stages, and higher histological grades (all p ≤ 0.011). Survival analyses demonstrated a significant negative association between stratifin expression and all prognostic indicators, including OS, DSS, LRFS, and MeFS (all p ≤ 0.0004). Multivariate analysis revealed that stratifin overexpression was significantly correlated with poorer outcomes in terms of DSS, LRFS, and MeFS (all p < 0.001). These findings suggest that stratifin may play a crucial role in iCCA oncogenesis and tumor progression, serving as a potential novel prognostic biomarker. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In an era of rapid digital development, e-learning has become a significant trend in the educational field. Medical technology students need to acquire extensive theoretical knowledge and practical skills. E-learning can enhance learning experiences, improving students' understanding and application abilities. This study examined the impact of learning motivation, learning approaches, and learning burnout on the academic performance of medical technology students in an e-learning environment. This study conducted a quantitative survey on 37 medical technology students. The questionnaires included learning motivations, learning methods, and burnout, and responses provided on a 5-point Likert scale. First, the 37 students were categorized into three groups based on their academic performance. Then, differences between these groups were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test, and correlations between academic performance and questionnaire variables were calculated using Spearman correlation analysis. It revealed that motivation varies among different academic performance levels. Furthermore, in the high-grade group, self-efficacy (r = -0.502, p = 0.047), monitoring studying (r = 0.494, p = 0.032), and emotional exhaustion (r = 0.514, p = 0.024) were correlated to academic performance. In the middle-grade group, self-efficacy for learning and performance was correlated to academic performance (r = 0.858, p = 0.001). In the low-grade group, academic performance was correlated to depth approach (r = 0.826, p = 0.022) and organized studying (r = 0.833, p = 0.020). This study, through a quantitative survey, found significant differences in learning motivation, learning methods, and learning burnout among medical technology students with different academic performance levels. High-grade students demonstrated higher levels of emotional exhaustion, which may reflect feelings of overextension and academic burnout in e-learning environments; the academic performance of the middle-grade group was related to intrinsic motivation; and low-grade students showed a stronger correlation between their learning methods in e-learning and their academic performance. Purposes: To explore the optimization method and application of Au-NP-enhanced luminol––H2O2 luminescence system in TORCH (TOX, RV, CMV, HSVI, and HSVII) detection. Method: 4.5 × 10−5 mmol/L gold nano solution was prepared with chloroauric acid as the reducing agent and trisodium citrate as the stabilizer. After curing for 3 days, Au NPs participate in the luminal–H2O2 luminescence system to detect TORCH antibodies and establish the cut off value. SPSS 18.0 software was used to analyze the TORCH antibodies detected by the nano-gold-enhanced luminol luminescence method and TORCH kit. Additionally, its detection performance is studied. Results: The results of a paired t-test for the absorbance values of samples with and without gold nanoparticles showed that there were statistically significant differences (p < 0.001) between the two methods in the detection of TOX, RV, CMV, HSVI, and HSVII. The luminescence values with the addition of gold nanoparticles were significantly higher than those without gold nanoparticles. Using the Au NP–luminol–H2O2 chemiluminescence method, 127 serum samples were tested for TORCH antibodies. The sensitivities were 84.6%, 83.3%, 90.9%, 85.7%, and 84.6%, while the specificities were 94.7%, 96.5%, 96.6%, 97.3%, and 95.6%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of the chemiluminescence method enhanced by gold nanoparticles are significantly improved compared to the chemiluminescence method without enhancers. Conclusions: Au NPs participate in the luminal–H2O2 luminescent system. The absorbance, sensitivity, and specificity of TORCH antibodies show that Au NPs can enhance the luminol–H2O2 luminescent system. Livestock and poultry meat consumption play an important role in the dietary structure of Chinese residents. However, the extent of residues of veterinary drugs and heavy metal contamination in livestock and poultry meat and their by-products within Hunan province is not extensively studied. This survey aimed to fill this gap by assessing the presence of 76 veterinary drug residues in Hunan province. Additionally, heavy metals in pork and pig liver were also assessed. The obtained findings suggest that residues of veterinary drugs are still present in livestock and poultry meat, as well as their by-products, within Hunan province. However, the contamination of heavy metals remained within the food safety limits. These results underscore the significance of establishing more refined criteria for assessing human exposure, taking into account factors such as consumption patterns, product varieties and chemical compounds of interest. Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic struck the world unguarded, some places outperformed others in COVID-19 containment. This longitudinal study considered a comparative evaluation of COVID-19 containment across 50 distinctly governed regions between March 2020 and November 2021. Our analysis distinguishes between a pre-vaccine phase (March–November 2020) and a vaccinating phase (December 2020–November 2021). In the first phase, we develop an indicator, termed lockdown efficiency (LE), to estimate the efficacy of measures against monthly case numbers. Nine other indicators were considered, including vaccine-related indicators in the second phase. Linear mixed models are used to explore the relationship between each government policy & hygiene education (GP&HE) indicator and each vital health & socioeconomic (VH&SE) measure. Our ranking shows that surveyed countries in Oceania and Asian outperformed countries in other regions for pandemic containment prior to vaccine development. Their success appears to be associated with non-pharmaceutical interventions, acting early, and adjusting policies as needed. After vaccines have been distributed, maintaining non-pharmacological intervention is the best way to achieve protection from variant viral strains, breakthrough infections, waning vaccine efficacy, and vaccine hesitancy limiting of herd immunity. The findings of the study provide insights into the effectiveness of emerging infectious disease containment policies worldwide.

Abstract Thrombocytopenia is a condition where the platelet count is under 100 × 109/L, which is caused by various disorders. However, the mechanism of thrombocytopenia is still unclear. Hence, we tried to investigate the correlation between immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of genes related to T cell activation. There were 32 ITP patients and 30 healthy controls enrolled in this study. PCR and sequencing were used to find out the significant SNPs, which we focused on the promoter region of CTLA4 and CD28. In this study, the ITP cases were divided into primary ITP group, secondary ITP group, and the combination of the two to the follow-up analysis. Moreover, dual-luciferase reporter assay was used to evaluate the transcription activity of the significant SNP. We found the − 1765_rs11571315 of CTLA4 gene was associated with primary ITP (p = 0.006), secondary ITP (p = 0.008), and the combination of the two (p = 0.003). Moreover, the −318_rs5742909 also had statistical significance in secondary ITP group that was only caused by autoimmune disease (p = 0.019). In functional study, the rs5742909 would decrease 19% of the transcription activity when it carried a T-allele at this position (p = 0.040). It was noted that CTLA4 gene polymorphism was related to ITP but not CD28. According to our results, we surmised that CTLA4 is involved in the pathogenesis of ITP, and the secondary ITP result from the lower CTLA4 expression that leads to T cell over-activation.

To clarify the plastic law and hardening characteristics of deformation and failure of staggered zone under high in-situ stress unloading conditions with excavation in underground engineering, a series of triaxial tests under different confining pressures and different loading and unloading stress paths was conducted. The plastic deformation laws of the staggered zone under different loading and unloading stress paths were deeply investigated. Based on the results of the experiments, the dependency of stress path of internal variables such as the equivalent plastic work, the equivalent plastic strain and the plastic volumetric strain as hardening parameters were further explored in the stress space. Meanwhile, a modified formula for hardening parameters with the independency of stress path was proposed. The results showed that, 1) The effect of stress path was significant on the deformation properties of staggered zone under high in-situ stress. The high initial confining pressure would inhibit the development of the circumferential plastic deformation of samples with the staggered zone under the same unloading stress path. And the plastic volumetric residual strain (6%) of samples with the staggered zone under the stress path of unloading axial pressure and confining pressure was significantly greater than that of other unloading stress paths (2%−4%) under the same initial confining pressure. The promoting effects of different stress paths on the plastic volumetric deformation of the staggered zone were as follows. The promoting effect of the stress path of unloading axial pressure and unloading confining pressure was the strongest, that of the stress path of constant axial pressure and unloading confining pressure was the second stronger, and that of the stress path of loading axial pressure and unloading confining pressure was the weakest. 2) There were a certain of the dependency of stress path of its internal variables such as plastic volumetric strain, equivalent plastic strain and equivalent plastic work during the deformation and failure process of the staggered zone in different unloading stress paths. Therefore, it is not accurate to directly take any of the above state parameters as the hardening parameters and assume that it is independent of the stress paths in the elastic-plastic analysis of staggered zone. Therefore, a modified method of the equivalent plastic work was proposed. It was found that when the parameter ns reflecting the material properties of staggered zone was equal to -0.4, the modified equivalent plastic work had the obvious independency of stress path, which was more appropriate for describing the unloading plastic strain hardening characteristics of the staggered zone under high in-situ stress unloading conditions. The plastic mechanical characteristics of the staggered zone revealed in this paper can further deepen the understanding of deformation and failure of the staggered zone under high in-situ stress unloading conditions, and provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the failure mechanism and support control of the staggered zone in practical engineering.

In addition to the classical human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genes, the outcomes of post-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) are associated with human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-related genes and non-HLA genes involved in immune regulation. HLA-G gene plays an important role in immune tolerance, assisting immune escape of tumor cells, and decrease of transplant rejection. In this study, we explored the association of genetic variants at the 3’-untranslated region (3’-UTR) and 5’-upstream regulatory region (5’-URR) of HLA-G gene with the adverse outcomes of patients with leukemia receiving HSCT. The genomic DNAs of 164 patients who had acute leukemia and received HSCT were collected for analysis. Nine single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and six haplotypes in the 3’-UTR and 27 SNPs and 6 haplotypes in the 5’-URR were selected to investigate their relationship with the development of adverse outcomes for patients receiving HSCT, including mortality, relapse, and graft-versus-host disease. Our results revealed that two SNPs (rs371194629 and rs9380142) and one haplotype (UTR-3) located in the 3’-UTR and two SNPs (rs3823321 and rs1736934) and one haplotype (G0104a) located in the 5’-URR of HLA-G were associated with the occurrence of chronic GVHD or development of any forms of GVHD. No SNP was found to associate with the occurrence of mortality and relapse for patients receiving HSCT. These SNPs and haplotypes may play important roles in regulating immune tolerance of allografts post-HSCT that can be used to predict the risk of poor outcomes after receiving HSCT and giving preventive treatment to patients on time.

AbstractAn in-depth recognition of the failure characteristics and scale of joints is of great significance for the stability assessment in rock engineering. Unfortunately, due to the close fitting of the upper and lower blocks of the joint under direct shear tests, the shear failure of joints are difficult to observe directly during the shear process. Thus, in this work, direct shear tests were carried out on sandstone joints subjected to three levels of normal stress while the acoustic emission (AE) in the rock is synchronously monitored. The failure characteristics of rock joints were then investigated by calibrating the AE system and combining them with the AE location results and shear load curves. A method was established to determine the failure scale of the rock joint that uses the AE moment tensor and first law of thermodynamics. The results show that the degree of failure of the rock joints increases as the normal stress increases. Also, the shear failure of the rock joints is localized and occurs synchronously, rather than sequentially in different areas. The average length of the microfractures formed in the shear process correlates with the average mineral grain size. On the other hand, the maximum length of the microfractures appears to have different values depending on the normal stress present. Our results have significant reference value for the precursory identification of shear disaster in engineering rock masses.

The screening procedure for antibodies is considered the most tedious among the three pretransfusion operations, i.e., ABO and Rhesus (Rh) typing, irregular antibody screening/identification, and crossmatching tests. The commonly used screening method for irregular antibodies in clinics at present is a manual polybrene test (MP). The MP test involves numerous reagent replacement and centrifuge procedures, and the sample volume is expected to be relatively less. Herein, screening red blood cells (RBCs) and serum irregular antibodies are encapsulated in microdroplets with a diameter of ~300 μm for a hemagglutination reaction. Owing to the advantage of spatial limitation in microdroplets, screening RBCs and irregular antibodies can be directly agglutinated, thereby eliminating the need for centrifugation and the addition of reagents to promote agglutination, as required by the MP method. Furthermore, the results for a large number of repeated tests can be concurrently obtained, further simplifying the steps of irregular antibody screening and increasing accuracy. Eight irregular antibodies are screened using the proposed platform, and the results are consistent with the MP method. Moreover, the volume of blood samples and antibodies can be reduced to 10 μL and 5 μL, respectively, which is ten times less than that using the MP method.

Aim: We tested the effects of season and migratory status (residents-versus-seasonal migrants) on island biogeography of bird assemblages through partitioning beta diversity into richness and turnover components and community nestedness metrics. We predicted that total beta diversity, the richness component of beta diversity and community nestedness will be lower for bird assemblages in winter than in summer, and lowest of all for winter visitors. These predictions were derived from published ideas about resource availability, movement and habitat choice in birds in different seasons. Location: Thousand Island Lake, China. Methods: Bird species were sampled using line transects on 36 islands during five breeding and winter seasons (2009−2014). Birds were grouped into assemblages of winter residents, winter visitors and summer residents. Associations between beta diversity partitioning, island area, isolation and habitat richness were tested using partial Mantel correlations. We complemented these tests with measures of nestedness and null model approaches. Results: Contrary to expectation, beta diversity, nestedness and difference of beta diversity or its components from null models were higher for winter residents than either summer resident or winter visitor assemblages. As predicted, winter visitors showed little association with habitat richness, and beta diversity was rarely different from null communities. Summer residents had the highest correlations of beta diversity components with habitat richness, but showed the lowest level of total beta diversity, a low richness component and were anti-nested (less nested than random). Main conclusions: Substantial differences were found in the biogeography of winter-versus-summer residents, and seasonal visitor (migratory)-versus-resident bird assemblages, which match expectations derived from bird biology and population ecology. Summer residents highlighted the role of habitat-related niche differences, whereas winter residents showed area-related selective extinction. By contrast, winter visitors appeared to be more randomly distributed.

Abstract Cord blood transplantation (CBT) provides a treatment scheme for hematologic diseases and leukemia in both children and adults. However, adverse reactions and transplantation-related death may still occur in patients receiving CBT even when donor and recipient have fully matched HLA in high-resolution HLA typing analysis. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of HLA-related and unrelated genes are known to associate with disease status of patients with unrelated stem cell transplantation. In this study, the genomic regions ranging from 500 base pairs upstream to 500 base pairs downstream of the eight SNPs that were reported as transplantation determinants by Petersdorf et al. were analyzed to evaluate whether genetic variants were associated with the survival status of patients, and the risk for severe (grades 3–4) graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) or cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection/reactivation. The analyses were performed in the mode of recipient genotype, donor genotype, and recipient-donor mismatching, respectively. By analysis of sixty-five patients and their HLA-matched unrelated donors, we found that five SNPs were associated with patient survival which included the recipient genotype with SNPs of rs107822 in the RING1 gene, and rs2070120, rs17220087 and rs17213693 in the HLA-DOB gene; and the recipient-donor mismatching with SNPs of rs9282369 in HLA-DOA gene, and rs2070120, rs17220087 and rs17213693 in the HLA-DOB gene. Five SNPs were associated with the risk for severe GVHD which included the donor genotype with SNPs of rs213210 and rs2523675; the recipient genotype with SNPs of rs9281491 in the HCP5 gene; and the recipient-donor mismatching with SNPs of rs209130 in the TRIM27 gene, and rs986522 in the COL11A2 gene. Six SNPs were related to the risk for CMV infection/reactivation which included the donor genotype with SNPs of rs435766, rs380924, and rs2523957; and the recipient-donor mismatching with SNPs of rs2070120, rs17220087, and rs17213693 in the HLA-DOB gene; and rs435766 and rs380924 in the MICD gene. This study provides the basis for larger analyses and if the results are confirmed, a way of selecting better unrelated CBT candidate donors.

People often worry about the side effects after vaccination, reducing the willingness to vaccinate. Thus, we tried to find out the risk of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) vaccines to improve the willingness and confidence in vaccination. Allergic and inflammatory reactions are the common vaccine side effects caused by immune system overreaction. In addition, a previous study showed significantly higher frequency of febrile reactions to measles vaccines in American Indians than in Caucasian children, indicating that the side effects varied in accordance with genetic polymorphisms in individuals. Thus, SNPs of immune regulatory genes, cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA4), CD28, tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 4 (TNFSF4) and programmed cell death protein 1 (PDCD1) were included in this study to analyze their association with vaccine side effects. Moreover, 61 healthy participants were asked on the number of doses they received, the brand of the vaccine, and the side effects they suffered. We found that several SNPs were associated with side effects after the first or second dose of mRNA or adenoviral vector vaccines. Furthermore, these SNPs were associated with several autoimmune diseases and cancer types; thus, they played an important role in immune regulation. Moreover, rs3181096 and rs3181098 of CD28, rs733618 and rs3087243 of CTLA, and rs1234314 of TNFSF4 were associated with mild vaccine side effects induced by mRNA and adenoviral vector vaccines, which would play a potential role in vaccine-induced immune responses and may further lead to fatal side effects. These results could serve as a basis for investigating the mechanism of vaccine side effects. Furthermore, it was hoped that these results would address public concerns about the side effects of the COVID-19 vaccination. In clinical application, a rapid screening test can be performed to assess the risk of vaccine side effects before vaccination and provide immediate treatment.

Human leukocyte antigen genes have been shown to have the strongest association with autoimmune disease (AD). However, non-HLA genes would be risk factors of AD. Many genes encoding proteins that are related to T- and B-cell function have been identified as susceptibility genes of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). In this study, we explored the correlation between SLE and the genetic polymorphisms of co-stimulatory/co-inhibitory molecules, including CTLA4, CD28, ICOS, PDCD1, and TNFSF4. We found that there were nine single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with SLE, namely, rs11571315 (TT vs. CT vs. CC: p < 0.001; TT vs. CT: p = 0.001; p = 0.005; TT vs. CT +CC: p < 0.001; TT+CT vs. CC: p = 0.032), rs733618 (CC vs. CT vs. TT: p = 0.002; CC vs. CT: p = 0.001; CC vs. TT: p = 0.018; CC vs. CT + TT: p = 0.001), rs4553808 (AA vs. AG: p < 0.001), rs62182595 (GG vs. AG vs. AA: p < 0.001; GG vs. AG: p < 0.001; GG vs. AG+AA: p < 0.001), rs16840252 (CC vs. CT vs. TT: p < 0.001; CC vs. CT: p < 0.001; CC vs. CT + TT: p < 0.001), rs5742909 (CC vs. CT: p = 0.027; CC vs. CT + TT: p = 0.044), rs11571319 (GG vs. AG vs. AA: p < 0.001, GG vs. AG: p < 0.001; GG vs. AG+AA: p < 0.001), rs36084323 (CC vs. CT vs. TT: p = 0.013, CC vs. TT: p = 0.004; CC vs. CT + TT: p = 0.015; CC +CT vs. TT: p = 0.015), and rs1234314 (CC vs. CG vs. GG: p = 0.005; CC vs. GG: p=0.004; CC+ CG vs. GG: p=0.001), but not in CD28 and ICOS by using the chi-square test. Additionally, rs62182595 and rs16840252 of CTLA and rs1234314 and rs45454293 of TNFSF4 were also associated with SLE in haplotypes. These SLE-related SNPs also had an association with several diseases. It was indicated that these SNPs may play an important role in immune regulation and pathogenic mechanisms.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has become severe threats to economic, societal, and healthcare systems. To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the COVID-19 outbreak in Taiwan and evaluate the key interventions, we conducted a retrospective cohort study during January 17–June 30, 2020. As of June 30, the COVID-19 outbreak, including 447 laboratory-confirmed cases, was eliminated by mixed approaches: border control, enhanced surveillance, case detection with contact tracing, quarantine, and population-based interventions like face mask use. The improvement of median time from disease onset to notification (5 days [range −3 to 27] before March 1 to 1 day [range −8 to 22] after March 1) suggested the timeliness and comprehensiveness of surveillance and contact tracing. Travel restrictions with quarantine, resulting in fewer clusters, were also complementary to minimize disease spread. Under combined interventions, Taiwan successfully contained the COVID-19 spread within the country and minimized its impact on the society.

In clinical practice, it is found that autoimmune thyroid disease often additionally occurs with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). In addition, several studies showed that eye-specific autoimmune diseases may have a strong relationship with systemic autoimmune diseases. We focused on Graves’ disease (GD) with ocular conditions, also known as Graves’ ophthalmopathy (GO), trying to find out the potential genetic background related to GO, RA, and SLE. There were 40 GO cases and 40 healthy controls enrolled in this study. The association between single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the co-stimulatory molecule genes and GO was analyzed using a chi-square test. It showed that rs11571315, rs733618, rs4553808, rs11571316, rs16840252, and rs11571319 of CTLA4, rs3181098 of CD28, rs36084323 and rs10204525 of PDCD1, and rs11889352 and rs4675379 of ICOS were significantly associated with GO based on genotype analysis and/or allele analysis (p < 0.05). After summarizing the GO data and the previously published SLE and RA data, it was found that rs11571315, rs733618, rs4553808, rs16840252, rs11571319, and rs36084323 were shared in these three diseases. Furthermore, the bio-function was confirmed by dual-luciferase reporter assay. It was shown that rs733618 T > C and rs4553808 A > G significantly decreased the transcriptional activity (both p < 0.001). This study is the first to confirm that these three diseases share genetically predisposing factors, and our results support the proposal that rs733618 T > C and rs4553808 A > G have bio-functional effects on the transcriptional activity of the CTLA4 gene.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (IHCC) is the second most common malignant neoplasm of the liver. In spite of the increasing incidence worldwide, it is relatively rare in Western countries. IHCC is relatively common in Eastern and Southeastern Asia. Patients with IHCC are usually diagnosed at an advanced stage, therefore, the clinical outcome is dismal. Dysregulation of urea cycle metabolic enzyme expression is found in different types of cancers. Nevertheless, a comprehensive evaluation of genes related to the urea cycle (i.e., GO:0000050) has not been conducted in IHCC. By performing a comparative analysis of gene expression profiles, we specifically examined genes associated with the urea cycle (GO:0000050) in a publicly accessible transcriptomic dataset (GSE26566). Interestingly, CPS1 was identified as the second most prominently down-regulated gene in this context. Tumor tissues of 182 IHCC patients who underwent curative-intent hepatectomy were enrolled. The expression level of CPS1 protein in our IHCC cohort was assessed by immunohistochemical study. Subsequent to that, statistical analyses were carried out to examine the expression of CPS1 in relation to various clinicopathological factors, as well as to assess its impact on survival outcomes. We noticed that lower immunoreactivity of CPS1 in IHCC was associated with tumor progression (pT status) with statistical significance (p = 0.003). CPS1 underexpression was not only negatively correlated to overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), local recurrence-free survival (LRFS) and metastasis-free survival (MeFS) in univariate analysis but also an independent prognosticator to forecast poorer clinical outcome for all prognostic indices (OS, DFS, LRFS and MeFs) in patients with IHCC (all p ≤ 0.001). These results support that CPS1 may play a crucial role in IHCC oncogenesis and tumor progression and serve as a novel prognostic factor and a potential diagnostic and theranostic biomarker.
